The sun began to rise upon camp Wawanakwa, every camper was sleeping peacefully and carefree of the world around.
The only person that was not sleeping was Eva, she was a very diligent person and always woke up at around 5 o'clock to do a morning jog.
Today was no different; she quietly got out of bed to not disturb her fellow campers. She made it out of the cabin and put on her mp3 player.
Her plan right now was to run around the camp, she was about to start her jog before someone appeared before her.
"Oh, are you going for a morning job, Eva." Eva turned back to see the blonde counselor before her, the man was currently wearing orange T-shirt and black shorts.
Eva was surprised that someone other than herself was awake at this hour.
"Yeah." Eva simply nodded to the blonde question.
"Is it cool if I tag along with you?" naruto asked the girl, Eva though about it and agreed since there were not really any problems with having some company as she jogs.
The two started to jog around the island, they came across many magnificent sights as they jogged.
Eva might not have said it but naruto could tell that she very much like the jog and he could blame her either since he loved it as well.
naruto had found out that his body did not really need much sleep when he first came to this world, it had surprised him cause he himself was not much of a morning person and loved his sleep very much.
He was weirded it out by it but was able to cope with it since it helps increase the time he had to search around the world for a way out.
He had soon however found out that he loved waking up in the morning, it was all because of the natural calmness of the sunrise.
Everyone was mostly asleep then and did not make as much noise as in the day, making it seem like the world had returned to its original settings and allowed nature to breathe freely everywhere.
he loved jogging even more when it was in the forest as it allowed to get rid of all his worldly worries and just focus on himself, naruto smiled as looked at the colorful image around him.
naruto looked back at the roads before his pupils shrank a little, the reason was that he could see the painted wall a few miles away from him and Eva.
He was worried as Chris had told him that no matter what, under any circumstance, the campers were not allowed to find out that civilization was just a wall away from them.
naruto pulled himself out of his thoughts and looked at Eva.
"Hey Eva, let turn around over there." naruto said to Eva, wanting to diverge her attention away from the wall and opposite of it.
Eva stopped at her tracks and looked at the blonde way.
"Why?" Eva asked, she was simple women and just wanted answer right to her face.
"Well, when I first got to this island. I have jogged many times and found the best place to finish my jog. this road leads to the top of that hill, and it is the best place to watch the sunrise." naruto wasn't lying as he had jogged around the island before and found that the end of the hill was one of the best to end a jogging session.
"Trust me, you're going to love it. believe it." Naruto said with a smirk.
Eva thought for a moment before looking into the blonde eyes to see if he was lying.
She was soon enamored by the beauty of the man's eyes, her and most of the campers had not really got a good chance to look at because of his height and their attention being focused on the show.
Now that she was having a good look at it, she was amazed by the beauty of it.
the man had the purest blue eyes anyone could ever see, it resembled that of the shimmering blue ocean as it reflected the very sun itself.
they say the soul is the window to a person soul, Eva had thought it was all some bullshit but now as she look into the man eyes.
she could see the pure soul of a kind man who could make any being docile before his eyes.
"...sure." Eva said as she looked away from the man's eyes with a blush, naruto smiled and they began to jog once again.
one this time, naruto was on the left side and he was more active to talk with Eva so he could distract her from the wall behind.
"So, Eva. I must ask. how long have you been working out?" naruto asked as he looked Eva up and down, one does not get a physique like that without years of dedication and hard work.
Eva had blushed from how he looked at her and looked down at the road to distract herself.
she did not hate naruto for looking as she could he was looking at her with pure admiration for her hard work and not just being perv checking out her body.
"Well, my journey started during my time in high school. I was facing...trouble in school and working out was one of the ways that allowed me to solve it." Eva said before she was shocked that she told him that stuff.
She is never up and personal with people, not even her family.
she looked at herself to see if something was wrong with her, but she figured out why said it when she looked at naruto.
It was the aura around him that made her feel...safe.
He made it seem like you could tell your secret to him, and he would hold it to the end of his life.
He just had this feeling around him that made you feel safe and comfortable around.
Eva had never felt this way around anyone before, she had always been stone cold to the world because she herself feared what it would do to her if she opened up.
"bullies' huh, I've had my fair share of those myself." Naruto said as he remembered the past.
he was not exactly the most liked person in his village and had lots of bullies that messed with him for something he could not control.
"You too huh." Eva said as her gaze towards the man softened, feeling a sense of kinship with the blonde.
"Yeah, they would always bully me cause of who I was." Naruto said as he looked down to his stomach, he had missed his old friend Kurama.
although their relationship at the begin was terrible due to the fact he was angry at the fox for begin the source of the village hatred towards him, but their relationship improved as he began to get the man behind the mask.
it had gotten to the point that naruto had considered the man his true brother.
"Yeah, my bullies came after because I was weak." Eva said as he cracked her knuckles, she hated those memories of her younger self as it made her feel weak and powerless.
She hated the feeling so much; she grew angrier as she drove deeper into her memories before a comforting hand was placed on her shoulder.
Eva felt as if all her Hatred was let go and was feeling extremely relaxed.
"Sorry about that." Eva apologizes to the man; it was extremely embarrassing for her to lose her close like that.
"I understand your feeling all too well, the state of powerlessness and despair is never something anyone likes." naruto said, he still felt the emotion even after so many years.
He never liked that feeling at all, he also wanted to fight against and repress it in his body.
"I'm surprised that someone like you could have felt that way as well given your size and strength." Eva was shocked that someone like naruto could feel powerless due to the sheer amount of raw power hidden in his body.
Eva may have not personally seen his true strength, but she could tell from years of training that this man had strength far beyond anything she could achieve.
"Well, we were all weak once. weren't we, Eva." Naruto said, understanding that power or strength can never be truly handed over to someone without a sacrifice.
his friend, Sasuke, knew that very well. the man had attained all the power he wanted but in return had lost everyone dear to from his parents to his brother.
'I hope Sasuke is doing well back at home.' Naruto though as wondered if the man had settled down in the elemental nation.
although the man had tried to kill him multiple times in the past, the man was still his friend, and he wanted the best for him.
"Your right, I remembered years ago when I hated even the thought of working out." Eva said as she looked down at her feet.
She never genuinely liked working out when she was little cause it was the reason her parents did not spend much time with her.
Both were professional bodybuilders and powerlifters; they spent most of their time working out at the gym than trying to raise her.
"What changed?" naruto asked the girl next to him, Eva was quiet as she contemplated the though of tell the man before her past.
was she really going to tell a stranger her past even though she never told anyone else about it.
Eva stared blank into the void before staring into the man eyes as he stared back at hers.
Eva was shocked as she could see worry and compassion in those ocean-blue eyes of his.
Naruto understanding exactly what she was going through.
He faced public abuse from his peers and the entire village.
He understood the desire to suppress such memories to find peace in it.
It was for this reason that he wanted Eva to talk to him about it.
he knew that repressing a memory would never be good and would only lead to multitude of problems along the way.
Eva looked at the worried man before sighing. She could not believe she was doing it.
"It all started in high school, many girls picked on me because I was weak and scrawny. I became their punching bag for everything, I have so many scars from their constant bullying, and I would sometime lock myself in my room when I couldn't handle it." Eva said as the light in her eyes faded a little, her body began to sulk before a strong hand patted her on the back.
Eva woke up from her despair as she looked at the blonde Counselor, the corner of her lips curled up as he continued the story.
"It went on for months until I couldn't handle anymore, I was going to change to protect myself. I bought a gym membership and started working out, my desire to get back at the girls became the sole motivation for getting stronger." Eva said with a clenched fist.
Naruto face wrinkled in worry; he had already figured out where the story was going now.
He had seen many revenge stories and all of them had the same ending.
"I was finally able to achieve the level of power and strength I wanted after months of training; I confronted them at the back of the school and beat them up." Eva fist clenched as she remembered the day she finally got her revenge.
her face looked happy but naruto could tell that she was empty inside as he had seen those eye so many times before.
"You got your revenge, but it only made you feel empty inside, didn't it?" naruto said as Eva eyes widen in shock.
she was surprised that the man could figure that out, she looked at the man before sighing and nodded to his question.
