A/N: Welcome to the final aftermath!
The recap begins with the aftermath tune playing over a dark blue gridded background with a map of the world on it. It spins a bit as the words Total Drama World tour aftermath, appear two at a time, save the word aftermath.
The first clip is of Tyler trying to guide Xena through the obstacle course in Niagara Falls. "Xena, go left." Tyler said. The over logical girl did so. "No! Your other left!" it was too late however as she fell into a chocolate pool. "Uh, sorry?"
The aftermath graphic flashes. Then a clip of Anne Maria mocking Eva is shown. "Oh Sorry I don't listen to girls who can even be bothered to pluck their unibrow? Like seriously, the rest of us shouldn't have ta deal with that ugly caterpillar on your forehead!" Anne Maria scoffed. Topher burst out laughing.
The aftermath graphic flashes. Then Noah and Alejandro talking is shown. On the plane Alejandro is talking to Noah. "Do you have any idea why those monkeys grabbed you?"
"Yeah. I found a banana in my pocket. I have no idea how it got there," Noah said.
"You know, my skateboard was sabotaged last challenge. I think someone is setting people up." Alejandro. "We can discuss it after the elimination."
The aftermath graphic flashs a final time. Topher's elimination plays. Topher smirked. "Well to be honest I'm not even upset. So long as there's drama I'll always win!"
"Whatever. Can we get going now?" Chris said.
"Sure, but know that there's someone else plotting against you all!" the blonde said, jumping from the plane.
Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doin' fine;
(Chef is in the cockpit, the cook gives the camera glare as it passes through. The camera moves past several baggage trucks.)
You guys are on my mind!
(The camera moves past the CN tower and dives into the water.)
Ya asked me what I wanted to be,
(Lightning is swimming in the water when he spots a shark and begins to fight with it.)
And now I think the answer is plain to see!
(Harold stands on top of the straw roof of a hut on a woven boat. An oar flies threw the air to hit him.)
I wanna be...famous!
(Amber and Topher are fighting on the boat, and it is clear one of them accidently hit Harold in the tussle. Crocodiles leap from the water snapping their jaws. The boat moves off screen and we see a crocodile wince on the word be. The camera moves back to the boat revealing it had run into an inflatable raft where Alejandro is standing. Amber panics and tries to help while Topher just laughs.)
I wanna live close to the sun!
(The camera moves to the statue of liberty, we cut to the top where Brick is offering Jo a helping hand, only for her to grab it and body slam him instead.)
Well pack your bags, 'cause I've already won!
(Tyler runs past the two, pushing a baby carriage holding Noah. Max is nearby and the jock trips over her, sending Noah flying out of the carriage and into a sign.)
Everythin' to prove,
(Noah lands in Eva's arms as she stands on a tundra. He gives her a grateful smile.)
Nothin' in my way;
I'll get there one day.
(We pan right where Amy rolls her eyes. A polar bear taps on her shoulder and she looks horrified, but then Dawn and Ella calm the bear and Amy smiles.)
'Cause I wanna be...famous!
(We zoom in past ice caps to see Duncan and Gwen surfing a giant wave. It seems to be too much as they are swept up in the surf.)
Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa
(Xena and Anne Maria are walking across a New York City crosswalk. They are startled as the jet passes them, sending leaves through the air. We switch to a scene of the contestants in a human pyramid atop the jet, wearing parachutes and kicking in beat. The bottom row contains Jo, Anne Maria, Harold, Max, Xena, and Brick. The first row up contains Topher, Amber Alejandro, Eva, and Noah, the next row up contains Duncan, Gwen, Amy, and Tyler, on top of the pyramid is Lightning holding Ella and Dawn on one of his shoulders each.)
I wanna be! I wanna be! I wanna be famous! (Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa)
(The plane passes big ben, causing the clock face to pop out. It passes the arc de Triomphe causing a mime to drop his croissant. It flies past a rock balancing on.a stone pillar, knocking it off and causing it to fall in front of the camera kicking up dust)
I wanna be! I wanna be! I wanna be famous! (Na-na nanananaa, nanana-nanaa, na-nananananaa)
(The dust clears to show, Ella and Dawn smiling at one another, It pans to show Eva glaring, then down to Jo.)
