Logan's Mindscape

Logan POV

I wasn't expecting to get blasted to my mindscape, but thats where I found myself. So as I lay on the floor with my eyes closed, the events leading up to my current position on the ground returned to me. The embarrassed look on Alfia's face will make a great memory.

"I agree with you Logan, you will definitely be able to sell it for good money." Opening up my eyes to look up, Evie walks into my view. I quickly spring up to greet her, she wrapped her arms around me in a big hug.

I waste no time and wrap my arms around her as well. Her breath tickled my neck as I hug her close. After what felt like years but in reality was only a moment or two, we separated from each other.

Speaking first, I said "It's good to see you again Evie. I know why I blacked out, but I wasn't expecting to have a meeting with you. Is something wrong?"

Evie had this look on her face, and in the short amount of time I knew her, I could tell there was bad news coming.

With tears in her eyes, she whispers "There has been a change of plans. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will not be able to join you for the foreseeable future."

...I feel...sad. It feels like a slap to the face.

...

...

Not knowing how to really respond, I ask "What changed? The last time I was here, we had plans to be together, go adventuring, see all the world had to offer." I reach out and caress her face. "How did this happen Evie?"

Tears now flowing down her face, she explained, saying "There have been issues that have caused the Angels ranks to be thinned out."

Staring into my eyes, she continued "Apparently, about a quarter of the Angels were colluding to wreck certain timelines, thus causing the Council to eliminate them."

Evie's breathing started to hitch. "With the drop in workforce, the Council asked me to help with everything until they catch up and bring in new angels."

That doesn't sound so bad, so I think ask "How long until they catch up? There is still a chance..." As I said this, I notice her expression become more sullen. "Judging from your expression, that's a no go, huh?"

Sadly nodding her head, she responds "Unfortunately, with the purge of Angels, I've been asked to take over the task of fixing everything. I'm sorry Logan. I don't know when we will be able to adventure together."

Understandably, I'm upset. We had made plans and had approval from the Council. It doesn't mean I don't understand why, it just sucks.

As I was about to voice my displeasure, I notice that Evie was truly distraught over it. So I do the right thing. So I reach out and took hold her hand. She snapped out of her funk once she noticed I was holding her hand.

With a questioning look on her face, I explained "I may not like it, but I can understand why. The Council must have a great deal of faith in you, allowing you to fix the mistakes."

I use my thumb to rub circles on the back of her hand. The emotion strong in my voice. "Eventually, you will be able to join me. When that happens, we will have many adventures to make up for it."

Letting go of her hand, I trail my hand up her arm. Evie shivers slightly as my fingertips trail up her arm towards her face. As I cup her cheek, I repeat what I did with her hand. I use my thumb to caress her lips, taking great care to show my affection for her.

"Just promise me that you will stay in touch, we can tell each other about our adventures. Me with the dungeon, and you with the battlefield of politics and rebellion." She looks unsure still so I continue. "We will have the chance to adventure, in this world or the next. It will happen."

With that declaration, she finally calmed down. Evie kissed my cheek and looked like a mountain was taken off her shoulders.

"Thank you Logan, your words give me the strength to be able to continue on." I stroked her hair, still intent on calming her down. So I said "You are strong, you will be the best that you can be. I will be here, in the background, giving you all the support you need. I'm sure Chaos would agree."

"That I do, young Logan." Goddamn it, he definitely got me as I jumped in the air. I may or may not have screamed.

After I get my breathing under control, Chaos continued to speak to me Evie. "Like I said earlier to you Evie, this is not a punishment. This a promotion to senior management essentially."

Chaos waves his hand around, saying "Being promoted has perks you know. When everything is done, you get longer vacation time." He winks at her in a conspiratorial manner. Evie understood and perked up more at that.

"Which brings us to you Logan. Before the whole incident with our Angels, the Council had come to an agreement to your request." I looked baffled at this, what request did I make?

Chaos chuckled at the look on my face. "You don't remember? You asked Evie about an assistant from another world?" I had to think back a second, since it was months ago to me.

Suddenly it hit me, it what I asked Evie for my fifth perk. Honestly, the other four had been enough up to now. I've been having the time of my life... or so I thought. Looking back I realize that I don't really have enough time for personal pursuits or projects.

So maybe me forgetting this until now is a good thing. With that thought in mind, I ask "What's the verdict?" Chaos snaps his fingers and a table and three chairs appear. He gestured to the chairs opposite him, and Evie and me sat in them.

