Chapter 1 Sunshine Origin
"Many centuries ago, magic jewels bestowing extraordinary powers were created. These were the Miraculous. Throughout history, heroes have used these jewels for the good of the human race. Two of these jewels are more powerful than the others. The earrings of the ladybug which provide the power of creation and the ring of the black cat which gives the power of destruction. According to legend who ever controls both the jewels at the same time will be given absolute power."
"I want this power Nooroo. I must get my hands on these Miraculous, including the snow leopard," A male voice said. The room was dark, so it was hard to tell what the person looked like but Nooroo was a light purple butterfly-like creature. He had butterfly wings that had a long tail at each end. His eyes are dark purple. On his forehead was a purple spiral marking.
"Nobody knows where the miraculous are," Nooroo told the man.
"I found you, Nooroo. Remind me of your powers," The man said.
"The moth broach allows you to give someone there own superpowers and make that person your devoted follower," Nooroo said.
"And when it comes to luring superheroes, what could be better than creating supervillans," The man said.
"Master, the miraculous are not meant to be used for evil," Nooroo said.
"I must have that power. Your miraculous is in my control. I am your master now and you must obey me."
"Yes, Master," Nooroo said. The Kwami had no choice but to obey his new master.
"Nooroo, dark wings rise," The man said as Nooroo got pulled into the broach and a flurry of butterflies surrounded the man. "From this day on, I shall be known as Hawkmoth."
It was the end of Summer and the start of a new school year. It would be the second year for Cadence Williams
We see Cadence laying on his bed still sleeping his alarm clock go off "ugh!" Cadence eyes he black skin with brown eyes with dreads
"junior Wake up!" His dad but most people back in the U.S called him Mr Disuplint
Cadence get his clothes on he had on a red flannel and black jeans he walks to see his Dad and his brother Toby going out the door
"Hey where are you guys going" Cadence asked
"I'm going to take toby to school you are going to walk" Mr Disuplint said
"But da-" Cadence said but got cut off
"don't make me smack you" Mr disuplint said
Cadence was almost at his new school. He stopped to check his phone and made sure that he was heading in the right direction when he noticed an elderly man. He'd dropped his wallet on the floor and appeared to be struggling to pick it up.
"Are you ok, Sir?" Cadence asked as he picked the wallet up and gave it to him.
"Yes, thank you, Sir" The man said
Cadence smiled and then continued walking
Cadence arrived at his new school, College Francoise Dupont The outside building was tan with a blue cobblestone roof.
30 minutes later Cadence finally found his classroom
He walks into the classroom to see a bunch of students he talks to all of them he likes some more than others
Cadence looks a round to see two open seats one next a boy with headphones Or a one in the back
He goes sit in back like always
"Welcome back students. I hope you had a good summer. Before we start we have a new student starting today," Miss Bustier said.
"Would you like to introduce yourself?" Miss Bustier
Cadence raises his he doesn't do that often
" Hey everyone I'm Cadence I move from the U.S I hope we all can be cool"
After a short introduction from Miss Bustier, Mr Williams finds himself in the library
Cadence was just reading that when he heard ground shake
Students hurried over to the CCTV monitor. On the screen was something that Cadence was all to familiar with It was a large monster made of rock.
"KIMM" The Stone Being shouted.
"Ok I'm going to go home into this all clear up" Cadence said
House
"Dad, Toby" Cadence said
'they haven't got back yet' Cadence thought
Cadence he goes up into his room he goes through his backpack that when he pulled out a black box
"Where did this come from?" Cadence said looking at it.
He opens it and a bright yellow light emerges from it when the light dies down a small eagle like thing was floating in the air.
"Who are you " Cadence asked calmly
"Ok I'm Eaglit the kwami of light" she said
"ok im cadence why are you here" Cadence asked
"you have been chosen to fight with other heroes to get back a miraculous" Eaglit said
"Ok how do I do that" Cadence asked
"All you have to say is "Eaglit light on" also you will have a super power called Light Dash you can get to anywhere in 1 second you will have 5 minutes before you transform back got it" Eaglit said
Cadence put on the bracelet" got it"
"Eaglit light on!" Cadence said as Eaglit goes in the bracelet light yellow Cadence's clothing turn in white on the top and yellow the bottom with claws blue eyes are hidden by a mask with white and yellow ears appear where his original ears and a white tail comes out with swords on his back.
"This is so cool cadence said jumping out the window
Cadence walking around before he sees a red yo-yo and a girl coming crashing into him
Cadence landed on the ground. When he looked up he saw a girl and a boy They appeared to be tangled in a yo-yo string hanging from a baton. The girl wore a mostly red skintight suit with black spots on it. Her mask was red with four black spots, two in the middle and two on the edges. Her hair was dark blue and tied back in two pigtails with long red ribbons.
The boy had a black skintight suit on with a silver bell at the top. On his head he had black ears and around his waist, a black long belt.
