Wiz: Of all the warriors who have entered this arena, none can compete with these two titans of death.
Almost everyone including Akane and Monokid were excited and interested about this particular match-up.
Wiz: Kratos, the Ghost of Sparta who single-handedly annihilated Olympus...
"Now that's a badass title for some demigod who's a badass to be exact!" Leon soothed
"Yeah, I already tell this guy is fucking savage!" Kazuichi pointed out
Boomstick: And Spawn, who managed to dethrone both Satan and God.
Most of the audiences were shivered deep down in their spines, cowered in fear by a demonic being who once slaughtered both deities and especially his intimidating appearance.
"This guy... is terrifying as hell, like 10 outta of the 10 rating." Yasuhiro commented
"The hellish spawn of the Eighth Sphere, a rotten to the core must return back into the depths of hell from whence he came." Gundham pointed out
Wiz: I'm Wizard and he's Boomstick, and it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor, and skills to find out who would win... a Death Battle.
"I have no knowledge or info about Spawn, but Kratos is a demigod from a video game called "God of War" who earned the title "Ghost of Sparta" from the gods." Chiaki noted
"God of War... that sounds familiar..." Akane speculated
KRATOS
Wiz: Kratos is a demigod, raised among the Spartans as their greatest warrior, until one day, his people were threatened to be overrun. It was then he struck a deal with Ares, the God of War.
"Wait, Kratos fought Ares? I thought Wonder Woman was the one who fought him back in episode 3, so how is it possible?!" Kaito wondered, curiously
"In my knowledge, it's very likely that Wonder Woman and Kratos are from different universes apart and fought their own Ares." Shuichi stated
"When you put it that way, it does make sense." Himiko replied
"I see, so there's multiple versions of Ares and the Ares they're examining is the one from the God of War video games." Kaito speculated, as Chiaki corrected him.
Wiz: Ares would give him the strength to protect his people; in return, Kratos would serve as Ares' champion warrior.
"I can already speculate about the deal he made with Kratos will backfiring him." Byakuya assumed
"You're not the only one who's assuming the fact." Kyosuke replied
Boomstick: Kratos became super-powerful and really vicious, but was tricked by Ares into killing his own family.
Almost everyone were shocked of what they heard and couldn't help but feel sorry for Kratos, even though he struck a deal with the God of War himself in the first place, as he though did it only into protecting the people he loves.
"That's what happens when those who struck a deal with a devil, the devil ends up backstabbing the other and takes advantage of them." Mukuro stated
Boomstick: But hey, he saved some money on child support and divorce!
"Not funny at all Boomstick, you dumbass!" Kazuichi scolded

"It's astounding for the Ghost of Sparta whose pride is much more incredible than my own. The God of Strength himself is indeed a worthy adversary." Gundham complimented.
The group sees as the scene cuts to Kratos' primary weapon which it was very unique by its design. It was a pair of large serrated hook swords with glowing orange energy in its blades and has handles with demon-like heads serving as guards and are bounded by chains.

Boomstick: Kratos wields the Blades of Exile, twin short swords bound to his arms by chains. The blades have a hook design that Kratos can use to cut right through his enemies, or snag them and whip 'em around. And like most badass weapons, they can somehow emit fire.
Most were intrigued by the Blades of Exile.
"Now that's some sick-ass weapon!" Leon whistled at the Blades of Exile
"Yeah, those swords hooked by the chains will come in really handy by dragging ya enemies around like a ragdoll." Monosuke stated
"And that's just the tip of the iceberg of Kratos' arsenal." Chiaki said
Wiz: Kratos is well trained in sword combat and possesses what may be the most powerful sword the Greek gods have to offer - the Blade of Olympus.
The next weaponry they saw was a five foot long divine sword covered in a powerful blue aura, which they couldn't help but awed at the sight of such an immense power that the sword holds.