As Chaos sits in his seat, he said "We had originally decided to grant your request, then with the incident happening, the Council decided to allow for two requests. Sort of a make up prize for the, if you excuse the expression, giant fuck up that happened."

I thought it a long shot to get the fifth request approved. Hell, I even thought it to be impossible. Whoever tells you that luck is not important in the world, they need to be examined intensively. Sure it's bad luck the Evie can't join me immediately, but I get two people out of it to help me.

When I made the request for an assistant, I expected it to be denied so I never gave thought to who I should pick. However after working and adventuring for the last six months, I need help running the shop.

With that in mind, I also need a pure wizard/mage type for the dungeon. Short of me teaming up with Riveria, which is not a bad idea, I really need a healer and mid ranged attacker. I mean, I could do it, but I'm no wizard.

With Get Creative, I could do it. However I still feel like I'm abusing this skill. I want to try and do things with a group and not just spam my way through.

The goal is for Orario and it's adventurers to be able to stand on their own when I'm gone. If I can help it, this will be the strongest city on this planet.

So with my choices made, have my undivided attention to Chaos and said "I'm ready with my choices." Chaos leans in and gave a continue motion with his hand.

I cleared my throat and began, saying "For my assistant, I chose Momo Yaoyorozu from MHA. She can create any item I may need. Also I can add skills to her, allowing her to work the shop."

I take a drink of water from the glass that appeared in front of me. After I finished off the glass, I continued "The second choice is harder to pick. I wasn't expecting it so I'm not as prepared. However, my party dynamic in the dungeon says I need a mage/wizard type with a focus on healing and mid range damage."

I focus on Chaos and give him a questioning look. "I have plans on asking Alfia and Riveria on joining my party. So that will resolve that. So if you were me, who would you recommend?"

At this, the primordial being actually looked shocked. Even if it was a brief look, it was there. He looked at me and said "Are you sure you want me to recommend someone? This is your party, and it would be better if you picked."

Shaking my head, I gesture to Evie. "If you can pick someone as wonderful as Evie, I trust your judgement." Evie, soon after hearing my words, went teary eyed and gave me a grateful smile.

Chaos also looked mollified and said "Very well. Give me a second to browse who is available for selection."

Since he's communicating with other Council members, I turn to Evie and ask, "Are you ok with this? I never asked you if you were honestly ok with me having what amounts to a harem in this world."

Evie gave me one of the female race's most popular looks. The one that makes all men feel completely stupid. As she fixes me with this look, like I said, makes me feel extremely stupid.

So as I feel my IQ slip, she says to me "Logan, if I honestly didn't like the idea, would I attempt to have an adventure and relationship with you? I swear, you are sometimes one of the dumbest smart people I know."

Placing a finger in my chest, she continues "You may have a harem, but I will always be with you in this life and the next."

As the metaphorical arrows stab me, she laughs at my facial expressions. Her laughter doubled as I felt myself pout. It was worth it though, Evie really has a beautiful smile and I couldn't be more grateful that she is my Angel of Death.

She gains a sad look though. "It isn't all happy though, when you die here, you cannot return." At the look on my face she quickly continues "When your time is done in this world, a copy of your soul will remain in this world so that your loved ones will be with you in the afterlife."

My emotions are all over the place but I pull it all together and compose myself. It's a very distressing thought that I won't be allowed back.

So I ask the one dreaded question I needed to ask. "Does that mean that none of the women I get with will follow me to the next world? Please tell me that they can follow me... I don't think my heart could bear it."

The look on her face was the final nail in the coffin. "However, there is no reason why 'Get Creative' can't make a skill to allow it." My feeling of disbelief must have shown on my face, cause Evie started laughing at me again.

Like I said before, I don't mind that she laughs at me. We must take joy in life whenever we can get it.

As I chewed on that idea, Chaos finished his conversation with the Council.

He resumed his seat and began by saying "Thank you for the show of trust in me and the Council. I can't tell you how much it means to us. That being said, if you plan on including Alfia and Riveria, then you need mid range that can double as tanks."

He snaps his fingers and a piece of parchment appears in his hand. "Here is a list of five of the best candidates that have no home. If you want to look it over, take your time."

I take the list and start going over it, Evie over my shoulder as I peruse the list. Well for starters, the names on this list are some of the more recognizable names in anime.

