The German embassy has been surrounded around by the local police and heroes all trying to stop the Iron Blood fleet. Which was made useless as the flying shipgirls simply flew over the blockade and landed on the embassy grounds where the Japanese police and heroes couldn't touch them. Where Izuku was welcomed into the embassy by the embassy staff and the Iron Blood fleet girls split with the Graf Zeppelin sisters, Graf Zeppelin, Peter Strasser, and Zeppy went inside with him while the others stood guard outside. Where the rest of the fleet entered from the main entrance, with the heroes and the police unable to do anything to stop them.
The news channels and online are replaying the defeat of All Might against Friedrich der Grosse. Showing the power difference between the two, All Might is powerful but he's still flesh and blood, while Friedrich der Grosse is a shipgirl a battleship made for war from the ground up. She tanked his attacks and defeated him by simply planting her foot on the back of his head into sand and suffocating him. He's only alive because she showed mercy to him, but the damage has been done. The symbol of peace has been defeated, breaking the illusion of him being undefeatable.
Which is why both the German and United Kingdom governments are rushing the blood test of Izuku to see if he is of the royal blood line. Having a member of the royal family having such power would be the ultimate display of power and prestige on the world stage. And with All Might being soundly defeated by just one of the shipgirl, would show the old European powers are still world powers to be reckoned with.
Both the Japanese government and the Hero Commission are in a panic mode over what's happening. Because of the Izuku being invited to the embassy, they couldn't do anything and diplomatic channels are all that they can do. Not with the world watching and anything that happens would bring too many eyes on Japan, not to mention what the shipgirls would do.
Inko Midoriya the mother of Izuku is now being protected by a small shipgirl fleet. Deutschland, Admiral Graf Spee, Little Spee, Yorck, Karlsruhe, Koln, Konigsberg, Regensberg, Magdeburg, all of them being a light or heavy cruiser. The two air carriers Jade and Weser. And Odin the battlecruiser who leads the fleet. The shipgirls Deutschland, Admiral Graf Spee, and Little Spee are inside with Mrs. Midoriya while the other shipgirls are station around the apartment building keeping the crowds away.
Regensberg's mechanical dragon alone is keeping the heroes and police at bay. The damage to the surrounding area and lost of life is just too high to risk a fight. Not to mention that they don't know if any of the heroes would be able to do anything to the dragon or the shipgirls, after seeing All Might get beaten.

Germany -
The current President of Germany has been waiting for the lab results, that has been rushed. The DNA labs of both Germany and the United Kingdom are working double time to match the blood sample to both the German and United Kingdom royal families. The blood sample traveled to Europe fast thanks to teleporters who are on the government payroll. (1)
"The results are here," one of the government officials said. "And Izuku Midoriya is a descendent of both the old German and a United Kingdom royal families."
"Offer him and his mother asylum," the German President said wanting to get ahold of the opportunity before someone else did. He looks to one of the women in the room. "Observer care to welcome the young prince?"
Observer, is a tall dark skin woman with ankle length white hair that's held in check by an orange headband. Her business suit of a brown jacket and pants did little to hide her hourglass busty figure. Her power is super human reflexes and perception, her eyes allow her to see things in slow motion and able to react. She is also able to see through objects, zoom her vision like a telescope, see every single little detail on something as small as the end of a needle, can tell if someone is lying just by looking at them and reading their micro expressions when they talk. Her left hand has been cybernetic upgraded after losing it during a villain attack, with self repairing grind cutters, blade-tipped chain-fingers that she can use to stick someone from a distance and reel them back in. If they're not already in pieces. Combine with her eyes that can see anything, and super reflexes where she doesn't even need to move in battle.
"I'll leave with my team at once. A good first expression is a must," Observer said flatly and left the room.
Walking out of the room and into the hallway are the rest of her team.
Stoneheart, a man who can cover himself in a malleable, but nigh-impenetrable suit of graphene. Bullets and explosions can't do squat to him, and he's especially dangerous in a one-on-one fight.
Gekko, a small man who has scales and a lizard tail, can cling to just about any surface. He's the sniper of the team, carrying a folding sniper rifle with him and other small firearms.
Permafrost, a young woman who has white hair and light blue skin. She has incredibly strong cryokinetic, able to create, manipulate, and control frost, sleet, flurries, snow and ice, and create massive blizzards. Also heat doesn't bother her at all as the more heat she absorbs the stronger her ice powers get.
Spec, a man who has no quirks, is a highly trained soldier. Wears a suit of body armor that protects from firearms and bombs, is armed with a heavy machine gun.
Uplink, a woman who can link minds of others together allowing her to coordinate her team to work together like clockwork. And a skilled tactical officer.
"The boy is the real deal, we're going to Japan and greet the young prince," Observer informs her team.
"Never been to Japan," Gekko said.
"It's not a vacation," Observer said.
"Well since we're there, I would like go to one of the restaurants," Stoneheart said.
"Do it on your own time," Mindlink said already contacting their teleporter, to send them to Japan.

Midoriya home -
Inko is besides herself as she sat on the coach watching the news about her son, who solved a magical cube puzzle box and gain a fleet of shipgirls. Three of which are in her home with her Deutschland, Admiral Graf Spee, and Little Spee, while the others are keeping people away. Little Spee is eating some candy while her two older sisters answer Inko's questions.
"I'm related to the German monarchy as well as the English one?" Inko asked.
"Yes, otherwise when Izuku had solved the wisdom cube we all wouldn't had shown up at once. As he is of the royal bloodline, a fleet of us appeared instead of just one, with others being summon as he earns our loyalty," Deutschland said.
"What about Bakugou?" Inko asked as his parents left to see him.
"What about him? He's nothing but a bully and him losing his lower jaw is him getting off lightly," Admiral Graf Spee said.
"By law because of the harm he did to a member of the royal family, he can be put to death. Being disfigured for the rest of his life is him getting off lightly," Deutschland said.
Both older shipgirls froze as something happened with Little Spee just continuing to eat candy.
"The embassy has confirmed the blood test results. The German government is welcoming both of you two move to Germany. Izuku is asking for you to come to the embassy," Deutschland said.
"I'll go," Inko said as everything is happening so fast, it be good to sit down with her son and talk things out.
" Regensberg, Jade, and Weser will fly you over to the embassy. The rest of us will stay here and look over the house," Deutschland said.
"Yes, I'll get dress," Inko said needing to get dress to meet the officials at the embassy. Wondering what's in store for her and Izuku's futures.

Author's Notes -
1 - Seeing how teleporting is rare, the few people who can teleport would be on government payroll.
