Doctor Who and Harry Potter Cross over Fan Fiction The Doctor and The Witch
The Twelfth Doctor (John Smith) took the Tardis machine in side an abandoned building. And that abandoned building happens to be right next to the Leaky Cauldron. Clara Oswald has left the Twelfth Doctor and she is now living her own life the way she wanted it. And now, the Doctor finds him self with a witch named, Avalon (Ava) Pheonix Dumbledore. He finds out who and what she is and he begins to have feelings for her by falling in love with her.
Chapter One.
Aberforth Dumbledore's great grand daughter named, Avalon Pheonix Dumbledore was originally from Mount Greylock in Massachusetts. She went to Ilvermorney there and she was in the Wampus house. Her father Albert Dumbledore was in hiding from the Death Eaters. And so, he moved over to the states to hide from Voldemort. His wife, Evangeline Elizabeth Drake Dumbledore was also in hiding from Voldemort as well. Ava was in her sixth year when she went to Hogwarts and she was in Gryffindor house. Just like her Uncle Albus was in years earlier.
Avalon's mother, Eva was a shape shifter of a black and brown dragon. The dragon was unpredictable and the same goes for Avalon. So, Ava was also a shape shifter her self and she took it after her mother. And during her sixth year at Hogwarts, Avalon found out from her Uncle Albus that her parents were killed by Death Eaters. She was very devastated. Voldemort must have found out who it was under the disguise that Albert and Evangeline were under to cover their tracks and the Dark Lord had his Death Eaters go over and kill them.
Albus Dumbledore was killed that same year by not only from the curse from the horcrux in side the ring that Tom Riddle had placed in many years back. But Albus had Severus Snape kill him to make Voldemort trust Snape even more and also be more loyal to him. And every one in Hogwarts. Especially Harry Potter thinks that Severus was the traitor toevery single witch and wizard in the castle. But Avalon could sense that her Uncle had told Snape to do this chaos. She was devastated yes. But she under stood to what Albus knew what he was doing.
She was an exchange student from Ilvermorney before she went over to Hogwarts for the rest of the years there. She loved it there though. But despite that she knew right there and then that the one third of the Slytherin student's parents were as a matter of fact the Death Eaters.
Ava was the last of the Dumbledore and Drake blood lines. Avalon Pheonix Dumbledore was being targeted by Death Eaters and Voldemort him self. Her shape shifter and animagus form at the same time was the pheonix dragon. She had pure golden eyes color and she also had her naural hair colors of the pheonix that went all the way down to the middle of her back. And she was born that way. And she had hoped that no one would ever piss her off for any reason.
Her dragon form was pretty unpredictable. She passed out from the last time when she used too much of her magic in and out side of her dragon form.
Avalon was in the same Gryffindor house as Harry Potter and she was also in the same year as him. When Harry, Ron and Hermione found out about Ava and her back ground, they be came really good friends. She also has her healing powers with her tears in her eyes. She remembered when she was fighting duriing the battle of Hogwarts. Ava helped Harry Potter defeat the Dark Lord Voldemort. Avalon had also fought a long side with her great grand father to get the dementors a way so, Harry and his two best friends to go and defeat Voldemort with her help.
And some time after the battle of Hogwarts was won, the light side won the war and Voldemort was destroyed by both Avalon and Harry Potter. Ava aslo helped the Professors and the other students, who survived the war used the repairing charm to recontruct Hogwarts. Avalon knew that there were rogue Death Eaters roaming about and they were also in hiding. So, she would be very careful with this indeed and she would also be on the look out for any of them. Especially out side of the Wizarding World. She was indeed a very special case.
With in two thousand and sixteen, just eighteen years after the battle of Hogwarts, a big blue machine had landed in side the abandoned building that was right across the street where the Leaky Cauldron was at. The Doctor cautiously walked out of the Tardis and he looked around his surroundings and he walked right over and he looked right out of the window and he looked over and he saw an old building with the business sign that said, 'The Leaky Cauldron.' He furrowed his eye brows in curiosity and confusion at the same time when he saw this.
The Doctor wanted to know what it looked like from the in side. He was not sure and he was pretty very curious about this very particular place. He also noticed that there was no one a round in that very area. But even though, he saw that there were a few people, who were walking by passed the buildings in that very area. But other than that, it was at most of the times quiet there. Except that there were the sounds of birds chirping, people talking in the distance and the vehicles were driving around near by and in the distance.
