Chapter 19 Another Pov chapter.

Tommy Ross POV.

Tommy watches as the screen turns black. He looks beside him at where Sue sits.

Shit!

Sue is still as pale as when that douchebag boyfriend of Hargenson had told them his thoughts. He wants to say something, do something but he doesn't know what. He still is himself in shock about what they are planning.

No, what they would have done if not for whoever interverned.

The thought alone makes him sick. Because while they haven't been shown anything yet, he has little doubt Chris plan will succeed. Something is about to happen, something big. Why else would they been shown all this and continue to be shown things?

This is all building up to something.

But how hard he tried he couldn't figure out what.

And they will use Sue's idea to make it happen.

That angers him the most, the idea they will use his sweet girlfriend's idea to further their plans. Technically they also use him, but he doesn't care about that as much.

They say teens can be monsters, whomever thought of that must have met Hargenson in a past life.

He could understand Sue's numbness. She and Chris had been friends since they were little. Sure had their silly fights but nothing like this. He wondered if their friendship could withstand this. The look on Chris's face while she joyfully slaughtered that innocent pig was horrible. To see that sort of glee on anybody's face during that was disturbing, seeing it on someone he had know for years was undescrible. The pig kinda reminded him of Carrie. Not in the way most of his classmates would have described Carrie before or how Chris had earlier, but the scream the little piglet let out reminded him a bit of when Margaret pushed Carrie in that fucking closet.

Oh Carrie, if anyone in this room except Sue doesn't deserve to be humilated like that it's you. No, this is not humilating someone, this is destroying someone and stripping them of any decency.

Tommy looks at the girl in question, but she is surrounded by other people. The same people who have stood up for her almost since the beginning.

Good, she is going to need every ounce of care and love possible if she is going to see herself drenched in pigs blood. Oh god, if they use Sue having me take Carrie to Prom does that mean we are also going to get in trouble if they end up getting caught?

Tommy can only watch. He had no powers like Carrie, he can only look and look and hope that he and the ones he cares about don't get caught up in the scheme.

Chris Hargenson POV.

Chris Hargenson holds her head while looking at the floor not daring to look at anyone else out of fear for their reaction. It comes to her that she is now in Carrie's position.

How the tables have turned.

Beside her the twins and Tina also try avoiding the looks thrown their way.

''Hey Chris, just ignore them they have nothing to hold against us, all of this hasn't happened." Says Tina Blake.

''Yeah, the rest will come around and no judge in the world will convict you on this''. Says Lizzie. But by the way that Lizzie's voice wavers a bit she isn't 100 procent sure. Chris looks up.

Is that all they can think about? Do they think that is what I am worried about?

Chris feels like laughing.

''I don't care about them or whatever punishment they have in mind for me I care about us''. Says Chris as The others look at her like she has grown a second head.

''We fucked up girls, we so fucked things up''. Says Chris as Tina shakes her head.

''Chris , you are not responsible...'' Says Tina, but gets cut off by Chris.

''Maybe not for everything we have been shown till now, but for everything that has happend before this? Hell yes''. Says Chris. Before one of the twins can say something Chris stops them.

''And what we are now seeing is the result of all those years of making fun of and feeling superior to Carrie White." Chris shakes her head, wondering when they had crossed the line. From the looks on her friends faces they still didn't understand how deep this ran.

How guitlhy she felt.

"I don't recognise myself on that screen''. Confessing what is one her mind feels freeing.

''I... I can't believe I could let my own pride and anger blind me so that I would do something like that, but the evidence is right before me''.

''When did we cross the line and think this was funny? What does that say about us?'' Finishes Chris as The three flinch. Tina and Lizzie look away, but Nicky stares back her face set in determination. It is clear she is not ready to admit her wrong.

''We acted without the information we have now at hand''. Says Nickie. "If I had known a lot of the problems we had with Carrie could be traced back to her mother me and Lizzie would have acted accordingly and put the blame were it belongs.''.

''And that makes it right?'' Asks Chris as Nikki's face cracks for a moment. "Oh sorry Carrie that we bullied you and blamed your for years for your mothers attics''. That will be such a great comfort to Carrie''. Says Chris sarcasticly.

''We didn't know okay Chris''? What do you want me to do about it?'' Says Nikki, turning away from her. It hits her suddendly like a brick of rocks.

They do feel guilty, maybe not as much as they should... or maybe they don't know how to deal with it. Tina has been even more sheltered then me and hardly ever punished for something and the twins, they have never been good at sharing their feelings.

Rita Desjardin POV.

While the others were busy talking about they had seen so far, she had asked Carrie to follow her to one of the more quite corners of the gym to give them some privacy. She looks at Carrie, feeling nervous about what she is going to say.

''Carrie, honey if… If this is getting too much for you I understand and I promise I will find a way to get you away from here, consequences and whatever keeps us in here be damned''. Says Rita Desjardin.

