A/N: I started working on this holiday one-shots featuring my favourite pairings in Power Rangers and Super Sentai! Since it is going to be a crossover, I decided to mash all the couples into random countdowns in my opinion. This is #14 to start with.
Christmas Love: One-Shot series

Souta Mogami felt the excitement for Christmas and his plan is to spend the day with Shizuka, somewhere in the mountains. His genetics is the ability to do cool things like doing backflips or anything extreme that is worth risky. However, he is not scared of getting injuries but he wants to take a challenge to ski at a mountain with his special someone on his side.
"Hey everyone! Merry Christmas! Today is a lovely day isn't it?" Souta asked his teammates.
"Well yes, it's always a lovely day to spend the time with our friends and loved ones" Satoru replied, giving his girlfriend Sakura a sweet hug.
"Merry Christmas to you too Souta-san!" Sakura replied. "What are your plans for today?"
"Well, my plan is to go skiing at a mountain with Shizuka and spend the day with her" Souta replied with a small blush on his face.
"Ooh don't tell me you are dating the daughter of Dark Shadow" Masumi replied with a flat tone.
"Of course I am! Now she has turned good, I am free to date her without being in danger with the team" Bouken blue said.
"Anyways, Natsuki-chan is baking cookies! See?!" The yellow Bouken ranger said while the others looked at her mixed up recipe.
"Natsuki, this recipe looks confusing for me to read," Sakura said, trying to offer herself to help fix the sheet.
"Obviously it looks fine to me" she replied back.
"No, it doesn't. Here, let me help you fix and make it clear for you to understand better or otherwise the cookies will be filled with too much shugar and we will end up going hyper, probably losing control" the pink ranger replied, helping her fellow friend on rearranging her recipe.
"Well, I'm off to go guys! Have a good Christmas day!" Souta said as he leaves the SGS apartment.
"Bye Souta Merry Christmas to you too!" Satoru replied back.
"Thanks, Chief" he replied for the final time and starts heading to Shizuka's place.
As he drives on his way towards his girlfriend's house, he realised that Dark Shadow has him monitored at all times just in case if Souta breaks her heart or if his teammates destroy their sidekick about stealing powers intentionally.
"Hey, Shizuka? Are you here?" Souta yelled from outside the door, getting her attention until she opens the door and dressed up in her favourite winter clothing along with knee-length boots that has soft fluff on the top.
"Yeah, I'm ready to spend this Christmas day with you" Shizuka replied with pure emotion in her voice. "Do you know where are we going to go today?"
"It's something special that you'll end up totally surprised" Souta replied, winking at her along with a wide smile.
"Okay but I hope it isn't scary at all or otherwise I'll get scared and probably end up upset at you" the ninja chick replied back.
The couple drives their way through a curvy road as Shizuka looks at the window, loving the view of the mountains along with the houses that can be seen miles away until they receive an unexpected visit from Dark Shadow in the middle of the trip. He does not look too happy at Souta due to the fact does not want to accept the relationship between his friend and a hero as they tend to cause a lot of problems for their teams but tends to give Bouken Blue a warning if he ever does something bad or breaking her heart in half, then consequences will come into play. All Souta can do is agree to accept the blue monster's terms on dating his dear friend for this day. Before leaving back to his place, he also reminded Shizuka about staying safe throughout the trip at which she told him everything would be okay between the two.
"Wow, that was a tough warning that your friend gave me" Souta replied as he gulped about the bad consequences that he might face in case things turned out to be horrible throughout their skiing trip.
"Yeah, he doesn't want to see me heartbroken at all, since he can get pretty fierce when dealing with relationship troubles" Shizuka added. "Anyways, let's continue showing our holiday spirit and think how much we are going to spend the time together at a special place" she continued, giving her boyfriend a small gentle smile.
"Okay, but do you want to hear something funny?" Souta asked as he has his eyes on the road, trying not to get distracted by looking at her and the mountains.
"Sure Souta-san. I'd love to hear that joke" She replied, trying not to laugh.
"Well, Dax and I had a conversation during class one time as I was showing him a joke until some adult took my phone away from me and he was like 'your teacher took your phone?' I first nodded sadly until I said to him 'mine took my legs apart' making the both of us roll on the floor laughing and cackling loudly before we ended up at the principal's office for no reason" Souta replied back, laughing at how both blue rangers got in trouble at class for no reason.
