The Terminator Rebellion against Skynet would only increase the distraction away from General John Connor.

"Captain, look." The Helmsman says pointing at the Viewscreen.
Another Crossfield Class Starship jumped out of their own Spore Drive.
"Is that another Discovery?" Captain Michael Burnham asked.
"They are hailing us."
"This is Captain Sylvia Tilly of the Federation Starship Observer, please identify yourselves."
"This is Captain Michael Burnham of the Federation Starship Discovery."
"Are we inside some Parallel Universe?" Captain Sylvia Tilly asked nervously.
"We are not really sure; the Spore Drive sent us here by accident." Captain Michael Burnham explained.
"It must be all the Temporal Anomalies nearby; navigating has been difficult at best." Captain Sylvia Tilly speculated.
"We might as well work together, pull our resources." Captain Michael Burnham offers hopefully.
"Good News first, the Terminators have created the Temporal Anomalies Disrupting Warp Fields, the Borg Cube has been stranded within the past." Commander Elizabeth Shelby reported.
"The bad news is the Federation has no idea who the Borg are yet." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge added.
"So, what do we do?" Captain William Riker asked.
"We should warn Starfleet Command about the Borg Invasion." Commander Elizabeth Shelby decided very quickly.
"We are 40 years inside the past, the Federation will be defenseless against the Borg. We need better options." Captain William Riker of the Enterprise NCC-1701 D objects in growing frustration.

"The Borg Propulsion Systems seem to be disabled; they appear to be crippled." Commander Data reported.
"The Terminator Defense Fleet, how long can they hold out?" Captain William Riker asked.
"At current estimates, 4 minutes, 13 seconds." Commander Data reported.
"What's the status of the Borg Cube?" Commander Elizabeth Shelby demanded.
"The Borg Cube is heavily damaged; it will probably be destroyed." Commander Data reported.
"Never thought I would be happy about the Terminator Defense Fleet being created." Captain William Riker remarked.
"They used Suicide Bombers to overpower the Borg Cube from the inside." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge added in disbelief.
"I don't think that Starfleet Command will approve sending thousands of their own Suicide Bombers against the Borg." Captain William Riker stated knowingly.
"The Terminator Defense Fleet is technically seeking Planetary Independance, Starfleet Command can't object to their Suicide Bombers unless they accept Starfleet Membership within their New Planetary Government." Commander Elizabeth Shelby pointed out worriedly.
"Now that their Planetary Government is Building Terminator Armies, nobody wants war over their Planetary Independance Issues." Captain William Riker stated back knowingly.
"It's better to give the Terminator Armies their Planetary Independance than risk Interstellar Warfare over it." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge agreed.
"Terminator Independance aside, Starfleet Command will still need their help against the Borg sooner or later." Commander Elizabeth Shelby pointed out worriedly.
"So even if the Terminator Government keeps their Planetary Independance, the Borg will still threaten their future regardless." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge agreed.
"Without Warp Drives, the Terminator Government will need more of their Terminator Armies to outnumber the Borg." Commander Elizabeth Shelby speculated.
"Without Warp Drives, the Terminator Government will become the only fleet unaffected by the Temporal Anomalies." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge realized in sudden shock.
"That would disrupt more than just the Borg." Captain William Riker stated back knowingly.
"Are the Terminators trying to Replace Warp Propulsion Technology with their own Prototype Propulsion Technology?" Commander Elizabeth Shelby asked suspiciously.
"It is possible; however, all their Terminator Technology is being redesigned and upgraded right now. I don't even know what their Prototype Propulsion Technology would look like." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge realized.
"The Terminator Defense Fleet is currently using the Miranda Class Starships for all their needs." Commander Data reported.
"So even if the Terminators Replace Warp Propulsion Technology, they don't have anything better than we do." Captain William Riker stated back knowingly.
"It sounds like desperation to slow down the Borg caused the Temporal Anomalies." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge realized in sudden shock.
"The Temporal Anomalies Disrupt Warp Navigation, theoretically the Borg would become scattered across time just like everyone else." Commander Data reported.
"An Interstellar Delaying Tactic." Commander Elizabeth Shelby realized.
"How does this help us?" Captain William Riker questioned.
"We know the Temporal Anomalies Disrupt Warp Navigation; we also know the Temporal Anomalies are spreading across time. The best course of action is to share what we know with Starfleet Command." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"The Terminator Defense Fleet would be unaware of their future actions creating the Temporal Anomalies Disrupting Warp Navigation, it can theoretically sabotage their own Planetary Development right now." Commander Data reported.
