Knuckles turns away. "When we're out on the battlefield, Sonic, you know I trust you with my life…" He glares back up at you, "But when it comes to matters of the heart, I trust you about as far as I can throw you."
You grin. "You must really trust me then!"
The echidna grimaces. "You know what I mean!" He huffs and turns away again. You look forward and continue on, side by side.

You glance over at your friend, who is also looking at you a bit.
"… I'll keep that in mind."
You smile, nod, and continue on back to the bunker.
