The characters I'm including in this story are about 98 including two characters' alter egos, which it's quite a hassle to bring in that many. More characters than the Super Smash Bros characters reacting to death battle.

Boomstick: Haggar, the mayor-elect of whoop-ass.
Wiz: And Zangief, Russia's Red Cyclone.
"Gotta admit, those sounds like badass nicknames to me." Leon agreed
"I'll said, riding with the gang of Crazy Diamonds is good enough for me in my opinion." Mondo opined
Boomstick: These two wrestlers have never met in person, but their rivalry is legendary, and it's about time they duked it out!
Wiz: I'm Wizard and he's Boomstick, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.

Boomstick: Standing six foot seven and weighing 266 pounds - 30 of which is probably in his manly mustache - it's Mike Haggar!
"Hell yeah, Get a load of this fucking wrestler!" Monokid approved
"God damn this guy is manly." Mondo contributed, respecting Haggar's body pack
"I know right, I can tell he's has the reputation to prove it." Nekomaru suggested
Wiz: For many years, Haggar was a champion wrestler of Slam Masters until being elected mayor of Metro City, a metropolis overrun with street gangs.
Boomstick: Too bad there aren't more badasses in office. Most mayors would just put up laws against crime or increase the police force, but Mike takes matters into his own hands.
"Yeaaah! He does all the ass-kicking in the finest!" Akane exclaimed
"Precisely, Mr. Haggar does all the heavy work he can while capturing the criminals and upholding the laws." Kiyotaka added

"But why use a pipe?" Sayaka wondered
"I believe he's sometimes prefer to fight dirty, but I've preferred fighting with my strengths and bare hands." Gozu replied

"Okay, I don't think you can get any manly than that, but that's some man of steel right there!" Nekomaru approved

Wrestling these proves Haggar's proficiency in the Scottish backhold, as he keeps his balance against the thrashing sharks until he can piledrive them into the beach.
Most of the audiences jaw-drop at Haggar's impressive performance of wrestling a bull shark.
Boomstick: Next Jaws movie needs more Haggar!
"Yeah, there are citizens out there who need someone strong like him." Chihiro said
"Yes! The prestigious man who fights for the greater good. Such bravado, Mr. Haggar!" Kiyotaka exclaimed
"For a guy like him, he's always gonna stay on the top because he earns it." Kaito added, respecting the American wrestler
"That's right Momota, as for his talent, he'll be perfect for the Future Foundation, that I can approved!" Gozu soothed
Wiz: Unfortunately, during his time as mayor, Haggar was undoubtedly forced to prioritize politics over training. It's likely he didn't have much time to learn new techniques or train against many other wrestlers. As a result, he uses moves and skills from an older era.
"Hmm, how unfortunate. It seems that he's vulnerable towards more modern era fighting styles." Byakuya contributed
"That is the price one has to pay when prioritizing their jobs. Can't said I blame him for spending more time doing politics rather than improving his abilities." Chisa said
Boomstick: But they seem to work pretty damn well.
Wiz: He certainly hasn't lost his touch.
"Kehehe... agreed." Korekiyo snickered
"I'll say he's amazing and handsome, b-but not as handsome as Byakuya." Toko implied

Haggar growls and kills a bald eagle perched on his arm.
"Ahhh, not the eagle bird." Chihiro lamented of Haggar knocking out the eagle with a single punch

Wiz: Zangief stands seven feet tall at 350 pounds, weighing in as one of the strongest on the Street Fighting circuit.
Boomstick: And as a testament to his manliness, check out that wicked shin hair!
Some of the audience were gagged by looking hair at some other area spots, while some chuckled and the rest didn't seem to care about the display.
"Ugh, I think I prefer my chest to be spotless without any hairs growing out." Leon rasped
"Now that is one I called a *mon* of a chest hair." Teruteru claimed
"Just looking at other body spots with hairs make me wanna..." Miu said as Keebo cut her off

