It had been four years since our mother died.That night me and my sisters were taken in by vander he's the coolest guy ever really big and strong tough on the outside big hearted on the inside And he's like the leader of undercity.even though he's the leader of the undercity he still takes care of us like we're his own. We also got these two new brothers mylo and Claggor. Mylo is a fair skinned boy with back hair and green eyes of average height he wears shoulder pads with a white shirt and brown pants that go down to his knees and a pair of unevenly sized boots.hes a jerk I don't like him much but he's still my brother so their is times where he'll hang out with me and teach me stuff Like how to lock pick. Claggor is a fair skinned boy of above average height with brown hair and eyes. He wears a pair of goggles a long sleeved white shirt with a blue and yellow jacket over it along with shoulder pads. Claggor is a whole lot better he's big and strong. Takes care of me when vi or powder aren't around and teaches me how to tinker with stuff.They're both older than me which makes me the youngest. Because of that I get alot of slack from mylo.
Oh and of course there's my older sisters Vi and powder there the best.vi is the oldest of us all and powder is the second youngest.vi is fair skinned and average height with short pink hair and powder blue eyes.she wears a short sleeved white shirt with a yellow crop top over her shirt and a brown mini coat over that with a shoulder pad on her left shoulder and mixed colored pants that go down to her brown shoes she also wears hand wraps.powder on the other hand is a average height girl for her age with fair skin along with neck length blue hair and dark blue gray eyes.she wears a short sleeved pink shirt striped with purple along with arm warmers and blue crop top over that.she wears a short blue skirt with dark purple,light purple,and blue pants with a belt that has two pouches and dark brown shoes.
Vi is awesome she's strong not just with her fists but her will to.she's hot tempered but that's fine she only ever gets angry at people who bother powder and me.she's usually watching over me and powder or hanging out with Claggor and mylo.she's the oldest so she's the unspoken leader of the group. Powder is just as awesome she's not good fighting but she is good at creating gadgets well really just bombs. She super sweet and kind she helps me with everything tinkering wise.vi also helps me alot she teaches me how to dodge but never fight. Oh that's one of the things that vi and powder agree on is that they teach me how to dodge or escape or anything besides fighting back they say you don't need to fight if you always have one of us with you it's bit odd but I don't really care about fighting and if it makes vi and powder happy than I'm happy. Another weird thing they agree on is me staying as far away from girls that aren't them as possible.I follow that rule no matter how weird it is last time i was with a girl at a playground they saw us playing. when vi and powder saw they immediately grabbed me and hauled me back home then they yelled at me not to go by that girl again the grounded me for a month. Mylo called it weird once and only once vi beat him up for calling the rules she had made weird. I later heard mylo say that powder and vi have a brother complex I didn't know what that meant but it didn't matter the way Mylo had said it made me think it wasn't a good thing.even though they have odd rules they are still my sisters and I'd do anything to make them happy and keep them safe.
and me well my name is Naruto I'm 5 years old the youngest sibling as I've said before. Well I'm pretty tanned for a under city kid and shorter than I would like to admit. Spiky blond hair with a purple tips and ocean blue eyes at least that's how vi described them also i have three whiskers on each cheek like actual whiskers, I don't know how but their cool and powder and vi like to pet them.As for what i wear, i usually wear my bright orange jumpsuit it's of course orange with some blue in it and sandals along with blue goggles on my forehead that Claggor gave me.Anyway as for my likes and Stuff, i love ramen,training,tinkering,pranks,the color orange,and obviously my siblings vi and powder the most no offense to Mylo and Claggor. As for my dislikes, i hate vegetables,I don't like bullies and i hate when Mylo calls powder a jinx and uh I guess that's it. As for my dreams I don't really have any but i do have a goal to protect my loved ones along with making them happy.
now that the introductions are done let's get into a the day my life hit a turning point.
it was a normal day in the undercity.Naruto was currently in the last drop looking for his siblings but he couldn't find them. He had been searching for a half a hour now.after looking everywhere in the last drop he finally decided they weren't here. He then went to ask vander if he had seen them.