He knew that Clara Oswald was no longer working with him any more and he also knew that she wanted to live her own life the way she wanted to. Even though, the Doctor felt pretty disappointed that she had left him and to never to return ever again. He had thought that he would work alone at first, but even though, deep down in side of him self, he may need some one to help him out with his work.
So, to keep his mind off of Clara for the time being, he kept looking out of the window to watch and see if there would be any one would be walking out of the Leaky Cauldron while he was in his deep thoughts.
The Doctor had a gut feeling that there would be some one, who would look after him and her or him self while they go out on to their adventures. And he would want to know what he or she looks like the moment he or she walks out of the Leaky Cauldron building door. The Doctor would find out very soon enough of who that maybe. It could be a man or either that perhaps a very beautiful woman. God only know what may come.
Over in Diagon Alley, over at her place or it would soon to be her former home, Avalon was in her flat and she was packing every thing that she owned and she placed them in to her trunks that were placed on to the floor. Fawkes the Pheonix was perched on to his perch just watching her. Minerva McGonagall gave her the Pheonix right after her Uncle died. And Ava was very great full that Minerva knew that Albus wanted his niece to have Fawkes. Avalon knew that the Pheonix would be a very huge help.
She pointed her wand at a round her. "Reducio." She said when she waved her wand a round over her head and then, every thing was floating in to the air and they were flying right in to the trunks. She looked over at her Pheonix. "Okay, Fawkes." She said when she gestured her bird over to her and the Pheonix could tell that some thing was going on at the moment before he flew off of his perch and he landed right on to her shoulder. "That's a good boy." She added when she was petting him on his head gently. Fawkes leaned in to her touch affectionately.
The pheonix's perch was the item in to her flat when she placed it in to her trunk and they locked themselves up by the click of the locks. Avalon waved her wand once again and her trunks were floating in to the air and they shrunk. "Accio all of the trunks." She said and they all flew right in to her hands before she placed then right in to her pocket for safe and secure spot. And she then placed her wand up in to her long sleeve shirt.
Ava looked up at her bird. "Okay, Fawkes, are you all ready to go out there to go find some good adventure?" She asked. Fawkes stood up and he was now spreading his wings and he started to softly sing. She lifted her hand she petted his chest. She softly laughed. "Okay, Fawkes, let's go then." She added. Ava walked over to the door and she turned a round and she saw that every thing in this flat was now empty. "So, this is our adventure now the minute we leave here for ever, Fawkes. Now let's go." She said before she walked out of her now former flat.
And she closed the door and she locked it. She had to make sure that it was good and secured.
And right after she locked the door, Avalon saw that the land lord was climbing up the stairs and he saw her and her Pheonix. "Well hello there, Miss Dumbledore." He said before he looked down and he saw that she was about to leave the key in the lock before he got there. "I see that you are moving to some place safe." He told her and he looked a round to make sire that no one could hear them. "Watch out for the evil Death Eaters roaming about, Miss Dumbledore. Be on the look out." He added with a whisper when he nodded his head to her.
Ava nooded her head to him as well. "I will keep that in mind, Mr. Waters." She said with a soft chuckle before she too the key out of the door and she gave the key over to the land lord. "I'll be going now, Mr. Waters and you have your self a great day." The land lord told to have a great day as well before Avalon walked down the stairs to go to the Leaky Cauldron and go right out side in to the Muggle world.
As when she walked in the Leaky Cauldron, Ian the Innkeeper. saw Ava with her pheonix was perched on to her shoulder while she was walking passed the witches and wizards. They both greeted to one another by saying hello while she was walking over towards the exit. But it was happening so quickly that when she wa;led out of the Leaky Cauldron and with out her knowing, a rogue Death Eater was in disguise was watching her the corner of the wall and he followed her out.
Mean while over at the abandoned building, the Doctor was still watching the door at the the Leaky Cauldron. And just then, what he saw was pretty amazing and also very beautiful to him. The person, who just walked out that door was a very beautiful woman with the red, orange, yellow, a little bit of purple and a little bit of brown to it a long with silver and white with the colors long hair.
The Doctor had never seen any thing like this before. And he was very fascinated to see this. He also saw a large bird that was perched on to her shoulder and he could tell that it was indeed a pheonix. He had a gut strong feeling now that this woman is the one for him to go on adventures with him. But the Doctor just could not keep his eyes off of her when he kept on watching her. And he could see that she looked like that she was being followed. He would not let any thing happen to her what so ever.
And while she was walking down the side walk, she kept turning a round and she could feel that she was being followed. She turned her head to her pheonix. "Fawkes, go take and go hide. I'm being followed." She told him and the pheonix listened to her and he obeyed and he flew off in to the air. But Fawkes was still going to be right near her. the bird flew and he found an opened window and he then flew right in.