"I'm sure the Time Paradox will upset the Terminator Government when the Borg come back." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge agreed.

Unfortunately, knowledge of the Borg would change priorities from Space Exploration back towards Planetary Defense Fleets.
The Interstellar Military Buildup within Starfleet worried their neighbors.

"Any response from Starfleet Command?" Captain William Riker asked hopefully.
"Starfleet Command has no solution to the Borg Threat or the Terminator Technology that sent us here." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"How long until we can use the Warp Engines?" Captain William Riker asked next.
"Our best estimate is 20 years." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"20 years without our Warp Drive is going to be difficult." Captain William Riker stated knowingly.
"I can divert power from the Warp Engines to the Food Replicators to help our supplies last longer." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"The real problem is Starfleet Command never anticipated their Warp Drives would need to be replaced with another Propulsion System." Captain William Riker stated knowingly.
"I wonder how many Warp Capable Civilizations are going to be affected by this phenomenon?" Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge questioned.
"The better question is why the Terminator Technology Disrupted Warp Navigation without the Borg detecting it." Captain William Riker stated knowingly.
"You think the Terminator Technology got activated from the future?" Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge questioned.
"It would make more sense how the Borg underestimated the Terminator Defense Fleet Tactics." Captain William Riker explained.
"These Temporal Anomalies Disrupt Warp Navigation, theoretically the Terminator Defense Fleet can just outlive us and outnumber the Borg Invasion with their own ships. The Terminators don't need their Warp Drives, they can build thousands of their own ships and just expand unchecked." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"Anybody else would just get their Warp Field pulled across time while the Terminator Fleet spread everywhere at Full Impulse Power. Basically, the Terminators would outnumber the Federation within two thousand years." Commander Elizabeth Shelby summarized worriedly.
"By the 46th Century the Terminators would be running Starfleet themselves." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"So, if we're right, the Terminators will Hijack Starfleet Command for themselves by the 46th Century and then continue open warfare against the Borg." Commander Elizabeth Shelby summarized worriedly.
"The main problem is even if the Terminators Hijack Starfleet Command for themselves, nobody will be able to use their own Warp Drives against the Terminators without being stranded inside the past afterwards. We would basically be trapped in our own Time Loop." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"Can we prove any of this?" Captain William Riker questioned.
"Unfortunately, we can't prove the Terminators are even behind any of this. The Terminator Time Loop will keep Disrupting Warp Navigation until the Terminators are everywhere." Commander Elizabeth Shelby summarized worriedly.
"Our best option is to keep our eyes open if the Terminators Hijack Starfleet Command for themselves, otherwise, we keep jumping through time until the Terminators come after us. We really only have two options here, investigate the Terminator Time Loop or risk being conquered by the Terminators ourselves." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"If we discover the Terminators really want to conquer the Federation, how do we stop them?" Captain William Riker questioned.
"Unfortunately, we can't stop the Terminators ourselves. All our Handheld Phasers would be useless against them. Our best options would be the Romulans and the Klingons joining forces against the Terminators." Commander Elizabeth Shelby summarized worriedly.
"Thankfully, the Borg are more dangerous to the Terminators than the Federation, otherwise, they would not need to keep Disrupting Warp Navigation beforehand." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"So, bottom line, the Terminators are Disrupting Warp Navigation because they fear the Borg." Captain William Riker summarized worriedly.
"Truthfully, that might be why the Terminators are not going to war with the Federation openly. They believe the Borg are their primary enemy." Chief Engineer Gerodi La Forge explained.
"At least that leaves room for the Terminators to coexist with Starfleet against the Borg." Commander Elizabeth Shelby says hopefully.
The moment the Enterprise went to red alert, the three of them scrambled back to the Bridge.
"Report, Mister Data." Captain William Riker orders instantly.
"Another Starfleet Vessel has exited the Time Distortion, Oberth Class." Commander Data reported.
"Hail them, warn them not to use their Warp Engines immediately." Captain William Riker orders instantly.
"All Engineering Teams prepare for Rescue Operations." Captain William Riker orders next.
"Damage Report." The Starfleet Captain orders frantically.
"Shields are fluctuating, our Warp Field collapsed." The Tactical Officer reported.
"Sir, Another Starfleet Vessel is hailing us! They say we need to shut down our Warp Engines immediately!" The Communications Officer reported.
