A Shinobi's Duty

Kazanrai Fuji, an original character, from the Iwagakure with so many misteries around her. She was selected to go on a mission that looks simple. However, as she continues her assignment, Fuji realises the darkness the lurks within the community she accepted to protect. This is the story of how the duty of a shinobi changes even with the passing of time. Or does it?

6. Shinobi's Duty - Final Chapter

The meeting with the record label's CEO is getting near. The two shinobi are accompanying the Hokage('s clone) to the location and are wary of the consequences of the failed plan. The band's members are already in the location, since they left ten minutes after the Hokage's arrival.

Of course they are feeling nervous, if this goes right, they are free. If not, who knows what happens. They are awaiting anxiously in the lounge for their boss to show up, who knows what he will tell them to do, in order to participate in Konoha's "festival". Although they can imagine what he is about to tell them, since they got dressed by their company's dressers. Their outfit is composed by showing off as much skin as their CEO wants, mini skirts, shorts that are very, well, short and, of course, cleaved shirts.

Absolutely de-humanizing to these people who are seen as objects by their bosses, the very people that promised the singers' families that they were safe and protected of all harm. They are scared, uncomfortable and apprehensive by what is about to happen.

When the CEO enters, he analyzes them, from top to bottom. "Sal! You're not showing enough skin. What? Are you shy now?" he says while signaling her to show more cleavage. Unfortunately, the young singer still can't disobey. She feels like she is always the chosen one to do these types of things. And she's right. The CEO always paid more attention to her, as he was the first one to force her (not saying the word).

She keeps her tears inside, but she unbuttons the top button and sits in a way to show more skin. The CEO is almost drooling and even says that after the reunion he is going to "give her a raise". The tone of his voice is disgusting. All the girls are uncomfortable, but in order to not ruin the plan, Sal says, "Thank you, Boss". Tears are almost falling down her face, but she keeps her composure. Minni is sitting next to her and is secretly grasping her hand, while Soo is touching her foot with her own and Roe is touching Sal's back. They are a true supporting family and are determined to end that loop.

Suddenly, the secretary says, "Sir, the Hokage's entourage has arrived!". The CEO tells her to send them in. After that, and by getting aware of his "entourage", the CEO sends a text, saying to get ready if needed. He's ready for battle just in case.

After knocking on the door, the Hokage, Fuji and Sakumo enter the room and the Hokage introduces himself. Fuji and Sakumo are silent, as they are in their ANBU attire, the usual grey vest with black shirt underneath and their mask with the Shinobi Union's mark on the forehead. "Ah! The greatest Hokage in existence, Naruto Uzumaki-sama! It's an honour to meet the 4th Ninja War hero!" the CEO bows upon their entrance.

The CEO looks at the ANBU with caution, as Naruto brushes it off as a normal procedure, just in case. He also guarantees that they are the only ANBU he brought with him.

The CEO then continues, "Please, meet our greatest band -". Naruto interrupts, "I know who they are and, I'm very happy they are the ones here. I'm a big fan of yours, dattebayo!"

He shows that huge smile he has and the girls melt. He has such a warm presence and personality and yet, they make people feel so safe. "So, let's discuss business, Mr.- Sorry, I didn't catch your name." Naruto continues.

"Ah, of course. A man straight to business. Oh, my name is Nishi. Pleasure to make your acquaintance." the CEO formally responds.

"Well, as one of my ninjas already told you, I'm thinking of doing the first annual music festival in Konoha and after our research, we figured that this group should be one of the many groups to be on stage. We were hoping to reach an agreement on how much they'll take and perform in our village." Naruto explains. Nishi is almost drooling over the fact that he can just name any price. However, he's not happy with just that so he starts negotiating.

"Hokage-sama, how about we turn that music festival into a concert?" As soon as this sentence came out of Nishi's voice, everyone knew that the plan was in motion. Greed was coming out of his nostrils and he went even further in his speech. "They are the very best around the world, I'm sure that they can give a much better show than all the other bands you have in mind…" he concludes.

