Dominic laid his head back on the pillow. His head felt like it weighed a ton. He gaped his mouth open to breathe, filling his chest with air and sighing with every breath exhale. The boys were hanging out at William's for the weekend to care for Dominic. While they were all chatting in the kitchen playing card games at the dinner table, Dominic was resting on William's bed. He heard his friends laughing, dishes clattering together, rock music playing softly. His faded blue hair glistened in the sunlight that peeked from the curtains. He closed his eyes hoping his friends wouldn't think he made an embarrassment of himself. He kept thinking about Angelita crying when William took him to the ER after school. They didn't wait for the nurse to look at him, thinking it was going to be a waste of time. Angelita kept texting Dominic the whole day calling him to see how he was and how he was doing. He had been in pain for the past three days and wanted it to be all over.

About an hour later William went to go check up on the teen, Jonathan following behind him. Dominic's face was pulsing, and he couldn't get enough sleep. "Hey budd- Oh that doesn't look pretty." He chuckled looking at the boy with watery eyes. Seymour then brought him a slice of pizza, a can of soda, and a cookie to top it off. "How ya' doin' Dominic?" He sat up slowly, pushing off the jacket he covered himself with. "My face hurts bad." Johnathan slid the curtain to block out all the sunlight, "I would imagine. You ate dirt. So now what? You're going to be suspended for a week then?" Seymour leaned on the bed post blowing raspberries, "He's getting suspended for throwing the first punch and biting. Andrew's parents are trying to press charges and he's only getting ISS for sending dick pics to Angel." Jonathan raised an eyebrow looking at Dominic. "Did you see how small that thing was?" The boy rolled his eyes, taking another bite of his pizza. "It was practically microscopic!" William cackled as the other boys snickered. Mikron crossed his arms frowning, "I dunno that was pretty traumatizing for me… I didn't want to see that." "Nobody does mate." Samuel peered into the room. "Oi Billy! You know where he lives right?" He looked at the rocker and his eyes began to wonder. Dominic's eyes widened, "Doesn't he live down the opposite side of the neighborhood?" Baranscrammedfrom the kitchen table and into the room giving the group a mischievous look. "I think we should pay him a visit." Seymour looked at his friend, "Right now? That's too obvious we're going to get caught." William threw his hands up huffing and giving Seymour a look of disbelief. "He's your best friend and you're going to let him suffer like that? His nose is broken! Andrew needs a good ass kicking!" Mikron jumped on the bed giggling. "What if we wait till Halloween? Nobody is going to know it was us." Everyone in the room then began to smile at the idea. Baran huffed, "We should do it now to give him a taste of his own medicine."

There was a moment of arguing until Seymour got everyone's attention. "As much as I want to kick this guy's ass, we need to think about how it's going to affect Dominic. This prick Andrew has money, and we know about your situation…" He looked at Dominic and he tilted his head down. He looked at his now cold pizza. Samuel made his way to the center and gestured toward Dominic, "So what are we waiting till' Halloween? People are going to assume that we did it anyways. But me personally, I'm going to give that fucker Andrew a hard time. If we want to get him back, we need to do it soon because I'm not letting what happened slide. Think about what his friends might want to do to Angel. She's practically our sister."They all looked at the white-haired boy who had his arms crossed. He then turned to look at Dominic. "Tell us what you want bloke. We've got cha' back." Dominic raised his hands, "I just want to make sure if we're going to get him back, we do it right." With that, William took out a sheet of paper from his desk and a marker. He opened his laptop pulling the street map of his neighborhood. They all huddled together ready to plan their next move.
