My mother allowed me to use my superpowers because we live in metroburg. I said that I go to friends of mine, but my mother does not know where they live. Since I got my permanent superpowers, I visit the Romero family almost every day. I didn't tell my parents because they'd rather not let me play with normal kids. But as stubborn as I am, I still became friends with 2 boys. Brody and Aiden Romero. They are my best friends. their father trains them as ninjas. I often join them. It's only nice for when I start my superhero training
"Aiden! Brody!" I shouted as I ran into their backyard."Hello Mr. Romero." I said cheerfully as he smiled at me.
"Bella!" Brody and Aiden screamed as they ran out of the barn and hugged me.
"I haven't seen you forever!" Brody exclaimed
"I was here like 2 days ago." I said, laughing. "So what are you going to do today?"
"I'm going to help Dad with the prism." Aiden said as he walked to the workshop.
"Let's train!" Brody said and he took my hand as we ran to the open field. Brody was wearing his black ninja outfit and I was just wearing plain clothes. Brody and I were practicing punches and kicks in the field before sparring; he won. While Brody helped me up, I looked to the left and saw a ... a monster walking towards Brody and me. "Brody!" I shouted, pointing to the monster.
"Dad! Aiden! Help!" Brody shouted as the monster grabbed the two of us.
"So you are the ninja master." The monster said to Mr. Romero while the monster held Brody and I as Mr. Romero came out of the workshop.
"Let Brody and Isabella go." Mr. Romero threatened the monster.
"Of course. You're surrounded anyway." the monster said he let Brody and I go. We immediately ran to Mr. Romero and he stepped in front of us as Brody clung to Mr. Romero's side and I clung to Brody's.
"You're not going anywhere!" said another monster, following after us. A third monster chuckled as she entered next to us.
"Now give me the Ninja Nexus Star!" Galvanax screamed while the other monsters cackled.
Mr. Romero took out the Ninja Star and looked at it while Brody and I looked at it too. "You can't give it to him, Dad!" Brody said to his father.
"He has no choice!" Galvanax shouted, throwing a purple beam of energy at the three of us. Mr. Romero pushed us aside and held up the Ninja Star absorbing the force ... I guess.
"Ahh!" Mr. Romero shouted from the force. The Ninja Star disappeared when Mr. Romero dropped his sword and turned into the red power ranger.
"What!" Galvanax screamed as Brody and I gasped and looked at each other before looking back at Mr. Romero.
"The legend is true. He's become a power ranger." Madame Odius said.
"Brody, Isabella. Stay back." Mr. Romero said as he came into contact with Galvanax. Galvanax fell on Mr. Romero, but Mr. Romero jumped super high and turned, lowering his sword to connect it to Galvanax's spear.
"Surrender that star!" Galvanax shouted, face to face with Mr. Romero.
"Never!" He shouted as he avoided Galvanax.
"Huh. You're coming with me, Rat Baits!" Ripcon said as he walked over to Brody and me and grabbed us.
"Mr. Romero!" I yelled as he kicked Galvanax down.
"Isabella! Brody!" Mr. Romero shouted as he turned and saw us with Ripcon." Get away from my son and his friend!" Mr. Romero shouted as he attacked Ripcon. Galvanax took his spear and fired at Mr. Romero, who launched it into the air, demorphing as it hit the ground. The Ninja Star flew into the air and landed right in front of Mr. Romero.
"Yes! The Ninja Nexus Star is mine!" Galvanax shouted as he picked up the star. Galvanax walked away from Mr. Romero and held up the star and his body began to turn red / orange. "As soon as I absorb its power, I will rule the universe!" Galvanax shouted, laughing.
"You are invincible with the Nexus Star." Madame Odius said, walking to Galvanax.
"Yes!" Ripcon shouted, pounding his fists in the air as he let go of us. Brody and I were frozen in shock, staring at Galvanax.
Mr. Romero got on one knee and glared at Galvanax. "That star came to me so I could protect him from harm like you!" Mr. Romero yelled as he took his katana, jumped and split the Ninja Star into 7 pieces, causing a big explosion that knocked us all back and to the ground. Brody and I lay on the ground, covering our eyes, waiting for the dirt to settle.
"Dad!" Brody shouted, got up and I followed suit.
"Mr. Romero?" I asked loudly, looking around. We all looked around confused. Mr. Romero has just disappeared into thin air. "Brody." I whispered to the Nexus prism, which was right in front of us. Inside the prism were the broken pieces of the Ninja Star. Brody and I watched in awe as the broken pieces turned into power stars: red, yellow, pink, gold, white, blue, and silver.
Brody and I were about to reach the inside of the prism when Galvanax pushed us aside. "Get out! They're mine!" Galvanax grunted at us as he stood in front of the prism. Galvanax started hitting the prism with his spear, but it did nothing.