They were now satisfied for Kratos giving Ares the punishment he deserves.
Boomstick: But Zeus tricked him into putting all his godly powers into this sword, making him mortal once again.
"Poor Kratos... the Greek gods who've he made a deal with are the ones outsmarted him." Chihiro said
Wiz: And making the Blade of Olympus a deadly harbinger of death to even the toughest Olympians.
The next of Kratos' property is the golden armlet which has ram designs into them.

The next weaponry is a pair of gauntlets with lion heads in front of them and Akane was already taking a like to the pair of gauntlets.

"Impressive, but best not to count out Spawn just yet. It's important to note that someone should never judge a book by it's cover." Shuichi speculated
Boomstick: Holy crap, that's a lot of weapons! I like this guy!
Wiz: Kratos is not invincible, but he is very difficult to kill.
"Yeah, someone who's been slaying all gods and Titans, I'm not gonna even risk my life fighting against those who are more of a shit threats." Nekomaru said
Boomstick: Hell, he can't even kill himself!
Most were shocked as they witnessed Kratos impaling himself with the Blade of Olympus and was still alive.
"He tried to kill himself?! Why would he do that?!" Fuyuhiko asked, curiously
"Kratos had brought the end of the world after killing all the gods and achieving his vengeance. Then after that, he release all the hope he had stored in his body and passing hope onto mortals." Chiaki clarified
"Well, it seems like this fearsome demigod can also be called the god of hope." Nagito suggested
"That's one way of putting it yeah." Hajime replied
Wiz: In his rage, he tore apart the ranks of Mount Olympus and slaughtered every god upon and below it... except for Aphrodite.
Boomstick: For obvious reasons!
Some of the group blushed a bit at the "obvious" scene, which made Teruteru did an anime fall on his chair and his nose was bleeding out.
Wiz: In doing so, he ultimately brought about the end of the world. Without the power of the gods to keep the chaos in check, the apocalypse had arrived, and its vanguard was Kratos.
Everyone was shocked about this as the Ghost of Sparta was standing atop of the mountains viewing the beautiful world it once was has been turned into a living hell and they now understand why he's an anti-hero and why he dedicated his life into doing whatever he can in order to achieve his goals and becoming the true God of War. Whether it be vengeance, justice or conquest, Kratos is the most badass demigod who will never stop fighting and will keep slaying all gods and Titans time and time again.
The scene they're glimpsing at now is Kratos standing before who looks like he lost their ultimate battle and and now is on his knees as his is at hand.
Ares: I was trying to make you a great warrior.
Kratos: You succeeded.
Kratos impales Ares with the Blade of Olympus which terrified most of the audiences.
Some audiences couldn't believe in their eyes and to having the thoughts about Kratos. Despite being tricked by killing his family and the gods backstabbing the deal, hee's an incredibly deadly foe for anyone to face him even gods succumb to his wrath. Monokuma, the Monokubs, Leon, and Mondo love his useful weapons that he carries with him including the Blades of Exile. Akane and Juzo should definitely owned the Nemean Cestus for its design and power and the rest of the audience respected him of how powerful he really was.
Kratos' opponent in the episode was a demonic-looking man wearing a skintight black with white streaks and glowing green eyes, while also wore a large red cloak and chained gauntlets. Another depiction of him is his human appearance which shows him being a dark-skinned man with a goatee and wore some sort of combat uniform and was fully equipped with a lot of high tech stuff. Some audiences including Yasuhiro, Toko, Chihiro, Kazuichi, Mikan, Jataro, Himiko, and Ruruka were cowering in fear by glimpsing at the man's intimidating appearance. Expect there was only one who was lust about the devil-looking man is none other than Genocide Jack.
SPAWN
Wiz: Al Simmons was trained to be a deadly, stealthy soldier and assassin, and proved numerous times he was the best of the best.
Some of the audiences including Mukuro and Maki were impressed by seeing another soldier/assassin to be in the show.
"Ohhh, so he's an professional assassin just like Maki, but with way more experience." Kokichi stated as Maki stood silent, not making an eye contact on Kokichi.
"He's both the Ultimate Soldier & Assassin. Two talents that he specializes in no less." Nekomaru affirmed
Wiz: But when his morality got the better of him, his boss terminated his contract... permanently.
Some of them winced at Simmons being burned alive and angered at his boss for backstabbing him.
"Well, wouldn't ya know?! The worst-case shitty scenario has happened!" Miu griped
"Yet another tragic backstory when the main character suffers a betrayal later when they're serving under someone." Sonosuke concurred
Boomstick: That's when Simmons met Malebolgia, one of the Demon Lords of Hell, who struck a deal with him: He'd get to see his wife again if he became captain of Hell's armies. He agreed and was reborn as a Hellspawn.
"I've had a terrible feeling that Al is making a poor decision." Aoi speculated, knowing that cutting a deal with evil deities would end up backfiring Simmons.
Boomstick: But as with most demons, it tricked him, leaving Spawn with a fate worse than death. And of course, Spawn swore revenge!
Now most of them feel sorry for Spawn as well as Kratos who was now pissed of as hell at Malebolgia. Living a life serving in hell and rebelling against that one that tricked him of stealing his family away is really sad. Now they're expecting a lot of combatants in the future episodes are having their own tragic backstories. Now moving on to the Hellspawn's abilities.
"*Sigh* everyone should know this by know, for when you're cutting a deal with a genie. Don't even attempt making a decision because if you do, that genie will end up breaking the deal and you'll regret it later by facing some negative consequences!" Keebo stated, as most agreed on his statement.
"Damn right, thanks for the heads-up Keebo." Kaito replied

