because of the commotion on the plane regarding Luna's Damning Article everyone knew there wasnt a pilot anymore. All that fear attracted Spine Eater who is like something out of Spawn, he's got all sorts of exposed tendons and chains and stuff and he kills people and eats there spines. Spine Eater is attracted to fear and hungers for spine so that's how he got on the plane. Too bad Santa Claus isn't onboard yet either because then he could use his Icicle Barrage attack against Spine Eater, instead Draco Malfoy begins to battle him.
Spine Eater grabs a passing stewardess in his gigantic bony hand and rips her in half and begins munching on her spinal chord. A thrid year hufflepuff girl screamed in terror and tried to run away but Spine Eater grabbed her in his massive talons and ripped out her spine as well.
A geyser of blood weltered from out of her torn and savaged back spraying all the torn up wrapping paper and sending it to float aswirl done the gore drenched aisles of the previously so merry plane...
"Doghouse Malfoy Doghouse Malfoy!" The striken passgengers begin to chant in earnest.
Draco delivers a savage uppercut to Spine Eaters knobly sternum and sends the tall demon thing sprawling on the ground, that's when Draco's new friend Harry 'the snake' Potter shows up and uses his Sonic Stomping Technique discovered a few Christmases Past (see A Return To Hogwarts Christmas Part 2) to really rattle that bone eating freak.
"Your Sonic Stomp really rattled that bone eating freak!" Draco encouraged 'the snake' but what Draco had forgoten was that just like Doghouse Malfoy is only his new nickname Harry 'the snake' Potter was none other than his nemesis Harry Potter all along!
Spine Eater, briefly in a daze, remained crouched and shook his gore flecked snout/face. He roared in fury and slammed his taloned hands down onto an unconcious house elf causing it to literally explode in a welter of blood. Spine Eater exrtracted the tiny little twisted spine from the pulpy remains of the elf slave and slurped it like a spaghetti noddle and then shook his head and roared.
Harry 'the snake' high fived Malfoy as though he were being tagged in and rushed forward..
"Wait!" Draco beseeched him and 'the snake' stumbled mid lunge and turned ... that's when Spine Eater attacked!
"DIE!" Spine Eater hollered and smacked Harry 'the snake' Potter to the ground in a welter of blood.
He had struck at every snakes weak spot, their spines, and Harry was just about down for the count...
that is until Draco Malfoy roared and lept upon Spine Eater delivering savage blow after blow until Spine Eater was near deaths door itself.
Just then, as Doghouse Malfoy prepared to deliver the killing strike, the mob of panicked passengers made their way to that section of the plane and if Luna's Damning Article had riled them up to a frenzied boiling point the sight of none other than Spine Eater himself had them going absolutely bonkers with fear!
"Spine Eater's here!" Screamed out Padma Patil who clutched at her boyfriend Ron for security.
Ron also cries out "Spine Eater killed the pilot!"
The crowd is now at a complete frenzy.
Spine Eaters penis is a ropey long protuberance of girthy grey mottled flesh exploded from his boney torso. It sways at Spine Eater shifts his weight calculatingly as he eyes his wary opponent.
Now that there are witnesses how will the battle proceed?

Unlike Spine Eater, whom you will recall was summoned by fear, The Time skips were summoned by the arrival of the planet Nibiru, and its imminent collision with Hogsmeade itself!
Spine Eaters knobly veined knuckles scrape the insdie of the ceiling in the plane as he flails about utterly confused by his opponents unexpected attack. While Draco keeps him busy Harry 'the snake' Potter regains his senses and slits Spine Eaters throat.
"For Gryfindor!" He yells as a welter of blood comes gushing out.
And that's not the only thing gushing out of Spine Eater... Draco, Doghouse Malfoy if you will, wipes his mouth and narrows his eyes, surely someone named the Sanke would be a Slitherin... surely...
Cheering passengers hoisted 'the snake' up onto their shoulders while Draco kept his crouch, his eyes honed in on his compatriot, 'I've have to keep my eye on this one,' he thought, completely unaware that 'the snake' was all just a clever ruse, a way of gaining his trust, so that his arch enemy, Harry Potter would have a set of eyes and ears for the upcomoing Year of the Snake...
Whirring a thousand feet above the Atlantic, this tin can of mystery and intrigue plunged onward. onward... to the future...