(The lyrics end and we see Chef Hatchet glare. He turns the plane, sending all the contestants falling through the air in parachutes. Everyone but Max lands in front of a sign with the show's name on it. As the song ends Max lands face first in the middle of the group)
The aftermath intro plays again, when the Graphic fades we see the aftermath couch. Unlike normal, the aftermath set seems to be set up outside. Geoff walks on, followed by Kitty. "Hello world!" The party dude said. "Welcome to Total Drama aftermath. Coming to you live from the tropical shores of Hawaii." We can now see the entire set is on a beach. Both peanut galleries are here.
Kitty spoke up. "After traveling all around the world this season, we had to wrap it up with a big shot of paradise."
"And we're not here alone!" Geoff added. "Say hey to the peanut gallery!" The peanut gallery is shown.
"We're just two episodes away from declaring this season's million dollar winner, and right here is where it's all gonna go down!" Kitty cheered.
"First off it's time to say hey, to some friends who got voted off the big show." Geoff began Tyler, Anne Maria, Alejandro, Noah, and Topher are all pushed into the set. "Please welcome, Tyler, Anne Maria, Alejandro, Noah, and Topher!"
Alejandro turned to Topher. "You knew Max was on the plane the whole time." He glared.
"Of course I did! And what can I say? He brought the drama!" The blonde smirked.
"He got the contestants stranded in Drumheller!" The Spaniard snapped.
"Why were we all introduced at once?" Noah asked.
"We're doing things way differently today." Geoff replied.
"Can I at least vent my frustrations with Topher through song?" Alejandro asked.
"No." Geoff replied.
"That's right! Starting with something a bit new. We decided to ask the six members of the peanut gallery who weren't competing this season what their opinions on our final three are." Kitty said.
"Since they've never been in the game, we figured they would have the best view of things." Geoff explained. "Here's what they said.
The focus is put on the large screen as bold red text moved across the screen.
Question one: Who do you think's played the game best?
A new confessional is shown, it's a small makeshift outhouse with a toilet and high wooden walls with a few vines draped over the sides. Palm trees and a tropical blue sky can be seen in the background.
[Confessional]
Cameron: I think it depends on what you mean? From a strategic point of view Xena is obviously the answer. From a sportsmanship point of view it's Brick.
Static
Sammy: I Uh, think it's Brick? Xena doesn't mean to be mean, but she doesn't take other people's emotions into account, and Jo is…Jo.
Static
Scott: Xena. Look we've had our differences in the past, but I can admire the strategy she's taken.
Static
Trent: Brick Obviously. He's been looking out for everyone since day one.
Static
Crimson: I don't really have an opinion on who played best.
Static
Ellody: They've all played well in their own ways. Xena's intelligence has proven useful, Brick's morality has kept him from being targeted, and Jo's stubborn nature has kept her in.
Static
More red text spelled out the next question.
Question two: Who do you think has the best chance of winning?
[Confessional]
Cameron: Well, everyone seems like they could win. Xena's smart, Jo's strong and stubborn, and Brick's sense of fair play could bring him ahead.
Static
Sammy:I mean… any of them could win, I want Brick to win though.
Static
Scott: Xena's winning. Brick's too nice and Jo's not hard to out think.
Static
Trent:Brick will win no doubt. He's great at working with people, strong, and knows how to all sorts of things thanks to his military training.
Static
Crimson: Xena. The other two are so emotional they can't think properly.
Static
Ellody: I do think Brick is most balanced over all, but Total Drama is such a game that there's no way to know for sure.
Static
Red text spelled out the final question
Question three: Finally, if you could say anything to one of the final three, what would it be?
[confessional]
Cameron: Jo, try not to get in your own way.
Static
Sammy: Good luck Brick!
Static
Scott: Xena don't let those powerhouses take you out. Strategy should win.
Static
Trent: Brick man, you've got this, don't let Jo get in your head.
Static
Crimson: Jo, if you keep being so emotional you will lose.
Static
Ellody: Xena, try to see the whole picture. People are an unknown variable in terms of logic.
Static
"And there you have it." Geoff smiled. "Looks like Brick's pretty popular."
"Anway," Kitty continued. "Our peanut gallery will soon have a say in who's gonna win the million."
"Good! Because I have a lot to say about that!" Duncan said.
"Brick's gotta win, he's the only moral person left in the game." Harold said.
"Morals smorals, that doesn't get you anywhere in this game." Scott scoffed.
"They're stranded in Drumheller! How are we even supposed to have a finale?" Amber asked.
"Are we sure they're going to get here okay?" Kitty asked.
"Relax babe, these guys are survivors" Geoff reassured her. " "They'll get here one way or another." He turned to address the audience. "And you know it's gonna be exciting, however it goes down? So who does the peanut gallery think will win? "
(Song 26: Who you gonna root for?)
