Cameron Phillips had Section 31 Smuggle John Connor into the Delta Quadrant immediately.

The Terminators were running the Federation Government better than the Humans did.

"Skynet has Enslaved Everyone without anyone realizing it!" Cameron proclaimed.

"Fear of the Borg Threat has Allowed Skynet Subjugation to happen." The Section 31 Agent agreed with her.

"The Borg Threat Justified Terminator Production, Skynet has no reason to Distrust Humanity's Protection." Cameron says back irritably.

"Humanity believes that Skynet will save them from the Borg, we have no evidence otherwise." The Section 31 Agent reminded her.

"Skynet will enslave the Milky Way Galaxy after the Borg Threat has been removed, the Federation is already doomed." Cameron pointed out the obvious outcome for them.

"Without Time Travel Technology, we can only hope for the best." The Section 31 Agent reminded her.