Naruto places his hand on his chin, as if he was thinking about his offer… "That wasn't what we had in mind. What advantages are there for us?"

The negotiations take a couple of hours until Nishi says what everyone is thinking of, what everyone was after. "You know, these girls have a set of skills, unknown to the public, that might interest you… However, for them to show those skills, we need to guarantee that this music festival turns into a concert…" The air tenses up. He took the bait.

Fuji and Sakumo keep their composure, they don't move an inch. Fuji beneath the mask is biting her lip with anger, however, as the competent ninja she is, those emotions are regulated and the plan keeps standing. Sakumo also gets irritated, however, being Kakashi's son, he inherited the Sixth Hokage's rational abilities. That's how he raised in ANBU's ranks in less time than Yamato, the famous Wood Style user.

Naruto fakes his interest and "innocently" says, "Skills? What are you talking about?" Nishi looks at the girls with lust oozing out of his eyes and he signals them to flirt with the Hokage. They feel wrong, but comply, faking their flirt with the Hokage. Sal is remembering her last conversation with Fuji, when the Shinobi informs them that probably Nishi will instruct them to flirt with the Hokage to "catch his attention". It was right then and there that Sal asked, "What if the Hokage turns out to be like the others and takes advantage?"

To that question, Fuji calmly answers, "Sal, I trust that man with my life. It will take courage, but by trusting him, you are also trusting me…"

Sal is looking at Fuji, irons her resolve and takes a leap of faith. She starts "flirting" with the Hokage, she is positioning her body so everyone can see the inside of her shirt. Nishi is looking at her with pride in his eyes, however, a few seconds after she starts flirting, he starts getting jealous. Of course, being the total douchebag that he is, that jealousy is more of an obsession. His composure is starting to change, so Fuji starts paying more attention.

"Listen, Fuji." Sakumo starts. "If Sal plays her part, the CEO will probably get jealous. When he does, it's our time to leave the room, so make a signal to Naruto-sensei. When we leave, he will probably try to attack Sal. That's when we'll nail him. Your job is to make sure that Sal is comfortable with it. If she's not, then we'll have to make another plan."

"Sakumo… Thank you. For not forcing her into something…" Fuji, emotionally answers. As the flashback finishes in Fuji's mind, she reads him like a book and she stealthily taps the Hokage in the shoulder. The sign that he was looking for…

"Well,-" the Hokage starts to "flirt" back with Sal. "Maybe we do have to make this concert happen in Konoha, but only if you'll wear that, to me."

"I'm awaiting anxiously for your arrival to Konoha." As he says that, Nishi hands over a contract to Naruto, stating an agreement of having a concert in Konoha with this band. After that, Naruto and the two ANBU leave the room and, then, the building.

"It's up to you two now! Good luck, dattebayo!" the Hokage says and then proceeds to vanish. Fuji and Sakumo set their plan in motion. They climb the building using their chakra, finding the window where the CEO and the band are, only to look at them and Nishi scolding Sal. "Were you having fun? Don't you ever forget that you are mine and only mine!" the CEO is having a rage episode and is shouting all sorts of profanity. The girls are scared and are waiting for the shinobi to arrive.

Nishi grabs Sal's wrist and says, "Maybe I should prove to you how much you belong TO ME!" he wants to r* her and he is going to. However, before he can even lift her, the window glass is shattered, and the duo forcibly enter the room. Fuji is with her Sharingan activated, and Sakumo has some strange blue tattoos with a light blue aura around him. They mean business, it's like they are bringing out their full potential.

They don't even give him the chance to look at them as they enter, since, as soon as the shattered glass touches the floor, Fuji is already grabbing Nishi's hand, squeezing it so hard, he releases Sal and suddenly, *crack his hand is broken.

