Without any words, Robert followed him to the room where his wife and daughter were hiding.

"Then I find that thing chained outside." his brother's voice became low and Stannis couldn't help but straighten himself as he matched Robert's size.
"Then I find you in here, with a bastard that has another one of those things." Roberts growled as he spoke.
Stannis couldn't help but make a fist, but he stopped himself from punching his brother, to think that Robert would accuse him of plotting behind his back.
His brother may not have said it, but the tone of his voice said more than any words ever could.
"My wife and your nice came here so that they didn't have to camp for the night, and I came here after finding out where they were." Stannis says to his brother.

"What do you know about them?" Robert asks him.
"I just got here." he answers his brother.
"I wasn't asking you." Robert says to him, before looking past him.
"The women most of them know how to use weapons and are well trained, even the ones that look after the orphans,"
Selyse answers his brother but her voice is shaking and every word she spoke was slow. It was clear to Stannis that his wife was afraid of saying the wrong thing.
"What about those things?" Robert asks her.
"Mo-most are bi-bigger versions of the animals we know but some are dangerous."
"I don't- don't know how but they told us not to get close to them." Selyseanswers his brother.
"What else?" Robert asks her but Selyse shakes her head as she tries to tell him that she doesn't know anymore.
The sound of Robert's boot crushing a roach that was walking next to it made him unconsciously walk between his brother and Selyse. He knew that Robert wouldn't hurt his wife, but he still made sure that his brother could only see him.
Again Robert stood over him, but this time he smiled arrogantly.
"Find a room and send someone for my wife and the imp!" his brother ordered his men before turning and exiting the room.
