[Freddy]
Freddy, as gently as he could, laid the unconscious guard onto their office chair. He stood back as Bonnie put a tablecloth over him like it was a blanket. Both stared at the guard, struck with guilt over what they had done to both them and the guards that came before.
Without another word, Freddy and Bonnie slowly made their way to the dining room. Bonnie sat against a wall, covering their face and muffling their cries. Chica, sitting silently at one of the tables, was no doubt internally berating themself for not noticing sooner.
And Freddy… Freddy was as quiet as a brick wall, he didn't feel like he could afford to break down and cry like his friends. He was, for better or for worse, the one bit of stability this family had left. And a tragedy like this meant it was more important than ever to remain calm.
Eventually, between him comforting the others and them just letting it all out, it was eventually time to hold a discussion on what to do next.
"How about going outside to look for him?" Bonnie asked, "The doors were open, and that seems like the kind of place he'd try to explore."
"I know, but it's too dangerous." Freddy answered, "Between the 6 AM lockdown and the amount of people, we would need the human's help to even stand a chance out there."
"And he wouldn't want to help us," Chica added, "because we've spent the last few nights trying to kill him."
"But we weren't trying to kill him!" Bonnie spoke up, "We thought he was an endoskeleton and tried to get him suited up!"
"And that somehow makes a difference?" Chica turned to Bonnie, "We almost caused his death, and have already pushed them to hitting us with a chair."
"Not to mention how he still thinks we're glitching," Freddy decided to add, "The glitch was only fixed after he was knocked unconscious, remember?"
"Then let's tell him when he wakes up!" Bonnie spoke, "I'm sure we can apologize and fix this."
"Would he even believe us?" Chica sighed, "We spend the last 2 nights hunting this guy down, and there's no real telling just how many guards we've killed."
"True… And considering their aggression, I wouldn't be surprised if they had even dismantled Foxy outright." The bear responded, "Even worse, I can't say I would blame them."
"Can't we at least try?" Bonnie whined, "All we'd have to do is show him that we're not going to hurt him."
"Doors," Chica curtly blurted, "He'll just shut us out, and it's hard to show you won't do something when you can't."
"What about Freddy?" Bonnie gestured to him, "You punched a hole in his window remember? Even if he tries, we can just open the door from outside."
"That's… actually a good point." Chica conceded, Freddy silently agreeing, "I'm honestly kinda proud of you right now."
"It's settled then," Freddy spoke up, "We wait until he wakes up, and try to convince him to help us."
Following this, the trio started making their way to the office. Hoping to bring the human to their side, and hoping to find their pirate friend.
There was just one problem. As they got to the hallway in question, they saw the same guard wide awake… with a chair in hand and suspicion on their face.
At the sight of this, Freddy tensed up; hoping to avoid a repeat of last time, and desperately hoping that the guard isn't looking for a round 2.
[Ethan D Kraft]
Ethan groggily opened his eyes, starting to wake up. At first, he didn't remember a thing. Not where he was, how he got here, there was even a good chance he didn't quite remember who he was.
But, as he fully woke up, everything came back to him. The pizzeria, the animatronics, how they tried to kill him… and how he was about to lose out on his free pizza.
…Which ended up a point of confusion, when he realised he was very much not dead. Not only that, but he had been placed on his chair in the office… With a blanket fashioned out of the dining room's tablecloths, no less.
'What the hell?' He thought to himself, standing up. He had a multitude of questions, all revolving around the animatronics. He wasn't even sure if this was real, or a last-ditch hallucination before his death.
He checked the tablet, checking the time. 3 AM, so he wasn't saved by the 6 AM bell. And yet, the bots had not killed him.
Checking the different cameras, he managed to find them in the dining room. And, thanks to the camera's audio, was even able to tell what they were saying.
"-even believe us?" the chicken spoke, "We spend the last 2 nights hunting this guy down, and there's no real telling just how many guards we've killed."
That threw Ethan for a loop, seeing as these guys always referred to him as an endoskeleton rather than a guard. Did they always know he wasn't an endo, or was this a new development for them.