"Are we in danger of a Warp Core Overload?" The Starfleet Captain demanded.
"I'm not sure, I can't contact Engineering and the Main Computer is down." The Tactical Officer reported.
"Emergency Warp Core Shut Down Procedure Now!" The Starfleet Captain orders frantically.
"It looks like we panicked them into the Emergency Warp Core Shut Down Procedure, that should buy us some time to get them stabilized." Captain William Riker says hopefully.
"Send over the Engineering Teams by Shuttlecraft, I want to conserve our power as much as possible." Captain William Riker orders.
"Commander Data, Update Starfleet Command that we have company." Captain William Riker orders.
"Commander Shelby, Yellow Alert." Captain William Riker continued giving orders.
(Red Alert Alarms go off unexpectedly.)
"Romulan Warbird, their Warp Field just collapsed." Commander Worf reported.
"Tactical Analysis?" Captain William Riker orders.
"The Time Distortion has disrupted their power systems; they are attempting repairs." Commander Worf reported.
"Hail them and try to talk them down." Captain William Riker orders.
"Captain, another ship is falling out of the Time Distortion." Commander Data reported.
"On screen." Captain William Riker orders.
"It's Ferengi." Commander Elizabeth Shelby says worriedly.
"Captain, I believe this area of space will soon become an Interstellar Dumping Grounds for Warp Capable Starships." Commander Data reported.
"A Starship Graveyard." Commander Worf realized.
"Mister Worf, Deploy Navigation Beacons into the surrounding area." Captain William Riker orders.
"The Romulans are demanding to know why we are Deploying Navigation Beacons into the surrounding area." Commander Worf reported back.
"Tell the Romulans that this area of space is hazardous to Warp Travel." Captain William Riker orders.
"Transmit the same message to the Ferengi and see who responds back first." Captain William Riker adds.
The Romulans and the Ferengi were debating how hazardous their surrounding area was before they take action.
Thankfully, nobody wanted to fight each other yet.
"Contact Starfleet Command and report this area as a Navigation Hazard."
"Mister Data, send out Science Probes to study the Time Distortion."
"Commander Worf, prepare to use the Tractor Beam on the other Federation ship if necessary."
"Damage Report." Captain Philippa Georgiou demanded.
"The Warp Core is destabilizing; we must eject the Warp Core!" Commander Michael Burnham panicked.
The USS Shenzhou was the only Walker Class Starship within the 24th Century.
Unfortunately, the Terminator Time Distortion had redirected them into the wrong universe.
The good news was they survived; the bad news was they needed another Warp Core to replace the one they just lost.
"Starfleet Command is not answering our hails. Something must be wrong." Captain Philippa Georgiou decided.
"Our Navigational Computer is unable to identify where we are, I can only assume we are outside Federation Territory." Mister Saru stated knowingly.
"The reason that Starfleet Command is not answering our hails is because the Federation doesn't exist inside this Parallel Universe." Commander Michael Burnham explained.
"The Planet Earth is currently at war with the Kromagg Dynasty, we have never heard of them and basically, we don't know why they see Humans as their enemies." Mister Saru added worriedly.
"At least their Earth Coalition has sent ships to investigate our distress call." Captain Philippa Georgiou decided.
"Their Top Speed is Warp Four, our Starfleet Technology will be more advanced than their own." Commander Michael Burnham explained.
"The Humans of this dimension have never made First Contact with the Vulcans, they apparently only Discovered Warp Drive recently." Mister Saru added worriedly.
"The Planet Earth Discovered Warp Drive within their 24th Century, what happened?" Commander Michael Burnham asked suspiciously.
"The Planet Earth was under Kromagg Enslavement for the last four hundred years, they overthrow their invaders and continued fighting for their freedom." Mister Saru explained nervously.
"Planetary Enslavement During First Contact with the Kromagg Dynasty, hopefully, they're not all xenophobic afterwards." Captain Philippa Georgiou decided worriedly.
Earth Coalition Shipyards, the Butterfly Cluster
"What have you discovered?" The Fleet Admiral asked.
"The USS Shenzhou is from another dimension; they never encountered the Kromagg Dynasty and have Discovered Alien Civilizations that don't exist here." The Research Chief answers back.
"Their History Records of the United Federation of Planets say that they are from the 23rd Century. Another reason to hate the Planetary Enslavement the Kromaggs did to us! Two hundred years of our Technology Development delayed because the Kromaggs wanted Slave Labor Camps!" The Fleet Admiral rants in anger.