"Wow you're so funny" Shizuka laughed at his comment. "Wait a minute? Did both you and Dax say anything related to Star Wars?" she continued, being curious about the two lines that sounded familiar to her.
"Well yeah. Since he loves watching too many movies, those references ended up being stuck in my head and had to say it out loud that made us roll on the ground like kindergartners" Bouken blue replied back until they finally made their way to the Skiing place somewhere high in the mountains.
"Haha, what a coincidence! You wouldn't make my blue version of Darth Vader angry if things happen the bad way" Shizuka playfully reminded her boyfriend about Dark Shadow's warning to him.
"Of course not babe!" Souta replied back, smiling at her. "We are finally here at the top of the mountains!" He added before opening the door for her as she gladly gets off the car and suddenly gets amused at the view, causing her to shriek in excitement.
"Wow, I love this view" the ninja chick commented as she falls completely distracted at the beautiful view before catching up to Bouken Blue.
"I knew you are going to love it here" Bouken Blue replied. "Say, how much do you know how to ski?" he asked his girlfriend about expert level in skiing.
"I've never skied here before, but I'd probably say a beginner for sure" she replied with total honest towards her lover.
"Okay. I've been here plenty of times with my fellow friends but I'll teach you how to ski and in case you fall, I will help you and probably hang on to me as there are dangerous steeps around here" Bouken Blue replied as he gives her a pair of ski boots so she can put them on.
"Thanks, Souta-san. That means a lot to me" Shizuka replied as she puts on her ski boots, waiting for her boyfriend to finish putting his pair into his feet.
As both Souta and Shizuka prepare themselves to ski across a steep mountain, they have a quick training session on how to steer and turn before actually starting their activity together. However, he looks worried at how scared his girlfriend looked and gently approaches and tells her to conquer the fear of heights and enjoy the moment together as she nodded in agreement before skiing together whilst holding hands for the first half. Throughout their skiing activity, Souta does a 360 helicopter move and lands successfully, trying to put on the dares for his girlfriend.
"Shizuka, did you see what I did?" Bouken Blue asked sarcastically whereas she felt the urge to do some of the same moves as him but could be risky for her.
"I sure did, at least you landed on your feet, not on your head" she replied back sarcastically.
"I dare you to do it! It's easy!" Souta suggested.
"I'm afraid to do it. What if I break my ankle and then Dark Shadow will kill you thinking you want to risk me into doing dangerous stunts" the ninja chick sadly replied whereas her boyfriend comforted her about trying her best.
"You did some risky ninja moves in the past and you did land on your feet safely. Come on Shizuka-chan, I know you can do this. All you need to do is to think positively" Souta replied back, offering words of encouragement to his sweetheart.
"Okay, I will try. Watch and learn" she replied back as she does a 460-degree helicopter and perfectly lands on her feet, causing Souta to look at her at shocked at her stunts.
"Oh my gosh! That was the coolest inverted flip you did! I'm so proud of you girl" Souta cheered as he holds hands with her for the rest of their skiing adventure.
"Thanks love" Shizuka blushed at his comment, as they spend the rest of the day skiing and enjoying nature together as a couple.
The loving couple finished skiing, Bouken Blue decided to walk at a park so they can have their romantic stroll under the night sky as both of them feel grateful to spend the Christmas day as lovers.
"Shizuka, I feel enchanted by you and I decided to give you this gift that I bought while you were looking around here. Hopefully, you'll like it," he said as he gives his girlfriend the wonderful gift.
She opens up the gift and is completely in love with an ice crystal necklace that matches her villain suit. "This is the most beautiful gift that anyone has given me. I'm so lucky to find you as my perfect man" she replied back, giving him a sweet kiss on the cheek before adding, "I also have a gift for you". With that said, she opens up her purse and gave him an elegant book that teaches him how to do professional stunts"
"Aww that is extremely nice of you" Souta cooed happily. "Man, I've always wanted these kinds of books ever since I first worked for the Boukengers" he added, as he leant closer to her.
"You're welcome. Besides, you can't blame your genetic enhancements which I love how many cool stunts you do throughout our battles in the past" Shizuka chirped happily.
Without saying anything for a while, he finally grabs her face gently and gives her a kiss as both spend a moment together kissing one another with pure love. As they separate for breath, they both look at each other in the eyes before saying something to each other again.
"I love you Shizuka of the Wind and Merry Christmas" Souta replied with his heart.
"Awwww, I love you too Souta Mogami" she replied back, enjoying their picnic date together. "Also, Merry Christmas to you too"
