"Hurry! We're almost there!" Terra called. She was so excited about their next stop. They all hurried as fast as they could and saw they arrived back to Olympa Town, the starting point of their journey. "We're here! We're back in Olympa Town!"
"It's been a long time since we've been here." Davis said.
"And it's nice that it's not because our journey is ending." Imperialdramon said. "What was the name of the event again?"
"We're here for the Olympa Festival." Terra said. "With my mother being in charge of it, as well as it always being such a fun event, I just had to come back to it. It looks like we've made it back in time. Let's go!" She cheered with her running off.
"She's sure excited." Davis said.
"Of course she would be." Cletus said. "It's great to be home."
Our heroes have returned to Olympa Town, Terra's hometown. They came here for the Olympa Festival, and annual fun festival that's held here. With Terra returning home, what fun events can we expect to see?

(Davis' voice): Back to Home Beginnings
Terra was rather glad to be home after being on a journey for so long. She was feeling a sense of nostalgia as she walked through the streets. Of course, there was one stop she had in mind. They all made it way through the streets until she could see it right before her.
"I'm home!" Terra said. They were all right at her house and was so glad to be back. "Mom!" She called as she ran straight to her home.
"Oh man. I thought Davis had a lot of energy." Imperialdramon said with the others trying to keep up with her. All of them headed straight for the house. As they were running there, Juliet stepped out and was on the phone.
"Yes. Let's put those stands together so that the children can decide for themselves which one they like more." Juliet said.
"Mom!" Terra called. Juliet could see her coming and dropped everything.
"I've got to go!" Juliet said and ended the call. "Terra!" Juliet hurried to her daughter and wrapped her arms around her once Terra was close enough. "I knew you would make it home."
"Are you kidding? No way I was going to miss this." Terra said.
"Hello, ma'am." Cletus said.
"How's it going?" Davis asked.
"Hello, boys. It's great to see you, too." Juliet said. "I hope Terra hasn't been causing you too much trouble. As her mother, I know what a handful she can be."
"Mom!" Terra complained.
"I'm just teasing." Juliet said. "I'm glad to see you are doing well."
"Sure am. In fact, check this out and see what a great trainer I've become." Terra said. She wanted to show her progress as a trainer and let out Bearcicle from it's pokeball.
"Bearcicle."
"Oh my! Is that Bearcicle the same cute Pocub that you got when you started your journey?" Juliet said as she sounded most impressed with what Terra has done.
"Yeah. Bearcicle just recently evolved, and has become one fierce and strong pokemon." Terra said with Juliet petting Bearcicle's head.
"I can see you've taken good care of it." Juliet said. "Well, since you're all here, you must be hungry. I've got lunch ready for all of you." That sounded great to all of them. All of them moved this to the inside and were enjoying some lunch together. Terra even let her other pokemon enjoy their time at her home. "Terra, I'm quite the pleased with the pokemon you've caught. They appear to be well taken care of."
"Well, some of the credit goes to Cletus since he makes sure everyone is fed well and deals with medical situations." Terra said.
"Don't sell yourself short. You've done a good job yourself." Cletus said.
"As long as your pokemon are loved and happy, that's all that matters." Juliet said. "Although..." She looked at Slowpoke and saw it wasn't really eating. "Is Slowpoke okay? It's not eating."
"My Slowpoke likes to do things at it's own slow pace. So slow that it's irritating." Terra said with annoyance.
"So, what's going on with the Olympa Festival?" Davis asked as he ate. "Does something big go on or something?"
"The Olympa Festival is a fun little festival we hold every year." Juliet said. "We've got fun snacks and games to play, but the best part is our annual battle tournament. Every year, we have a special guest make an appearance. The winner of our little tournament will have the chance to battle that special guest."
"A tournament with the prize being a chance to battle some special appearance? Sounds like a blast to me." Davis said. "Who's the special guest going to be?"
"Sorry, but I can't tell you that. It's suppose to be a surprise." Juliet said.
"But this is the first time you get to be the chairwoman for it." Terra said. "How did that happen?"
"I've been finding ways to keep myself occupied while you were away on your journey." Juliet said. "I joined the committee, pitched a few ideas, and they thought I was the best person for the job. The festival is only a few days away, but we're doing rather well."
"Well, this sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun." Cletus said as they were all looking forward to this. After lunch, they were all getting themselves comfortable.
"You really don't have to help me, Cletus. I can take care of all of this. You're the guest." Juliet said.
"I don't mind. I had to do this back at my family restaurant." Cletus said with him continuing to do the dishes. While that was going on, Davis had a look around the place. As he was looking around, he found a few photos from Juliet's pass that really caught his eye.
"Wow. Look at all the competitions that Terra's mom competed in. She must have been quite the trainer." Davis said.
"I'll say. It looks like she competed in gym battles, contests, showcases, and more." Imperialdramon said.
"Terra, did your mother really do all of this?" Davis asked.
"Sure did." Terra said as she took a look at them herself. "Mom competed in tons of events and became a great trainer. I guess she was trying to figure out what best suited her, just like I'm trying to do."
"But you never had a real gym battle or anything like that?" Davis said. "In the time you've been on this journey, have you thought more about what kind of trainer you wanted to be?" That was actually a good question for Terra. She started her journey to find what it was that best suited her with pokemon, but she hasn't really found anything. She's just been having so much fun with Davis and Cletus, but haven't really found something she's passionate about.
"Terra, you have done rather well with some of the fashion-related situations we've been in. Do you think you want to be a part of that world?" Imperialdramon questioned.
"Well... I'm not sure. It's fun, but I don't know if I want to base my life around it." Terra claimed. "The reason I wanted to go on a journey wasn't just because of all the traveling, but it was also to find what's best for me."