A tropical theme plays as the screen shows literal peanuts rocking back and forth on bleachers with a large question mark on a yellow background. The question mark moves forward to transition to a second screen with tons of question marks on an orange and dark orange starburst background. Three question mark cards slide on screen before rolling like a slot machine. The first shows Xena, the second Jo, and the third Brick. Each stops rolling as the contestant is mentioned.
Kitty and Geoff start singing. " Who you gonna root for? Who's it gonna be? Is it Xena, Jo, or Brick? Or maybe it's all three?"
Kitty is wearing a grass skirt and flowers in her hair as she moves over the screen showing clips of Xena breaking her gourd open in the Serengeti, setting up the bike debris on the wall in China, climbing up to the condor nest, and breaking the track in Jamaica.
Kitty danced as she sang "There's Xena, the logic queen, She's been playin' hard!"
Geoff sidled to the other side of the screen also wearing a grass skirt, and dancing as he sang. " Too bad she doesn't have more friends, she'll have to play a final card!
More clips play as each contestant is listed. Kitty and Geoff continue singing the chorus. " Who you gonna root for?Who's it gonna be? Is it Xena, Jo, or Brick? Or maybe it's all three?"
Harold pops up on screen out of nowhere and begins to rap. As various clips of Brick play. Including him saving Tyler from falling into the statue of Liberty's bosom, jumping off of his platform in Germany to check on Jo, building the boat in Sweden, helping support Tyler in Australia, working with Jo to get across the tightrope in Niagara Falls, and fighting monkey's off with Eva.
Harold is wearing Drama Kin outfit as he begins to rap. "Ricki-tick-tick, Gonna tell you real quick! The only one winning this is my friend Brick!"
He waves his arms in a small dance. "Pimpin' like a king, sippin' lemonade in the shade!"
Harold puts a flower over his ear. "Kickin' it Hawaiian style, gonna take home the cheddar! We're gonna be all smiles! Shawty!"
"So he can sing about Brick, but I can't sing about how mad I am at Topher?" Alejandro asked from off screen.
"He didn't ask for permission. Harold!" Geoff snapped.
The nerd ignored him and continued singing. "Ricki-ticki-ticki-tody, give it up for my homie! Harold's in the house spittin' rhymes like a roadie, a roadie!"
Alejandro grabs the microphone from Harold. "Topher is a menace! He helped a madman!"
Geoff yelled from off screen. Cut! Stop the music!
"I like a party as much as the next guy, but Alejandro I gotta draw the line." Geoff took the microphone. "This is confiscated." Geoff gave Kitty her microphone back and she kissed him on the cheek.
"Before the peanut gallery hold up their flags to show us who they've chosen to root for," Kitty began. "Let's see how our finalists stack up." Brick, Jo, and Xena's pictures all line up on screen with a yellow and gold starburst background. They start spinning as Geoff continues.
"Who's got the best chance of taking the cashola? Let's see who might have earned the hard way, with some…"
On screen the intern in a body cast slides on to a blue background. An ambulance with Chef on top in a nurse uniform hits it off screen. "Total trauma!"
Clips of Brick are shown in the background as Geoff talks. First talking with Harold about Xena in New York, then being threatened by Gwen when his watch went off, as well as the watch being broken, and finally trying to confess to Jo in China only for her to run. "Brick has been through a lot this season, from one of his teammates accusing another, difficult teammates, his watch breaking ,and of course Jo."
Geoff begins to draw on a tablet. "Throughout it all Brick has been kind and helpful no matter what, making him our clemency captain." The screen showed Brick against a green starburst background as Geoff draws a halo over his head and wings on either side.
Kitty laughed. "Okay, I get to draw next time!"
"Sure." Geoff smiled handing her the pen.
"Next there's Jo." Kitty spoke as several clips were shown. First Jo's team ignores her in Egypt, tied to a tree in the Amazon, dealing with Amy in Jamaica, and fighting with Brick. "She's been trying her hardest this season. From trying to lead her team and failing to do so, to getting captured by Peruvian actors, Amy, and of course denying her feelings for Brick."
Kitty is drawing on the tablet now."Still Jo's a determined person, and she's not letting anything get in her way making her an unstoppable force." The screen show's Jo's face on an orange starburst background. Kitty has drawn fire all around her.