"It can't be broken." Madame Odius said, walking to Galvanax.
"I'll find a way to get those stars out. And once I do, the universe will crawl at my feet." Galvanax said, still looking at the prism. "Bring the prism to my ship." Galvanax said, turning to Ripcon and Madame Odius. "And put those brats in chains!" Ripcon walked over and grabbed us and put us over his shoulders. "You are now the prisoners of Galvanax, Rat Baits!" Ripcon said as he walked to Galvanax.
"Aiden!" I shouted, hoping he would hear us. But he didn't. the only way to escape is if I use my powers. "I'm sorry I kept this hidden but I couldn't help it." I said to Brody. he looked at me confused. I used my heat breath on Ripcon's arm.
"Ahhhh!" he screamed in pain. He grabbed his arm which made us fall. I got up quickly. When I turned around I saw that Madame Odius was already holding Brody.
"What are you waiting for Bella?!" Brody shouted.
"I don't want to leave you!" I shouted.
"Go! Get out of here!" Tears ran down my cheeks. One of my best friends lets me go while he's taken prisoner. "We'll see each other again, I promise!" he said. I nodded and used my super-speed to go home. And that was the last time I saw them.
~Now~
My life is not normal. But I don't find that strange with parents who were superheroes. That is also the reason that as soon as my parents allowed me to, I left the house. Don't get me wrong, I liked being a superhero. But it demands a lot from you. And especially when Phoebe and I got our superhero cape. Then we had to protect Hiddenville from villains. But after a while, I wanted to be able to enjoy my life and do what I want. that's why I moved to Summer Cove. And that's where I am now, in the hall of the high school. I have to show the new student Sarah around. Just after I wake up from my daydream, I see a girl with a pink top and a hoverboard come in.
"Hey you must be Sarah." I said.
"Yes, I am. And you are?" Sarah asked.
"I'm Isabella Thunderman, but you can call me Bella. Nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you to."
"I'll help you first at this school. But tell about yourself first."
"I made this hovetboard myself and want to break the speed record with it."
"Cool. I invent all kinds of things myself and I have also improved my own motorcycle."
"I think we're going to be good friends."
"I think so too." I turned and looked in the trophy case. My eye caught a trophy with the name Dane Romero on it. I still miss them
"Doesn't it seem cool to you to have a trophy with your name on it in this trophy case?" I asked. before Sarah could answer, I saw Victor coming our way. "I just realized that I still have to put my guitar in my locker. I'll be right back." I said to Sarah. I quickly walked to my locker and put my guitar in it. I quickly looked in the direction where Sarah was standing and saw that Victor had taken her hoverboard. "Victor, that's not a good idea." I said as I walked back. He looked at me but just got on the hoverboard. He went outside on the hoverboard while Sarah and I chased him. After a while, he had ridden right through Preston's magic show and was wearing a dragon costume as result.
"Thanks a lot Victor you completely ruined my magic show "Preston said as Sarah came up to us and didn't look amused
"Your hoverboard needs serious tweaking " Victor said to Sarah
"Your brain is what needs to be adjusted and see what you did with this boy magic show." Sarah said
Victor laughed "oh please!"
and then Monty said "Trust me this would be the first time anyone has enjoyed one of his magic shows -" he was cut off by Victor he pushed him down to use him one step to get out of the dumpster he walked away followed by Monty
"I'm so sorry" Sarah said as Preston turned to us.
"It's okay but they're right no one will do it forget that trick soon "he said as we all laughed. "Is your hoverboard is okay?" He asked
"Yes, I built it so that it is as strong as a freight train and as fast." Sarah replied.
"Come Preston. We will help you clean up." I said.
"Thanks Isabella." He said.
We all walk to where the Preston magic show took place. "I'm Sarah, by the way, I'm new in town" Sarah introduced herself.
"I'm Preston" Preston introduced herself to Sarah.
"So how long have you been doing magic for " Sarah asked Preston
"Since I was 5, my parents took me to a magic show and this magician made this dragon bracelet appear on my wrist. "Preston explained and showed us the dragon bracelet that is there looked pretty cool then picked up a random card that was on the floor. "And ever since then i hope i will be the best magician one day" he made the card disappear and then reappeared "of all time."
"that's a nice goal" said Sarah, "mine is to set a speed record on my hoverboard"
"And mine is to find my best friends again. I haven't seen them since 10 years ago. "I said
"that's a nice goal, "Preston said. We were all interrupted by some pounding sound, we all looked up and saw some falling parts from the sky. That's not normal
"Woah" I murmured softly.
"What do you think it is?" Preston asked
"I don't know." Sarah said putting on her helmet and putting on her hoverboard. "But I'll find out."
"Are you crazy? It could be dangerous or radioactive." Preston said when gasping for breath. "Or maybe a UFO!" that just made Sarah laugh
That would be great." Sarah was about to leave when Preston stopped her.