"And there's nothing wrong with that." Juliet said with her joining in the conversation. "When I first started as a trainer, I wanted to try a whole bunch of stuff. It was a lot of fun, and I found ways to enjoy every bit of it. In fact, what I do for a living is offer my teachings and experience to all the trainers in town that wish to learn and improve. Something like a private teacher. That's the path in life I chose to take. It's fine if you haven't gotten it figure out just yet, Terra. You're still young and have your whole life to figure that out." Terra appreciated the support, but looking at the photos and comparing them to how her mother is now, she thinks her mother has it all figured out while Terra doesn't know anything. If only she knew what it was she really wanted. Then, an idea came to her.
"I know! Mom, do you think we could have a battle?!" Terra said.
"A battle? Are you sure?" Juliet questioned.
"Yeah. Think of me as another student." Terra said. "Maybe this battle will help give me some insight on what I should do with my trainer life."
"A battle between mother and daughter? That certainly sounds like it be enjoyable to see." Cletus said.
"You can say that again." Davis said.
"Well, okay. If you really thinks this might help." Juliet agreed. "I would love to see how much you've actually grown as a trainer, and a battle might be the best way to do that." Terra was so glad to hear this. They all moved outside into the yard with them having plenty of space for a battle. "How about we make this interesting and make it a double battle."
"Double battle? You mean we battle with two pokemon at once? I've never done that before." Terra said.
"In that case, consider this another lesson." Juliet said. Terra went along with it and took on this challenge.
"Bearcicle and Misdreavous, let's do this!" Terra called with her choosing her two pokemon.
"Bearcicile!"
"Misdreavous!"
"Your first pokemon with your first catch. In that case, I think these two will work." Juliet said as she had her own choices. "Morphoris and Copperajah, let's go!"
"Morphoris!"
"EEEEEEGGGHHH!"
"I recognize Morphoris, but who is the other one?" Davis questioned. He pulled out his pokedex to learn more about it.
"Copperajah, the Cooperderm Pokemon. A steel-type, and the evolve form of Cufant. Their strong trunks are powerful enough to crush rocks into dust. Their green skin makes them resistant to water."
"Okay, Terra. Time to see what you can really do." Juliet said.
"My pleasure. Misdreavous, start by using Psybeam on Copperajah! Bearcicle, Icicle Spear on Morphoris!" Terra ordered. Both of her pokemon were getting ready to attack.
"Morphoris, get behind Copperajah!" Juliet ordered. Morphois did what it was told. Both of Terra's pokemon attacked, but Copperajah got in the way by using its large trunk to block all of the attacks. Terra certainly didn't expect that. "All my experiences also helped bring out the best in my pokemon. Morphoris, Silver Wind!" Morphoris flew out and unleashed a shining wind and managed to hit both pokemon. "Your turn, Copperajah! Zen Headbutt!" Copperajah focused its mental power into its head and smashed itself right against Bearcicle.
"We need to stop Copperajah in it's tracks or else all that power is going to smash into us. Bearcicle, Freeze Wave!" Terra called. Bearcicle unleashed a torrent of water, but Copperajah was able to endure it. Even after the water washed away, Copperajah broke free from whatever ice was holding it down. "No way!"
"You'll have to do better than that, Terra." Juliet claimed.
"Misdreavous, help them out! Blast Morphoris with Charge Beam!" Terra said. Misdreavous was getting the attack ready.
"I don't think so. Morphoris, let's use Hurricane!" Juliet said. Morphoris flapped its wings and created gale force winds. Just as Misdreavous launched the attack, it was disperse in the wind and got caught up in the wind with Misdreavous being blown around. "Let's not leave Bearcicle out. Copperajah, let's use Heavy Slam!" Copperajah coated itself in energy and appeared to me made of metal. It charged right at Bearcicile. Bearcicle attempted to stop Copperajah with the two of them slamming into each other. Bearcicle attempted to overpower Copperajah, but it was too strong. Copperajah used its trunk and knocked Bearcicle away.
"Hang in there, you two." Terra encouraged. The two of them tried to stay strong, but they took a lot of damage.
"They are tough, but I think we should stop the battle there. It's obvious those two are on their last legs." Juliet said. "Honestly, I don't want to defeat my own daughter." Juliet called the battle and ended it there.
"Terra's mom is a lot stronger than she looks." Davis said.
"All the experience she has certainly helped her pokemon become powerful." Cletus said.
"Oh man." Terra said as she felt disappointed. "I thought that battle would help me, but it didn't help as much as I thought."
"But that's fine, Terra." Juliet said as she walked over to her daughter and placed her hands on her shoulders for comfort. "Battling is just one way for you to find the route you wish to take with your pokemon, but it's not the only way. It's good to try different things because you might discover something about yourself you never even knew. You're still young. You still have plenty of time to figure all of that out. What's more is that you're willing to learn and try new things. At the very least, your pokemon seem quite happy with you." Terra looked at her pokemon and could see that they were pleased to have her as a trainer.
"You're right. I do love being a trainer, and I'm having tons of fun on my journey." Terra said. "I get to meet new people, try new things, and I have great pokemon."
"I'm sure you'll find what it is you're really passionate about and what kind of trainer you want to be before you know it." Juliet said. "In the meantime, maybe you could help me with the festival. There's still some work to do. Maybe you'll find something you love there."
"Yeah. I can't wait." Terra said.
Terra's homecoming has been off to a great start. While still not sure what kind of trainer she desires to be, she's gone back to her roots and would love to know what is right for her. What else is in wait for our trainers during their stay in Olympa Town? Stay tuned.