"hey vander have you seen vi or powder anywhere"?"Naruto asked after finding him behind the bar
"no why are asking?"vander asked he had seen Naruto searching for something earlier he guessed that Naruto was probably looking for them
"because I've looked everywhere and I can't find them even mylo and Claggor are gone!"naruto whined out
now that was news to vander he thought they were still in the last drop now even he was confused. He decided since Naruto was already looking he might as well task him with finding the other kids.
"well if their not here they probably went somewhere" after Naruto heard that he looked up curiously."why don't you go find them and bring them back here." Vander said and Naruto perked up with a look of excitement as he said "Like a job?" He asked. Vander hearing his question nodded with a small smile of amusement on his face and Naruto jumped up with in the and called "yeah my first job I'll make sure i find them believe it!"he said then did a salute and ran out vander just chuckled and watched him run out. Hopefully those kids hadn't done anything too stupid or got into any trouble hopefully.vander sighed he had the feeling his hopes wouldn't happen.
Naruto ran across the undercity looking for his siblings.he stopped to say hi few times but after a hour of looking he decided to just go ask the one person who would probably know where his siblings are. Naruto was now standing in front of benzo's shop hoping that the person he was looking for was here.
He walked in and was immediately greeted by benzo "oh Naruto my boy what brings you here today?"benzo was the shop owner he's a big man with fair skin and brown hair and eyes. Naruto had known the man ever since he came to last drop.he looked up to the man like a uncle.
Naruto answered the question with a grin "well im looking for Ekko is he here?" He asked hoping that if he found ekko he would be able to tell him where hi siblings were.
"yeah he's here let me go get him."Benzo answered with a smile then walked up the stairs to get ekko
as he did this Naruto wheeped for joy on the inside after what felt like hours of searching he would finally know where to find his siblings.
when Benzo returned he was followed by a dark skinned boy with white hair and gray brown eyes.as soon as Naruto saw him he ran up to the boy with a grin and asked"hey Ekko have you seen vi or powder anywhere?" Naruto asked
Ekko blinked with confusion before answering "uh yeah i saw vi awhile ago she went to go on a errand topside for benzo."after he said that Naruto hugged him and then ran out shop yelling back "Thanks ekko see you later!"
Ekko was just confused and decided to not to question it since benzo asked him to fix the clock after Naruto left.
Naruto now knew where to go if they went to go do a errand
topside that meant that they were probably coming back since it had already been a few a hours since they left. So he went to the docks to first and started looking around
since he didn't find them there he started wondering and kinda got lost. As he rounded a random corner he knew something bad was about to happen. There in front of him were a group of thugs they hadn't seen him yet so he decided to just go back where he came from.he started to step back when one of them looked his way.he froze when they met eyes he knew this wouldn't go good.
"hey kid what are you doing here" the thug asked after he said all the other thugs looked up at him. He must of not spoken fast enough for their liking because before he could answer the thug from before spoke up again "kid are you fucking deaf i asked what are you doing here!?"the thug said with what Naruto thought was annoyance
Naruto then spoke up " i-I'm l-l-looking for my siblings."as Naruto said that he cringed at how scared he sounded
"oh really we'll help you you just got give up everything you have on you." What Naruto thought was their leader spoke up with a smirk. He was a tall teenager by the looks of it had dirty blonde hair and purple eyes.
"uh no im fine i think might of heard them over there." Naruto said while pointing behind him.the leader then spoke up again " it wasn't a request now hand over everything you have on you." The leader said with a cold tone that sent shivers down Naruto's back. Now he was nervous and a bit scared he couldn't fight them there was four of them and he didn't know how to fight.so he did what any sane person person would do he turned around and started running. But before he got to far another two thugs appeared in front of him. He stopped and started panicking with the thugs in front of him he couldn't run and now they're were six thugs. He started looking around hoping to find a way out of this situation. He turned back around and saw he was now surrounded by the six thugs.now he was terrified no one was here to help him and he was probably gonna get robbed for what little he had on him.