"I felt happy for a few days after that but after that, I felt empty inside. I got my revenge, but what was I supposed to do now? The questions stayed on my mind a lot and I couldn't find an answer. it made me stop working out for a long time." Eva said as she rubbed her arm.
she still remembers the confusion and emptiness she had after beating the bullies; she did all that work all for a few days of joy.
It was a crushing revelation to her younger self and made her go into a deep sense of confusion about what to do next.
"But you're still working out now, so you must have found your answer. didn't you, Eva?" naruto said, understanding that the story was not over as he could tell the girl was still working out.
which meant she had found an answer to her question.
"Yeah, I did, I was surprised to find out that I could understand my parents." Eva said as her lips formed a small smile, she still remembers the day that she understood what her father was saying at the table.
The day had helped improve her relationship with her parents and allowed her to find a sense of purpose in working out again, only this time she did it for love and not for vengeance.
"You didn't understand them before?" naruto raised his eyebrow at the information, Eva was not really surprised by his expression.
She knew how weird and confusing the sentence was in retrospect, not being able to understand your parents was not something most people face in their lives.
"Yeah, my parents were very tough people and rarely showed their emotion. they spoke in tough man language, something I could never understand before my transformation and was the reason I did not tell them about the bullying cause I though they did not love me." Eva sighed before chuckling at her own foolishness back then.
"But my time in the gym had allowed me to grasp a brief comprehension of the language, it allowed me to understand what my parents were saying and truly allowed me to bond with them." Eva smiled softly as she remembers all the nice times she had with her parents after that.
she finally found the happiness she was looking for after figuring out that her parents genuinely loved her.
"So, you went back to working out, only this time. your motivation was for love and not for revenge." naruto said he understood the ending to Eva story.
it was refreshing to know that not all revenge stories turned out bad and was genuinely happy for Eva.
"Yeah, it was really a turning point in my life." Eva smiled before turning her head towards the blonde, unknowingly creating a beautiful image for the man.
naruto stared in shock at the beauty in front of him, the light from the sun had shimmered great on Eva face as she looked stunning.
the brown eyes shimmering like gold in the sun, her delicate yet firm facial feature became present in the light of the sun.
coupled with her beautiful smile had amazed naruto, he chuckled as he could not believe he was unable to see the beauty in her before this.
"What so funny? are you laughing at me!" Eva said as he glared at the man with a raised fist.
she may not be as strong as him, but she will not allow herself to be made fun by him.
naruto chuckled even more, anyone may have crumbled under her furry but not him.
Eva looked like an angry cute chipmunk after he stole it nuts.
"No nothing like that, Eva. I just never realized how beautiful you were." naruto said with a smile as Eva was stopped in her tracks.
No one has ever complimented her beauty before because they were all scared by her physique.
she did not know how to handle and blushed up a storm, she did not know to react to getting a compliment from such a hot man like him.
"Oh, are you blushing. that so cute of you, Eva." naruto leaned down and said with a smile before patting her on the head.
Eva blushed even more before doing the one thing she could do in this situation.
She quickly accelerated her speed and ran towards the hill with a blushing face.
"haha, she is so adorable when she blushes." naruto smiled at the blushing girl before picking up his pace to catch up to her.
If any one of his friends heard his dialogue, they might have thought he was an imposter cause they all believe he was oblivious to love.
While this may have been true to his younger self since he had no one to teach him about love or even shown it to him.
he did learn a lot about it after his training but did not care much about it because he was busy with the Akatsuki.
one did not travel with a self-proclaim 'super pervert' without picking up a thing or two about love.
the only reason people still believe he was oblivious was because he did not respond to Hinata crushing on him.
He did not respond to Hinata feelings because he knew the girl did not really like but a false image of him.
she admired him more than anything and he could not find his heart beating for her.
She was more of a good friend than a possible lover.
He knows that it was sad, but it was true and besides he was dimension away from her anyways. they could never be together.
naruto was pulled out of his though when he saw that he was catching up to Eva and saw her a few feet away from him.
"Hey Eva, wait up." Eva looked back to see the blonde before running even faster with a red face, naruto chuckled at the sight before him and just kept run towards Eva.
"Come on now, Eva! we're almost there." naruto encouraged the slightly exhausted girl behind him.
Eva looked at the whicker man before gathering up her energy and jog together with him again, but she still could not look him in the eye and most of the time slightly distanced herself from him.
She was still embarrassed from his compliment earlier.
"I'm coming, stop coming onto my back. it was a 15km (about 9.32 mi) run, of course I'm going to tired." Eva said with a slight pant in her voice.
she strong but was not inhuman like the blonde Counselor.
Eva wondered if the dude was even human due to how much stamina this guy had, he did not even look tired or have a beat of sweat on him.
"Oh, come on. it was only 15km." naruto said with a teasing tone.
he knew that running 15km in a fleeting time was a very exhausting exercise but that did not mean he was not going to make fun of Eva for it.
the slightly exhausted Eva growled at the man but did nothing as she knew the man was just playing with her and doing anything to him would just backfire on her.
"Alright, we were almost there. I am telling you now, Eva. the view is simply amazing." Naruto smiled as he remembered his first time coming up to see the sunrise.
It was spectacular and reminded him of the time when he sat on top of the stone mountain and saw the sunrise.
naruto moved forward and waved his hand for Eva to follow.
Eva herself was very skeptical of what the blonde was saying.
she was not much of a mountain climber and did not really understand why people were so enamored by the sunrise.
She moved forwards and looked towards the sunrise; her eyes widening in shock at the beauty of the view.
She finally understood why so many mountain climbers kept talking about the sunrise, she herself would do the same after seeing the stunning image before her.
The sun shined brightly above the sky, highlighting the beauty and glow of the sun.
The oceans shimmering like stars as they reflected the light of the sun.
The hazy orange lines formed from the sun alienated perfectly with dark clouds in the sky.
Eva looked at the sight before her with awe and appreciation.
"It beautiful isn't, Eva." naruto asked as he stood next to her, looking at the beautiful view before.
Eva had no words for how amazed she was and just nodded, naruto smiled at her reply before turning his head over to his right.
"don't you think so too, dawn?" Eva soon snapped out of her amazement after hearing what he said and turned to his right just to see dawn standing next to him.
She was shocked as she had not seen her anywhere on the mountain when she was climbing it or heard someone climbing behind them.
"How long has she been there?" Eva asked as she pointed at her, naruto looked back at her with amusement while dawn just stared blankly at her.
She was a bit unnerved by the dull eyes she had, it was if she was looking at a tree.
"haha, dawn has been with us for a while now. she joined us after we were half up the mountain." naruto said with a smirk, Eva looked shock at the revelations.
She had not seen dawn anywhere on their journey and here he was telling me that she was with us for half the trip.
she did not know if he was lying to her and was telling the truth.
"didn't you seen me chatting to someone while we were jogging here?" naruto said as Eva began to think back to her trip up here.
she had seen the man talking to someone, but she had thought he was on the call with somebody with an earpiece.
She did not think he was talking to someone right next to him, she tried to wrap her mind against it but just sighed as she was not in the mood to understand what was going on.
"Let forget it and watch the view." Eva waved her hand to let the matter pass, naruto just smiled and walked near the edge of the cliff.
He sat down and was about to enjoy the view until someone tapped him on the shoulder, he turned over and saw dawn looking at him.
Eva sat down next to him and looked at the nature girl as well, wondering what the girl wanted.
"Do you need anything dawn?" naruto asked, curious to what the pale-blonde girl wanted.
"Can I sit on your lap." dawn asked blankly, as if it was the most normal thing to say.
both Naruto and Eva choked on their saliva and coughed violently, they were extremely surprised by the girl's...forwardness and her bold nature.
Both stared at her with widened eyes and an unclenched mouth.
"Can I ask why you want that?" naruto said with blushed cheeks, he may not be oblivious to love as his younger self but that does not mean he was a pro at it.
He was still very much an amateur at it and did not really know how to handle a situation like this.
flirting was something he could handle but such a bold request like this was far beyond what he could normally handle.