"Wait , can you take a passenger?" He asked
"Everyone on board." Sarah said.
"How about a third?" I asked
"hop on." Sarah answered. I jumped behind Preston and held on tight and we started going to where the parts fell.
On our way to where the parts fell Preston spotted an unusual-looking thing in the woods and suddenly got Sarah to stop the hoverboard. "What's that over there? It looks like a guy in a costume." he said.
"It looks pretty real to me it might not be a guy in a costume." Sarah told us.
"I just hope it's not what I think it is." I muttered.
"Let's go check it out." Sarah said. We started to go there the strange-looking creature there was also a boy that the creature was about to hit, but before it could Sarah yelled "Hey ugly!" we all let out a scream as we rushed in and the hoverboard hit the creature and knocked it down as it made us fall off the hoverboard.
"See guys, I told you it wasn't a man in a suit" Sarah said.
"And what the hell is that." exclaimed Preston.
"I don't think it's from this world. And I think I know what it is." I told them when the boy from before he got next to me. He looks familiar.
"Wow you guys saved my skin. Thanks." he said.
"You're welcome but who are you and why is that thing attacking you?" Sarah asked as the boy looked at the prism.
"The Prism! I haven't seen it in 10 years! Where did you get that?" I asked as I knelt in front of it.
"How do you know what it is? The only ones who know what it is are me, my brother, my father anddd ..." The boy said
"Body?" I asked surprised as got up.
"Isabella?" He asked. I nodded as I wrapped my arm around his neck. He wrapped his around my waist. I buried my face in his shoulder.
"Please don't ever do that again. I thought I'd never see you again." I said as tears were running down my cheeks.
"Wait! You know each other?" Preston asked as I took my arms off Brody's neck.
"And what is that thing? And how does Bella know what it is?" Sarah asked.
"Those are great questions but they will have to wait" Brody started walking to where the prism was as I looked and saw that there were 7 ninja stars and 4 out of 7 of them glowed. Preston tapped Sarah's shoulder as she watched the star trend and we all followed Brody.
"Woah. What are those?" Sara asked as she and Preston knelt next to Brody and I.
"They are Ninja Power stars." Brody said, looking at the stars in the prism.
"Brody, they glow like the Nexus Star did 10 years ago, before your dad pulled it out." I pointed it out to him. Brody reached slowly in and produced the Red Ninja Power Star.
"I can not believe it." Brody said in awe, staring at the Ninja Star in his hand. Brody quickly got up and inspected the star. Sara, Preston and I all looked at each other before we all pulled out a Ninja Star. Sara took out the Pink Ninja Star, Preston took out the blue one, and I took out the silver one.
"Astonishing." Sara said as she looked at the star in her hand.
"How did I just do that?" Preston asked, looking at his star.
"It's impossible." Sarah said, still unable to believe what just happened.
"It's possible. 10 years ago exactly the same happened but with 1 star." I said. "I still remember that day. The prism crashed into Brody's backwards, Mr. Romero pulled out a star just like we did. He turned into some kind of ninja superhero." I said to Sarah and Preston.
"The monsters called him ... a power ranger." Brody said as we looked at Sara and Preston again.
"A power ranger?" Sarah asked, looking at us.
"Follow exactly what I'm doing, and maybe we'll just save our skin." Brody said to the three of us. "Come on!" Brody said as he ran back to Korvaka.
"Uhh?" Preston questioned him before running after Brody. I quickly followed him as Preston and Sara followed me.
"Grr! I'm back in the game." Korvaka said, finally getting up again. "Wait! That's the Ninja Power Stars from Galvanax!" Korvaka shouted, pointing to the four stars in our hands. "Give them back!" Korvaka screamed as Brody and I got into our fighting stance. I brought my hand back and so did Brody, and a four-pointed star thing appeared in our hand. Brody and I looked at each other as I grinned and nodded. Brody and I both put our Ninja Stars in the four-pointed star and got back to our fighting stance.
"Guys! Do what we just did." I said to Preston and Sarah
"Woah!" Sara exclaimed as the star formed in her hand.
"It's like magic!" Preston exclaimed, looking at the star.
"This should be interesting." Sara said as she and Preston put their Ninja Stars in the four-pointed star.
"Buckle your seat belts." Brody said to us, still facing Korvaka. Korvaka fired his sword at us as we stuck out the stars. I was surrounded in silver, Sara in pink, Preston in blue, and Brody in red. All four of us were surrounded by a bright white light when Korvaka stopped firing "They couldn't have survived that!" Korvaka said, looking at the white light. We got through the white light and were wearing these uniforms. Sara's was pink, Preston's was blue, Brody's was red, and mine was silver.
"Woah!" Sara said, looking at Preston
"See." Brody exclaimed, looking at his hand.