Starting off the list is Esdeath from Akame ga Kill! Next is Rossweisse, from High School DxD. Following that is Mirajane Strauss from Fairy Tail. This list gets better and better, after these three, the next choice is Ororo Monroe aka Storm from X-Men. Finally, the last choice was Starfire from Teen Titans.

I'm just in shock that there are so many good choices. Since this isn't the right kinda world for Esdeath, I eliminated that choice. If I'm honest, the two best choices for me are Rossweise and Starfire.

This is too tough of a choice to make, so I ask Chaos, "Can I have some time to think it through?"

With a nod of his head, he goes "Sure Logan, take some time to come to a decision but not too long. Whoever you don't pick is going to be recycled into the system. We don't want to keep them waiting too long."

When said like that, it makes total sense. Suddenly the room starts to get lighter, "Take to heart Logan, we have done wonderful things for you. You are allowed to live your life the way you want it. Just remember that you must stop the dragon. If you need guidance, remember, Evie will help you to an extent."

Evie gives me one last hug. "Be safe, my love." With that said the room becomes blindingly bright and I know no more.

Orario

Logan POV

Ughhh... my head hurts. As I open my eyes and come back to the land of the living, I realize I'm wearing a blindfold. Suddenly I get reminded of the previous events that brought me into unconsciousness.

Who knew that Alfia had a kink? I hear movement around me so I say "Alfia, I hope you have a good reason for doing this. I'd hate to involve my goddess to seek compensation."

As I wait for her response, I hear another voice go "Maybe you should let him go, 'Fia. All I know is that you brought a bound and unconscious man into our home, with no explanation as to why?" This was a new voice, it was definitely female.

This has interesting implications. Why would I be blindfolded and brought somewhere I don't know? Unless it's to be a secret, which means I'm meeting someone.

"Not yet Meteria, I want you to hear what he has to say." Suddenly, the blindfold is taken off. As I blink away the sudden brightness. As I take in the surroundings I realize something. It's familiar, cause I've seen this place before.

It's the church cellar that Bell and Hestia live in the anime. We're in the abandoned church and it's iconic to be here. However it pales in comparison to the lady sitting on the bed.

Hair white as snow, with eyes an enchantingly vibrant blue. There sat Bell's mom, Meteria. Like the anime and LN say, very beautiful but deathly sick. I can see, even from here, that she has an illness. While it's plain to see, it's also plain to see that she is full of life.

She has an ethereal feeling around her. As I stare at Meteria, I use Eyes of Asclepius and what I see in the description of Meteria is shocking.

To confirm it's the same as Alfia's illness, I use the eyes on her. They are both the same illness.

Curse of the Titans

A grievous curse that plagues the magic pathways. This curse is passed down by blood line. The cause of this curse is from a Titan, the predecessors to the Gods, and is inflicted on those who stood against them when the Gods took power. This curse is classified as a Class Five curse and requires a powerful curse breaker spell. The likes of which hasn't been seen since the Titans.

...

...

...

Alfia gave me a look of concern when I didn't respond for a few minutes. She came over to me and asked "What's wrong? Were you able to identify the cause of our illness?"

Without looking at her, i ignored her question to ask my question. "Alfia and Meteria, this is a serious question. I need an answer no matter how difficult or hurtful it may seem."

Meteria responded right away with a "Sure, if I can, I will." Alfia gave me a withering stare and held my gaze for a moment or two. In the end, I heard "Ok."

No use tiptoeing around it, "Do you have other family that has been affected by this curse?

I had to duck quickly as a spell blast almost collided with my head. Damn, Alfia's quick cast is no joke. As I prepare to dodge again, Meteria screamed at Alfia "STOP this abhorrent behavior NOW 'Fia. He's trying to help."

The magic in the room dissipated as we here coughing from Meteria. Like a flash, Alfia is there with a potion to give her sister.

As I watch this all unfold, I see the curse work through the Eyes, and it is downright nasty. I'm going to have my work cut out for me.

I give a slight cough to get the sisters attention. "The reason I ask is after examining the curse, this is a serious problem. The curse is ranked XXXXX, and is called The Curse of the Titans. What makes it deadly is the fact that it's a bloodline curse and it kills by destroying your magic pathways."

At this, Alfia looks completely distraught. Meteria has a look on her face that no one should have, especially one so young.

Meteria is the next person to speak. "Our parents abandoned us after they found out they were going to die. They abandoned us to die instead of taking us to an orphanage, saying that we will die soon anyway. It makes no sense to burden other people with you."

