Chapter 1521 Team NOVA
I don't own Bleach or any of the powers and gear used in this story.
In the morning Hank was at a house and he looks at a communicator he had, it shows a hologram of Ahsoka.
"Hey Hank." She smiles.
"Hey Ahsoka." He smiles. "I came to see what's the situation about the resistance?"
"It's going well Rey has been looking for where Luke could be." She said.
"Well that's good to hear, what's Kylo's group been doing?" He said.
"They're still trying to break through the barrier, but theres no way they'll be getting in." Ahsoka said.
"Yeah, we prepared that barrier so that First Order can even break through, not even they're old base can stop a barrier made from the energy of many worlds." He said.
"Rey is still training with her force powers. After the tips you gave her." She said.
Hank nodded, Rey has potential but needs to learn more about the force, he just hope she can find Luke.
'I'm sure when we find him, the sith will fall once again.' He smiles.
Hank always enjoyed the legend of the Skywalker, even Darth Vader had his moments as a jedi, it just the rules forced him into a darker path.
"I'll be going now." He said.
Ahsoka nodded and ended the call, Hank goes out since he has work to do.
'It's bad enough with the normal villains, but Gabriel and the others had to come.' He frowns.
With Victor
He was with his team as they walked down a desert, behind them was a group of young hunters in training and they were the ones he has to look after.
A girl goes up to him. "Hey your Victor Quicksilver."
"Oh yeah." he smirks.
"I saw you on tv, you were so cool back at the festival." She said.
"Why thank you." He said. "It's nice to meet fans."
Velvet sees him talking to the kids as they praise him, she smiles how nice he's been to them.
"Well your friend is something." Arslan said.
"Yeah, Victor is always the guy we can always count on." Velvet said. "He's such... A great guy."
They saw the other two girls following but they're not coming close to them.
"They know Victor is in charge, because the headmaster trusts him." Arslan said.
"But he's not from our school." Octavia said.
"That doesn't matter, he's the one in charge." Arslan frowns.
Victor leads the group before they stopped near a oasis, it was good for the kids to drink and relax.
He checks out and can sense something. "Hmmm, there is demons around."
"Are you sure?" Velvet asked.
"Yes, we'll have to fish them out before continuing."
Victor thinks of something, but Octavia looks at the children. "If we use them, then the demons will come out."
She plans to have the children go to fish them out and the demons will come out for the team to face them.
Nebula got surprised. "What?"
"It will best to have them come out." Octavia said.
Victor sees her plan. "If you dare do that i'll shoot you in the leg."
She looks at him. "It's strategy." Octavia goes but he shoots her in the leg making a wound.
"What was that for?!" She holds her leg.
"I told you, it wasn't a warning but a promise." He said.
"Now listen here I am the one in charge in this mission. And if you dare even try using the children as bait to lure out demons. I'll have you be banned from being a huntress!" He warned her.
She gritted her teeth and remained silent.
"Velvet, Arslan watch over her." He told them.
Velvet nodded. "Okay Victor."
He then looks at Nebula. "You were going to let her do that."
"I... Just thought..." She tried to say.
"We are meant to protect the innocent from the demons. Not send them out as bait. If you can't understand that you don't deserve to be here. First you ran away like coward and now this. Hunters? The only thing you hunt is failures." He scolded her.
Nebula was in shock and looks down.
Velvet looks at the scene and was stunned. "Victor."
Victor really hates it when people use kids. 'I already suffered when I was young, i'm not letting these two use them.'
"Then how to you expect to get the demons out?" Octavia questions him.
He looks at her like she was stupid, he throws a grenade and it explodes making many scorpion demons come out.
"That's how you do it!" He goes forward.
Velvet and Arslan joined him as they fight off the creatures, Velvet copies Yang's weapons punching many of them and Victor does the stinger stabbing many of them.
Nebula goes to help but Victor yelled: "Stay! Watch over them instead!"
She flinches at his words. "Yes sir."
Victor kicks another but then many slashes appeared destroying them all.
"What just happened?!" Arslan said.
Victor looks and saw Erik putting his sword back. "Oh hey bro."
"That's your brother?!" Velvet said.
"So it seems your here too." Erik said.
"What are you doing here in these parts?" Victor said.
"I am simply looking for information, why are you here?" Erik said.
"I got a mission to take these kids to the other side before the dark hour comes." Victor told him.
"Hmm, I see." Erik sees them.
"Say, since your here, how about lending me a hand. I got two idiots that are going against orders." He said.
Erik thinks about it. "Very well, I have time."
Victor nodded, he can always count on his brother for help. With those two following him he doesn't have much hope this mission could go without a few problems because of the way they act.
"Why do we need his help?" Octavia questions him.
"Because you and your partner are useless." Victor said.
The NDGO girls gasped hearing that.
"The fact you would have used the people we were supposed to protect as bait, means that I can't trust you. You don't do strategies, I am the one in charge and that is final!" Victor said.
Velvet got worried. 'Victor is scary as a drill sergeant.'
"Well it seems you'll need more help than what I thought." Erik commented.
"Welcome aboard." Arslan said.
Nebula patches up Octavia, she looks to the side and saw the other members of her team talking to Erik, she cries a bit since she and Octavia are the ones in the way.
'Are we that much of a failure?' She thinks about it.
The mission continued like before with Victor leading the charge, Nebula has to carry Octavia and they know they're screwed for that tactic Octavia tried to do.
Victor will keep going leading the entire team. 'It's not my thing being a team leader, but hey someone has to do it. If he has to be the bad guy than he has to be.'
He can't keep his eyes away from those two no matter what, he's just lucky Erik is here. With his brother he has a great partner for these battles.
Note: Victor is leading the team and Octavia tried to do something she did in the novels here, but Victor stopped her by shooting her in the leg, he would never use kids for a a mission like that.
