I don't own X-Men, Marvel, and Justice League.

Prologue

The Call

The stars in the sky showed brightness for those who wished to see. Seeing the bright white stars turned into a spiral and twisted form of DNA.

"Mutants." A clam voiced over the form of DNA. "Since the birth of their existences, they have been regarded with fear, suspicion, and hatred. Across, the planet, debate rages: Are mutants the next link in the evolutionary chain…"

Looking within the DNA chains to see what is forming.

"…or simply a new species of humanity, fighting for their share of the world? Either way, one fact has been historically proven: sharing the world has never humanity's defining attribute…"

Charles Xavier created a school for mutants like him. Training them, giving them a home, and accepting themselves for humanity's sake.

However, he placed his greatest hope to build bridges for humans and mutants alike.

The X-Men.

For everything he did was for the sake of sharing the earth and living in peace.

For humanity has a hard time accepting that the X-Gene is the next optical stage of evolution. They fought against the Brotherhood and Magento as their leader who wished to rule humanity as the superior ruler for mutants.

For everything he had done, it seemed harder and further away from reaching that goal.

Rather than fate, miracles or purpose seemed to play the right mutant in this goal.

Vyolet Charlotte St. James aka Solenoid.

She was the youngest original X-Men yet one of the most powerful mutants he ever taught. Cyclops, Jean Grey, Iceman, Beast, Angel and Solenoid.

They had many adventures, saving mutants and humans from danger, and saw different worlds to see.

Vyolet even has a pet of her own. Bahadmok Tiger named Stripe and she loved him.

Charles Xavier often worried about his youngest pupil which resulted in Vyolet hated being treated like a 'baby' among the X-Men and Xavier.

Vyolet just wanted to prove it once.

Just once that she can handle anything.

That night she slept.

That was when her mind was attacked.

Vyolet groaned and felt nothing but pain. Her magnetic powers shake many metals. Anything that was metal flew in the air, bent, stabbed everywhere. Wolverine has the worst of them all.

Logan fell heavily down to the floor. His body is pressed down as if he is being dragged down to the center of the earth.

Logan yelled in pain.

He cried out, "Charles!"

Other residents are freaking out as they noticed something is wrong here.

Charles sensed an attack on his young ward.

"Vyolet." Charles rolled to her as he pressed her fingers to help her mind.

What he didn't expect was a strong telepathy.

He groaned, "Argh!"

Fuzzy images like another planet, civilization was lost, a war, and calling for help.

Charles didn't know what it was, but Vyolet needed his help. He won't let her down.

'Vyolet, listen to me. You need to calm down. I'll help you.' Charles focused on Vyolet as she struggled and moved around on her bed. Thou, hearing Charles' voice helped her as she slowed calm her breathing and then lay still as if she had made a breakout from a fever. Poor Vyolet sweated out that stress and fear from that mental attack.

All objects that are made with metal paused in midair and then dropped on the ground.

Chatter* Thump!

Logan then felt free as he got up from the flood.

He grunted and got up. Logan quickly went to Charles where Vyolet was lying there.

"What's gotten into her?" Logan questioned as he hid his worries over Vyolet's wellbeing. He went to check on both Charles and Vyolet.

Charles felt a headache as he couldn't understand what they both had seen.

"I…I don't know." Charles placed his hand on his head and then looked at his ward. No matter what, he must protect her even if it means suspending her X-Men activities until he knows what's going on.

Vyolet sweated and panted. She moaned a little from that telepathy attack. He groomed her head like he used to when she was a child.

"But for now, Vyolet needs to be watched and protected carefully."

For he knows not where that telepathy attack came from. But one is for certain, something is coming for their world too.

Reviews are welcome.

It just hit me today as Ghost Leaguer inspired me, and I thought to myself I wanted to do an X-Men with it. After all, Mutants play roles in every kind of problem like humans.

The opening quote and scene came from the X-Men 2 movie.

Note: Solenoid

noun: solenoid; plural noun: solenoids

a cylindrical coil of wire acting as a magnet when carrying electric current.

I figured since Magneto and Polaris had similar magnet fields, I looked up other words for that field and thus Solenoid sounded cool enough for her Mutant name.

Bahadmok Tigers: Domesticated creatures resembling blue/purple dicynodonts with five bug-like/compound eyes and mendable-like mouth. Based on Atlantis the Lost Empire movie.