She coughs a bit, but continues "Due to the curse, I was mostly bed bound, big sis took care of me. Even though the illness hit her harder due to her magic potential."

I give her a cup of water which she accepted and took a sip. After she put the cup down she finished off by saying "We lived on our own here for two years before my sister had enough and went to confront Hera. Neither Hera nor big will tell exactly what happened, but next thing I know, we were living under the protection of the Hera Familia."

The weight of what she said hit me hard. I just can't believe that there are people out there that would abandoned their kids to die. I may never of had kids, but all life is sacred. Especially the children.

Both sisters look ready to close off, so I need to stop that. "So Alfia, as agreed, I will be using my skills to help you. After hearing your story,I can promise you that I will devote my time to breaking this."

Meteria was the first to look at me, and as I watched her face go from sullen to joyful, I can see why Bell became the person he was. It was due to this woman in front of me.

Without warning, she swung her legs over the side of the bed. Immediately I reached out to stabilize her so she didn't fall. She placed her hand on my wrist and said "Can you lean down here for a moment?"

Not actually thinking about it, I leaned down and found myself wrapped in a hug. Now she wasn't a strong individual, being sick all her life, however in that hug I felt the warmth and strength one would expect from someone of a level six.

After a moment, I felt a wet sensation on my face right before the hug broke up. Noticing Meteria's face after she settled back in, i figured that this was the first time she kissed someone other than family.

However, a loud yell broke the air. "HOW dare you do that to my sister? You're taking advantage of her! I'll kill you!"

At that moment, I had to start evading blasts of magic directed at me. I will admit that she almost got me a few times. While I doubt it would kill me, it would sting a lot.

Thankfully, I wasn't dodging forever. Meteria came to my rescue. "Alfia, enough of this nonsense. Am I not allowed to show appreciation to the man who will be helping us?"

Slinging another round of mana at me, Alfia said to her sister "He touched you, he must suffer."

Meteria just slapped her hand to her forehead. "You cannot do this every time someone touches me big sis. Especially if he is going to be healing me and you. He will have to touch you too."

At this point, my survival instinct kicked into high gear. So I interrupted the sisters. "So I want to test out a theory of mine." Reaching into my item box, I pull out my tattoo gun and an amulet.

After turning back to the sisters, I show them both items. "In my hands, I have my tattoo gun. In the other, I hold an amulet. Now, I could perform a simple action such as putting the amulet on one of you." I shake the amulet drawing the eyes of Alfia.

I then wave the tattoo gun, drawing Meteria's eyes. "Is a permanent solution until another can be found, depending on the experiment."

That did it as both sets of eyes fixated on me. I cleared my throat and continued. "So first things first, Meteria, would you like to assist??" She jumped a little, being singled out like that. She took it in good grace and said "Yes, how can I help?"

Walking over towards her, I unclasp the amulet. "Very simple, this amulet has been enchanted to cure and alleviate curses up to Class XXX. This item alone runs several million Valis, however, I'm willing to sacrifice it to help the cause. It this case, you and your sister's health."

As I stand directly in front of her, dangling the amulet, I continued. "The experiment is when I put this on your neck, will it help with your symptoms and take pressure off your body?"

Turning my head to Alfia, I said to her "It helps to determine if enchantment or runes will help. I have a temporary rune to try with ink to see if that works."

I suddenly decided to do something to bring amusement to the room. (In the future, when I look back on this moment, it will be considered one of my best moments.)

Adopting a smirk on my face, I said to Alfia "I'll explain more to you later, but simply put, can I place this ridiculously expensive amulet on your pretty sister's neck?" Immediately I remembered why she was a feared member of Hera familia as a right hook slammed into my face.

'POW'

As I absorb the punch, I noticed two things. One, Meteria's face exploded into an atomic red blush, which made her look so cute. Second, was that Alfia's face showed three emotions on in.

The first was angry that I hit on her sister. The other two shocked me a bit but they were conflicting with each other. Jealousy and sadness. If I'm being honest, it confused me as well.

So to test it,after rubbing my jaw, I said to 'Fia "Don't worry, you're very pretty as well. I promise to give you some jewelry as well." 'Smack'

There, quick as a flash, but there it was. She flashed a little happy smile before hiding it. She was sad and jealous that her sister was either getting a compliment,or jewelry, or both.

With this interesting twist, I rubbed my stinging off my face and focused on Meteria again. "May I, my lady?" After getting her blush mostly under control, she nodded her head in affirmation.