the leader then spoke "hand over everything you got brat." he said with the same cold tone as before.Naruto realized that there was no other option. He decided to hand over the few gears he had in his pockets. After he handed them over he looked down and then heard the leader scoff "is this all brat" he just nodded his head still looking down.the leader stayed quiet for a second and then said "hand over the goggles" that caused Naruto to look up at him. He was fine with losing a few gears but he wasn't fine with losing something that Claggor gave him. He decided to finally speak up with one simple word"no"he said quietly."huh what was that brat." The leader asked Naruto looked the leader straight in his eyes and said "I said no I'm not handing over my goggles!" he said with a defiant tone.the leader started to get mad "you listen here brat hand over the goggles before you get a beating!" The leader said angrily."I already told you no bastard!" Naruto yelled blue eyes unflinchingly staring into the leader of the thugs eyes.He felt it before he saw it the fist that hit his face hurt,it hurt like a bitch and made him fall to the ground . The leader then spoke again "huh so that's how it's gonna be I don't even want the goggles anymore I just want to put you in your place!" He said with a glare as he looked at Naruto who looked back defiantly." Go wild boys were gonna beat him till he doesn't even remember his name!" The leader said with a angry grin. Naruto didn't know what happened after that other than the pain he felt.he was punched kicked stomped anywhere and everywhere for what felt like hours and then finally it stopped. he was relieved that it finally stopped until he heard the leader speak up " hold him down and get me a knife with a lighter!" He ordered.Naruto froze pain replaced by fear as two thugs him down.he started thrashing trying to get away but being 5 and having equivalent strength to his age he knew he wasn't getting away. Finally he saw thed il leader again he had a knife in one hand and a lighter in the other.then he spoke " you see you pissed me off by disobeying me and such a defiant little brat so I'm gonna make sure you remember me for the rest of your life!" He said with a malicious tone and it scared Naruto he started thrashing more aggressively. One of the other thugs spoke up "hey boss don't you think this is taking it too far?"the thug asked. The leader snapped his eyes to him and said "you want some too huh if not then keep quiet and follow orders!"he yelled with anger at the thug who shook with fear.the thug nodded and put his head down his eyes met with Naruto's pleading eyes He just looked away not wanting to see what was about to happen next.
The leader finally moved the lighter in his hand under the knife in his other hand. As the fire of lighter hit the it was then that Naruto remembered he was looking for his siblings before and as a last hope he started screaming out for them "VI POWDER MYLO CLAGGOR PLEASE HELP ME!" No one answered. The leader finally finished heating the blade and ordered the thugs to stop Naruto's movement and put him on his knees along with ordering one of the thugs to lift his jumpsuit top and shirt. Naruto started crying and yelling louder for his siblings.the leader crouched down to Narutos ear and whispered "no one's coming save you,I'm gonna make you feel pain like never before you got that brat!"the leader said cruelly and then started moving the heated blade closer and closer to Naruto's skin. inch by inch the blade got closer and Naruto's screams got louder and more desperate "VI HIC HELP HIC POWDER HIC MYLO CLAGGOR ANYONE PLEASE HELP!" Naruto screamed while hiccuping but just like before no one answered. The knife finally met the skin of Naruto's stomach and everything faded to pain. IT BURNED IT BURNED IT BURNED! Naruto screams out of pure pain. The leader seeing this grinned and cutting any skin he could. Stomach arms legs he slashed all of them. After awhile Naruto's screams turned into quiet pain racked sobs and his body went limp.The leader getting tired of this and bored decided to end it finally but with one final slash that would last with the boy for the rest of his life."hey how bout we finish this up i got things to do?"the leader asked and Naruto just sobbed. The Leader got an idea " hey brat i said I would make sure you remembered me for the rest of your life right? So I gonna make sure not only you see it for the rest of your live but everyone else too!" He said with a maniacal look as he lifted the blade to Naruto's face.Naruto who's body had been limp started to thrash again. "Please d-don't do this please!" Naruto pleaded.the man just laughed and brought the knife down on Naruto's face.he was aiming for the boy's eye but because of Naruto's thrashing he got just below the eye and through the lip. Naruto screamed one last time before passing out. The man even though he messed upp his final slash was still satisfied and decided it was enough for him. He ordered his thugs to drop the boy and started walking away.one of his thugs asked a question that made him stop "boss shouldn't we take the goggles" the thug asked with confusion. "No let the boy keep the thing that caused him all this pain today" the boss answered and started walking away again.his thugs followed which left the unconscious Naruto in the random alley.
