Armored Core: Echoes of Memories
Chapter 2. Doing jobs, rebels, a Red A.C
After the completion of becoming a pilot of an Armored Core pilot, the nameless boy now called Raven arrived at Raven's NEST which will be his home from here on out, Raven exits his A.C and goes to his quarters where he will be his home.
(Xenoblade X - Melancholia)
As Raven walks to his room he sees many other pilots either tuning there machines, going out for shopping or participating in the arena that will become available in a few weeks.
Soon Raven arrived at his quarters he and turns on the news that tells about the unknown happenings that is going on throughout the layered, corporations chooses to not to figure out what is going and say that there's no problems what so ever, however another group says there is a problem and that it needs to be addressed.
Raven goes to see his email and sees he got a job from the corporations.
Raven: looks like I got a job to do.
Raven puts on his pilot suit then he heads to the hanger and boards his A.C and heads to the mission area.
(Scene change)
In a meeting room top pilots who are the best from the arena are seen having a talk about the incidents that has been happening lately.
Big Boss: I see you all are noticing the problem now like me.
Jack O: yeah we are starting to notice.
Evengel: it doesn't make sense, why would this sort of thing be happening?
Big Boss: that's what I like to know just like the rest of you, however the corporations are either not interested or don't care only if it benefits them.
Zinaida: so no one really knows what is going on?
Genobee: actually there's been one incident I just discovered.
The others look towards Genobee hoping he got something that can shade some light on this mystery.
Big Boss: what did you learn?
Genobee: there's been siting of an unregistered A.C, it was crimson red along with some black on it, the A.C was doing something suspicious we don't know what but it is something strange.
Big Boss: hmmm… unknown A.C we have no data on huh… we will put this on hold for now until we have more information.
Everyone agrees with Big Boss knowing they need more information in order to get to the bottom of this mess and discover what is happening.
(Scene change)
In the distance Raven's A.C is seen landing in the mission area and he sees his targets that appear to be rebels that has been causing trouble lately.
(Armored Core V – Vulture)
Raven: so it's these guys, time to clean up, beginning mission.
Raven soon started attacking the rebels who suddenly spotted him.
Rebel: whose that?
Rebel2: it's a Raven! Destroy it!
The rebels attack the A.C but it dodges there attacks, then Raven began tearing them apart one by one, most of them realized that they can't win started retreating.
Rebel: retreat! Everyone retreat now!
Many of tries to escape but Raven continues to hunt down the ones that didn't escape as they all scream for there lives as they are each killed.
Raven: now to find the rest of them.
Raven then began looking for the others that are trying to escape, he finds one of them that was in vehicle but the rest has already escaped from the area.
Rebel: wait, wait, I surrender please just don't kill me!
Raven: …
Rebel: please I- what another A.C!?
Raven: !?
Raven immediately turned around and saw the A.C as it suddenly kills the rebel with its grenade launcher.
?: …
Then the A.C suddenly leaves the area not caring that Raven was there and not caring whatsoever.
Raven: who was that guy? And where did he come from?
Not knowing what is going on Raven leaves the area as well since the mission is complete and that there is no longer a reason to remain there anymore as he returns to base.
(End of music)
(Scene change)
Soon Raven arrived back at the NEST once he landed and got his pay he is greeted by an old friend.
?: hey Raven how's it going!
Raven: everything is going well, Naruto.
Naruto: hehehe, I knew it, nothing can keep you down once you your focused.
Raven: heh, so how is your mission and Sasuke's?
Naruto: I was able to finish mine, as for Sasuke… he hasn't come by yet.
Raven: I see, all we can do is hope.
Naruto: yeah…
(Scene change)
In another area an A.C is seen standing on its destroyed and pilot who is Sasuke says something.
Sasuke: I swear I will find that red A.C and destroy it…
Then everything fades to black.
End of Chapter 2.
Another Chapter done I hope you all liked it and everything that happened in it, and surprise Naruto, Sasuke along with three others are in this story and it looks like Sasuke is hunting the Red A.C if all of you figured out why he is looking for it I won't answer any questions.
Also tomorrow is the day that Gundam Breaker 4 comes out, I'm definitely going to buy it and see what's it all about, what can I say I'm a Gundam fan.