When he saw this beautiful bird flew right in the opened window, Fawkes landed right next to the Tardis. The Doctor turned a round and he saw him with the look of shock and fascination on his face. Fawkes looked at him with curiosity. "You are such a very magnificent looking pheonix." He said in his thick Scottish accent. He was very slowly and carefully walking towards him. "Is that your mistress down there walking?" He asked. Fawkes just looked up at him with head cocking from side to side.
All of a sudden, the Doctor heard a door from the Leaky Cauldron opening and closing the door and he saw from the second floor that there was a man, who had his eyes focused on Ava. The Doctor looked in between the evil man and Avalon. He shook his head at this. "Oh, no, no, no. that man is going to kill her." He said with worry. He felt that he was worried about her. Fawkes sensed that his mistress is in dire need and the Doctor saw that the pheonix just flew over and it landed on the window sill, looking down at his mistress to make sure that she was all right.
The Doctor was startled at first when Fawkes landed, but he composed him self when they both watched Avalon walking and to see what happens. The Doctor was beginning to be very concern for her. And then, he saw the woman quickly turned a round and she took out her wand from in side of her long sleeve shirt. The Doctor raised his eye brows at this. He could tell that she was indeed a witch.
After she turned a round, she pointed her wand at the rogue Death Eater. "I knew that I sensed that I was being followed. You never quit do you Death Eater?" She asked him coldly.
The Doctor was watching on and he was wonder what in the world is a Death Eater was in curiosity. He then heard the evil man speaking. "I have come to kill you, Miss Dumbledore and you are not going to stop me!" And just then, the Doctor saw that they waved their wands at the same time and he heard the two spells.
Avalon said. "Expelliarmus!" She shouted and he watched as when he saw the spell came shooting right out of her wand.
And the evil Death Eater said. "Avada Kedavra!" He shouted and the Doctor saw that the two spells clashed together. He had never see anything like this before. He felt that he needed to do some thing. He needed to get this evil man gone and he had an idea. He rushed over to the Tardis and he opened the door to go in side to get some thing. Then, a moment later, the Doctor walked out of the Tardis and had a laser gun in his hand. He needed to save this woman from this evil man before he started to rush down the stairs to the side door.
The moment he came rushing down the stairs, the Doctor used his magic screw driver and he finally got the door opened. The moment he ran out side, the Doctor saw her and he could tell that she was using too much of her magic. and he needed to save her from this evil man. He looked up and he saw the pheonix was just about ready to swoop down and attack that Death Eater.
Fawkes then saw his opportunity because his saw his mistress was using too much of her magic now and the Pheonix flew down and he gave a loud squawk and the Death Eater lost his focus on Ava for a bit and his eyes went wide as saucers when the Pheonix flew down and he attacked the Death Eater. They both broke the spell when Fawkes started to attack the man. Avalon was still pointing her wand to the Death Eater. She stumbled while she was walking and she was far enough to point her wand more closer to him. The man was groaning in pain from the scratches on his face.
The Doctor saw that she wanted this to end. "Okay, Fawkes. Come over here."She said when her pheonix looked up at his mistress and he flew up amd he landed on to her shoulder. The Doctor saw her eye colors that they were pure golden and they look so beautiful to him. And then, he heard her. "Obliviate." She said softly when she was turning her wand from left to right in to her hand.
And right after that was done, the Doctor placed his magic screw driver back in to his suit jacket pocket just before he slowly walked over to where Ava was at and he saw that she was just about to pass out. Ava slowly placed her wand up in to her long sleeve shirt. Fawkes suddenly flew off of his mistress when Avalon suddenly collapsed. The Doctor rushed over and he caught her just in the nick of time just before she hit the pavement ground. She passed out.
As when he was holding Avalon in to his arms, the Doctor looked down at her and he caressed her face. Her skin was so soft to the touch and he also lifted his hand and he moved her hair out of her face so, he could see her better and she was indeed very beautiful to him.
And just then, the Doctor was startled when the Pheonix landed on to his shoulder and he looked down at his mistress. The Doctor looked up at the bird. "Come quickly you magnificent creature, we need to get up there to the Tardis before any one else comes here." He said when Fawkes leaped down from his shoulder to right on to his mistress and he was guarding her. The Doctor smiled lovingly at her and he would take really good care of her while he was rushing back in side the abandoned building and get to the Tardis. This would be very interesting indeed.
