The Master' Octomus' essence is reborn as Koragg, taking his faithful servant's appearance and some of his mannerisms.

Unlike Koragg and Octomus; this new entity chose to become necessary evil due to its sense of pride to see super villains crumble before him.

Location: San Angeles, California

Season: Summer

Mack: "Come on, guys. We can't lose! Can't give up now!"

Flurious, the ice sorcerer, channeled the power of dark magic into a mighty ice blast sending the Rangers five meters away against a random wall of a massive builing.

"Time to end your pitiful existence, Rangers.", he chuckled sadistically.

Suddenly a voice echoed from behind: "Uthe Sastos!"

Flurious turned around to see a purple knight manifesting before his eyes from a purple energy pentagram which appeared on the ground.

Reborn Koragg to the Power Ranger super villain:

"You may have defeated the Power Rangers."

"But you will not defeat ME!"

He draws out his sword from his two-eyed shield.

Flurious: "Koragg? The dark warrior sorcerer? I thought you were destroyed along with The Master by the Mystic Force? What do you want? Help me destroy these pesky Rangers, perhaps, eh?"–Flurious smirked holding his ice staff looking at the Overdrive Rangers as his pack of Chillers were around him.

Koragg: "Destroying Rangers is beneath me, so I won't bother with the likes of you..."–Reborn Koragg looked at the Overdrive Rangers.

"I want to destroy the "VILLAINS" themselves."–he pointed his sword straight at Flurious, the ice sorcerer.

Koragg: "And the first one to fall will be YOU…"–he said with a sinister grin.

Flurious: "W-what? Destroying me and the others? Why would you do that? Aren't we supposed to be a team?"–he chuckled nervously trying to take a step back away from Koragg, holding his staff.

Koragg: "Team? No, that's too generous to call you lot that…"

Koragg: "you all are nothing more than senseless driven beasts without rhyme or reason to me. You deserve to be exterminated like the beasts you are…"

Reborn Koragg looked at the Overdrive Rangers: "This one is mine. So you better stay out of this–or you will pay for your defiance."

The Overdrive Rangers nod.

As Flurious was alone with Koragg:

"So...this is it, huh...?"

Koragg: "Precisely...your reign ends here, Flurious. You are the first super villain I will destroy."

Flurious: "You think you can destroy me!? The Mystic Force destroyed you and your pathetic Master!"

Flurious, started the initial attack by summoning ice shards with his scepter, aiming for Reborn Koragg's legs to slow him down.

Flurious: "You're quick, Koragg, but you can't dodge forever!"

Reborn Koragg: "Foolish wizard. I am not 'Koragg'. I am something much better; much... greater."

Flurious: "And what would do that statement imply?... Pray tell."

Reborn Koragg: "The Master's essence lives within me. I am the new embodiment of his existence. But born with a new purpose. A necessary evil for all of you foolish super villains to fall before me."

Reborn Koragg takes a step closer to Flurious, a menacing aura surrounding him.

"I am the Reborn Master into his servant's dark sorcerer 'Koragg the Knight Wolf' template."

Reborn Koragg: "Now, prepare for your demise, wizard."

Flurious, starts to panic a bit: "Y-you can't be...! Y-you should have been eradicated by the Power Rangers! H-how are you still alive–"

Reborn Koragg: "It does not matter how I am still here, it is a question that should be irrelevant to you. What should be of importance is your inevitable downfall."

Reborn Koragg starts raising the Wolf Saber preparing to strike.

Flurious: "N-no! Stay back! Back I say! I don't want to-"

Reborn Koragg: "Begging for mercy will not save you.", Reborn Koragg runs towards Flurious ready to prowl like a lion with his Wolf Saber. Flurious summons dozens of Chillers and commands them to attack Reborn Koragg.

"Destroy him!"

The Chillers charge in an attempt to stop Reborn Koragg's advance. But not even the army can do anything against him as the reborn dark magical being cuts them all down leaving multiple after-images behind.

Reborn Koragg slashes through other Chillers and sends them flying.

"Pathetic."

He continues walking his way towards Flurious.

Flurious sees this, and runs away.

Flurious: "G-get back! You stay away from me, you abomination!!"

Reborn Koragg grins.

Reborn Koragg: "Begging for mercy will not save you.", Reborn Koragg runs towards Flurious ready to prowl like a lion with his Wolf Saber. Flurious summons dozens of Chillers and commands them to attack Reborn Koragg.

"No matter where you go, no matter how much you run. I will find you and I will end you. Accept your fate, Flurious."

Flurious: "I don't accept this fate at all! I'm not ready to die-!"

Reborn Koragg: "Your resistance is futile. You will die."

With a swing of his ice staff he summoned and threw a gigantic ice boulder at Koragg before vanishing away into another dimension leaving Reborn Koragg with the rest of Chillers and the present Overdrive Rangers.

"Impudent fool! Hiding into another dimension! He won't get away."

Reborn Koragg looks at the Overdrive Rangers calming down:

"Well, I will leave these ice minions in your hands, Rangers."

Reborn Koragg placed his sword back into his two-eyed shield and uttered the magical phrase "Uthe Sastos."

A purple energy pentagram appeared in front of them for a brief moment before Reborn Koragg vanished away after Flurious.

Ronnie looked at Mack:

"Uhm, what just happened?"

Mack, looking as confused as she was: "I'm not sure, but I think we just encountered a new villain..."

Dax chuckled: "So if he is chasing after villains doesn't that make him an anti-villain?"

Mack: "I mean yeah? Guess you can call him that."