"Well, hey there. Nice of you to drop in" The boy said.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't do it on purpose" The girl replied.
"I'm guessing that you're the partners my Kwami told me about. I'm... Cat Noir, yeah Cat Noir. What about you?" The boy now known as Cat Noir asked.
"I'm Ma... err...Ma..uhh" The girl pulls the Yo-Yo and string and it hits Cat Noir on the head. "Madly clumsy. I'm so clumsy"
"I haven't thought of one yet," cadence said
"No sweat. We are all learning the ropes" Cat Noir said. Behind them, a building fell to the ground. Cat Noir extends his baton and uses it as a vaulting pole to get to the rooftop.
"Where are you going?" The girl dressed in the red and black suit asked.
"To save Paris" Cat Noir replied
"light dash" Cadence ran where the stoneheart was
Cadence finds himself self standing on the roof looking down at some of the students that had just finished PE. Stoneheart had just arrived and the students panicked, trying to get away.
Stoneheart went after Kim, who tried to run away but fell over.
"Hey, it's not very nice to pick on people who are smaller than you," Cat Noir said
"I guess you're talking about yourself," Stoneheart said. Cat Noir hit Stoneheart with his baton. It didn't do anything except make him get bigger.
" Hey We don't have to fight just stop attacking" Cadence said
Hawk Moth was now aware of their presence and was smiling. "Everything's going to plan. The Miraculous of the Ladybug and the Black Cat and one other Miraculous have been activated. Here they come to save the day, and now my supervillain will destroy them."
" Why is he keep getting bigger" Cadence sigh
"Where is she?" Cat Noir asked, fending off Stoneheart.
Marinette was looking down from the stadium, looking very much concerned but had no idea on what to do,
"Oh, I can't. I'm not gonna be able to do it…" she said.
Stoneheart picked up a football net and threw it. The net was about to it Alya but Cadence jumped down and knocked the pair of them out the way just in time.
"Where did you come from?" A girl with glasses and a orange shirt asked. "Three superheroes. OMG. This is the best day ever."
" Hey you should get to a safe place" Cadence said
Cadence looked over noticed that the girl in the red and black suit had joined them.
"Sorry it took so long."
"It's ok" Cat Noir replied "Now let's kick his rocky behind."
"Wait, it won't work. He gets bigger every time we attack him. Let's try a different way."
"Different. Lets use our powers" Cat Noir suggested. "Cataclysm. Apparently I destroy what I touch"
"I don't need a superpower to destroy everything" Marinette replied.
Cat Noir used his power on a goal post.
"No, don't do that." It was too late.
Cadence watched as Cat Noir tried to use his power again, only to discover that it didn't work. "I guess I only get one shot at using my power."
"Then you only have five minutes before you transform back. Didn't you listen to your Kwami." Marinette asked.
" I have 2 minutes before I change back so what the plan" Cadence said
"Well, I guess it's up to me," Ladybug said as she tossed her Yo-Yo in the air. "Lucky Charm."
A bright red light appeared and from it came a wetsuit in a Marinette themed pattern.
" what are you supposed to do with that miss bug" Cadence asked
"My Kwami said I have to break the object with the Akuma," Marinette replied
"Well, he's made from stone," Cat Noir said
"His right hand, it's still closed. He never opens it. The object isn't on him. It's in his hand," Marinette said as she got an idea on how to use her Lucky Charm.
" go spectate Trust me," Marinette said looking at Cadence
"Ok" Cadence said running off
"Cat Noir, trust me as well. Don't resist"
Marinette tied her Yo-Yo around Cat's legs and tossed him at Stoneheart.
"This girl is crazy" Cat shouts.
"Catch me if you can," Ladybug said
"Ok, last step. Alya the tap, turn it on please"
The lucky charm suit that Marinette had filled up with water. Stoneheart dropped the object that held the Akuma. Marinette jumped out of his hand and broke a ball of paper. A strange-looking dark purple butterfly flies out. Stoneheart turns back into Ivan.
"What's going on?" What am I doing here?" Ivan asked.
' Man I have 30 seconds I got to go' Cadence ran off
When Cadence got home he saw toby watching TV " Hey toby"
Cadence looks up at the TV
"Just as Paris is about to celebrate the appearance of our three new superheroes, Ladybug, Cat Noir and new superheroa new wave of panic is sweeping across the city. Dozens of people have been transformed into stone monsters. It's unbelievable."
In cadence's room Cadence asks Eaglit about what he had seen on the news.
"Did Ladybug capture the Akuma?" Eaglit asked
" l had to going to change back so I had to leave"
"An Akuma can multiply if it's not captured by the holder of the Ladybug miraculous. If the boys emotions become negative again then he will be able to control the stone beings and use them as an army." Eaglit said
"why didn't you tell me" Cadence asked
"because my job is to tell you what to do not ladybug"