"I feel safe and comfortable when I'm around you, I feel nothing but happiness and tranquility when I look at you." both naruto and Eva looked at her with even more shocked eyes.
naruto was both happy and embarrassed by the girl while Eva herself just stared at the girl since that was almost a love confession if one think about it.
naruto was about to say no since he barely even knew the girl and he felt like someone like that was too forward but as if dawn could read his mind, she pulled out an unexpected move to sway his decision.
She used the puppy dog eyes. naruto looked at the girl with incredibility as he did not think that someone like dawn could even know such a move.
"Please?" Dawn asked with a soft tone while still using the puppy dog eyes, naruto looked extremely troubled by this.
he had faced gods and monsters since he was 12 years old, he had fought being far beyond human comprehension yet here he is, weak to the gaze of a fragile little girl.
"a-alright." naruto finally gave into her demands and allowed her to sit on his lap.
naruto could see that the girl was happy since her lips curled up ever so slightly and her eyes brightened up.
dawn walked the man and sat down on his lap while Eva just stared in shock at what had just happened.
she did not know how to handle such a situation before just sighing and tried to relax herself.
Eva looked towards the sun before looking back at her companions, at the girl with amusement and irritation.
she was amused by the cute image before her, naruto was an exceptionally large man and dawn was a... small girl.
the way she was sitting on his lap remembered how cute little dogs sat on people, very fitting for dawn since she used the puppy dog eyes.
Eva was also irritated for some reason; she did not know why but she did not really like the fact the girl was sitting on the whiskered man lap even for how cute it was.
Eva did something she did not understand; she latched onto the man's arm and pressed her chest against it.
naruto stared at her with shock while dawn just stared blankly.
"don't worry too much about it and enjoy the view." Eva said as she stared at the sun with a steaming face, she was extremely embarrassed by her action and could look at the man at all.
naruto was in shock for a few minutes before just accepting his fate as a cushion, he was too confused to even try to figure thing out.
naruto was not someone easily troubled by things, he had gone against odd far beyond what normal people could believe.
Yet here he is, extremely troubled by the situation before him. what exactly was going on that could make even the great naruto Uzumaki troubled?
well currently, Eva was sleeping on his shoulder while still pressing her chest onto his arm as if holding on to a giant pillow.
The worst part was dawn, she was rubbing her bubble butt on his lap.
She said it was to get better seating and feeling more comfortable around him, he knew she was lying to him because she had been doing that for the past hour or so!
He had tried to stop after a few minutes as he was feeling uncomfortable, she had looked at him with a fake confused expression.
she acted like she did not know what she was doing but naruto could tell she knew exactly what she was doing as her smile and happiness could not be hidden from him.
He saw the amused look in her eye and the small smile on her face.
naruto did not know how he was going to get out of this situation, so he did what he could do.
he prayed for anyone out there to get him out, and as if someone heard his plea. His salvation came.
"Attention all campers, time to wake up since it is a challenging day! I want you all to get ready and have a swimsuit on because you are about to get wet! arrive at the mess-hall after you are done and wait for the interns to drive towards the clip via golf carts! I hope some of you are not afraid of heights!" Chris announced to the whole camp as people began to wake up from their sleep, including Eva.
"w-what! shit, I have to get ready!" Eva awoke from her sleep and began looking around.
she did not even look at naruto before running towards the communal to get ready for the challenge, naruto himself just waved bye to her before looking back at dawn.
"I think you get going as well, dawn." naruto said hurriedly, wanting the nature girl to get off his lap at once.
Dawn just looked at the man before reluctantly get up from her spot, naruto felt relieved as he was not sure how long he could not handle any longer before going crazy.
He was relieved that dawn was going away without any trouble, but his happiness was soon cut short after dawn leaned up to his ear and said something.
"I hope you liked the show." dawn whispered into his ear, naruto blushed at her comment as he knew exactly what she was talking about.
He covered his ear in embarrassment and moved a few inches away from her.
"I didn't know you could be such a tease." naruto with a blushed face, he did not know how a calm and collected girl like dawn could even be such a bold person.
"there's a lot that you don't know about me." dawn said before turning around to head towards the camp.
Although dawn may not have said and shown it, she was extremely embarrassed by action earlier.
she did in-fact wanted to find a comfortable way to sit on naruto lap in the beginning, but it soon turned more perverted after feeling just how supremely comfortable she was in every position.
Her movement became more a subconscious act after she allowed herself to fully immerse herself in his embrace, it was as if she was clocked in a blanket of warmth of love.
She had constantly moved her body to allow her to always feel comfortable just like how someone would move around in their bed to feel more comfortable in it.
naruto just stared at the girl with a blushing face as she moved away from him, he did not know how to process his emotions and just went back to staring at the ocean to keep his mind away from what just happened.
He was able to get his mind back together in a few minutes before his phone started ringing, he picked it up and saw that it was Chris who was calling him.
"What do you want, Chris?" naruto asked the man on the phone.
"Dude, where are you right now? I need you to test the challenge I have planned." Chris asked the man, he had ordered his intern to search for him hours ago, yet they had not found anywhere on the island.
He got tired of waiting and just called him. He could have done that from the beginning, but he thought it was tiring and just wanted the intern to do things for him.
"I'm at the top of the hill right now." naruto said to the man.
"Really?" Chris was shocked that the man was at the one placed he wanted him to be.
He did not know if it was luck or something, but damn was he happy.
"Yeah, where do you need me to go?" naruto asked, he did not know where Chris wanted him to be at because he has not really told him what the challenges is going to be today.
"You don't need to go anywhere. you're in the right place dude." Chris said before he hung up the phone, naruto just stared at his phone for a moment before walking towards the escalator.
Yep, that is right. There is an escalator on this hill, and you may wonder why it is. well, it is because the mountain itself was not real and was a movie prop.
Yeah, he was shocked too when he first learned about it, but it made sense most of everything on this island were movie props except for some trees and animals like teddy.
naruto waited for a while before Chris had reached the top of the hill, he looked at same as usual and had stack of paper with him.
"Sup Chris, so what the challenge?" naruto asked the man before he handed him the stack of paper that said, 'diving challenge'.
"So, we're doing a diving challenge on top of this hill." naruto said since Chris had said the campers were going to meet up at the top of the hill.
"Correct my friend. the campers will arrive at the top of this hill and dive down to the shark infest waters down there." Chris said as he walked towards the edge of the hill and pointed down to the bottom to where the ocean was.
in the ocean laid a giant hoop with sharks swimming around it. naruto looked down at it before looking back at the host.
"So, you want me to test the waters?" naruto asked, the host nodded to naruto question.
the whiskered man just shrugged his shoulder and took off his shirt, he jumped into the ocean with a single ounce of hesitation.
He was able to make it in the hoops with no difficulty, he started to look around the oceanic area around him for any dangers other than the sharks.
The place looked relatively safe enough for the campers, he nodded at the ocean before jumping up the hill.
Chris watched in shock as the blonde man was able to jump from the ocean up to the 1000-foot hill, naruto did a flip before safely landing onto the hill.
"Dude, that was impressive!" Chris said as he clapped his hand at the amazing display of leg strength from his blonde friend, naruto simply bowed at the Chris compliment before walking towards.
"So... how was the dip." Chris said before he pulled out a checkboard to see if the challenge could be used or not.
"Well, the water was relativity safe if you don't count the sharks swimming around." naruto said as he pointed his thump towards the water below him that was filled with sharks.
"Alright, so good to use then." Chris simply checked off the boxes since the sharks were supposed to be there for the challenge and he did not see anything wrong with it.
"Yeah, everything was good, but I think we might need to change something in the challenge itself." naruto said as he went over the challenge before diving in and saw that it was fine, but it could have been better if a few things were changed.
"Sure, I don't mind some changes." Chris was fine with some change if it meant the challenge could be better and allow for better ratings. The two started to talk about change in the challenge and how to make it better.
At the top of the hill, all 22 campers had arrived with swimsuits on. They were all waiting for Chris to arrive since he was the one that could start the challenge.