Boomstick: In addition, Spawn can feed off the evil auras of others for the same effect. It really saves him on Band-Aids!
"In other words, he's feeding off the evil sins of others to heal himself faster than his using his powers." Kyoko added

"Not to mention the name of it sounds awesome too." Masaru concurred
Boomstick: Leetha has ridiculous powers. Basically, anything she or Spawn wants to happen can happen. The suit can create and control chains, claws, spikes, and morph itself into pretty much anything Spawn wants, like a badass cape that can drag enemies and protect Spawn from all sorts of danger.
"A magical living red cape with so many magical abilities. I can't help but feel jealous for not having that." Himiko said, making a frown expression.
Wiz: The suit has a mind of its own, and can operate while Spawn focuses on other parts of the battle. It is strong enough to easily smash through brick, and fast enough to block bullets.
"It's both powerful and dangerous at the same time." Sayaka stated
Wiz: However, Leetha feeds off necroplasm energy when using the suit's powers, a hellish matter which Spawn is entirely composed of. If Leetha uses too much, Spawn will be sent back to Hell.
"So he has to be careful how much power he's using from his cape." Sonia implied
"Yes, going to Hell would be a fatal end for Spawn." Hajime replied
"I don't even want to end up in Hell if I had a cape like that." Yasuhiro said in worry
Wiz: However, like Spawn, Leetha can also feed off the evil and sin of others.
"Let's just hope that Spawn doesn't exist in our world cuz he's a total freakazoid." Komaru suggested

Almost everyone's jaws were dropped after hearing the list of Spawn's magical powers especially Himiko since she couldn't help but envy Spawn even more.
"Are you fucking serious?!" Fuyuhiko & Mondo exclaimed

"Puhuhuhu... imagine having all of those powers and I do the worst possible by spreading despair both Heaven and Earth! Such a devious move as I called it." Monokuma cackled
Wiz: And he can control the elements, often using fire and water to defeat swarms of enemies. However, even with all these godlike abilities, Spawn usually resorts to his most primitive weapon. As he was trained in Special Forces for so long, Spawn is most comfortable using a gun. He is an expert in the use of nearly any firearm imaginable.