After a few hours Naruto woke up in pain and alone in the alley. He tried to remember what happened and when he did he started to cry. Why why him why did this happen to him.why didn't anyone help him. Why couldn't this have happened to someone else.and then he realized why this happened because he was weak.because he couldn't fight back. The strong always prey upon the weak. That's why this happened and why it'll keep happening. They'll always be weak people that are preyed upon by the strong because even if you think you're strong they will always be someone stronger.Naruto then realized this could have happened to anyone even powder and vi. And that scared him what if this had happened to one of his sisters even though he thought they were the strongest people he knew.but now he knows that even if you are strong they'll always be stronger and stronger people who will prey upon anyone weaker than them.he had epiphany on the cold alley floor that the strong won't help the weak so the weak have to become strong. Naruto decided right there that he'd get stronger. Strong enough to protect everyone and everything precious to him and most importantly to keep vi and powder safe. If that meant he would have to be the strongest so be it. He'd get stronger by any means possible.today marked the day that Naruto changed and what came out of that change would be the beginning of a legend that would change everything.
as these thoughts passed through his head his eyes started glowing and his slits appeared in them.he didn't notice it and started to get up from the ground. He got to his feet started walking out of the alley with a new goal to become stronger and protect everyone and everything precious to him.
As he was walking back to the last drop he realized that it was about to be nightfall. That meant that vi,powder, mylo, and claggor were probably already back at the last drop. That also meant that he failed his first job he couldn't really care though.the day had been long and painful. He was just glad when got back home he would be able to see vi and powder.
he didn't know when he got back to the underground.or when people started looking at him like he was a exotic animal. And he didn't really care he just wanted to get home. When he got to last drop he was happy to be home. When he opened the door and walked in everything that was happening in the bar he called home stopped.he looked around and saw that everyone in the bar was looking at him,he was confused for a moment but remembered that he had been beat up and cut earlier in the day so to everyone in the bar it looked like like the youngest of Vander's kids got brutally attacked. As he thought this he heard footsteps approaching him and before he could do anything he was wrapped in a tight hug.
"Naruto what happened who did this tell me so I can go kill them!" Naruto heard a voice he recognized as vi say anger and worry clear in her tone. He looked up to see her and when they met eyes vi gasped.he didn't know why but he didn't have time to question it as he felt someone else took him from vi and wrapped him in a just as tight hug. "Naruto what happened we were so worried y-you weren't here and you were outside alone and oh my god w-what!?" It was powder and she was crying. When turned his gaze to her she looked shocked and worried.she brought a hard to his cheek right under his left eye.he hissed as pain shot through his face and he then remembered that a heated blade hade cut his face."oh Naruto who did this please tell me?" Powder spoke with a soft caring tone after taking her hand off his face.Naruto looked back up at powders blue eyes that they shared and started to cry everything hitting him the pain the fear.he had pushed it of his mind while walking.but now he didnt have to be afraid cwas home in his sister's arms he was finally safe.he then felt vi hug him from behind and powder wrap her arms around him.he heard footsteps and felt three pairs of arms wrap around him.He saw Mylo,Claggor,and vander he cried he didn't know how long he cried for but it felt like hours.he cried until he couldn't anymore.he was so so tired it was fine to fall asleep now right. As he was about fall asleep he felt someone pick him up.that was the last thing he remembered before falling unconscious was vi saying "everything going to be okay you're safe now." He believed her and fell asleep feeling that he was finally safe.
