I'm placing this around 2006.
I do own ShadowFlame, as she is Shego's arch-nemesis; she is my own creation, and permission is given for people to use her in their own artwork and stories, as long as I get a mention.
I created ShadowFlame as Shego's arch-nemesis for her. When she was in her hero days. ShadowFlame is a pure evil monster and a more serious threat than Drakken. ShadowFlame is an unredeemable monster who loves killing and torturing. She is not a mad scientist or some goofy supervillain. She is a serial killer and is the opposite of Shego. I don't want to give her a tragic and sympathetic crybaby backstory; ShadowFlame was pure evil from the moment she was born. ShadowFlame is the inspiration of Michael Myers and The Joker.
ShadowFlame is Shego's pure evil cousin, who killed Shego's parents to frame her. Shadow Flame wears a dark grey, creepy doll mask.
Michsel Myers and Laurie Strode are NOT siblings in this universe, The Shape is an anti-hero. They are married

Flashback, GO City
Black stormy clouds hung over GO City.
Two females were locking fists with each other, and a green-skinned woman kicked the masked woman to the wall.
The heroine grabbed the woman's arms, slamming them against the wall.
"You KILLED MY PARENTS AND RUINED PEOPLE's lifes! Shego sent fiery fists."
"That's it; break your code. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Your girlfriend tasted delicious."
Shego had glared daggers at her, sending a hard punch to her face, forming a bloody black eye, and puncturing her face.
Shego still glared at the killer, her blood boiling with rage. Grabbing the evil woman's face, she slammed her head against the wall hard. Lightning flashed across the sky, alongside pouring rain.
"It's funny."
"What's funny.!
"You won't kill me; I can see you becoming a villain, the rage and anger inside you. Your brothers are nothing but spineless cowards. Admit it, goody two-shoe, I love hearing people screaming in pain as they die. Music to my ears, same as children screaming in pain."
"Don't you dare talk about the Wego twins.!
"Face it, Shego, you are destined to become a villain." The killer gave the hero a sinister grin behind her cracked mask.
"I would never become a monster like you, who killed, tortured, and destroyed people's lives. A monster like you, that filled the graveyard with your victims."
"At least I'm not a goofy ass supervillain like those losers, The Mathter and Aviarius, with some childish gimmicks."
"I know Electronigue is a villain, but YOU. Are a total monster!
"Gonna kill me, Shego, so do it."
"SLAM.!
ShadowFlame fell down to the ground hard as Shego watched ShadowFlame fall unconsios onto the wet pavement. Rain continuing to pour down on Shego and ShadowFlame
Shego continued to stare emotionless at the fallen serial killer supervillainess. Lighting struck through the sky behind Shego.
Flashback Ends
Present day,
Lex Luthor was released on parole from Stryker's Island; he was determined to get revenge on Superman and Shego. He had a plan to destroy the heroes for good. Dr. Drakken, on the other hand, was released on parole as well for his good behaviour. Lex returned to Lexcorp to figure out how to defeat Superman and Shego.
"Lex, buddy." Dr. Drakken welcomed his friend.
"Not now, you Buffon; there's matters too attended." Lex walked past the blue-faced Mad Scientist.
Lex slumbered to his seat, thinking of a way to defeat the Man of Steel.
Lex noticed a white-haired man in a business suit coming towards him.
"I could be some assistance."
The man known as Conal Cochran walked towards Lex Luthor.
"Conal Cochran, how may I be your service?"
Dr. Drakken stood there watching Lex and Conal.
"I can help you become president, Lex; besides, I run the Silver Shamrock company that creates masks. I can help you, and you can help me."
"First, fire that annoying blue-faced freak."
Dr. Drakken's face became white with fear.
"Drakken, I believe our time is over." Lex turned his attention to Lex.
"Lex, what about our plan for revenge.?
"Shut up, you blue-faced freak.!
Drakken gave a puppy dog pout as tears welled up in his eyes.
