Edzard smiled mockingly. "I bought a newspaper that contained information about many current events in the underworld."

Deciding not to remain in doubt because of what his friend had told him, he got up and approached Issei. Reaching out his hand, he decided to use a vitality analysis spell, but when he was about to cast the spell, a new voice spoke up.

As Issei gave Edzard an annoyed look, Draig responded to Edzard's statement with an amused laugh. This laugh made Edzard and Issei end up laughing too.

"I think we should go back to the original part of the conversation." Edzard said, stopping laughing and becoming serious. "Why did you say that my magic would hurt Issei?"

[Your magic is very similar to holy magic.]

The dragon's response made Edzard understand what was happening.

'It seems that restoration magic is Nirm's equivalent of holy magic.' Edzard thought as he was inwardly grateful that he didn't use restoration magic to heal the devils when they fought Kokabiel. 'This is good to know. Now I know what kind of magic can do the most damage to them.'

Edzard grinned from ear to ear when he understood what was happening. Shaking his head, he smirked at the girls' jealousy. "Of course. If anyone dares to harm them, I will destroy them."

After saying that, Edzard hugged Asia tighter, who was sitting on Edzard's lap while resting her head on his neck. She opened her eyes as she heard the beep of the wall clock in the room. Standing up, she spoke.

"Looks like it's time." Asia said looking at the clock, which already marked the designated time for the start of the meeting.

"So it seems." Edzard said getting up as he saw the rest of the girls get up from their places. Smiling, he spoke. "Well, girls. What do you say, do we make a grand entrance?"

The girls smiled and nodded at what Edzard said.

Smiling with his girls, Edzard raised his hand and using his shadowkey created a portal.

"Let's go." Edzard said as he started walking towards the portal, being followed by Asia, Aika, Valerie and Mittelt.
