Prologue

Harry really had no idea what had happened. The plan had been simple. Use the time turner to stop Delphi, let Voldemort kill Harry's parents to keep the continuity the same, save the timelines and get back to their own time in time for dinner. But noooo. Harry, being Harry, managed to somehow mess up using a time-turner! The last thing he saw before he was whisked away was the shocked faces of his friends as what seemed to be a giant spinning hole appeared and Harry was sucked in.

So now Harry was flying through who knows what. He could hear so many different things, saw unimaginable horrors and beauties, smelled things he had never even imagined, felt what seemed like every single sensation possible, and tasted everything that could be imagined and more. He also sensed in ways he couldn't describe. Through the roaring wind(?) and his own terrifying screaming, he could hear snippets of words or phrases.

"Who are you in this vast multiverse…", "Time, Mr. Freeman? Is it really that time again?", and perhaps worst of all, " And a great big hug and a kiss from me to you!" He saw terrifying images of fuzzy purple dinosaurs and glowing circles made of what looked like rust and a mysterious man with a suitcase. Then suddenly everything went quiet and he heard one last thing. "Do you want to have a Bad Time?" At this point, he started wondering if he was going mad because he swore that he saw a short, squat skeleton say that last one. Then he heard screaming to his left and saw a man in gold. Almost everything he wore was gold. Golden armour with golden horns on his head. He fell past Harry screaming. Harry also heard a thump from somewhere which was currently below him, and someone saying "I HAVE BEEN FALLING… FOR 30 MINUTES!"

That settled it for Harry. He legitimately thought that he had gone crazy. He kept falling and spinning and twisting beyond what should have been possible when finally he realized he was moving in a certain direction. In fact, he could feel a small tug. It was a curious sensation. Somewhere in his chest. It felt as if something had latched on to him, onto his very core. He looked down and saw a small heart. He couldn't make out what color it was through the rush of sensations but saw a soft glow coming from it. Then he saw a shimmering patch below him that looked like swirling multi-colored mist. Inside of which he could just make out a giant machine in what looked like a shed. It seemed that he was being pulled towards it. Harry sighed, or at least he tried to, as he saw the short, squat skeleton standing next to it. As Harry fell into the mist he mentally stated, "Ron owes me 10 galleons. This is definitely weirder than becoming Voldemort or any of the other crazy things that have happened to me."