"You are mean.?
"I don't care."
Drakken sadly walked out as he started bursting out crying.
"I'm impressed, Lex. Let's get down to business."
"I've heard your robots were destroyed in Santa Mira, California.?
"Yes, it was, but I managed to escape."
"Well, what about we combine our android armies to make them powerful? Who was it that destroyed your company.?
The man known as The Shape, Michael Myers, and his wife shut down my company, destroying it in the process." Conal slammed his fists on the table.
"Maybe I can help you boys." A woman in a white blank mask, with a doll emotionless face, came out of the shadows."
"Who are you.?
The figure came out of the shadows, walking towards Lex and Conal.
"That be telling, I'm Shego's arch nemesis, Shadow Flame. When I heard Shego turn back into being a goody two shoes. I had to make my surprise return."
The woman in her black catsuit with dark red streaks across her suit with a Skull emblem on her chest.
The woman burst her hands with dark hellfire flames with shadows streaming out.
"I know, Shego used to be a villain, but now she's back to being a hero. Now I have the chance to get revenge on her for putting me in a coma.!
"I'm thinking about breaking every villain out.?
"Been there, done that." Lex sighed.
"We kidnap people who are close to our enemies."
"I know Shego has a crush on that Kim Possible. I know how to make her tick." The woman gave an evil grin.
Middleton,
The Possible Residence,
Shego was watching TV in the lounge as Kim was working at Club Banana. Kim had graduated from Midtown University 4 weeks ago. Clark and Lois have recently become parents. Shego had become a godmother to Jon Kent, Superman, and Lois Lane's son; Shego flickered through channels until she saw something that caught her eye.
"We interrupt this breaking news: an escaped mental prisoner known as ShadowFlame has escaped from Glass Hill. ShadowFlame is considered armed and very dangerous. If you see her, call the authorities immediately."
Shego shot up, dropping the remote onto the ground. The green-skinned woman became speechless in shock.
"NO!" Green plasma flames burst from her hands as her expression turned to anger. Dr Ann Possible and Dr James Possible came into the room.
"Shego, what's up.? Ann asked.
"You guys need to leave. Get somewhere safe." Shego turned her attention to the two possible.
"I need to get Kimmie and bring her here so she is safe from her." Shego started to walk towards the door.
".Shego, wait." Ann tried to stop Shego but slammed the door shut behind her.
Shego opened up her Shegocummincator to call Wade.
The teen boy popped up onto the screen.
Wade popped up from the Shegocummincator.
"What's up, Shego?"
"Ok, Nerdlinger, I need you to call Kimmie and tell her to get somewhere safe.?
"Why's that Shego?"
"Just do it, trust me." Shego's voice tone sounded serious. A
"I heard a mental prisoner escape from a mental psychiatric hospital known as Glass Hill, better known as the Pit of Hell."
"Kid, listen, I need you to lock your doors and windows and keep your parents indoors until this blows over."
"Should I inform the Justice League?
"No, I'm good for now; I will if things get hard." Shego declines the call. The ex-villainess jumped into her motorcycle and so off into the streets.
Club Banana,
Kim Possible had already finished her shift for the night, so she started to walk out of the mall alongside Monique. Her high school best friend.
Kim and Monique walked out of the shopping mall, making their way to the car.
"You doing anything tonight, Kim?
"No, not really?
On the horizon was a stranger in a creepy doll mask, staring at Kim and Monique. The creepy masked woman's head tilted, behind the bushes.
The orange-haired woman whipped her head around, looking over her shoulders.
"Kim, is everything okay.?
"I'm ok; I feel like something is watching us."
"Hey, let's go to Beuno Nacho. Ron is meeting us there."
Kim turned her head back to Monique.
"Let's," Monique assured her best friend. The two women got into the car and drove away. A figure stalked towards the car, smashing the car window to unlock it. Getting into the car to follow them.
Haddonfield, Illinois
The Shape kicked a man wearing human skin to hide his ugly features. The Shape dogged his chainsaw.