"Where is that damn host of ours." Lashawna said as she began looking around for him anywhere. she wore a gray one-piece swimsuit
"Maybe he's still in his crib getting his makeup ready, try to look his pretties for the tv." Gwen mockingly said as she crossed her arms.
she was not a morning person and did not like that Chris woke them up at such a foul hour. Gwen had a black two-piece swimsuit on
"Oh, we're allowed to wear makeup? oh no I have to go back to get my makeup on." Lindsay, wearing a red two swimsuit like Gwen bit slimmer, said as her hands latched themselves onto her face.
She was about to run down before being stopped by Beth.
"She was being sarcastic, Lindsay. we can't leave this place without finishing our challenge first." Beth said she did not want something wrong to happen if Lindsay went away.
"Alright, settle down. I am here." the campers look towards the voice and saw that Chris and naruto were coming the hill through an escalator?
They were about to question where Chris was and why there was an escalator on this hill until Chris interrupted them.
"Alright, you must be wondering why you're up here?" The host asked to which most of them nodded to, why were they up on this hill and in their swimsuits for some reason.
"Well, you see. Your first challenge is a diving one. You campers must jump down this 1000-foot hill and land in one of the hoops." Chris said as he pointed down the hill.
The campers moved to the edge to see what he was pointing to, but everything was blue from up there.
"Dude we can't see anything but blue from up here, so you mind telling us what it is." Duncan said to the host before he and the rest of the campers looked confused as Chris grumbled about something and handed 100 dollars over to naruto.
"Told you they would need a tv to see what's down there." naruto laughed at the host who only growled and crossed his hands.
he sulked for a moments before pulling out his phone and called somebody.
The campers just stared at them with confused expressions before a helicopter soon flew up the hill and brought a TV down next to Chris.
"As you can see from the TV, there are three hops that you can land on. The red ring can get your team one-point, blue ring can get your team 3 points, and yellow ring can get your team 5 points. the team with the highest points will get an advantage in the next round." Chris said as the tv showed the campers 3 rings, the yellow being at the center, blue at the middle, and red at the edge.
"Now you guys really need to land in the yellow ring as below it is the tools scattered around the water. they will be of major help in the next challenge." the Tv moved down the rings and showed what was down the yellow ring, there metal tools like a wrench and a hammer scattered around the yellow ring.
Chris was about to move on until Tyler raised his hand.
"Yes, Tyler. what do you need." Chris pointed back to the man.
"Are we allowed to get the tools if we land in the other rings." This caught the attention of the campers.
If they do that, they could have an advantage in the next part, but some did not have much hope since that would go against the original intents of the game.
"Nope." Chris said as groans of disappointment echo from every camper.
"Wait why do we even need the tools anyways." Trent asked the host to which Chris smirked.
"Excellent question, my dear musician. you all will need those tools to...build your own very own hot tub!" Chris said as he spreads, the tv worked with him as it showed a brand-new hot tub on the screen.

"Awesome dude, finally something good is about to happen in this camp dude." Geoff said excitedly, he could not wait to get a hot tub in this place and have fun in it.
"Nice, I always wanted a hot tub. The closest thing we had to a hot tub in juvie was a hot shower and that's if you're lucky the pipe system was working." Duncan said with a shiver, he had been a victim of the poor pipe system in juvie when he first got there.
It was never pleasant and was always a jump scare every time he got one.
"Sweet momma, a hot tub! finally a way to relax on this island." Lashawna said with a smile, already fantasizing about her time with a hot tub.
There really was not much to do on this island and everything was so stressful, from the wildlife to the food, so a hot tub would be nice for some relaxation.

"Alright, settle down campers. you still got a challenge to get to." Chris said to the excited campers, Harold was the first one to get out of his excitement and tried to jump over the hill.
"Oh, Chris almost forgot. the water is infested with sharks." naruto said as the campers stopped run towards the edge, Harold was barely able to stop himself and move back.
The TV started to show the sharks moving around the hoops just waiting for food to come.
"Oh, I didn't forget. hahahaha!" Chris laughed at the campers before naruto slapped him on the head, the host got back up and growled at the blonde Counselor.
The campers stood and looked at each other, none of them wanted to be the first person to dive into shark infested waters.
"So, who wants to go first?" Bridgette said, wearing a surfer bodysuit with a wave logo, as she walked over to the edge before looking back at her fellow campers.
They all stood and looked at her. Bridgette sighed as she knew no one was brave enough to go and was going to dive first; she walked over to the edge accepting her fate.
"It's very brave of you to go first, Bridgette." the girl stopped at her track and looked to her side to see the blonde man smiling at her with a thumps up, she blushed at his compliment.
"Oh, it's nothing. I'm just diving down." Bridgette said as she rubbed her arm.
"Don't downplay yourself, Bridgette. there are few people that have the courage to do what you're doing; you should be proud of yourself." Naruto chuckled at the humility of the girl before him, she was a lot more courageous than she gave credit to herself.
"Thanks, at least someone is encouraging me before I jump to my doom." Bridgette said before looking back at her teammates who looked away from and trying to distract themselves with other things like birds or clouds.
"Don't worry, you'll be safe. I'll make sure of it." Bridgette was shocked at the confidence this guy had; sure, he may have tamed a bear, but this was an entire legion of sharks.
she looked at him as if he were crazy until she saw his face and soon lost her original fear of the great terror of the sea.
It was his smile and eyes that meant absolute certainty to what he said that made her feel safe from any danger, it was nice and heartwarming.
"Yeah, you're right. I can do this!" Bridgette encouraged herself before diving off the hill and aimed straight into the hoops, the campers looked at screen with great anticipation.
They all wondered if she was going to make it and survive, she dived into the yellow ring and stayed down there for a few moments.
her teammates got nervous, believing she might had been eaten by a shark down there.
She did not come up for air for a whole minute and the campers were starting to get scared for her, they were about to try to get Chris to save before she suddenly sprung out of the water holding a wrench.
"WWWWWOOOOO!." her teammates cheered for her valiant dive towards the danger and give them a lead to victory, naruto had clapped alongside them.

"Way to go, Bridgette! I couldn't believe she did that!" Gwen said as she congratulated Bridgette on her amazing performance.
"Damn that girl is amazing! I didn't know she had that in her." Duncan said in shock, he was amazed that the surfer girl could do something that dangerous.
"Woo, that was so awesome!" Owen celebrated as he raised his hands up in the air.
"I did it! oh god, that was so amazing." Bridgette cheered before calming herself down from the adrenaline, she felt amazing and believed she could do anything right now before getting back to reality.
"But I am never doing that again, I was so afraid and I'm pretty sure I saw my grandma as I was diving down." Bridgette said nervously.

"Amazing work from Bridgette, 5 points for the gophers!" Chris shouted as the Tv changed screens and showed a score boards with a green Gopher and a red bass.
There were five tally marks on the gopher's side and none on the bass side.
Chris looked back at the campers, waiting to see who would go next until his attention was brought back to the screen.
"Om, Chris. how do I get out of the water?" Bridgette asked with confusion before looking around to see if there was a safe exit to get out of the water without having to face the sharks.
Her focus was soon turned over as she heard a steamboat coming her way, she found the person driving it was chef with an intern holding a camera.
"That's right, campers. After you dive in the ocean, chef here will pick you up from the steamboat and drive back to the beach where you will wait and watch if your teammate does the challenge!" Chris explained as a few campers sighed in relief.
They really thought Chris was going to have them swim across the shark-infested ocean and back to the beach.
"Alright, which Gopher going next?" Chris said as he clearly told the campers that the Gopher would go next since Bridgette was the first to dive down, a few of the smart campers caught on to that and soon the gopher moved towards the edge.
They were a lot braver than before, but they were still afraid of the sharks. It was only after a few moments that someone jumped.
Eva, who had on a blue bathing suit, dived towards the yellow ring with a blank expression before Tyler jumped down with her.
"Woo-hoo!" Tyler yelled out as he dived down. His excitement was soon cut short after he landed on...a buoy and landed on the blue ring.
his screams were heard as he sank down to the ocean. It took awhile but he was able to get himself back together and get up to the surface
Eva was able to land at the yellow ring, Eva about a few minutes to get a hammer since she was not much of a swimmer like Bridgette was.
