Faith, Love, And Loyalty Of A Primrose Prologue
Long ago in Ancient China, the peacocks ruled over Gongmen City. They brought great joy and prosperity to the city…for they had invented fireworks.
But their son, Lord Shen, saw darker power in the fireworks. What had brought color and joy could, also, bring darkness and destruction.
Their young daughter Primrose was a kindhearted girl, an exquisite beauty known all across the land. The love she held for her elder brother was infinite. When she saw what Shen was doing to their parent's beloved fireworks it broke her heart. Fearing the path her brother was falling deeper and deeper into Primrose warned her parents, hoping something could be done before she lost her precious older brother altogether to madness. The dread in her heart was equaled by that of her Mother and Father for their eldest child.
The troubled King and Queen consulted a Soothsayer. She foretold that if Shen continued down this dark path, he would be defeated by a warrior of black and white.
The young Lord set out to change his fate, but what he did next only sealed it.
Shen returned to his parents full of pride in his accomplishment, but in their faces, he saw only horror. He was banished from the city forever, but Shen swore revenge. Someday he would return and all of China would bow at his feet.
In his banishment, Shen was not sent into exile alone.
The heartbreak almost too much to bear, Primrose made the difficult decision of following Shen into exile. The King and Queen of Gongmen City pleaded with their beloved daughter to remain in the safety and security of their own lands with them, but the mind of the Princess was made up. Shen already felt such a strong sense of betrayal by their parents, and she did not wish to cause him any further pain. The bond between the pair was so strong she did not want to have it risk him breaking and losing him in her life forever.
So, with a heavy heart, Princess Primrose turned her back on her parents, birthright, and all she had known to follow Shen into banishment hoping that the love she would continue to provide would be enough to keep his heart full of light instead of the growing darkness she knew was inside him.
Despite all that, Primrose bowed and vowed never to betray Shen or leave his side…even if it meant her own undoing.

I swear it's like they're getting worse and worse all the time and it's like officials are simply just ignoring it or pretending it doesn't exist entirely just to go on with their daily lives. Especially those in multi-million dollar companies that rely on certain elements of our planet that we rely on to naturally keep us safe instead of adapting and finding new safer ways to keep in business. There are so many options out there where they can adapt, but they just refuse to see it because all they care about is money. Climate change is altering so much faster than anyone can really keep track of.
So, in light of all this, it is important to live life to the fullest as much as anyone can.