"C'mon, Leatherface face." The shape bent backwards to miss his chainsaw.
The Shape kicked the chainsaw off his hand, sending it flying over his head.
The Shape got into a fighting stance and next swung a massive punch to Leatherface. Knocking him out cold, placing his foot on the killer's fat belly.
"The police should be here soon to pick up the trash; yeah, I'm talking to you, Leatherface." The shape placed his foot back onto the ground. He could hear sirens and the light flashing.
Sheriff Frank Hawkins arrived, stopping the cruiser and opening the door to walk over to the shape.
"The media are going to love hearing this—that Leatherface has been on the run for years but is now captured."
"Yeah, I appreciate you vouching for me. When I started doing some hero work to make up for misdeed."
"I know, you captured Chucky, Tiffany, and John Kramer."
"I even stopped Conal from killing kids across the country by wearing those Halloween masks."
The police took Leatherface away.
"I know." The Shape started to walk away from Frank Hawkins.
The Shape went over to his armoured black Lamborghini,
The Myers Residence,
Laurie sat in front of the big screen, watching a news broadcast about an escaped mental patient.
The black Lamborghini came to a stop, and Laurie turned around to see Michael returned. The Shape got out of the car, walking over to Laurie.
"Hey Michael, how was it.?
The Shape took his mask off, revealing an eye scar on his left eye. Overall, he had a very handsome face.
"Leatherface is in custody, stopped an attempted domestic abuse murder."
"Good."
"There's news about a mental prisoner escaped from GlassHill."
"I was about to tell you, but tomorrow there's this guy called Lex Luthor. Who's doing a campaign to become president? He's hosting it tomorrow outside town hall."
"Lex Luthor. Isn't he a criminal mastermind? I've heard about him fighting Superman multiple times and leading supervillain teams as well.?
"Any luck on Conal.?
"No, not since we stopped his plans to sacrifice children across the country with those Halloween masks. He's been off the radar."
"When he shows, we will be ready for him.
Michael placed a hand on his wife's shoulder.
"Let's get some rest."
"Okay." Laurie got up as the two shut down the computer for the night. Went upstairs to shut the basement entrance.
Next Morning
Lex Luthor sat next to Conal in the limousine, with Mercy Graves and John Corben, known as Metallo, in the front seat.
"what you said about me doing my campaign in Haddonfield."
"Lex, it's my pleasure. This Superman guy won't be able to stop us, where we can raise campaign."
"That's why I broke Metallo out so he can deal with Superman if he intervenes."
"Precisely."
Haddonfield, Illinois, town hall
The Civilians were all gathered outside to watch the presidential campaign.
Lex Luthor had John Corben and Mercy Graves standing beside him.
"Clean air, so much better than doing it in Gotham."
"That's why Conal suggested it, Mr. Luthor."
"Thanks, Mercy."
Michael, Laurie, Karen, Ray and Allyson all stood together in the crowd.
"I don't trust this Luthor." Michael growled. Michael Myers kept his gaze on Lex, while he introduced himself to the crowd.
"Greeting Civilians of Haddonfied. I'm Lex Luthor, and I am running to be your country's president. Vote for me." The row of large banners rolled down with a picture of Lex Luthor.
Michael kept frowning at Lex Luthor, with deep suspicion.
Someone in the crowd with green tinted skin, in green and black mission suit. Watched him. No one noticed a woman with green skin and black flowing black hair watching Lex Luthor.
After,
Superman landed on the ground, seeing where Lex and his bodyguards were.
Lex gave Superman a smug look as he landed.
"Superman, how thoughtful of you to come and congratulate me."
"I heard you're running to be president; it's not going to happen on my watch."
"I knew you were going to say that. That's why I brought Metallo." The man came in front of Lex Luthor, ripping his fake skin and clothes to reveal a Kryptonite on his chest.
"Metallo."