The campers became less scared of the dive after seeing their success and dove down.
"AAAHHH!" Gwen screamed at the terrifying fall, both Noah and Trent shared her fear as they followed her from behind. They got into the safe zone but were only able to land on the blue ring due to their unprofessional fall.
Justin was the next to fall but soon thing went bad as he fell straight out of the rings and into the shark infested.
Everyone screamed in terror as they tried to warn the model to move away from the water and into the safe zone.
naruto was about to jump in to save the boy but his heightened sense told him that the boy was not in any danger and just waited up there.
Chris was about to order naruto to save the boy before he saw that the sharks were not attacking the model, and in fact they were sending him back to the beach with him standing on their back.
It seemed that Justin charms worked on animals as well.
"Damn that boy is good." Chris said, amazed by the level of charm that boy had before his attention soon turned back to his side as some tapped him on the shoulder.
It turned out to be Courtney who looked nervous and was wearing a brown two-piece swimsuit.
"Excuse me Chris, I can't do the challenge because of my medical condition." Courtney said as Chris raised an eyebrow.
"And what medical condition is that?" Chris asked, curious to see what kind of lie the girl would produce.
"One that prevent me from jump off high cliffs." Courtney said as he tried to look away from him.
"If you quit now, you will have to wear this chicken hat." Chris said as he pulled out a chicken hat from...somewhere?
"That fine." Courtney said as wearing that stupid hat will be fine if she does have to endanger herself.
"You must realize that not only will you not get lower your score and also have less tools, it will make you lose one of the boxes hold your items to build the hot tub!" Chris said as the Gopher widened their eyes in shock at the revelation along with the bass who cheered.
"So, what will you chose, Courtney?" every camper looked at Courtney for her next move, even the gopher at the beach who had a Tv with them looked at Courtney with anticipation.
Courtney looked at the hat with conflicting thoughts as she decided what to do next.
There was silence in the air as all looked at Courtney until she sighed and raised her hand to grab the hat, the gopher looked horrified at her decision while the bass cheered.
Courtney was inches away from the hat until someone finally spoke.
"You know, I thought better of you Courtney. but I guess it was my fault for expecting too much from someone like you." naruto said with crossed arms as he looked blankly at Courtney.
"What do you mean by that?" Courtney asked as everyone, including Chris, looked at the whiskered man to see what he was talking about.
"I hated your very guts the moment I met you, Courtney." naruto said as he turned around to look at the sky.
Courtney jaw dropped at the audacity of the man while everyone else just gasped at his words.
"w-what! why! how could you hate when we just met!" Courtney yelled at the man, outraged at his claim.
"I had thought I was being judgmental and should at least get to know you better before I make such comments, but I was right." naruto said with a slight venom to his tone.
he had seen people like Courtney before and in-fact was once a teammate with such a person.
"I've seen people like you before, a self-center arrogant brat who believe their better than everyone and try to use excuses to hide their own weakness." naruto said as he side-eyed her, Courtney was frozen in shock at that man's statement.
"oohh damn!" Lashawna gasped in shock with everyone else, the man just humiliated her on national TV!
"You can try all you want but I can see through your lies, Courtney. I know the real reason as to why you are not jumping." naruto said as he walked towards Courtney with glaring eyes,
"I'm not lying, I re-really do have a condition." Courtney said as she shrank back from the man eyes, he had such piercing blue eyes that made it seem like she had no privacy in front of him.
"Cut the bullshit, I know that you don't want to jump because he believe your better than them and that you shouldn't endanger yourself with something like and just leave it to your team to pick your slack." naruto said as he walked around Courtney, judging her in every way possible.
she was going to try and defend herself until naruto stared back at her.
"The most laughable thing is that you believe you will be Scot free from actions, because you believe you're...special." naruto chuckled as Courtney started to tremble.
"I hate do break it to you, Courtney but your nothing special." naruto whispered into her ear and he crossed his arm back.
"you're a loser." Courtney body started to shake uncontrollably as he continued to talk.
"a coward." Courtney fist clenched into a fist as naruto smirked at her.
"Your nothing but a basic bitch, Courtney." naruto said before he moved away from the raging girl, he knew he had drawn the last straw, and Courtney was about to burst.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Courtney roared as she ran towards the cliff and jumped right off into the water, everyone gasped at her actions before looking at the Tv to see how she does in the challenge.
Courtney was able to skillfully maneuver herself to land perfectly into the yellow ring before swimming down to get a tool.
it took a few moments, but she got back up and spewed out some water while holding a metal crowbar.
"Ha! take that you arrogant bastard! You were wrong about me! I am nothing like you said I was!" Courtney cheered as she yelled back at the cliff with a pointed finger. she was going to get back at the blonde bastard for calling all those names.
the gopher cheered at Courtney success while the bass groaned in despair, they sulked until someone saw the blonde Counselor having a smirk on his face and figured things out.
"You planned that didn't you, getting her all railed up so she can jump?" heather asked as she walked over to the whisker man.
she was wearing a brown two-piece swimsuit; The top was strapless and had her hair in a ponytail.
Her question got everyone's attention, including Courtney who got off the boat and onto the beach.
"Yes, very astute of you heather." naruto chuckled as he rubbed heather hair before it slapped away by the queen bee.
she glared at him with an intense hostility since he just helped the gopher score a point and made her team's chances of winning decrease.

"Damn, that boy is good! is there anything he can't do?" Lashawna said as she whistled at the impressive display of manipulation.
"I can't believe I was fooled!" Courtney screamed as she waved her hands in the air. she could not believe the blonde bastard could manipulate her like this.
"hahaha, I can't believe she fell for that!" Duncan laughed before he rolled all over.
"Damn, that was wicked skill. you think he might be able to help motivation to work out." Tyler said to the camera, he had seen this type of motivation speech before, and he was impressed with how naruto handled it. It took some real skill to do what he did.
"Nice." heather simply said, she may not like the blonde counselor, but she could respect his skills as a manipulator.

"Oh goody. it my turn now!" Izzy excitedly said, wearing a green two-piece bikini. She was all giddy and excited for her dive.
she ran and jumped off the clip and dived straight into the yellow ring, she was able to get the nail box in less time than Bridgette.
"Wow! that was so fun, I want to do it again!" Izzy said as she swam towards the steamboat, she still felt the adrenaline from the fall and wanted to do it again.
Chris looked at the crazy Girl on the screen before turning to look at naruto, he raised his hand and twirled his finger around his head.
naruto nodded to the man statement before looking towards the final two gophers.
"Well, I guess it my turn." Harold said as he ran towards the clip and jumped off while doing the split. naruto widen his eyes at his display since he could already tell what was going to happen
"Wait, close your legs har-" naruto tried to warn Harold before the man had landed right on the yellow ring, hitting his nuts in the process.
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" Harold screamed in agony as every man winced at his pain and cover their crotch, Harold felt unconscious due to the pain and fell right towards the blue ring.
"oohh, that got to hurt." Chris said as he looked at the badly hurt camper resurfacing on the ocean, he looked back to the final gopher, Owen.
"Were down to our last gopher, will he do it or will he be a chicken and make his team lose the game? let's find out!" Chris said as he pointed to the chubby boy, Owen walked towards the cliff and stared down to see his destination.

"I was so nervous." Owen said with a nervous tone as he fidgeted around with his fingers. "The thing is I'm not that strong of a swimmer."
"I did not think he was going to it dude, I was thinking "there's no way he's going to make it." Geoff says, staring straight into the camera with a serious expression.
"I actually though, if he jumped...he going to die." Gwen said, having little faith in her teammate.
"Despite what everyone said, I knew Owen was going to do it." naruto said, strangely having faith in Owen.
"I've seen people like Owen before, their underdogs and when push comes to shove. They will exceed everyone's expectations and do the impossible, trust me. I have seen it happen before"

"I am going to die..." Owen said as he walked back and began to run towards the cliff, everyone looked to see if he was going to quit to really jump.