I move to stand behind her, I ask "Could you move your hair please?" She moved her hair and then I proceeded to put the amulet on her. After a moment of activating the enchantment, I closed the circuit by clasping the necklace close.

Almost immediately, the amulet began glowing a bright bluish silver. "Logan? It's starting to get hot." I examine the flow of curse magic into the amulet. "That is the curse being absorbed into the amulet. That means it's working. Just bear with it Mettie."

She gave me a cute look after I said the nickname I came up with. She then nodded and steeled herself as the enchantment began to work. After a moment, the glowing around the amulet died down.

The color of the amulet was different now. It went from gold to an extremely violent looking red. Just looking at this made my eyes sting. After peeling my eyes off the offending piece of jewelry, I ask Mettie the all important question.

"How do you feel? Is there a difference now compared to earlier?" I take this time to get out my notebook to write this down. Writing in the details of how the enchantment reacted, the intensity of the reaction and glow. How the patient reacted to the encounter, basic stuff like that.

As I wrote the information down, Meteria was still very quiet and wasn't moving a muscle. Of course, this had Alfia worried and had her asking her sister "So little sis, how do you feel? Don't leave me in suspense, did it work?"

Tears surged down her face as she stared at the amulet. Just as she was ready to snatch it off Meteria's chest, Meteria suddenly turned and engulfed me in a bear hug.

I felt my chest get wet as the tears soaked my shirt. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!!. The pain has subsided and I can move and breathe freely for the first time in years. Thank you!!!"

Shocked silence met her loud exclamation. I'm staring in shock at the top of her head, then look at 'Fia. When I see an identical shocked look staring back at me, I watch her face morph into something that can't be described other than relief and happiness.

As Meteria lets go of me to hold her sister, I can say I already miss the feeling of her in my arms. I start jotting more notes in the book as I use Eyes of Asclepius on Mettie once again, with more focus on the equipment and curse.

Honestly what I see stuns me.

Amulet of The Western Sun

An amulet that was made in secret by a Goddess to cure her lover of a curse place by her husband. Blessed by another Goddess of Healing, this amulet will cure curses up to Class XXX. Due to the power placed in itfrom its enchantments, it can also downgrade higher curses. Note that it won't cure the higher curses, only alleviate the symptoms.

(Currently combating a Class XXXXX curse)

Curse of the Titans XXXXX

A grievous curse that plagues the magic pathways. This curse is passed down by blood line. The cause of this curse is from a Titan, the predecessors to the Gods, and is inflicted on those who stood against them when the Gods took power. This curse is classified as a Class Five curse and requires a powerful curse breaker spell. The likes of which hasn't been seen since the Titans

This curse has been weaken due to enchanted item -Amulet of the Western Sun-. Currently the ranking is now XX. So long as the enchantment remains in effect, the curse is weakened.

HOOOLLLLYY SHIT!!!!!!

It worked. It actually worked... Well, somewhat. I'm still going to find a cure, but if I can help stall it, I will.

I still can't believe that amulet I made actually worked. The runes are a success and my metalworking is holding steady. They are ready for marketing. Now it's just figuring out the next step.

That can wait for now, as the sisters broke apart from their embrace. Alfia gives me an almost unreadable expression, before she talks to me.

"Did it work? Is my sister going to be ok?" The almost desperate look on her face that grew with each word started to get to me. I held up my hand to stop her relentless attack, and after she calmed down, I explained the situation.

"It's not a perfect fix, unfortunately the curse is very powerful. The amulet was able to knock the curse down a couple of pegs to make it bearable. I will still need to work out how to cure it and try new runic clusters."

I take a swig of water, and steady my thought process before continuing . "For the most part, Meteria will be able to do things she normally couldn't do before. Just keep in mind that she isn't fully healed."

I reach into my item bag again and pull out the rest of my tattoo equipment. As I set up, I speak to Alfia "It's your turn, come sit in the chair and I'll set you up with your runes." The sudden change from happy face to uneasy that she demonstrated was kinda comical.

"We don't have to do that now Logan, I would want to..." Whatever else she was saying didn't matter as her sister gave her a scary look that had Alfia complying with my request.

She sat in the proffered seat, and I handed her the tattoo book. She looked at the pages as I explained "For this type of rune, I would recommend one on your upper chest area, your arms or your upper back. The chest would work best, followed by the back."