He is screaming in agonizing pain, he looks up and sees Fuji, glaring him down with her Sharingan, with rage oozing out of her entire body. "You will pay for everything you've done to them!" she exclaims.

However, as soon as she stops talking, she feels the temperature rising abruptly. "Sakumo!" she yells. She is able to pick Sal up and with the help of his Shadow Clones, Fuji and Sakumo are able to pick the band members and their manager and even the CEO and manage to leave the building just moments before an eruption occurs.

The top of the record label's building is completely destroyed. When they land in the ground, Nishi starts screaming in despair, to the new and recent events. Suddenly, they are looking up and a familiar face shows up on their side, on the road.

"Hey! Shiomi! This isn't supposed to happen, you were just supposed to kill them, not destroy my entire building!" Nishi is screaming. Suddenly they realise, it was the CEO who hired Shiomi to attack the fansign avenue, and probably the Wind User that battled Fuji. Suddenly everything makes sense.

Sakumo grabs Nishi's collar and angrily asks, "Why the f- would you attack your own members? You could've killed them!" Nishi smirks and says, "Ha! I knew that Renji hired some third class ninja to protect my property from me, so I wanted to dispose of you. I just didn't realise they were the Hokage's dogs!"

Sakumo shocks him and he passes out. Fuji and Shiomi are looking menacingly into each other. "I'm going to give you hell for what you did to me last time, Fuji-neesan!" Shiomi says. She's out for blood. "You are going to show me that power you have. You know, that black coloured cheat code you used to save that peasant!"

They are facing each other and Fuji is feeling worried. However, she calmly analyzes the situation at hand. At that moment, Fuji is looking at the road full of people, some are injured that need medical care, others are panicking and running away. On the other side, there is Sakumo in his blue tattoo thingies protecting the girls, their manager and the unconscious CEO.

She breathes in and out. "You want to see my full power, Shiomi? Trust me, if you can't defeat me now, imagine if I use my everything. You'll be decimated!" Fuji starts laughing. Shiomi is boiling, but keeps her cool. "Oh, don't worry, I can handle you just fine." Suddenly, a ball of rubber is thrown at Fuji at high speeds. She jumps and Sakumo releases a wave of chakra, destroying the rubber ball.

"Fine, I guess I'll step up as well." the Hatake says. "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" as he makes four clones that surround the girls and their manager, he and the four clones say, "Sage Art: Water Style: Tidal Wave Barrier Formation!" A blue barrier forms with the four clones being the pillars.

"Don't worry, everything will be all right. Leave everything to us!" Sakumo reassures and leaves facing the battlefield.

"Fuji! You take care of Shiomi and I'll take care of the rubber style guy." Sakumo firmly says. "Funny, that's what I was thinking. Careful, Sakumo that guy's name is Hotaro and he is also from the Kazanrai clan. He uses the rubber variation of the Lava style. Coincidentally, he specializes in sealing jutsu, inside the rubber style. Don't get sealed!" She warns.

"Don't worry! Right now, I'm dead serious… Just focus on your battle!" Sakumo is angry and he is showing the exact opposite of his usual goofy side. That's how Fuji knows that she needs to get serious as well, so she says, "Shiomi, as always, you'll get what you want. You want me to be serious, watch closely!"

Her whole aura changes, Fuji is with her Mangekyou Sharingan activated and is ready to kick some Lava Style butt. The air is vibrating and it's all coming from the ANBU duo. By feeling that whole charisma and tension, Shiomi and Hotaro brace themselves for the battle of their lives.

– Sakumo's Battle –

The Kazanrai duo get in a fighting stance. By Hotaro's point of view, he assumes a fighting stance and he blinks. When he opens his eyes, Sakumo is nowhere to be seen. He suddenly feels an impact on his face and it was Sakumo's punch. He flies towards a wall fast, however, he can still use his Lava Style to create a rubber padding wall behind him to lessen the damage. He puts his hand on his face and sees that it's wet.