"Nice." Geoff smiled, taking the pen from her. "As for Xena," The over logical girl's face is shown on a light blue starburst are shown. First Xena gets Ella stuck to a pole in the Yukon. Popping a breath mint in China. Breaking Jo's egg in Rapa Nui, and finally convincing Jo to vote for Eva. "Xena's done some underhanded things this season, but none of it is out of Malice. She's just doing whatever she sees as the most logical way to win. Even so, it's hard to argue she's in the right."
Kitty smiled. "If Brick's our clemency captain and Jo's an unstoppable force, Xena is our unscrupulous logician." Geoff is drawing devil horns on Xena's head and pointy ears. "Oh! Are the pointy ears because she's logical?"
"No, because she's underhanded. Why would pointy ears equal logical?" Geoff asked.
"I need to broaden your knowledge of pop culture." The selfie lover smirked.
"So far this race is still too close to call." Geoff continued. Let's take a closer look at what might stop our finalists in their tracks." A clip of Brick giving Xena his post digger is shown. "Brick is known for a sense of fair play, and while this is an advantage, it can also be taken advantage of. He'll have to focus on the final challenge to win."
The screen turned to static then shows Jo after she's built Brick's face. "Jo's been repressing her emotions the entire game and it's distracting her from what actually matters. In order to win, Jo will have to think things through."
The screen turned to static and showed Xena's weak soccer ball kicks in Africa. "Xena's not the strongest opponent. If she wants to win this, she'll have to make up for her lack of strength." Kitty concluded.
"Here's where it gets interesting." Geoff said. "It's time to vote for your favorite finalist."
The left bleachers are full of people holding Brick flag. They include Trent, Sammy, Harold, Dawn, Amber, Ellody, Cameron, Anne Maria, and Gwen. The right bleacher has been split in half. Holding Xena flags are Alejandro, Noah, Topher, Scott, Crimson, Tyler. And holding Jo flags are Lightning, Amy, and Duncan. And sitting next to Dawn is Ella holding flags of all three finalists.
"Why are there so many Xena fans?" Harold asked.
"She's the most villainous? You don't win this game without stooping low." Topher smirked.
"That's funny, I seem to recall Sammy beating you last season, and she never stooped as low as you." Amber smirked.
"Well Alejandro's on the side with me! Not you or Sammy!" Topher declared.
"Only because Xena is my friend. We were quite close before she was eliminated in season one. I have to support her." The Spaniard said.
"Dude! That's why I'm here too!" Tyler beamed.
" I'm sure Sammy and Amber understand." Alejandro said, ignoring Tyler.
"Of course! You've gotta support friends." Sammy smiled.
Topher huffed.
"Honestly, I have to vote for the intellectual option. Out of posterity." Noah admitted.
"Sha, please Jo's gonna win. She's the one who's strong and willing to play the game !" Lightning cheered.
"I can't possibly choose one over the others, so I'm rooting for everyone!" Ella said, waving her flags.
"Can she do that?" Cameron asked.
"I'm not gonna stop her." Geoff shrugged.
Kitty turned to face the audience. "Coming up next, a few lucky members of our peanut gallery will face off in an exciting and death defying surf challenge, and a chance to win a huge advantage for the contestant they're backing!"
Geoff continued. "All that and more when we return on Total Drama Aftermath!"
/
We return to the Aftermath set to see all but Geoff have vacated the premises. "Welcome back to the Total Drama Aftermath! Now we're gonna take this aftermath to a whole new level of awesome! Here's Bridgette with the deets. The Gen two peanut gallery is shown standing before Kitty on top of a large cliff.
"Thanks Geoff! So Peanut gallery, have you missed being in the game?" Kitty asked. Topher, Lightning, and Tyler all nod. "Great! Because you're going to be competing to help your favorite final three contestants win!"
"I hope you're all passionate about who you're supporting, because one member of each team is about to risk their lives for their favorite finalist." Geoff said as he arrived."Any volunteers?"
Harold turned to the rest of the Brick group. "I beg of you, let me be Brick's proxy." He asked, hand over his heart.
"Better you than me." Anne Maria said.
"As the most qualified member of Xena's team, I will be competing." Alejandro smirked.
"But I wanted to-" Tyler began.
"Unless one of you knows how to surf?" Alejandro asked. The only one to raise his hand is Tyler.
"Tyler, put your hand down." Noah deadpanned.
"Lightning's going for Jo!" The football jock immediately said.
"If you're moronic enough to go on a surfing suicide mission, be my guest." Duncan scoffed.
"Let's take a look at what Harold, Alejandro, and Lightning are up against." Geoff said.