"Spawn has to keep his guard up so he doesn't get decapitated." The Imposter remarked
"Don't forget about Kratos' Blade of Olympus. It is a holy weapon forged from Heaven which he can use to kill Spawn." Hajime pointed out as the others agreed
Wiz: Spawn killed all sorts of powerful enemies - assassins, cyborgs, vampires, ghosts, Angels, Demons, other Hellspawn, rampaging deities, even Satan and God. Yes, that old lady is the God.
Some were stunned to see that one God Spawn has slay is an old lady, which her melting face was a disguise and it was fading.
"Another Hellspawn? So Al is not the only one." Sonosuke responded, as Monaca nodded
"I'm guessing they too also made their wish with Malebolgia." Celestia assumed as Jataro corrected her.
Boomstick: Really? God looks like my nanna... Am I a demigod?
"I don't think so..." Mahiru answered, a bit of sweat-drop
Wiz: And after being granted unlimited power from the Mother of all things, Spawn banished God and Satan from the Earth, which he wiped clean and rebuilt in his own image. He then willingly sacrificed his own God powers and eventually returned to his Hellspawn form.
"He's probably chose the option which it's possibly the best for him into keeping the world safe in his own way and return to his normal life with his family." Nagito speculated
Boomstick: Oh, why the hell would he do that? He must've been really bored!
"That is true. Being a normal person again without any powers he had since he was a Hellspawn sounds lame." Akane commented
"A person who is gifted with godlike powers which he received from the devil of the underworld finds it boring now that he conquers all the realms." Izuru stated
Spawn blows up a wall.
Spawn: Knock, knock
Despite having a vengeful backstory, Spawn is the one of the most powerful Hellspawn combatant that the whole audience has ever encountered so far in Death Battle. Maki and Mukuro respects him for being both a soldier and assassin. Himiko favors all the magical powers and even the Leetha of the 7th House of K. The rest admitting all the other insane stuff he has performed.
Wiz: Alright, the combatants are set! Let's end this debate once and for all!

The scene was taken in an ancient underground palace lit by torchlight and see Kratos as The Ghost of Sparta marches up a staircase before turning around to see Spawn from Hell appear in a flash of green flame right behind him as he's whipping out his Blades of Exile.

Kratos starts off by lashing out his blades at Spawn, but he doesn't move a muscle as Leetha summons several chains to block the attacks and slices through for a few moments. Eventually, Spawn pulls a large gun and starts firing at Kratos, who defends himself by crossing the Blades in front of him to block the incoming bullets. He quickly swipes a Blade to disarm Spawn, but misses his next swing as Spawn teleports behind him, landing a blow, but Kratos manages to block all of his attacks in time and stab Spawn and then dragged him forward only to be kicked back across the dungeon.
Everyone was awed of how awesome this fight was going and the music that fits well with the fight.
Spawn lands at the foot of the stairs safely and barely avoiding a leap attack from Kratos and fled to the next room as The Ghost of Sparta follows Spawn in a hot pursuit, but doesn't find the Hellspawn anywhere.
"It's his invisibility magic. That's why Kratos can't find him." Himiko speculated
"Impressive Himiko! You notice it right away!" Tenko praised
Spawn lowered his invisibility and leaps from the wall to surprise attack the Ghost of Sparta by leaping kicking him from the wall. Spawn's next gives him a barrage of punches and sended Kratos airborne, then uses his teleportation and speed to deliver more blows to send Kratos flying.
Flying quickly, Spawn sees Kratos at the foot of another staircase, and hurls a ball of necroplasm at Kratos, which he reflects it back at Spawn with his Golden Fleece and Kratos stabbed Spawn once again and brings him down the stairs, then uses his Nemean Cestus to knock Spawn into the next room.
"Damn, those gauntlets gotta hurt!" Akane exclaimed
"Spawn can tank those punches no problem!" Monophanie pointed out
The blow's force pushes Spawn to the edge of a gap between two sections, which he floats over as Kratos reaches him, laughing evilly and shooting more necroplasm projectiles at Kratos. He deflects them away with the Golden Fleece again before summoning the Icarus Wings and tackling Spawn to the other side. While Kratos hangs on the ledge, the Hellspawn floats up and prepares to deliver a killing blow.
Spawn: You're pissing me off.
"Clearly he's a pain in ass and tough to kill!" Kaito said

