Cody's eyes drifted open, no dream in sight. He rubbed his face, groaning. The last dream had been less than pleasant. Looking around the cabin, the others were still in their beds. Good, no tricks like last time. He rolled out of bed and opened the door to wash up, only to be bombarded with rain and wind. If the howling wind outside didn't wake his teammates up, Cody slamming the door definitely did.

"What's with the noise?" Trent asked, rubbing his eyes. The others began to wake up, indicated by their collective groans.

"Sorry," Cody apologized, combing his hair back to what it normally was. "It's storming outside." Extreme weather on the island was a rarity, but not impossible. Sure, Chris could create a thunderstorm, but he couldn't get rid of one.

After the others had fully woken up, they decided it was best to weather the storm inside their cabin. It wasn't like any of them were eager to eat Chef's cooking, Owen not included. Cody remembered a deck of cards that had been collecting dust in his duffel bag all this time. Pulling it out, Cody and Trent taught the other two how to play poker. Ezekiel seemed to be a natural, but Owen continued to struggle throughout their games.

A few hours passed by as the game began to grow stale. Without anything to bet, every game became a blur of Cody and Trent passing the winner status between each other. The group cheered when Ezekiel finally won, but unless Owen was going to win, which seemed more and more unlikely with each passing game, things were getting boring. Luckily, Owen, ever the entertainer, brought up an interesting question. "Hey, so what would you guys do if you won the money, huh?"

The others ruminated, the rain quietly tapping on the glass outside. Owen spoke up first.

"Personally, I'd buy out all the fast food places I could! Or maybe become the CEO, so I could get all the food I'd want!" Owen said, drooling at the thought. "On the other hand, imagine what kind of wicked party I could throw with one hundred grand!"

"I guess I'd just invest it, you know?" Cody said. "Or maybe just use it for college. I dunno, thinking about winning hurts my brain."

Trent booed, giving him a thumbs-down.

"What? Come on," Owen prodded with a smirk. "No parties, no nothing?"

"I'm not a party guy," Cody said. "What about you, Trent? Any plans?"

"I'd make the biggest concert ever and get girls from everywhere to come see it. It'd be totally rad." Cody looked at him with a goofy grin but was more skeptical on the inside.

"So, Trent really is here to get famous. He could have fooled me the first time around. And what's with him wanting girls from everywhere? During our entire time together, from Island to the Drama Brothers, the only girl I ever saw him actually care about was Gwen. He mostly dated just for the sake of it otherwise."

As he was the last one left, all eyes fell on Ezekiel. "I really don't know what I'd do, eh. My parents only signed me up for this show to get me to see the world. I'd probably want to treat them to a nice dinner. Or maybe I could do that for Bridgette!"

Trent and Owen gave him a curious look after his last statement. "So you're into Bridgette, huh?" Owen asked, nudging the prairie boy. Ezekiel instinctively grabbed his toque in embarrassment but nodded anyway. "But doesn't Geoff also like her?" Owen continued.

"He does?!" Ezekiel gulped. "Aw man."

"Hope's not all lost, you know," Cody said.

"You think?"

"Maybe not," Trent shrugged.

"That's pretty sweet, dude. I think Izzy was kinda hot, to be honest with you guys." Owen said.

"Dude, are you sure?" Trent asked.

Cody agreed, saying "She might be hot, but she'd also eat you alive."

Owen thought about this, before nodding. "Yeah, you guys are right. But that just makes her even hotter!" The other three boys all shared a look. "Justin was pretty, too." Owen swooned over the now-gone model. Yet again, the other three shared a look.

"How about you, Cody?" Ezekiel asked.

Cody froze, somehow forgetting that he'd have to find his own answer. If he were his old self, the answer would be obvious, painfully so. But he didn't want anything standing between Trent and Gwen. Bridgette would upset Zeke, Heather was Heather, and almost nobody else was believable.

"L-Lindsay! Yeah, Lindsay's hot." The other three laughed.

"Well of course she's hot! But do you really have a crush on her?" asked Trent.

"I guess I wouldn't say crush, but then again I don't think I'm really crushing on anybody here." The others were a bit skeptical but accepted the answer.

"Really?" Owen remarked. "I think everybody on the island's attractive in some way! Even Heather!" Cody and Ezekiel burst out laughing as soon as he said Heather. "Well, okay, she may not be the nicest girl around…"

"Owen, she's the opposite of nice!" Ezekiel argued.

"I don't think she's all that bad," Trent said casually. All three heads swiveled in his direction.

"But, didn't she read Gwen's diary out loud? On public television? And she even lied to make it worse." Owen said meekly.

"And she pinned it all on Cody!" Ezekiel said, his anger slightly flaring up.

"She's probably just misunderstood. She made for a decent conversation last challenge, at least." Cody's eyebrow raised at this.

"So she was trying to win him over during the last challenge. And unfortunately, it seems to have worked."

As tension began to rise in the cabin, the weather outside finally began dying down. Trent quickly took his leaving, stating that he needed to get some food. Owen soon followed for the same reason. Cody remained suspicious, and so followed him to the dining hall. Although wary, his nerves were calmed when he saw Trent sit down next to Gwen and start a conversation. Things were weird, but not unsolvable.

The rest of the day went along fairly fast for Cody. Due to spending so much time inside, he decided to take a walk around the island. He got to see a lot of nature, as well as a few of the campers. Ezekiel was in the woods, practicing his trapping, much to the chagrin of DJ. The giant was following Zeke around to make sure he released every animal that was caught. Cody spotted Bridgette teaching Geoff how to surf off the coast of the beach. As he completed his lap around the island, he was feeling a bit tired, and so decided to take a nap. Unbeknownst to him, this nap would try to make up for the previous days of strain, keeping him asleep until the next morning. A morning that Cody remembered all too well. It was time to play paintball.

A/N: This is basically just a bottle episode in the form of a fanfiction chapter. It's just a good way to explain Ezekiel and Trent's relationships with some of the girls on the island, while giving Owen some time to be funny.

So Trent seems pretty definitively on Heather's side. But will that last, given her attitude? Who knows? Me. I know.