A cliff is shown as the focus moves up it. At the top is a large totem with several leis stacked in front of it. "Players have to race to the top and then snag one of the traditional Hawaiian lei's from Lono, the Hawaiian god of prosperity and sporting events." Next a line of surfboards are shown. Followed by a river running downstream. "Then grab a board and take it down the stream. Oh and when you get to the bottom," the focus moved out to show a nearby volcano spitting out bits of lava across the bottom of the stream. "Watch out for a teensy lava spray."
"Sha please, that's nothing for the Lightning." The football jock bragged.
Harold was leveling a glare at Alejandro. "You will not best me!"
"You're right. You see that implies its a fair contest." The Spaniard smirked. "And it obviously isn't."
"So before we get started," Geoff began, gesturing to a chalkboard with animals drawn on it. A gorilla ,rhino, raccoon, lion, dolphin, deer, jaguar, kangaroo, bear, doberman, shark, and moose to be exact. " Here are some pictures of animals you could find in Hawaii."
"If you went to the maui zoo." Kitty added.
"Each team must pick an animal to represent the spirit of their player." Geoff continued. "Lightning, which animal best represents Jo?"
The football jock looked over the animals. "Obviously Jo's a Jaguar. She's strong and can take anyone who stands in her way!"
"Then Jo's spirit animal is a Jaguar!" Kitty announced. "Harold, can you pick one for Brick?"
"Gosh. Why are there so many vicious ones?" The nerd questioned. He began to look over the options.
"You know this is a half hour show right?" Geoff said.
"Technically it's twenty two minutes, and that includes opening and closing." Harold corrected. A close up of the chalkboard is shown stopping on the gorilla. "A gorilla. Brick is a gorilla. Despite their size and strength their gentle creatures that only attack in self defense."
"Alejandro, do you have a choice for Xena?" Kitty asked.
"Obviously she's a raccoon." Alejandro said. Several people laugh. "Scoff if you must, but raccoons have displayed great intelligence and adaptability. A perfect representation of Xena."
"But here's the catch." Geoff told them. "If you get past that pesky lava spray with your lei's intact," The stream and lava spray are shown again, the focus moved further down to show three rafts with a sign that had each contestant's picture on it. "You have to put the lei on your team's spirit animal to win."
"Yes! A gorilla will be easy!" Harold cheered, a smug look on his face as he turned to Alejandro. "Good luck with the raccoon Alejandro. They have sharp claws."
"Have you forgotten my natural charisma with animals?" The Spaniard asked, a flat look on his face.
"Whoever lei's their team's animals first will win a major advantage for their finalist. Second place will win a modest advantage," Kitty said.
"And last place gets squat. Which is gonna make the final challenge pretty impossible for their dude. Assuming they even get that far." Geoff finished.
"Good luck you guys!" Kitty cheered.
Geoff lifted a finger. "And go!"
"Prepare to lose to my mad skills!" Harold told Alejandro as he began to run.
"You will lose to my superior ones." Alejandro called as he ran after.
"Lightning's gonna win this easy!" The football jock declared, running off as well.
/
Up at the statue of Lono Harold arrived first now in his swim trunks. "Might Lono, thank you for this flowery blessing." The nerd said, picking up a lei. "I won't let you down."
Alejandro smirked as he stepped out from behind the Lono statue, in his speedo and already wearing his lei around his neck. "I hope for your sake that's true. God's are not kind when it comes to disappointment.
Make room for Lightning!" The football jock declared, also in his swim trunks, knocking over Harold and grabbing a lei.
A familiar ding heralded the musical note. "Sorry," Geoff said as he arrived. "Chris said we had to make you sing a song."
Alejandro smirked."This is dedicated to a certain someone." He took a breath. "Topher doesn't deserve fame, he tries so hard that it's just lame." The camera panned below to show several contestants laughing at an unamused Topher.
"Not a song like that. A challenge song!" Geoff told them.
(Song twenty-eight."I'm winning this.")
The song begins with Alejandro singing. "Kickin it Hawaii style!" The whole course is shown briefly. Then Alejandro grabs an orange and red surfboard and hits Lightning over the head with it."Surfing down this topic isle!" The river is shown and Alejandro flashes the camera a smile. "Hoping I don't get burned by," finally he jumps off the falls with his surfboard. "The lava that's a-flyin'!"
Harold grabs on to a blue surfboard with two light blue stripes and a light blue circle at the bottom. "One last chance to prove my might," He picks up the surfboard and swings it over his head in enthusiasm accidently hitting Lightning, who was just recovering from Alejandro's hit. "That's what keeps me up at night!" Harold runs to the falls and jumps off. "Why else would I volunteer, For something death-defyin'?"
