Chapter 1441 Splice

In the middle of the night Leonidas was walking down a path and he checks a device.
"Theres been strange readings around this area." He said.
He's been curious to see what could have made all of this happen.
Leonidas arrives at a farm and he saw a creature came out that's bald with wings.
"Huh?" He said.
The creatures screeched at him and lunged towards him.
He dodges and summons chains to subdue it. The creature struggled attempting to get free.
"Tsk tsk, such a barbaric way to clone something..." He then saw a man and woman come out.
These man and woman are Clive Nicoli and Elsa Kast.
"You caught it!" said Clive.
"Yes, I am Leonidas Yuki, you might have heard about me?" He said.
Elsa's eyes widened hearing that, "The Leonidas Yuki who made many successful bio engineering that considered impossible?"
"Yes, also you've been trying to make the first human subject, too bad I beat you all to it." Leonidas said.
"Well a lot of bio scientists were envious that you were the successful one." said Clive.
"Also, i've saw that presentation with those creatures that killed each other, did you use frog DNA?" He asked.
"Yes." Elsa said.
He facepalms. "You don't use frog dna."
"Some animals are able to change they're genders, if you do that your just asking for the new creature to do the same, so that's where you guys failed."
Their eyes widened, how could they include such a dangerous dna strand.
"So thats what cause the primal change." said Clive.
"Yes." He looks at the creature. "What is her name?"
"Her names Dren." said Elsa.
Then Leonidas injected something on to her neck knocking Dren out.
"What did you do?" asked Elsa.
"I knocked her out, it'a drug that stops her from changing, so i'll be taking Dren for the safety of everyone." Leonidas said.
"But wouldn't she cause more problems again?" asked Clive.
"Oh please, i'm a genius do you think I haven't dealt with this kinds of stuff before." Leonidas said.
This made Clive understand, "Then please make her live normally, we made a lot of things to regret after she got born."
He nodded. "Very well, also tell your boss, i'm buying you guys out."
Their eyes widened.
"C-Can you do that? N.E.R.D. is considered one of the highest genetic business." asked Elsa.
"I got the money from many businesses, so yeah i'm rich enough to be your number one shareholder." He said.
They were stunned to hear that, Leonidas is not a top genetic scientist for nothing.
"Then if you did manage to buy the company, can you at least fund our research? We want to make things right after our many mistakes." said Clive.
"Okay, but i'll be watching, since I don't want this mistakes to happen again." Leonidas said.
A car came with Gavin and William coming out.
"Well we found out about your secret so wheres-" Willim got cut off.
"Too late." Leonidas said as his own men came carrying Dren away.
"Hey that's company property!" said Gavin.
"Don't you know who I am?" Leonidas smirks.
"Some low scientist?" asked Gavin with a smirk.
"I am Leonidas Yuki."
"L-Leonidas Yuki!" exclaimed Gavin in shocked.
"The top genetic scientist!" added William.
"That's right, I am also going to be your major shareholder, which means Dren is mine anyway." Leonidas said.
Both of them cursed since he is right and has major rights on their company now.
"So boys, get the hell out of here before I fire all of you." He said.
They sighed.
"Yes... boss." said Gavin, as they walked away in their car.
"Move it." He said scaring them to run inside of the car and go away.
"Okay, i'll give you guys a ride home." Leonidas looks at the other two.
"Thanks boss." smiled Elsa.
They drove back into town as they managed to stop Dren.
Later in the morning
Leonidas was talking with the CEO and the others in the board room.
"Well seeing what happened to two first creations, it was clear the animal dna used was the ones that had the ability to change they're genders." Leonidas said.
"But what caused the increase of aggressiveness?" asked one of the members.
"It's very simple, a animal has the instinct to defend it's land, when two males face each other, and you combined so many without taking other parts, your making a bloodlusted creature against males." Leonidas explained.
Him and others nodded in agreement.
"I managed to make many creations of my own." He said.
Cheethamen came out and stood by his side.
They were blown away by them feeling with awe and fear.
"Hey don't worry." Apollo smiles.
"The Cheetahmen were made from cubs that were on death's door, until I added the human dna making them evolve." Leonidas said.
"A sucessful experiment." said another member.
"Yes, so when it comes to me, mistakes don't escape." Leonidas said.
"Well then Leonidas, with your cheetahs it looks like we don't have to worry about our company falling down." said the CEO.
He gets up. "Of course."
"What about the Dren one?" A man asked.
"She will be in my personal lab to make sure she's fixed." He said.
At his lab
Dren was sitting at a table and she looks to see many of the Silent Girls eat.
Roka watches her from a window. "Well good thing we had many things prepared for different test subjects."
Dren interacted with the other girls since Leonidas managed to stop the gender swapping before it happened to her.
Now she's just curious about the other females and how they act.
Note: The chapter is based on the movie Splice, it's a weird genetic horror movie, with Leonidas solving the problem since Dren is like his other creations but not the way he would do it, so he managed to fix her.
