Jimmy Hopkins watched through binoculars as the ugly monsters came through the front gates.

The town of Bullworth was nearly taken, except for the academy, which occupied nearly half of the small town. Many of the residents sought refuge in the academy, their homes and businesses taken or destroyed by the invaders.

With the academy serving as a stronghold against the Tarkatan forces, the students led by their hero prepared to defend themselves against the oncoming attack.

"All windows and doors have been blocked except the front door," Ted Thompson declared.

"Everyone who can't defend themselves has been placed in the theater," Johnny Vincent said.

"And we're almost done arming our tank," Earnest Jones commented.

Jimmy looked away from the binoculars and saw the nerds dressing up Russell Northrop in makeshift armor. The nerds' intelligence mixed with their talent for roleplaying costumes had managed to make a real defensive armor.

He then turned to his friend. "What about the defenses in the tower?" He asked.

"Ready to attack at your command." Pete Kowalski replied.

"I can see those freaks coming." Jimmy told the faction leaders and his friend. "Get ready. The academy is surrounded. If they make it, we're all going to hell."

"Russell will show them hell first." The giant student said.

"They're at the gate!" a student above shouted.

"Take your positions!" Jimmy ordered.

Ted and Jonny nodded, and Earnest saluted before leaving. Russell thumped his chest and roared to prepare for battle.

At the front gate, Tarkatan forces were pushing against the gates. Jimmy's heart raced as he watched the steel gates fall. Tarkatan forces began to pour into Bullworth.

"Charge!" a Tarkatan shouted, followed by roars from other Tarkatas.

"Fresh meat!" another said.

"Lights!" Jimmy shouted into a walkie talkie.

On the roof of the academy, floodlights were blaring. A blinding light stopped the Tarkatas who stopped to cover their eyes and focus on the lights.

When one managed to focus, he was immediately crushed by a sack that exploded as it slammed him to the ground. The surrounding Tarkatans looked on in confusion as the stricken Tarkata groaned in pain on the ground.

Suddenly, many of them caught a whiff of a foul odor, covering their noses as their eyes watered.

With the strength of the stench, they couldn't smell anything else amidst the trash. On the roof, firecrackers were lit and thrown into the stinking clouds.

The chain reaction caused explosions that threw some Tarkatans away, some running aimlessly with their bodies on fire.

In the cafeteria, children and elderly people heard the explosions and hugged each other, praying for the best.

Outside, the last explosion left a pile of corpses at the entrance to the academy.

The first wave was repelled.

But the second was already beginning.

"Players in position!" Jimmy ordered.

When the second wave passed the dormitories, the academy's roofs were opened by athletes. In their gloved hands, footballs with firecrackers inside.

"Attack!" Upon hearing Jimmy's order, they threw the explosive balls.

The Tarkatans moved forward, ignoring the objects coming from the roof since they didn't seem to be bags. But the moment one of the balls collided with the chest of a Tarkatan, it exploded, throwing the poor Tarkatan backwards. The other Tarkatas saw this but reacted too late to defend themselves from the incoming balls.

Some hit the ground but most managed to hit at least one of their enemies.

"Go Bullworth, go! Go Bullworth, go! Go Bullworth, go, go, go!" the cheeleaders chanted behind the athletes.

Fearing more explosions, those who were hit continued cautiously, hiding while they recovered from the explosions, which did not cause them much damage. But they felt something worse soon after.

Their sharp clawed hands began to scratch their own skin, an irresistible itch taking over their bodies. With such sharp and long nails, the scratching was compared to the scratches of a large wild animal.

Blood gushed across the floor as the Tarkatans kept scratching themselves, trying to get rid of the irritating and horrible sensation.

As they scratched hard, the third wave passed them by.

"Pete!" Jimmy called and Pete threw him a potato cannon.

On the second floor, the windows were unlocked to make way for more cannons.

"Open fire!" Earnest shouted.

Potatoes with a strange color were shot at the Tarkatans, hitting them hard. The shots knocked some down, stunned others. But that alone was not enough to stop them.

That is until one of them started vomiting. Followed by another. And another.

The third invading wave suddenly became a force of vomit, covering the floor with the meat they had consumed earlier.

"Edna's surprise potato, not even monsters from another dimension are a match for her recipe," Pete commented.

But the fourth wave pushed past their vomiting mates and headed for the front entrance of the academy.

"It is in position?" Jimmy asked.

"We put it in front of the stairs," Pete replied.

The object in question was a Volcano 4000 Firecracker. The Tarkatans were already heading for the stairs when they noticed something located in the center in front of the first step.

As it lit up, fireworks rose from the object, attracting the attention of the Tarkatans. They exchanged glances, confused as to what all that was. They decided to ignore the light show and return to their hunt when the fireworks finally exploded, throwing small marbles around.