Suddenly, he and Shiomi are separated and Sakumo is in front of him. Sakumo is glowing with a light blue chakra-aura around him and has tattoos that cover his arms, legs and cheeks with the same colour. Those tattoos are glowing light blue wavy lines that cover his entire body, spreading from his core (Author's note: Imagine Boruto's tattoo lines when he is using Karma) and his usual dark eyes, are now light blue as well. Inside the aura like chakra we can see something that resembles water bubbles.

"Are you done admiring me?" Sakumo asks. "We don't have much time, so let's make this quick!" he continues. He can't maintain this Sage Mode for too long, so when he uses it, he needs to finish his battle quickly, before he loses his powered up mode.

Hotaro then gets up and starts weaving signs and says, "So, you're a Water user… Too bad. If there was any body of water around, you would win. Since you don't, you lose!"

"Lava Style: Rubber Ball Impact Jutsu!" Hotaro forms rubber balls from the ground and shoots at Sakumo at high speeds, confident that it will damage him greatly, however, "Sage Art: Water Style: Water Wall Jutsu!" Sakumo creates water out of thin air. It's like he's one with nature. And then, "Sage Art: Water Style: Giant Tsunami Engulfing!" he uses this jutsu to shoot out the wave against his foe and wash away everything in its path.

Hotaro is surprised that he can use Water Jutsu without any body of water around and he is engulfed by the tidal wave. The current is so strong that Hotaro is pushed away behind and he hits a lot of buildings before it lets up. The Kazanrai big guy is panting, damaged and bleeding and suddenly, Sakumo arrives in front of him. "Are you ready to give up, Hotaro?" he menacingly asks.

"Not quite yet!" Hotaro grins. "Lava Style: Sealing Jutsu, Rubber Temple of Doom!" The rubber rises from the ground and envelops Sakumo in a matter of seconds. Sakumo is using all his strength to get free from the rubber, however, it's not working. Suddenly he is totally surrounded by the rubber and a sealing formula appears where he is sealed. The battle is over. The rubber has the appearance of an ancient shrine and Sakumo is buried under it. In order to reinforce the seal, Hotaro places a sealing formula charm on the front of the shrine and starts praying that Sakumo never gets released and that he dies peacefully while sealed.

Hotaro looks in Shiomi and Fuji's way and starts walking over there. Remember that he is injured due to Sakumo's tsunami so he takes his time to walk and heal as much as he can, as gets ready to face his cousin, Fuji.

"Wow, you went to a lot of trouble to seal a Shadow Clone. I'm impressed. You really are thorough." Sakumo is walking beside him and he doesn't even have time to process what happened, because when he realises it, he is on the ground. Right after the tsunami, when Sakumo checks to see if he is far enough, he makes a Shadow Clone and it goes to Hotaro, while the real one is concealed on top of the buildings. When Hotaro seals his Shadow Clone, Sakumo takes out a scroll and writes what is happening and when he's done, he approaches Hotaro.

"Wow, you went to a lot of trouble to seal a Shadow Clone. I'm impressed. You really are thorough." He places his hand on Hotaro's back and defeats him, "Lightning Style: White Lightning Fang" an impressive white thunder is surging from his hand and is electrocuting Hotaro's wet body. White lightning is Sakumo's version of coloured lighting that he inherited from Kakashi. While the Sixth Hokage can colour his lightning purple, Sakumo's version of it White, since he is the White Fang of Konoha's grandson, he tried to pay homage to him and make his jutsu stronger.

– Back to Fuji –

Shiomi can't see Sakumo's punch and when she realises it, neither Sakumo is in sight, nor is Hotaro beside her. After looking for them for a few seconds, Shiomi turns to Fuji, "Wow, you really are a cheater, you have some monster friends besides you. Lucky! she teases. "Well, Shiomi, since you are a bit of a weak b*h, you can never make powerful friends. Only when you acquire true strength, can you make powerful allies!" Fuji answers. The ANBU starts walking to Shiomi and she means business. While Shiomi is feeling tense, she doesn't back down, she is too proud. "Let's go Fuji-neesan, you and me!" the red haired Kazanrai starts running to Fuji and starts throwing punches, of course Fuji is able to not be hit by any of them, since her Sharingan is active.