"You make a pretty decent point there." Hifumi agreed
Wiz: His signature move is the Spinning Piledriver, which he learned after getting caught in a cyclone while piledriving a bear.
"SAY WHAT!?" Some of the audiences shouted in disbelief expect for the rest including Monokuma and the Monokubs.
Boomstick: That is the most awesome thing I've ever heard!
"While it does sound awesome of fighting with a bear, he's never fought a bear such as Monokuma." Monokuma sassed, mocking the Russian wrestler
"You said it Pops!" Monosuke agreed as well the other Monokubs joined in
Wiz: Actually, wrestling bears has been Zangief's favorite training exercise since he was a kid.
"Hold on, he's been wrestling bears at such a young age?!" Kaito wondered
"Ah yeah, I said Zangief has the guts and willpower to take on any demon even when he was a kid." Masaru added
"That explains why he had those scars." Juzo informed
Wiz: Supposedly, he wrestles grizzly bears, but these are not native to Russia. It's far more likely he wrestles Ussuri brown bears, which can weigh up to 1500 pounds, well over twice the size of a full-grown grizzly.
Some of the audience expect Monokuma and Monokubs were shocked by Zangief's magnificent manliness against a brute force of an Ussuri bear.
Boomstick: Holy shit! He piledrived one of those into a tornado!?
"Yes he did Boomstick. Yes he did." Chiaki replied
"Woah, he's like a Russian brick-house with so much determination." Komaru implied
Wiz: Battling such a massive beast corresponds with his Russian wrestling training perfectly, forcing the bears to lose their balance and knocking them out cold!
"Okay, he's definitely got what it takes to be a man of his title, always fighting for your for the greater good. Good shit!" Nekomaru exclaimed
Wiz: Zangief is a loyal Russian through and through, always fighting for his country rather than personal gain. He is often employed by the Russian President as the country's official fighting representative. That said, Zangief is pretty dimwitted, more a follower than a leader. He fights with instinct rather than reason.
"I see, if a smart enough wrestler can used their advance techniques and forms of trickery against Zangief, then he's screwed." Mukuro suggested
"That's true, since Zangief is a dimwitted wrestler and he lacks developing new techniques and doing his training." Aoi said
"Point taken." Yasuhiro replied
Boomstick: All the more reason to get out of his way!
Zangief attacks the Duck Hunt Dog and piledrives it.
Zangief: Mmmmhhh! Me Zangief broke you!
"Alright the combatants are set." Wiz announced.
"The Unstoppable-Force against the Immovable-Mayor!" Boomstick says.
"Let's end this debate once and for all." Wiz said.

DEATH BATTLE
Zangief and Haggar stand in a deserted street. Haggar grunted as he stretches his muscles and his top part of his suit ripped off his body showing the muscles underneath while Zangief removes his red cape, points upwards and laughs, and drinks a bottle of beer before crushing the bottle.
"Give him hell Zangief!" Akane yelled, rooting for the Russian Wrestler
"Show this man of what you're made of Mr. Haggar!" Kiyotaka exclaimed
Time to see which Capcom wrestler will come out on time.
FIGHT!
(Cues: Street Fighter IV - Lobby Screen by Hideyuki Fukasawa)
Haggar and Zangief both grab each other and look at each other in the eyes before Zangief throws Haggar behind him. He tries to attack Haggar with a flying kick, only to get blocked. He tries to punch him, but his punches get blocked, too.
"This fight has only just begun." Miaya informed
After dodging Zangief's lariat, Haggar suplexes him, attacks him with a lariat, and kicks him. Zangief suplexes Haggar twice and piledrives him before throwing him across the street.
"Wicked combos hell yeah!" Monokid exclaimed
As Zangief advances, Haggar kicks him and attacks him with a steel pipe, but Zangief counters with the Banishing flat, knocking him into a building, which Zangief enters to finish the duel. As they fight, they also go upstairs. A couch, a globe, Princess Peach, a Dragon ball, Big the Cat and Pedobear get thrown out the building.
"Oh my, how chaotic for these two wrestlers." Sonia said
"Yeah, this is totally getting out of hand." Kazuichi added
"There's no denying that I saw them throw out a Dragon Ball from the building." Hifumi informed