"Indeed, Superman, you feeling okay, Superman. Starting to feel rotten to the gills."
Superman stepped backwards as Metallo came forward.
"It would be such a shame to my presidency, Superman."
"No one is going to elect you, president."
"Oh, they will; unfortunately, you won't be around to see it."
The man of steel attempted to grab a nearby car to throw it at Metallo. The android blasted Superman to the ground with Kryptonite rays from Metallo's chest. The green Kryptonites began to weaken the man of steel as Metallo stalked towards him.
Unknown to them, a green and black motorcycle could be seen coming towards Metallo. Green and black blasts of energy blasted Metallo a few feet.
Shego skidded her motorcycle to a stop, jumping out to make sure Superman was okay.
"Superman.! Shego ran up to the Man of Steel. The ex-thief carefully pulled Superman's arm around her.
"You okay.?
"I'm just glad you arrived; you heard about Lex.?
"Yeah, Wade called me. Lex was holding a presidential campaign in Haddonfield. I knew Lex would do something like this. Getting Metallo to take care of you so no one wouldn't be able to stop him. On the other hand, my arch nemesis from the past has escaped from a mental hospital."
"I will help you capture him or her when I get my strength back."
Shego gave Superman a nod.
Middleton,
Kim, Monique, Ron, Rufus, and Yori were enjoying Bueno Nachos.
Kim was feeling quiet, staring at the window. Feeling a slight fear of being watched without Shego around to protect her, but she had Ron, Yori, Rufus and Monique.
"Has anyone heard from Shego.?
"I haven't KP, but I'm sure. If she was in trouble, we would help."
"I know Ron, but Shego tends to look after herself. Since Lois and Clark had Jon, Shego said she wanted to start a family so that Clark and Lois son have a playmate.
"No, Mom said she left 2 hours ago."
"Well, we can all go find her to back her up," Ron suggested.
"I'll call Wade to see where Shego is heading. Kim went to grab her Kimmunicator from her pocket to call Wade.
"Hey Wade, can you tell me where Shego is heading.?
"She went to Haddonfield, Illinois, to help Superman stop Lex Luthor from becoming president and stop a serial killer called ShadowFlame.?
"ShadowFlame, who's that.?
A picture of ShadowFlame's mugshot appeared on the screen, which Wade brought up.
"Is she Shego's arch nemesis from when she was in Team GO, trust me. Shego told me to tell you all to stay safe. Until she is locked up."
"I'm also getting some alert that Conal Cochran is back."
"Conal Cochran, who's he.?
"He's not like Drakken or any other villains you faced. He is a warlock from the Celtic times; he planned to sacrifice children to bring back the Dark Ages by brainwashing them to wear masks as sacrifice. He was defeated by a reformed Michael Myers. Conal was presumed dead but turns out he's alive."
"Michael Myers, as in MICHAEL MYERS THE BOGEYMAN."
"Michael Myers has turned a new leaf; he's been hunting and capturing killers across the country."
"Should I contact the Justice League about Conal Cochran.?
"Maybe inform them about it; I'm sure Superman will find out."
"We better go."
Outside of Beuno Nacho, the figure still stared at Kim, Ron, Yori, and Monique eating and talking.
Back in Haddonfield, Illinois.
Shego was thrown across the street by Metallo; the ex-theft got straight up towards the evil robot. The ex-thief got up to face Metallo.
Shego fired up her hands, facing the robot coming towards her, just as a black Lamborghini came out of nowhere, running over Metallo.
Superman already regained his strength and grabbed a hold of a lead bolder, zooming over to contain Metallo Kryptonite's heart.
The Man of Steel used his heat vision to melt the lead onto a metallo-kryptonite chest.
A man and a woman came out from the car.
"Anything okay." The woman asked
"Yeah, Doy. We were handling it." The ex-villainess was quite annoyed.
"Sure, by the way, I'm Laurie Strode, and this is my husband, Michael Myers."
"We appreciate the help."
"Good."
