Prologue
She can hear them screaming, screaming, begging, begging, ...
But she could only hear the ringing in her ears, her hands seemed to be glued to the scepter of Chaos. The jewel was burning brighter and brighter, the colour of the rubyred star jewel, becoming a sickening red.
It reminded her of blood somehow.
'Liatris, please! Do not do this!' Bloom begged, her hands tightening on the scepter of Eternal Light. After everything they had been through, she really did not want to fight Liatris.
She knew somewhere deep in the rubyred and silver storm that surrounded both Liatris and Willow, the two fairies were battling with themselves.
But from the ever growing storm, it was clear the girls were losing touch with their good and "light" side fast.
Too fast.
'Liatris, Willow, please hear me! I am begging you!'
She could hear Bloom, but it seemed from far, far away. And the beckoning darkness seemed more and more appealing by the second. She knew she should not feel this way, but Liatris and Willow were both too far in to react accordingly.
Stars can't shine without darkness.
Flora remembered the phrase that had been detrimental to find the scepters, but she wondered...
If there are no stars or the stars are too weak to shine...
Surely, the darkness will win?