Haggar and Zangief's fists hit each other and Haggar tries and fails to hit Zangief but Zangief suplexes Haggar near a window and, after a few blocked punches, throws himself at Haggar, sending them both out the window.
"Oh crap, this one is not gonna end well." Yasuhiro worried
"From the way this look, one is going to take the heavy impact on the ground while the other survives the fall. Therefore, whoever falls down first dies." Chiaki anticipated
"Alright, this I cannot turn away from." Kokichi exclaimed
Zangief tries to pile drive Haggar into the pavement, but then Haggar begins to turn the tides and tries to piledrive Zangief, then Zangief tries to piledrive Haggar, then Haggar tries to piledrive Zangief. This goes on for a while until they both hit the pavement. As the dust clears, Haggar and Zangief are both seen lying down on the pavement. But Haggar has blood around his head, indicating his death. Then, Zangief stands up, points both arms upward, and laughs triumphantly.

RESULTS

The audience give an applause for the fight especially with Akane, Nekomaru, and Makoto who clapped for the Red Cyclone to win while Taka, Mondo and the others clapped in for respect of the mayor who did gave it his all.
Boomstick: (sighs) A great man has fallen today...
"Yes, sadly it is Boomstick." Kiyotaka comforted
Wiz: Haggar and Zangief's similar moveset appeared evenly matched, anticipating each other's moves and countering with their signature attack.
"That's what I thought after verifying their moves." Chiaki noted, expected as much
Boomstick: He led a long productive life, kicking ass, ruling Metro City and keeping the beaches safe from rogue sharks...
"Ahhhh, sounds like poor Boomsticky is depressed when Haggar lost." Kokichi said, feeling pity on his intentions
Wiz: Not only is Zangief almost 100 pounds larger than Haggar, he's also 13 years younger and been training all his life.
"Of course, Zangief is the type who never intends to slack off from his training." Kaito assured
Boomstick: I'm gonna miss that wonderful mustache!
"Trust me Boomstick, the same goes for me too." Kiyotaka said
"Don't worry, at least he's at a better place now." Kotoko replied
Wiz: Zangief's youth and lack of political agenda were enough to give him a slight edge.
"That's true, Zangief better experience and larger amounts of training gave him the upperhand against Haggar, who got kept at the back foot due to being hindered by his time being a politician and older, more slower state." Fuyuhiko informed
Boomstick: Poor Haggar. He may piledrive sharks, but Zangief's bears were three times larger and probably twice as dangerous. Sure, Haggar can grapple a half ton shark without falling over, but if Zangief can push around 1,500 pound bears as a hobby, Haggar didn't stand a chance.
"Well I'll be damned, bears are more crucial, bigger and aggressive than fighting a shark." Monokuma stated
Wiz: He definitely put up a great fight, though.
"Yes, well played Mr. Haggar." Taka approved
Boomstick: That he did. 'Gief just found his window of opportunity.
Most of the audience chuckled and laughed while the rest didn't enjoy the pun.
Wiz: The winner is Zangief.
"That fight was so manly! Good job on a sprite animation." Kaito approved
"Next time on Death Battle." They hear Boomstick say.
The video showed the next contestants but instead of two, there were four anthropomorphic ninjas but as... turtles?! Each of them were wearing a different colored headband. One had blue bandana with a two katanas, the next has a purple bandana with a bo staff, the third was a shorter turtle with a yellow bandana and wielding a pair of nunchucks, and final one was a taller turtle with twin sai and a red bandana.

"Ninja...turtles?" Makoto, Hajime, Shuichi and Komaru wondered
"Okay, on with the next episode." Kazuo exclaimed as he clicked on the next episode
Woooooaaaaaaaaah, this one took me way longer than I expected. I had some editing to do with the prologue and it kept me busy again for awhile. But now I'm done editing it again, so hopefully I don't stop again and go back to the prologue to do some more editing. Not to mention the other stories I was less focusing on.