Carrie laughs, but shakes her head.
''Thank you Mrs Desjardin. but I don't think it will work. We have tried nearly anything to open those doors. If not most of us would have left hours earlier''. Says Carrie. Suddendly Carrie looks serious. "Also I don't think it would be wise to insult Him''. Says Carrie solemnly. Mrs desjardin nods agreeing with Carrie, not noticing that she calls the being Him as She takes a breath.

''No I actually meant away from here''. Says Rita Desjardin.

''You mean from Chamberlain'' asks Carrie. She sounds slightly hopeful but also confused at the concept, like Rita had said they should move to Mars. Afraid she had overstepped Rita pulled back a little.

''Only If you want to''. Rita repacks herself. "I am from a town nearby maybe an hour drive. It is a lovely town, in fact I own a house there''. Carrie looked confused.

''Then why did you move to here if you have a lovely home somewhere different then here''. Asks Carrie. She sounds much surprised, like she couldn't understand why Rita wanted to live in Chamberlain, Maine when she could be somewhere else. Rita chuckles at Carrie's honesty, though it stops once the implications settle in.

Of course Carrie couldn't understand why I would want to live here when all she has had here are bad experiences.

''Technically i don't live here, I still live in my old town. I drive every day back and forth. Unfortunately no one was hiring and I needed the money to pay off my mortgage and I couldn't live with my parents forever''. Explains Rita while looking at the wall, remembering her childhood home. Carrie is thinking, taken in by what Mrs Desjardin said.

''Freddy and Jessica could visit or maybe I could drive you here or I could learn you how to drive. Just think about it okay?'' Carrie nods and then shakes her head''.

''It sounds wonderful. My mother would hate it, Mrs Desjardin?'' Asks Carrie. "Can I ask you something?''

''Of course, anything''. Says Rita as Carrie bit her lip.

''It has nothing to do about me living with you...''. Says Carrie as Rita smiles.

''Same answer as before, ask me whatever you want to know''. Encourages Rita as Carrie takes a deep breath.

''Why do you think my momma wasn't invited?'' At seeing Mrs Desjardin's confused face she pulls back, afraid she has said something wrong knowing how an sensitive topic her mother is. "I mean everyone else is so why not her?'' Carrie wrings her hands refusing to look Mrs Desjardin in the face. Miss Desjardin stares at Carrie, her face blank. Once it sinks in just what Carrie is asking dread fils her. So that was what Carrie had been thinking about...It shouldn't surprise her this much.

Or hurt her this much.

Despite all the horrible things Margaret had put her through, she also had been Carrie's sole companion all these years while the rest of Chamberlain avoided her or added to her misery.

''I don't know sweetie''. It was confusing but also concerning that everyone from Chamberlain Maine was invited to watch this, except for Margaret; And in Rita's eyes that meant one thing: Mrs White wasn't trusted by the entity to change but how to tell Carrie that. Carrie looks up, her face has a determined look she had rarely if ever saw on Carrie's face.

''Maybe he was scared people would get angry at her the way they are now at Chris, despite her being truly sorry. If Chris can change then why not my mother who carried me and raised me''. says Carrie.

Because Chris has never tried to kill you, she wants to scream so badly. For all the horrible things Chris had done, Mrs White treatment of Carrie had been a hundred times worse.

I can't let her hurt you again.

but Carrie's words were not without merit. Could what Carrie said be the reason? Could Mrs White truly change?

Am I letting my own maternal insticts towards Carrie overrule my disicion making?

Rita didn't know what option was the right one and that scared her.

Carrie can read my mind, there is no point in hiding my doubts. If I start hiding things for her or if I antagnise her, Carrie will lose the trust she has in me and definetly go back to Margaret. I guess I have no chose but to trust her and catch her if she falls. Now I know what all those parents mean when they say parenting sucks.

''Maybe you are right''. Carrie looks at her, her determinted look changing to a surprised one. Rita couldn't help but snort.

She probably thought I would need more convincing.

''I don't know, Carrie she is your mother. I think if anyone knows Margaret, the good and the bad, it is you''. Carrie starts wringing her hands again, her face blank, making it impossible to see what she is thinking. "I guess we just have to wait and see. Maybe watch this thing a bit more, see how your mother reacts''.

And hope she doesn't end up breaking your heart more then she already has.

Carrie nods looking relieved.

''Thank you for listening and not treating me like an child''.

Rita Desjardin smiles and nods at her student.

But you are a child, all of you are children and it is my job to protect you.

She turns around and together with Carrie she walks to their they are seated against their newfound friends and allies.

THE BREAK IS OVER.

LET'S CONTINUE.

The screen changes, showing 2 very familiar people.

And done! Well I hope you will all enjoy the added pov's. Next chapter is back to the movie.

Some information regarding this fanfic:

At this rate 6 chapters is so not going to cut it. I already have multiple things planned out, including some of the reactions to the Prom, I just need to make it all fit together.

For now this is my one project that gets all my support, but to answer some people who liked my idea of me doing a FNAF watching the movie, I am thinking about waiting till the second movie to get more info before/if I end up doing it to get a clearer idea about what storyline they are planning to tell, for example if Micheal Afton is going to make an appearance in later movies, so it has to wait.