Shiomi, then, pulls back and asks, "So, Fuji-neesan, how were you able to get your hands on a Sharingan? Was that how you were able to surpass all of the main branch?" Fuji ignores and continues to walk towards her. She doesn't talk and that angers Shiomi. "Lava Style: Lava Shuriken Jutsu!" Shiomi creates shuriken out of lava and sends the scorching rocks to Fuji. "Lava Style: Eruption!" Fuji creates a Lava wall and the Shuriken are absorbed into it. After that, Fuji cools the Lava off and it stays erect as a wall. She jumps onto the wall and puts her hand on top of it, "Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bullets!" a dragon emerges from the front of the wall and then, she combines it with another jutsu.

Just before combining two techniques, Shiomi can't react in time, due to the projectiles being so fast and she puts her hands up to guard, however, Fuji looks forward and starts bleeding from her left eye and conjures black flames out of nowhere, "Amaterasu!".

The projectiles fuse with the black flames and suddenly it's like little black comets the size of tennis balls are flying towards the redheaded Lava user and Shiomi doesn't know what to do. Suddenly for her, it's like time stopped and then, the impact occurred. Shiomi is screaming as she is hit by the black flame dragon bullets.

She is rolling on the ground, trying to put out the flames, but these black flames don't go out like that. She is burning and Fuji is watching. Suddenly, the flames go out. Fuji put them out.

"I put out the flames, Shiomi. It's over. Let me bring you in. If you behave, maybe I can convince the Shinobi Union to not give you a heavy sentence…" Fuji is looking at her with empathy. She knows that if she didn't have the ANBU and that "special person" who set her straight, she would be just like Shiomi. Causing trouble, creating chaos on the world and wrecking havoc. Maybe Shiomi just needs someone who actually believes in her. Just like "He" believes in Fuji.

"Neesan, I'm touched by your kind words… You can take them and go f* yourself!" Shiomi gets up, picks up a syringe with a purple liquid inside and injects it in her arm. Suddenly, her chakra is oozing out, she is screaming and her power increases. It's a chemical that increases the power output of a shinobi. Suddenly, there is air pressure coming out from her chakra and she says, "You want to see power? I'll show you power! Lava Style: Giant Golem Jutsu!"

Shiomi creates a 10 meter lava golem and she is inside the solid core, on its forehead. "Now, it's time for you to die, Neesan!" Fuji is looking up, with a calm look on her face. She sighs, calls her cousin a fool for using that chemical to enhance her power. "You leave me no choice, cousin. I'll show you the difference between our powers…" Fuji says this but she's feeling sad. A black aura surrounds her and suddenly a clearer body starts to form. First the ribs and spine, then the arms are forming and then the skull. Flesh starts forming around the whole body and then the armour. The gigantic full-body Susano'o comes to life and suddenly a battle of titans unfolds.

Usually, the Uchiha's Susano'o uses two swords, however, Fuji's uses a long staff to strike her enemies. She takes it out and assumes a fighting position. With that long staff, Fuji can combine Susano'o's abilities and Fuji's Lava Style. In a berserk state, Shiomi tries to strike Fuji and the second ninja uses her staff to block the strike.

The impact is so strong that a powerful wind pressure is ravishing the town. Shiomi is screaming as her power flows through her body and Fuji is calm and collected, although she is feeling sad as Fuji is watching her cousin descend into madness. By this time, Sakumo and Hotaro's battle is finished, and the Hatake is watching the battle from afar. He knows that Fuji is serious, so he deactivated his Sage Mode and now is trying to not fly from the wind pressure.