But before he can attack, Kratos hooks him with the Blades and they both fall into the pit and landed safely at the bottom, Kratos pulling out the Bow of Apollo and shooting arrows at Spawn which he blocks all of them with his cape as Kratos finally charging up the next arrow which was on fire. Spawn uses his elemental control to make the flame engulf Kratos, then launches a necroplasm grenade in the fire, exploding in bursts of smoke.
"He's not dead yet!" Monosuke responded
"It's already down to the wires." Kyosuke replied with hints of anticipation.
Kratos, however survives and jumps from the blaze with the Blade of Olympus in hand, nearly striking the teleporting Spawn, then easily cutting through Leetha's chains and stabbing Spawn through the chest.
"That was a direct hit!" Kiyotaka exclaimed
"Is he dead?" Jataro spoke out
Almost everyone thought the fight was over but they were quickly surprised when Spawn remains still for a moment before teleporting off the Blade, behind Kratos, and grabbing his head before feeding off all of his evil energy in a flash of green and delivering the final blow.
Spawn: DIE!
Spawn then creates a large spike in his hand through Kratos' head, killing the Ghost of Sparta.
"HOLY SHIT!" Mondo, Monosuke, Fuyuhiko, Kazuichi, Nekomaru, Miu, Kokichi, Kaito, and Monotaro yelled for watching someone getting stabbed in the face.
K.O!
RESULTS
Everyone who voted for Spawn were clapping for his victory, while the ones voted for Kratos cheered him for trying. This fight was pretty entertaining, and now the time to hear why Spawn won.
Boomstick: Aaahhhh, man - here comes the rage from the God of War fanboys!
"The fanboys of God of War... they can't help themselves but feel enraged." Chiaki articulated
Wiz: Kratos is a very difficult one to beat, but Spawn's magical prowess and near-indestructible body proved too much for him.
Monaca and the other Stars of Hope nodded knowing Spawn was way more durable and his powers was proven too much even for the might of the Ghost of Sparta.
Boomstick: Yeah, normally, that last attack would've meant the end for his opponent, but not Spawn!
Wiz: And while much of Kratos' arsenal was forged by Olympians, Olympus is composed of Earthly elements, and is not another plane of existence like Heaven, so it stands to reason none of the Olympian weapons would kill Spawn.
"It goes to show that most of Kratos' weaponry were ineffective against Spawn." Chiaki clarified
"Yeah, but I still loved the Nemean Cestus though." Akane implored
Boomstick: Except the Blade of Olympus, but it wasn't enough.
"While the Blade of Olympus could apparently kill Spawn, Kratos would have to decapitated his head, therefore killing Spawn for good. But Spawn can teleport around the battlefield making it difficult for Kratos to land a killing blow." Hajime noted as the others agreed
Wiz: Plus, Spawn and his suit had plenty of evil energy to feed on during the fight, since Kratos is literally covered in his past sins.
"Agreed." Sakura replied
Boomstick: Well, that was one Hell of a fight!
"Ah ha ha ha! Good pun Boomstick." Monokuma cackled while the rest groaned at the joke.
Wiz: The winner is Spawn.
Boomstick: Next time on Death Battle!
SLAYER OF DRAGONS
They see a man in what looked like a mining suit fighting walking tomatoes with goggles and fire breathing dragons on one side.
EXPLOSION EXTRAORDINARIE
In the other corner is a white and blue man throwing bombs at anything in his path and facing all sorts of enemies and Kazuo played the next episode.
Mannnnn, I'm sorry that it took over a month, but I'm finally back on tracks. Some probably thought that I gave up on this story and I'm tired of this, but NO! I am back for some more writing.