The campers leaned in closer to see what he would choose, Owen was a few inches away from the cliff and he finally made his decision.
he jumped.
"OOOOOHHHHH CRAP!" Owen screamed as he plummeted down the hill at extremely fast speed.
A huge splash of water erupted once Owen reached the ocean, the waves had reached the shores and caused everyone to be hit by it.
Once the water wore off, we could see the soaked campers trying to dry themselves and some had their heads stuck in the sand. The boat was capsized, and chef was currently stuck in the sand as well.
"That was...AWESOME!" both Chris and naruto cheered as they both witness one of the most epic belly flop in history, they both high-fived each other.
"Owen, my dude. are you okay?" Geoff asked as he looked at the now resurfacing Camper.
"I'm alright but I think I lost my trunks." Owen said as everyone shivered in disgust.
"I didn't not need to hear that." Chris said as many campers agreed with him.
"Chris, I think we need a small break." Naruto said, the Host looked back at him.
"Why say that my good friend?" Chris asked the boy since everything seemed fine to him.
"Well, currently our rings are floating away, and our boat is capsized." naruto said he pointed to the onshore boat and the moving rings on the TV.
"Oh yeah, alright everyone. we are going to take a 30-minute break to sort things out." the host said.
"Welcome back to Total Drama Island, currently the gophers have 48 points thank to the 10-point granted to Owen for his Epic performance!" Chris said he pointed to the current score board. "Too bad, Owen couldn't get a tool since he was busy trying to get his trunks."
"Sorry." Owen apologized to his teammates, but most did not care since they had enough tools, and he did score them 10 points.
"The bass need a miracle cause if they want to win, they either need 10 campers to get into yellow ring or preform an epic dive like Owen!" Chris said as he looked back at the bass behind him.
"So, who going first?" naruto asked the bass, they looked at each other before one of them stepped up.
"I'll go first dudes." Geoff said to his teammates before running off to jump.
"WOOO-HOOO!" Geoff excitedly yelled out as he dives straight toward the yellow ring, he made it in and was able to grab a metal wrench.
"Coming through." Geoff looked up and saw Duncan coming down, so he moved out of the way and allowed Duncan to land in the yellow ring.
"I got it." Duncan said as he resurfaced with a hammer in his hand.
"Okay Sadie, let jump together." Katie said as she held onto her best friend's hand. Both were wearing the same pink two-piece swimsuit.
"of course." Sadie said before the two jumped down, they were surprisingly able to land on the yellow ring and got both a nail box and crowbar respectively.
"My turn." Dawn said blankly as she jumped from the cliff. She wore a pink one-piece swimsuit.
The campers were soon in disbelief at her descent, she was not falling per say but rather...floating.
She is falling down a lot slower than a normal person and did not even make a splash once she landed in the yellow ring. she was able to get a hammer from the ocean.
"Okay...that was weird but back to the game." Chris said he just stared at Dawn performance before coughing into his hand to get things back on track.
"What an expected change! five bass safely entered the yellow ring! will their streak of luck survive or will it fall." Chris said before watching Cody jump off the clip, the host watched carefully to see if the luck streak was still going.
It had seemed that the bass luck ran out because Cody had landed in the blue ring.
"oohh, I guess not." Chris said as he swung his hand in disappointment.
"Sorry guys." Cody said as he looked down, but the campers did really care much, at least he got them 3 points.
"Now it down to our remaining bass, who will go next?" Chris said as he looked back at the remaining campers.
"I am not jumping off that clip." heather firmly said as she crossed her hands.
"Oh, and why is that?" Lashawna said as she placed her hands on her hips.
"Oh hello, national TV. I am not going to get my hair wet and ruin my looks." heather said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. Lashawna glared at the spoiled girl in front of her.
"But didn't your hair already got wet in the first episode?" Beth said confusing, not understanding heather logic.
"Shut up, loser." heather glared at Beth, who shrank back from fear.
"Can I also not jump; I don't want to get my hair wet. lyrace?" Lindsay asked Lashawna while holding her hair, Lashawna did not really pay attention to her and just glared at heather.
"Oh, your jumping alright." Lashawna said as she pointed at heather.
"Says who." heather said while glaring back at Lashawna.
"Says me." Lashawna pointed to herself.
"I'm not losing this challenge because you don't want your hair to get wet, spoiled little daddy's girl." Lashawna said insultingly to heather.
"Back of, ghetto-glamor Too-tight-pants-wearing rap-star-wannabe." heather insult right back at the sister.
"Mall-shopping pony-tail-wearing tall-girl-reading peeked-in-high-school-prom-queen." Lashawna said, not allow heather insult to get into her head.
heather did not say anything at first but then smirked. "Well, at least I'm popular." she says, making everyone wince at the insult.
Everyone was either tensing for the eventual catfight or just smirking at the scene.
The two girls stared daggers at each other and looked like they were about to start a catfight before someone intervened.
"ENOUGH! both of you!"
a loud and powerful voice shocked the two girl and made them standup straight with their hands folded in their lap.
the campers and host were shocked to see the Counselor standing before the two girls.
"Both of you need to stop acting like little children and grow up." naruto said as he crossed his arm and look down on the two campers.
"But she started it! she didn't want to the challenge because she spoiled!" Lashawna said as she pointed at the queen bee who looked shocked at Lashawna accusation.
"Well, it your fault for insulting me first!" heather gab right back at Lashawna.
The two girls looked like they were going to start a fight again.
"Silence!" naruto loud voice had stopped them once again and kept everyone on their feet.
The two girls went back to their docile state and looked down on the ground.
"The Two must have forgotten that you're teammates, your team is currently losing. You two need to grow up and win this challenge before arguing with each other. now I want you both to apologize to each other." naruto blankly said as the girl looked shock at his words.
"I am not apologizing to th-" heather tried to protest but was quickly shut down once naruto stared straight into her eyes.
heather had felt so small and weak before that man's eyes and just silence herself.
"It wasn't a request, now do it." the two girls nodded, not wanting to get on his bad side even further.
"I'm sorry for insulting you earlier and I deeply apologize for my attitude. heather/Lashawna." the two girl apologize at the same time before looking back at the man to see if there off the hook.
naruto smirked and gave a thump up while the girls sighed in relief.

"That was...so fucking hot!" Lindsay said as she sighed dreamily, she did not know why but every time she sees the blonde Counselor being so forceful and dominating.
She always feels hot and aroused for some reason.
"I don't want to talk about." Lashawna said as he held her palms on her face, she did not want to reiterate what had happened before.
She felt both embarrassed and strangely excited back then and wanted no one to know about it.
heather stared blankly at the ceiling board as she leans back down on the wall; she did not want anyone to know what was going through her mind at the event.

"Well, I guess I'll go." heather said reluctantly before walking toward the edge, she jumped off the cliff and maneuvered her body to land straight into the yellow ring.
she was able to land perfectly into the yellow and got a screwdriver.
"Whelp, I guess it my turn." Lashawna said as she jumped off the cliff.
she wanted to get into the yellow ring like heather, but fate had other plans, and she only made in the blue ring.
"Ha, you're so bad at diving. must because of your fat body." heather said with a smirk, she may have apologized to her but that does not mean she will have to get along with her.
"Oh, shut up heather." Lashawna said before she swam toward the steamboat, she did not want to fight with heather right now.
back on the cliff, Lindsay looked absently at the water below her.
"I thought this was a talent show." Lindsay said to the host, who just laughed at her face.
"No." he flatly said before he pointed to the ocean below, signifying the girl to jump down.
Lindsay sighed at her outcome and was about to jump down before someone said something.
"If it makes you feel better Lindsay, you'll still look beautiful even if you get your hair wet." naruto said with a smirk, his statement had caused the girl to look back at him.
"Really." Lindsay said as she looked at the man expectably.
"of course." naruto said without a single lie in his eye, Lindsay giggled before jumping off with a smile.
"WWWEEEE!" Lindsay playfully screamed as she fell, she was only able to make it to the blue ring though.