The band is watching their battle upclose. They can't believe that a battle of such epic proportions is happening right in front of their faces. "Hey, Fuji!" one of Sakumo's Shadow Clones yell into the mic, "Finish this quickly or these people are going to be hurt from such power!" he continues.

"I know Sakumo, even as a clone you are being annoying!" Fuji mumbles. "It's time to end this, Shiomi…" Fuji's Susano'o takes the long staff and is ready to deliver a strike. Shiomi sees that and the berserk state worsens. Her chakra suddenly turned purple and her skin is starting to turn grey, as if she is starting to decay. "DIE, FUJIII!" Shiomi screams. Her Lava Golem is throwing a punch and multiple eruptions are occurring on its body, however, Fuji blocks its punch with one arm, and the other arm is holding the long staff. Suddenly, the long staff becomes shorter, making it possible to maneuver it with just an arm and strikes, bludgeoning the Golem's left shoulder. After that, it was the left leg. And suddenly, she stabs Shiomi's Golem right in the chess. "Kazan-Uchiha Style: Susano'o Short Staff Earth Expansion!" Suddenly Susano'o's staff extends to every direction, empaling the Golem, with spikes-like earth pointy spears.

Shiomi can't move her golem and she is gazing upon Fuji, who mercilessly concludes one of her most powerful jutsus with, "Eruption!" The spears turn into lava and erupt inside and outside the golem and until they explode from the pressure. Rocks are flying everywhere, some still solid and others melted, until we see Shiomi's body with severe burns from the lava explosion. (she wasn't obliterated, since she is from the Kazanrai clan and they can resist extreme heat). She hits the ground and she is paralyzed. Fuji vanishes her Susano'o and goes to meet her.

The redheaded Kazanrai can't move, but can talk weakly. "Neesan, I never stood a chance, did I? I knew you were powerful, but I never thought the difference was this much…" Shiomi starts crying and continues, "You are a cheater, Neesan, you always had this power, of course you would surpass every main family member… You cheater." she cries non stop.

At this point, Sakumo approaches and dismantles the barrier, so the four band members also approach and listen to the conversation.

"Actually Shiomi, I awakened this side of my power, when your side of the family killed my Grandmother. That's when it started. Before, I always used Kazanrai powers only. And it was after you killed my Mother that they evolved into this." Fuji hesitates but Shiomi is about to die, so she tells her the truth. "Actually, I found out, just before you guys killed my Mother, that Grandma was actually the grand-daughter of the Ghost of the Uchiha, Uchiha Madara. I don't understand why, but apparently I was the one who managed to synchronize both powers and make the best use of it, despite my mother also awakening the Sharingan."

Shiomi is shocked and her dying words were, "Wow, lucky bitch!" Shiomi dies and assumedly, due to the drugs she took earlier, her body continues to decay until there's only dust left.

The battle is over, and the band members hug Fuji as she falls to her knees. She's in shock. Another Kazanrai dying causes the resurface of all the emotions felt on the days she lost her Mother and Grandmother. Sakumo inspects the site searching for clues and he finds the vial Shiomi injected. It's empty, but maybe the Science Division of Konoha can analyse. He will ensure to deliver the vial himself.

The city is ravished. It was laid to the ground due to the colossal battle between Fuji and Shiomi. Now that the battle is over, Sakumo and Shiomi can see the aftermath of what happened and the surviving Kazanrai is feeling the despair of letting her emotions run and go all out without thinking of the consequences, as they start helping the civilians in need.

The next day is marked by meetings with that town's mayor and she is taking all the responsibility for the damage caused and via Flying Raijin, Naruto flies in again and explains to the mayor that the Shinobi Union Reconstruction Department is paying and reconstructing that town. And since all of the workers are shinobi, the reconstruction will be quick. "Offering our utmost apologies, we will work hard to not endanger your people ever again and to reconstruct the city as you see fit."