"It's a kind of mystical metamorphosis!" Preston said, crazy.
"I feel so powerful. As if I have the power of ten freight trains." Sarah said, raising her sword in the air.
"You're right. I can feel it in my veins. As if it's running through my blood." I said, looking at my sword.
"What!" Korvaka shouted, shocked to see us as power rangers.
"This is epic. We became Power Rangers!" Brody said in awe.
"Power Rangers? Doesn't matter. I will destroy you anyway!" Korvaka shouted as he approached us.
"Let's finish this." I screamed like Brody, Sarah, Preston, and I all charged at Korvaka, fighting him. I ducked under Korvaka's blade before slicing his body and knocking him back to Sarah. She attacked him and he growled in pain.
"Woah! I feel like a ninja star with this weapon!" Sarah said, looking at her new sword.
"Let's call them our Ninja Star Blades!" Preston said as he fought against Korvaka. Sara and I flashed in and attacked Korvaka from the front.
"Heads up foul breath!" Sara screamed as she hit him several times with her knife. Brody turned Korvaka over and started to fight him.
"Someone forgot to brush." Brody said, fighting off Korvaka. All four of us were in front of Korvaka.
"We can do this together." I said to the three others. "Guys, let's try our other weapons." I said as we all took out our Ninja Blasters. "Ninja Blasters! Sweet." I said while looking at them.
"Very cool!" Preston responded. "I'm getting out of here with those power stars!" Korvaka stumbled towards us. The four of us got into combat positions while aiming our blasters at him.
"Changed plans." Brody said.
"Ninja Blast!" We all shouted and quickly fired at Korvaka. Korvaka screamed as he fell and exploded.
"The show is over for that man." Brody said as Sarah and I cheered.
"Alright." Preston said, pushing Brody's shoulder lightly.
"Well done guys!" Sarah said, grabbing Brody by the arm.
"That was fun." I said, demorphing. The others too.
"I agree." Sarah said to me while we both chuckled.
"Master Brody, I'm back." RedBot said, with stones in his arms.
"Good. Let's hide the Nexus prism." Brody said as the four of us walked to the Prisma where we buried it in rocks.
"Here are extra Rocks." RedBot said, dropping the rocks. "Do you need more?" RedBot asked Brody.
"This should be enough." I said while Brody, Sara and I were covering the prism.
"I'm looking for Mick again." RedBot said as he walked away.
"These rocks will hide the prism until I can go back and move it." Brody said, still burying the prism.
"So 10 years ago your dad had the Ninja Steel in his workshop, and now these monsters are after it?" Preston asked, still shocked.
"That's right, but I plan to get it first." Brody told him.
"My scanners still don't show anything." RedBot told us. "We just have to hope Mick is okay." Brody said.
"No one will find the Prism here." I said, setting up the last stone. Sara, Brody and I got up and walked to RedBot and Preston.
"So what now?" Sara asked.
"Thanks again for your help, but RedBot and I have to go." Brody told us.
"What?" Sara whispered to Preston and I.
"What are you going to do the next time you meet one of those monsters?" Preston asked, pointing to where we had destroyed Korvaka.
"Well, I think ..." Brody said, but I interrupted.
"You're not going alone. I just found you after 10 years! I'm not leaving you now. I did that 10 years ago against my will. And I won't do that again." I said. I saw that he wanted to argue with me but I was ahead of him. "Don't you dare say you're doing it for my safety. It doesn't matter if I stay here or if I go with you I will run into monsters anyway. Because of this." I said while showing my power star. "We are power rangers and we are a team." I added
"I'm with Bella." Preston said, pointing to me. "We're Power Rangers now, aren't we?" Preston asked Brody. "It looks like the world may depend on us." Preston told us.
"Yeah, so let's beat these creeps. Together. " Sarah told us all.
"Together." Preston and I said, looking at Brody.
"Together." Brody said, putting his hand on RedBot's shoulder.
"Together." RedBot said, raising his arms and putting them back down.
"Ok, where do we go first?" Sarah asked.
"Easy. To my old house. " Brody told us.
"That's where Ninja Steel is." I said.
"I can't wait to see my brother Aiden again." Brody said.
"And I can't wait either." I said while Brody and I smiled at each other. Then we heard a rumbling. We saw the Nexus Prism shake under the rocks.
"What the?" Sarah asked as it burst from the rock pile.
"Is it magic or is it alive?" Preston asked us as we watched it, spinning for us.
"I'd say it's both." Sara said, putting her arm in front of Preston. "Woah!" Sara screamed as the Prism shot past us and shot into the air.
"Where did it go?" Preston asked, taking a few steps forwards in the location the Prism shot off towards.
"I don't know." I said to Preston as I looked at the sky. "but there are still 3 ninja power stars inside of it." I said. the four of us looked at each other then back to the sky.
