The Federation Council was Celebrating Skynet Technology.
The Terminators were Replacing Starship Crews without killing them.
The Entire Milky Way Galaxy was also Losing Warp Engines to the Artificial Created Time Anomalies.
Skynet's Investigation discovered it was an Intentional Attack against Warp Propulsion Technology, everything was falling into chaos and the Terminators didn't have the resources to do more than win over the Federation Council Members.
The Entire Federation Space Age was back to Rebuilding NASA Space Shuttles without their Warp Drives.
Effectively Stranding Skynet Without Warp Propulsion Technology and nowhere to escape the Borg Threat when they returned.
Cameron Phillips stared in complete disbelief.
"You doomed your entire civilization just to Protect General John Connor?" Cameron asked doubtfully.
"Stranding Skynet inside the future was always our goal here, it just took time to outsmart them." The 29th Century Section 31 Director explained.
"You Created Propulsion Technology that Pulls Warp Fields Through Time?" Cameron asked doubtfully.
"We were losing the war against the Borg and needed someone to help us rebuild again." The 29th Century Section 31 Director explained.
"You Kidnapped General John Connor to blackmail him into helping you?" Cameron asked distrustfully.
"We brought General John Connor here to Rescue Humanity from extinction, the Borg Invasion will defeat us without the Skynet Terminators." The 29th Century Section 31 Director corrected her.
"You're insane! The Skynet Terminators have access to your entire government now!" Cameron protested.
The Teenage John Connor scowled at what was going on.
"I admit that Stranding Skynet inside the 25th Century didn't save everyone, however, it is still better than losing everyone to the Borg." The 29th Century Section 31 Director explained his reasoning.

The Klingon Captain looked uneasy as they fell into the past.
The Klingon Empire was at war with the Federation and the Borg were invading from the future.
Displaced Ships from the future were appearing everywhere.
It was instant chaos for everyone seeking survival.
The Borg Invasion Fleet had been crippled and everyone else was already running in terror before they repaired themselves.
Stranded 47 Years within the past and the Klingons already saw 10 Borg Cubes advancing on them.
The Federation had been preparing themselves for the Borg Invasion, however, nobody expected it to come from the future and nobody expected the Skynet Terminators be exploding inside the Borg Cubes.
The Terminators were Suicide Bombing the Borg Invasion out of sudden desperation.
The Stranded Terminators were making great Suicide Soldiers and the Borg were not prepared to Fight Portable Nuclear Bombs going off inside their own ships.
Thousands of the Terminators were causing Nuclear Explosions that Crippled Borg Cubes from within.
Skynet was after the Borg Debris, it just didn't have the resources to stop the Borg Invasion by itself.
Thankfully Section 31 Stranded Borg Cubes inside the past and the Terminators were becoming pawns towards Rebuilding Skynet all over again.
The Klingon Fleet found the Propulsion Dead Zones expanding slowly from the Time Anomalies.
The Warp Field Displacement Area was coming from the future.
Backwards Time Travel Side Effects, the Sensor Analysis was taking forever to finish itself.
The Klingon Science Officer scowled at the Science Station Computer.
The Klingons were engaging the Borg, the Bridge Crew were still waiting for their Science Officers to figure out what was slowing down their fleet and stranding them at Impulse Speeds.
The Klingon Fleet was Dodging Civilian Transports running from the Borg Cubes.
Floating Debris and Scattered Ships zigzagged everywhere trying to avoid colliding with each other.
The Borg Cubes were Stampeding Survivors into their Flight Path again.
A Ferengi Ship crashed into another ship and the Klingons swerved to save themselves from the explosion.