The force of the explosion was strong enough to launch the marbles with enough speed to

pierce the skin of the Tarkatans, who screamed as their bodies were covered in small holes. Some fell down in pain and others could no longer move. The fourth wave was stopped, but the fifth wave was coming.

"Weapon status?!" Jimmy shouted.

"Still reloading, sir!" One of the students answered.

Jimmy didn't like this, but they needed time since the fight was going to spill into the academy. He just hoped Russell could hold them off long enough.

The Tarkatans kicked open the front door and immediately smelled fresh meat. The hallways around them were covered in barricades, as were the entrances ahead.

They didn't see it as a difficult obstacle but heard a war cry coming from upstairs.

Dropping like a ton, Russell, clad in his armor, roared at the invading Tarkatans.

"Russell smash!" he shouted and charged.

The Tarkatans followed suit, charging at the giant.

Waving his arms wildly, Russell was able to send the Tarkatan forces flying against the walls. The boy's brute strength surprised the Tarkatans, but they did not retreat.

Drawing their blades, they aimed to cut the giant. The armor, though improvised, served its purpose, protecting Russell from the Tarkatans' blades. One of them even had his arm grabbed.

"Russell smash monsters... with monster!" Russell roared, swinging the poor Tarkatan in his hand to use as a weapon against the others.

Hidden in the director's office, Jimmy watched as Tarkatans were sent flying one floor above and crashed to the ground. The Tarkatan horde was overwhelmed by Russell's brute strength, unable to do anything before they were thrown away. Some tried to get closer with their blades ready, but the armor covering his body protected him from lethal damage.

Russell roared and ran headlong against the invading horde, until a superior force collided with him.

Staggering back, his vision doubled but he managed to make out the figure of the centaur in front of him. Before he could fully recover, the centaur turned and kicked Russell square in the chest, throwing him back into the center of the main hall. He tried to get up or at least turn around, but the centaur stomped on him with its front paws, forcing him back in place.

"Russell!" Jimmy and his teammates shouted.

The centaur brought up his energy-charged tail to fire at his fallen opponent. But a potato hitting his head interrupted him.

He looked to where the projectile had come from and saw Jimmy aiming a potato bazooka.

"Why don't you take on someone your own ugly size?!" Jimmy asked, throwing another potato.

The centaur was about to go after the boy when war cries coming from the side caught his attention. Turning around, he saw the Bullworth Football team, donning their gear, preparing to advance.

"Blue 42!" Ted shouted.

The centaur, accepting the challenge, let out a war cry, swinging his front legs before charging forward. The Bullworth team followed suit, letting out war cries and all charging at the centaur at the same time.

As they collided, both sides held their ground, the centaur struggling to hold the football team in place. That is until someone sat on his back and put a rope around his neck. The team backed away as the centaur moved like a wild horse, trying to get Jimmy off his back.

"Peeeeteeee!" Jimmy yelled, trying not to let go of his grip on the centaur.

"Coming, Jimmy!" Pete yelled.

Jimmy held on with all his might but eventually, the centaur managed to get him off his back.

Jimmy was thrown but was caught by the football team. The centaur approached the humans who stood between him and conquering the academy, irritated by the constant obstacles.

"Hey!" Pete's voice was heard. "Didn't you hear him before? Get someone your own ugly size!"

The centaur turned and saw Pete with some students pointing a fire extinguisher in the centaur's direction. With a stomp on its beak, the fire extinguisher went flying at the centaur. The centaur was quick enough to catch the fire extinguisher before it collided with his face, giving the football team time to retreat. The centaur saw this and was about to get rid of the fire extinguisher still flying at his face when he saw Jimmy aiming his slingshot at the fire extinguisher, a bomb in his hand.

"It's going to be a blast!" Jimmy said and fired the slingshot.

Outside the academy, the windows burst from the inside out with the impact of the explosion. Inside, almost all the barricades collapsed with the impact. Behind one of the ones that remained standing, Pete and some students looked on in surprise at the force of the explosion.

"The mixture made by Dr. Watts certainly exceeded expectations." Pete commented.

"Too much so." Jimmy commented, trapped between the lockers.

The centaur who was caught at point blank range by the explosion fell to the ground, defeated. After Pete helped Jimmy out of the lockers, they noticed that no more monsters tried to invade the academy.

"Dear Jimmy," Earnest said, approaching. "I have come to inform you that this was the last wave of the invading forces. We have won! Thanks to your leadership, Bullworth is victorious!"

Screams of victory echoed through the academy, having survived the horde of terrible monsters despite being surrounded.

They soon had more to celebrate when they heard the sounds of helicopters approaching to rescue them, more screams of celebration were heard.

Once again Jimmy had saved the academy from total destruction. Just another day of work.