"The bass currently have 39 points; the two campers have to get 5 points each if they want to win!" Chris said as he gestured to the two nervous campers.
naruto looked at Beth and DJ, he could see that both feared jumping down.
Dj looked fearful of heights from what he could sense from the boy's expression and body movements while Beth feared something else.
He walked towards DJ since he was the only person that could be motivated to face his fear in a brief time.
He placed his hand on the gentle giant and grabbed his attention away from his fear.
"DJ, I know that you're scared." naruto said gentle at the boy.
"You do?" Dj said as he looked into the man eyes.
"Yes, and I want to help you get over it." naruto sincerely said to the man.
"Thanks for that but I can't simply get over my fears dude." Dj said before his shoulder slumped down, but the blonde man grabbed him and pulled him up.
"Dj, I can see that your scared of many things but yet I also see that with in you, the desire to overcome it." naruto said as he placed both his hands on Dj shoulders.
"I can see that your fears have haunted you for many years and have brought trouble to not only you but also to those you love." Dj looked shock as the man was right, his fears have been a great trouble in his life.
"I see that you want to get rid of your fears not only for yourself but also...your mother. am I right." Dj's eyes widened at the man's statement before he nodded, the dude got everything right down to the bone.
"you're about to become a man in a few years and you won't have your mom there to protect you and you know that very well." the two men stared at each in silence.
"I've tried everything man, how will this be any different?" Dj looked at the man for answer, he tried to get of his fear for years but end with no result.
he truly did want to be a better man but did not know how to become better, he hopes the man in front of him knew the answer.
"I know the reason why you failed in your efforts, it because you didn't believe in yourself DJ." naruto said as the gentle giants' eyes widened.
"b-but I do believe in myself." Dj said before naruto waved his hand in front of his face.
"no, DJ you lie to yourself. You have always believed you were a coward and a crybaby. the reason why you failed is because you always believed you were going to fail in your efforts." Naruto words pierced a hole in DJ heart, he wanted to refute the man but his heart and mind was telling him that the man was right.
"How do I become confident in myself, naruto?" Dj asked the man.
"You first need to understand why you want to get rid of your fears DJ." naruto said, he watched as the gentle kid try to find the reason.
"To be a better man." Dj said after a while, he was confident that was the reason, but it soon got shut down when naruto shook his head.
"But I do want to become a better man." Dj said as he spread his arms wide open.
"There is a deeper reason for it, and you already know it." Dj looked confused before he started thinking, it took him a minute, but he was finally able to get his answer.
"it's for...my mama." Dj said with a clenched fist.
"That right DJ, it's for your mama. you want to show her that you are not a baby anymore and that she does not have to worry every second about her baby boy." naruto as he circled around the boy before he stood behind.
"DJ, the road for progress is right in front of you. you just have to run and jump." naruto said as he pointed to the cliff up ahead.
"Do this not for yourself DJ but for your momma. make it so that your mother does not have to worry about her child! make it so that you can go up to your mom and confidently say "momma, you don't have worry about me anymore cause I'm a grown man now."! Do it DJ, do it for yourself and your mother!" naruto yelled at the boy, finally snapping him.
"AAAAHHHH!" DJ roared as he ran towards the cliff and jumped right off it, by some miracle he got into the yellow ring. It took him awhile, but he was able to get a nail box.
"Did you see that momma! I did it for you! I love you momma!" Dj roared as he expressed his love for his mother and the bass cheered him on.
"WOW! that was some epic motivational speech dude." Chris said with a shit-eating grin, he had watched the whole ordeal, and he got say that he mighty impressed with the dudes' skills.
"You are thinking about become a coach or motivational speaker after this?" Chris asked to which the blonde just shrugged, he did not really think about that far yet.
"Alright, Beth are you ready to jump?" Chris asked the final camper; she was shaking all over and looked like she would faint any minute.
"I-I-I can't, I'm so sorry!" Beth cried out before she took the chicken hat.
"What a shocking turn of events! Beth had outed herself out, the bass have lost the challenge." Chris said in shock, he did not think the girl would quit right when her team depended on her.
"The gopher has won the challenge and got wheel carts! The two teams now must get their crates and carry them to their cabins to start the build. Chris announced to the Campers, and few were still in shock at the result of the challenge.
"I can't we lost because of you!" heather screamed at Beth who was cowering in fear.
many of the campers sympathized with her but she did make them lose their challenge and now they must carry these large crates to their cabins,
"I-I'm sorry, I just couldn't do it." Beth was on the verge of tears; she knew she had messed up and cost her team the win.
heather was about to insult her again until she felt a large presence behind, she looked up to see the Whisker man who was glaring down at her.
"You should get back to the challenge, Heather." he said to the girl, heather did not say anything and just went back to work like everyone else.
"...Beth, can I talk to you while you move the box?" the man asked the girl, she was weird out by his request but nodded since he did not seem like he was going to hurt her or anything.
the two walked in silence while the rest of the bass moved past them or strayed away from, they either did not want to be near Beth or were afraid of confront naruto.
"Beth...I'm sorry." naruto spoke after a few moments of silence between them, Beth was dumbfounded at what the man said since he did not know what the man was sorry for.
"I've should try to motivate you to jump, this way you wouldn't be hated by your team right now." naruto solemnly said as he places his hand on Beth shoulder. Beth's eyes widened as the realization dawned on her.
"don't worry about, it wasn't your fault anyways." Beth said as she tried to comfort the man, naruto simply shook his head.
"No, I should have at least tried to get you to overcome your fears like I did with DJ." naruto said as he clenched his fist in frustration.
The two went back to silence one again until Beth asked a question lingering on her mind from the beginning.
"Why didn't you try to help me overcome my fears?" Beth asked the blonde man, naruto stayed quiet for a moment before he finally spoke.
"Beth, when I looked into your eyes. I saw that you weren't afraid of heights or even sharks but rather something deeper." Beth stopped her movement and stared back at the blonde man with curious eyes.
"Then, what am I afraid of?" Beth asked the man since it seemed as if he held all the answers she needed.
"Beth, I see in your eyes that you have a fear of...failure." naruto said as he looked into her eyes. His words spoke with magic in it as it caused Beth body to shake uncontrollably.
Beth body trembled at naruto words and became sluggish, she did not know why but it seemed as if all her strength went away after naruto reveled her fear.
"b-but why do I have that." Beth said her body fell onto the sand.
"I can see it in your eyes. you believe that you are a failure and someone inferior to everyone else." naruto must've resonate with Beth as her eyes began to water down.
"w-why thought?" Beth asked as she tried to wipe away her tears.
"Beth, were you ever bullied by people and treated lesser by them?" the man leaned down and placed his hand on Beth shoulder, her eyes widen as she remembered things in the past.
"y-yes, back in my old school. Older girls constantly bullied me, and they always mocked me for being ugly and weird. is that the reason?" Beth asked as more tears came running down her face, she looked at the blonde man for answers.
"Yes, their constant bullying must have a deep seed fear in your heart that makes you feel inferior to others. you believe that every failure you make will only solidify that claim even more and is the reason why you are so afraid of trying new things." Naruto eyes were filled with sadness and empathy as he looked at the sobbing girl.
"wh-why are you telling me this." Beth stared into the many eyes to see just was he spending so much time on her.
"It's because I don't want an innocent girl like you to have such a life. I want to help you get better and make sure you truly live your life." naruto said as he brought back up on her feet.
"r-really." Beth asked nervously to which naruto nodded before being tackled into a hug by Beth.
naruto returned the hug and comforted the girl, the two stayed in that position for a few moments before Beth pulled away.
"b-but my team is probably going to lose the Challenge and eliminate me this round. How will you help me?" Beth said as she pointed out the obvious, she was the first one to go if her team loses the game.
"Don't worry, Beth. I can still help you even if you leave the island. everything will make sense at the end of the day." naruto said to the girl.
Beth still had some question but her faith and trust in naruto had allowed her to follow along.
Cabins
"Okay, let start unboxing these things." Courtney said as her team unloaded their boxes from their cart.
"Eva, Owen, and Tyler. since you guys should open the boxes and unpack the item since you are our strongest members." the three campers nodded at Courtney request, slightly happy at being called the strongest.