"True… And considering their aggression, I wouldn't be surprised if they had even dismantled Foxy outright." The bear responded, "Even worse, I can't say I would blame them."
Well, he'd damn well expect so, considering the aforementioned hunting.
"Can't we at least try?" the bunny whined, "All we'd have to do is show him that we're not going to hurt him."
Alright, new development it was… Unless the reason they weren't going to hurt him is because they needed his help. At which point, they'd probably turn on him the second they realized the fox's disappearance was his work.
"Doors," The chicken spoke, Ethan starting to tune them out, "He'll just shut us out, and it's hard to show you won't do something when you can't."
…Although, they did mention his aggression and how he might have dismantled the fox. That was far worse than granting them the keys to escape, so the fact they still wanted his help was telling.
"What about Freddy?" the bunny gestured to the bear in question, "You punched a hole in his window remember? Even if he tries, we can just open the door from outside."
Ethan looked to the broken window, feeling a hint of frustration at the prospect of his boss reprimanding him for such damage… And a feeling of dread as he realized just how defenseless he truly was in that office…
"That's… actually a good point." the bird conceded, "I'm honestly kinda proud of you right now."
Although, the chair was a notably useful weapon. Ethan had managed to take out the bear with it, and they were the one to break his window. Seeing as he had a chair in the office, he already had such a weapon at the ready.
"It's settled then," the bear spoke up, "We wait until he wakes up, and try to convince him to help us."
And from the sounds of it, this would come in handy quite soon. Seeing as the bots he needed it against were combining his way.
He gripped the chair and prepared to face the trio of terror, knowing this could go a number of ways both good and bad. Anywhere from new friendship to round 2.
[Chica]
There was tension in the air, thick enough to cut with a knife. Chica, Bonnie, and Freddy all stared at the guard and they stared right back. Chica half expected the guard to charge at them again, considering the last time they had a chair in hand.
"Well?" the guard spoke, breaking the silence, "What the hell do you want?"
"We were hoping you could help us find Foxy…" Freddy answered.
"Assuming you hadn't already… y'know…" Chica left the implication in the air.
"Already what? Scrapped 'im?" the gaurd chuckled, "I wish it was that easy, no. Unfortunately, I would lose my job if I did that, since it's my job to protect the place."
"So, he's okay?" Bonnie asked.
"Eh," the guard shrugged, "That depends on how well he can survive outside the pizzeria."
"So you know he's already outside," Freddy pressed, "Something we didn't tell you about…"
"And? This place has cameras all over the place," the guard gestured to the ceiling, "of course I know about your little pirate friend getting out."
"So, you didn't have anything to do with it?" Chica asked, picking up on her boss's suspicion.
"Well, I didn't want to."
"So you did," Chica stated.
"He made me give him the keys," the guard bluntly answered, "He would've forced it either way, but I was smart enough to turn it into a deal."
"And that deal is?"
"He leaves me alone of course; with him gone, the only real threat is the big guy breaking my windows." they pointed to Freddy.
"What about us?" Chica asked, gesturing to both herself and Bonnie. The gaurd simply started laughing at this.
"Oh no," the guard answered with sarcasm, "walking up to the door and leaving when I close it! So scary!"
"You don't have to be such a jerk about it," Bonnie mumbled, causing the guard's demeanor to shift.
"Oh, I'm the jerk?" The guard stepped forward, gripping the chair, "You idiots were trying to cram me into a deathtrap for the past 3 nights and I'm the jerk?"
"Technically," Freddy interrupted, "since we thought you were an endoskeleton, we didn't know it would be a death trap for you."
"Alright, good point. Here's my counter;" the guard held up their middle finger, something that Chica fully understood from the less-than-pleasant customers.
"Rude." Chica blurted.
"Considering the fact that I'm not the first guard you caught, I'd say it's relatively polite."
Chica and the others flinched at that, still in pain over all the damage they unknowingly caused. Bonnie even shed a tear over it, taking it far worse than Chica and Freddy did.
"So, I take it that you're not going to help us?" Freddy asked.
"Well, that's what I want to say," the guard sighed, "but with my job sorta being at stake here, and the chance of me getting sued if he ends up damaged or missing; I don't really have much of a choice."