As they leave the mayor's office, they see the CEO being arrested as well as Hotaro. For now, the interim CEO will be the band's manager, until the company can elect or hire someone for the role. The criteria is simple, "People before money!" That's the motto of the company that will serve singers and protect them from harm.

They are walking towards Sakumo, in order to be transported back to Konoha. "Fuji…" the Hokage says. "You were reckless, this mission. This isn't like you… I understand your past and you know I empathize with that loneliness, however, you can't endanger people's lives like this." he continues. "I understand, Hokage-sama. I'm very sorry for the trouble caused and I'm ready to face any consequences for my reckless actions…"

Sigh* "At the end of the day, you accomplished your mission and protected the girls, and despite the city being ravished, thanks to you and Sakumo, we might've encountered another problem. This vial is dangerous, so, after a brief training period on how to use your powers in-city and damage minimization, we're going to request back-up from that organization. And you're going to help them. You know, as your punishment." Naruto says as he winks.

They teleport back to Konoha, and after the mission report, Sakumo and Fuji are dismissed. They proceed on delivering the vial and at the end of the day, Fuji returns home. To her place in the Uchiha district. As she enters, she sees Sarada (Sasuke and Sakura's daughter) running happily to her. They talk for a bit, agreeing on training together when Sarada returns from her mission, and then she goes home.

Fuji takes off her mission gear, hops on the shower, goes to bed and falls asleep.

— Three weeks later —

Fuji is leaving the training center for the damage reduction course as she hears a familiar voice, "Fuji-san!" It's Sal calling her. They hug and talk for a bit. "Sal, you look so good! What are you doing here?" Sal explains that the Konoha Music Festival, the decoy festival, is actually happening since the Hokage actually felt like that part was a good idea in order to liven things up in the Village.

"Wow, Sal, that's great. And you look truly happy!" Fuji says. "I still haven't forgotten all that Nishi made us go through. But the future is much brighter and it's all thanks to you!" Sal responds. Suddenly, the rest of the band is calling Sal, since it's their turn. Fuji was invited to watch their performance from a special place, from backstage, as a special guest and she happily accepted. Their performance was amazing, everyone was dancing, including Fuji and Sakumo (he was invited as well by their manager).

As the Festival goes on and finishes, it was a success and Naruto declares that next year will be another festival, since this was such a huge hit. Everybody cheers and then the bands' celebration continues in the afterparty. That's not Fuji's thing as she leaves early, but rumor has it that Sakumo hooked up with one of the band members.

Everybody is cheering a happier future, and so it may come (or not, we'll see) and now than ever Fuji knows that the Shinobi's duty remains the same, to protect those who cannot protect themselves.

— Somewhere on the Shinobi's World —

"Sir! Shiomi has been defeated… She used it and she went berserk. Is it a fail?" one hooded man says.

"Wow, even if she went berserk, she had enough power to destroy one of the great villages. Who was this ninja who defeated her?" the other one says. (This one isn't hooded, but has a cloak that is covering his body. We can see that this person, who appears to be some kind of higher up has white, blue-ish hair, pointy nose and has big black eyes. He talks with a raspy low-pitched voice and he appears surprised that someone defeated Shiomi after using the vial.

"I don't know her name, but according to our images, this person is from the same clan as Shiomi. However, something strange happened, while she used the Lava Release, she also can use Uchiha abilities…" The hooded man says.

"Hmm… Very interesting. We need to be very careful with that specimen… She appears to be strong. But no worries, all that will be trivial, as soon as Jashin-sama returns." The higher up looking person says.

The hooded man, as if he was put in a transe, answers monochordic, "Yes, all will be solved with Jashin-sama." After that answer, he leaves the room, goes up to a room with an altar in the middle of the five pointed star sign Hidan used as a necklace (information only the higher ups of Konoha know), climbs up and slits his own throat, leaving the blood dripping into an open coffin with a dead man with long silver hair and big muscles.