"The rest of us should probably start working on building the hot tub." Courtney said as she gestured to the rest of the campers, she was about to help them until someone rubbed her head.
"Well, it looks like you can be a team player. princess." naruto said, a little impressed by Courtney leadership skills.
"Get your hands off me, you blonde idiot!" Courtney said as she slapped his hand away, she was still angry at his comment earlier and did not want to communicate with him.
"Alright then, call me when your done so I can inspect your hot tub." naruto chuckled at the brunette comment and walked off to sight on the recliner.
"Let get to work people." Courtney said as she tried to focus on the challenge and not on the blonde counselor, the team went to work immediately.
"Wow, you have some amazing leadership skills. Courtney." Bridgette compliments the girl.
"Why thank you, I worked as a CIT and have some experience leading people." Courtney said as he fidgeted with her hands behind her back, she was happy at the surfer girl compliment.
"You worked as a CIT, why?" Gwen asked the girl.
"It was mostly to make some money and try to up my college resume." Courtney said, looking proud at her achievement. she was a very hard-working girl and wanted to start her career in college early on.
"Oh, what major are you trying to do?" Gwen asked as she wanted to get to know her teammates better since they would be working with each other for 8 weeks.
"I'm going for law school since my dad is a lawyer and I think I have a future in that." Courtney said with a smirk, she had already planned out what her career and how she was going to achieve since she was 15 years old.
"That cool, I'm going for astronomy." Gwen replied, she had always loved to look at the stars when she was child and spent most of her night with her friend gazing into the night sky when she was in high school.
"Astronomy, that a cool career path you have Gwen." Trent said as he stood next to Gwen, helping her build the hot tub.
"Thanks, Trent. have you figured out what you are doing for the future?" Gwen said with a blush on her face.
"Yeah, I want to start my own music label company." Trent said as Gwen playfully rolled her eyes, a very cliché Career path for a musician but a good one nonetheless.
"The record label is a pretty solid choice for a career. The music industry is booming now, and you could probably make a fortune from it." Noah said as he imputed his own opinion into the conversation.
"Thanks dude. what about you Noah, you know what you are doing in the future?" Trent said with a smile on his face as he looked towards Noah.
"Yeah, I want to be an historian since it's one of the jobs with the least amount of chaos and noise." Noah said blankly as he started to hammer in some of the wood.
"What, you don't like noise that much?" Bridgette asked the book nerd.
"Nope, I was raised in a large family which meant lots of noise. I could never find in peace in my house, and it drove me crazy." Noah sighed in frustration; he may love his family but that does not mean he was okay with the large amount of Chaos they created.
"That makes sense. well since we're all sharing our future, I want to be a marine biologist." Bridgette said as it seemed everyone was talking about their future, and she did not want to feel left out.
"That amazing of you, Bridgette. Marine biology is not easy, and I hope you can accomplish it." Courtney said, marine bio was not easy in the slightest. It takes a lot of work and dedication to achieve it.
"Okay, guys. while I am okay with you talk about your future but currently, we are in a challenge and the bass has almost arrived, so hurry up!" Eva yelled at her teammates as they looked back to see the bass almost arrive with their crates.
The Gophers started to focus more on building and less on talking.
The two teams started to reach the final stages of the construction; the bass caught up due to having more tools to help them build.
the sun soon fell and nigh had arrived, both Chris and naruto walked towards the cabin to judge the hot tub.
"That is an awesome hot tub." Chris said as he judged the gopher's hot-tub, he had measured the hot-tub with critical analyzation to see any flaws and could conclude that this was an awesome hot-tub.
The gopher cheered at the host evaluation before the host walked towards the bass team.
"This is an okay hot-tub." Chris nodded; he was slightly impressed at the bass hot-tub since they did not have one of their boxes. The hot tub looked okay, but he could tell that it could not properly work as a normal one.
"It looks like the gophers will win this round! the bass now have to eliminate one their teammates!" Chris shouted as the gopher cheered while the bass sighed in defeat.
"Wait, Chris. can we keep our hot tub?" Lashawna asked the host; she already believed they were going to lose anyways but all she cared about right now was the hot tub.
The rest of the bass perked up since they would love to have the hot tub.
"Nope, only win team can have a hot tub." Chris said flatly as the bass groaned in disappointment, the host looked at naruto. "naruto, can you go destroy the hot tub."
"Why, we can just give it to the intern. they can probably fix it right up for themselves." naruto said with a raised eyebrow, he really did not see why they could not just reuse the hot tub.
The host thought about it for a moment before agreeing since there was no harm done.

The bass were currently sitting on the stumps while looking towards the host to begin the ceremony.
"Killer bass, these marshmallows represent not only a tasty treat but also life." Chris said as he gestured to the 11 marshmallows held on his plate.
"You have all casted your votes." Chris said as many campers looked towards Beth who was sulking on her stump, already waiting for her fate.
"If I call your name, and you get a marshmallow, then you're safe for another day but if you don't get one. they must return to the dock of shame and ride on the boast loser, that means you're out of the contest and you can't come back...ever."
"The first marshmallow goes to...Geoff." Chris threw a marshmallow at the surfer dude, Geoff let out a huge smile and pumped his fist.
he walked up to Chris with his marshmallow on a stick and placed it near the fireplace
"Duncan, dawn, DJ..." both Dj and Duncan smiled and went up next to Chris with their sticks.
Dawn just ate her marshmallow and placed the stick somewhere else before walking towards Chris.
The host raised an eyebrow at the nature girl but just let it go.
"Sadie, Katie, Cody..." the three jumped up in joy as they accepted their marshmallow and stood next to the rest of the campers.
"Lashawna, heather, and Lindsay." The final three campers joined the rest as everyone looked back at the sulking girl.
"Beth, can't really say I'm shocked. You failed to help your team in any way during the challenge and was one of the reasons for their failures. The dock of shame awaits you." Chris said as he pointed to the boat.
Beth nodded since she knew this would happen long ago, he got up and walked towards the dock with her things.

Beth walked towards the boat of losers in this dimly lit dock, no one was there to say goodbye since he really did not make any friends, much to her disappointment.
She walked aimlessly to the boat until someone called out to her.
"Need help with the luggage, Beth?" the girl looked up to see the blonde Counselor on the boat with his hand extended out to her.
"naruto, what are you doing here?" Beth asked the man as he lifted her luggage and put it onto the boat.
"didn't I say before, I'm going to help get better." naruto said with a smirk on his face.
"But I'm going home, and you have to stay here?" Beth said, trying to understand how the man was going to help when he was miles away from her.
"Actually, you're not going home just yet." naruto said as he shook his head, Beth eyes widen at the news.
"What do you mean I'm not going home?" Beth was now confused as it was clearly stated that campers that were eliminated would not be allowed on the island so where could she go?
"Well, you're actually going to a five-star resort that we initially used for false advertisement." naruto said as went to start the boat and drove it towards somewhere.
"But why though?" Beth asked as she lifted her hands.
"I can't say right now since it involves some later challenges." naruto said, Beth was disappointment at his answer but got over it.
"But on the bright side, you get to spend 8 weeks on an island resort with someone of the best accommodations." naruto said as Beth's ears perked up at the new lifestyle.
"Wait, are you going to be there?" Beth asked the driver.
"Yep, I have to chaperon you and the future campers at the island when we're not doing any challenges." naruto nodded to Beth question.
Beth was happy about her new living arrangement before she hugged the blonde counselor.
"Oh, this is going to be amazing." Beth said as she jumped around the boat.
"Yeah, it is kiddo." naruto said as he rubbed Beth's head.
hey guys, sorry for taking so long for the update. I had some school stuff to take care of and had little to make the story.
anyways, did you like the story so far.
as you can see, the story is deviate from the canon. this is cause i want to bring more characterization to the cast. i want to make feel like more people.
i want to focus more on the girl cause i wanted to make a emotional connection between them and naruto so the relationship doesn't feel force.
also, Beth is not in the harem. i want to make a more brother-sister/teacher-student relationship with her and naruto.
