Deep within the jungles of India, Lara Croft was heading towards an old temple she had heard rumors of an ancient idol that could be worth something. As of right now, she was close to the ruins, and was seeing some remains of it. Based on what she and Alister had found, the idol was made by an ancient race who worshiped snakes with special powers, and even offered themselves as mates, but she didn't believe that part, and figured that the people were just eaten by the snakes if anything. However, she was about to learn that she was wrong.

Close to the temple, was a large, 35 ft long Python. He was the last of his kind, the snakes that were worshiped by man. He has powers, that allowed him to hypnotize his prey, and even speak any tongue of humans or animal. He ruled this part of the jungle, but it was rather lonely. See, his family was killed by poachers who wanted their skins to sell off. He was still just a newborn, and they didn't even notice him. So, he used his wits to continue, and keep on doing what his ancestors had done for hundreds of years before him: protect the temple, and the idol within.
