Chapter 1696 Murder in my eye

At Gotham Ma-Ma was inside a warehouse as she watches her clan take crates of her stuff to a truck.

"Put your backs into it, I want this done." She told them.

Watching from a distance was Harley Quinn as she spies on Ma-Ma.

"So there she is."

Harley wanted to find her since she's as bad as the Joker and she can't let another one walk around.

"Gotta get the bitch." She sneaks inside.

Ma-Ma looks at Punchline. "Okay, go back and i'll see you there."

"Are you sure?" Punchline said.

"Don't worry, I have a few rats to take care of." She said.

Punchline goes off leaving Ma-Ma alone.

Harley was hiding behind a crate and looks at her holding her bat.

But then Ma-Ma shoots surprising Harley as she ducks.

"Your so stupid." Ma-Ma chuckles. "I knew you were following me all this time."

Harley got up. "Well why did you send them away."

"Simple, I wanted to break you myself." Ma-Ma said.

She charges at Harley punching her to a wall as she grunted.

"You think those powers you got makes it enough to face me. Your really mental." Ma-Ma mocks her.

Harley got up and swings her bat with Ma-Ma blocking it with a arm before slashing at Harley with her knife.

Harley leans back to avoid it, Ma-Ma then kicks her back. She walks towards her as Harley swings her bat many times with Ma-Ma blocking with her knife as the bat was covered in that magic.

"Oh come on." Harley said as Ma-Ma pushes her back.

Ma-Ma picks up a crate and throws it making Harley roll to the side to avoid it.

"Is this really the Harley Quinn that many used to be scared off, what a joke. Your nothing if it wasn't for the Joker." Ma-Ma said.

"Don't say that!" She charges at her.

She swings her bat as Ma-Ma dodges and punches her back.

"Am I wrong, once Joker didn't work out, you went to your friend Ivy and then to that guy Hank. Face it bitch you can't be anything without someone with you." Ma-Ma said.

Harley takes out a device and throws it making it get stuck to Ma-Ma.

She looks at a timer. "A bomb?"

"I got ready." Harley throws incendiary grenades to light the place on fire.

"If the new Batman won't do it! I will!" She jumps outside a window.

Ma-Ma looks at it and chuckles.

The explosion goes off and Harley sees the entire building on fire.

She relaxes and goes against a wall, but then Ma-Ma comes out of the fire shocking her.

The woman was burnt up and goes towards her.

"But... How..." Harley was shaking before Ma-Ma bitch slaps her.

Then she grabs Harley by the hair and drags her away.

"You actually think that would have worked, please your just damaged goods that thinks too much." Ma-Ma said.

"Let go of me!" Harley struggles to get free.

"I don't think so, after trying to blow me up. I have something special." Ma-Ma said.

They arrived at a facility as Ma-Ma puts her on a railing, the lights turned on and Harley's eyes widen seeing a vat of chemicals.

"Remember this, it's what made you what you are today." Ma-Ma chuckles.

"N-No!" Harley screams in fear.

Ma-Ma pushes her and Harley hangs off the railing.

"What's wrong looks how you turned out. Also you might have escaped a side effect but people that get sent here get infertile"

This horrifes Harley.

"I doubt your boy toy will want you even if you survive if you can't give him a kid." Ma-Ma said.

"You're a monster." Harley said.

"Says you." Ma-Ma grabs her to shake her.

Harley tries to break free but Ma-ma has a strong hold on her.

"So have fun with another dose." She said. "Also have some of this." She takes out slow mo to try and use it on Harley.

"Someone help me!" Harley screams.

A batarang hits Ma-Ma as they saw Eric and Hank come in. Hank heard her distress so he came to the world on time.

"Hank!" Harley shouts in relief

"You leave her alone!" Hank said.

Ma-Ma frowns. "You just had to ruin everything." She charges.

Hank jumps over her and gets Harley up.

Harley quickly hugs him in relief.

"She was going to throw me in there and make me sterile." She whimpers a bit.

"It's okay Harley." He patted her back.

Eric fights against Ma-Ma and he hits her but then she trips and falls inside the vat of chemicals.

"She fell in?" Harley questions in slight worry as she might come out worst.

"Check the vat." Eric said.

"Hopefully she doesn't come back as a worse monster." Hank mutters.

Eric checks the insides and saw she was gone with the pipes being the reason.

"No."

At a pipe outside Ma-Ma comes out crawling as she grunts, she slowly stands up and spits out the acid while her hair covered her face.

Punchline came. "Ma-Ma!"

The woman looks at her making the sidekick gasped.

"Your... Your... Your beautiful." Punchline smiles.

Ma-Ma's face was now bleeched white like the Joker as her eyes turned green.

"I think... I get his joke now." Ma-Ma said.

She then starts laughing.

Punchline blushes and hugs her, Ma-Ma pats her head.

Harley was taken back to her group to recover since she's too scared now. Hank had to go back but made sure she was safe.

Meanwhile Ma-Ma got the part of Joker's mind since she went through what made him from the start. Her mind didn't change completly since she's already insane but it got worse.

Note: Harley tried to take down Ma-Ma but it failed since with the improvements in her made that bomb basically do nothing, she tried to kill Harley with the vat as well breaking her will.