Alejandro is already surfing as he sings the next line. "I'm winning for real!"
Harold comes up alongside him on his surfboard. "Yeah, yeah!
I'm winning this deal!"
Alejandro's eyes narrow as he manages to get ahead of Harold again. "Yeah, yeah! You can't defeat me!"
Harold catches up again and the two vie for the lead as they both sing the last line of the chorus, "I'm winning, you'll see!"
Back at the top of the falls Lightning has finally recovered. "The water's looking really rough." He sings as he grabs a surfboard with a wave pattern on it. "But Lightning knows he is enough." He curls his bicep. "He's the king of Jo's team." He runs for the waterfall and jumps off. "So, Lightning will be the winner!"
Harold is shown surfing, with Brick superimposed next to him on the board. "I'm surfing for Brick." Brick is replaced with Ellody looking at Harold happily. "Showing my girl some mad tricks!"
Alejandro is shown surfing with Xena superimposed next to him. "Xena needs me to win, so let the games begin!"
The two have reached the lava spray, it hits both of them. Alejandro screams in Spanish. "¡Ay, oh, eso está caliente!"
Harold reacts similarly. "Ow! No fair!"
Lightning reaches the lava spray right as the other two are past it. "This is crazy, it's true, but Lightning can make it through!"
Harold sings as he moves ahead of Alejandro. "Step aside, let me through!"
Alejandro gets ahead of Harold. "I'm going to own you! Oh, I'll see your decline!"
Harold catches up to Alejandro. "Sorry, Al this win's mine!"
Lightning catches up to the other's. "Lightning's come from behind!"
All three sing to finish the song. "Oh, I'm winning this time! Yeah, yeah, yeah!"
Harold is slightly ahead, but unfortunately a piece of hot rock falls into his swim trucks. He's excited to see the finish, when he sniffs. "My biscuits!" The lei is flung from him. It lands on the raft, but the gorilla takes a bite out of it, before throwing it into the ocean.
Next Lightning flies towards the jaguar. "Yeah, Lightning's got this!" He throws the lei at the jaguar but it misses. "Uh oh!" The jaguar attacks him.
The sounds of Lightning screaming can be heard as Alejandro makes it to his raft, easily putting the lei on the raccoon. "As expected." He smirked.
"And Alejandro does it!" Geoff announced as everyone cheered. The three contestants made their way to the hosts. "Nice work."
"I do hope Lono isn't a spiteful god Harold." Alejandro smirked.
"You only won by happenstance! Were we to go again, it is I who would win!" Harold replied.
"No way!" Lightning groaned, the jaguar still trying to attack him. "Lightning would win!"
"Very well, I shall allow you to delude yourself. Where is my prize?" the Spaniard asked.
"That was unbelievable Alejandro!" Geoff said in amazement. "Seriously, no one was supposed to win."
"What?!" Alejandro, Harold, and Lightning all said as the audience gasped.
"It was Chris' idea." Kitty admitted. "But someone did win because we rule!
"And thanks to Alejandro, Xena will be receiving a major advantage to use in the final challenge!" An African Canadian intern pushed a wheelbarrow into the set. "A wheelbarrow! It'll make sense eventually. Team Brick congrats you win the minor advantage." A blonde intern pushed Team Chris' baby carriage from the New York challenge into the set. "A baby stroller!"
"And since Team Jo came in last, Jo gets nothing! Which won't help in the final challenge!" Geoff smirked.
"If she even makes it that far." Kitty said. How will Xena's advantage play out? Will Brick be able to keep up with a stroller? Will Jo have an epic fail because of her disadvantage?!"
"How in the name of Lono, will Brick, Xena, and Jo even get here for the finale?" Geoff asked.
"Find out the answers to those and a lot of other crazy questions next time." Kitty concluded. "On Total Drama World Tour!"
A/N: This is an interesting one, because not much happened, but it feels like a lot. Our contests that missed out get a spotlight. Scott reveals he's rooting for Xena. Lightning gets to compete again. And two fun songs are sung.
Alejandro gets a cute moment with Sammy, a chance to call out Topher, and of course competes with Harold. Honestly writing Harold vs Alejandro was really fun, because you can tell that Harold is taking it seriously while Alejandro kind of brushes him off most of the time.
Speaking of Alejandro, I didn't intend for him to take Courtney's role as often as he's ended up doing in this fic. He just always seemed to fit.