I disinfect the gun and needles for a bit before continuing "The reason for that order is it's closer to your heart, the central focus of your magic pathways. I recommend the full chest tattoo and I could make it into a Hera motif. The rune will be prominent but Hera's regalia will be center stage."

I showed her the design and she looked happy about it. I asked why the time was so I could give an estimate. When she responded that it was 2pm, I said "It will take two hours, I won't add color for now. I can always add it later. Do you have any allergies I need to know?"

"No, surprisingly I don't. Just get it done so I can be done." She must be getting overstimulated, so not wanting to aggravate her more I get started. " I'm going to need you to expose your chest Alfia. Don't give me that look, you knew I was gonna say it."

Muttering under her breath, she turn away from me and stripped off her top. I wish I could say I was immune, but I wasn't. It was a damn fine sight. However I am a professional, "I have these covers for your nipples if you don't want to expose them."

She looked over her shoulder at me and gave me one off those 'Your stupid' looks. "You're going to be seeing almost every inch of me anyway, why cover up?"

...reboot in progress...

...

...

Well ok then, I shrug my shoulders and say "Let's continue then. I'm going to disinfect the area so it may be a little cold." I start using the spray on her chest area. From her expression, it was cold, however Alfia felt the need to be a brave one.

After setting up my station, I noticed that Mettie had moved closer to the end of the bed to watch. I say out loud "If you want one, I'd be more than happy to give you a tat." She blushed, but said "Maybe later." Chuckling softly, i place the trace on her chest.

Firmly pressing the trace on her chest, and after waiting a moment, I peeled the trace off of her skin. Inspecting the trace showed it was laid perfectly. Getting Alfia's attention, I grab the gun and get ready.

Pausing before I touched her skin, I stare Alfia dead in her eyes. "No matter what, I want you to know that you and your sister have been very brave dealing with this illness. Allow me to help you shoulder your burden."

Tears showed in her eyes, "Ok Logan." Her answer helped me begin as I pierced her flesh.

"AAAAHHH." That reaction always gets me. I tell her "Sorry" and continue my work.

Some Time Later...

As I finished shading the last few spots, I grabbed the healing salve and put a healthy dose on. I pause before I rubbed it on her breasts. "I apologize but I have to put the salve on. Only issue with this salve is that it tingles in a good way. I wouldn't use it, but it's the best one I have."

It's of note that Alfia is panting slightly and is red faced. Hmmm, interesting. Alfia is a masochist, who would have thought that?

Still panting, she looks at me and says, "Go ahead, I trust you." With her permission, I started using my level four dexterity to its full potential.

Starting from the base of her throat, gently rubbing the salve on her upper chest. As I proceed, I watch the healing salve heal the tattoo all the way. Slowly, I rub down her sternum, following the runes as they circle her breasts.

Alfia moans mildly as this is going on. Meteria, who I lost track of while working, is standing there in awe of the artwork put on display. At this point, it's safe to say that the sisters trust me with their lives. The trust they've shown me in one day is amazing.

Almost done, just got to do one more thing. I place the last of the salve on my hands, I say to Fia "Last part, also the more intense part. Bear with me." I gently cup her breasts, eliciting a wonderfully delightful moan from Alfia. I make sure to cover all the runes.

After about thirty seconds, the tattoo is completely healed and sure enough, goes right to work in a blinding light. Alfia, meanwhile is going through several intense emotions one after the other. This is all for her benefit though, so she must endure.

The light died down after a couple of seconds, revealing the tattoo was glowing slightly. A little side effect to show the rune was working. After making sure it was all in proper order, i turned around to start cleaning up my equipment and sanitizing it.

Once it was all done, i started to turn back around. I start telling Alfia "All done now, you can get dressed..." but stop my talking due to her being in my face. It's due to my battle reflexes I don't flinch.

I'm also finding it very hard to not look down at her chest. Hey, what can I say about teenage hormones that I haven't said already. However there is no problem staring at her face due to the expression on her face. It is one of happiness, relief, and ecstasy.

"Logan, you deserve a reward for fulfilling your end of the bargain. You said you can cure us, and you have done something even our God and the God of Healing couldn't do. You have given Meteria and I hope."

She straddles me and wraps her arms around my neck. She whispers into my ear. "Anything you want, it's yours. Anything at all, hell, say the word and I'll fuck your brains out." So upon hearing this, I'm not ashamed to admit I blushed atomic red.

It's a reasonable reaction, I have arguably the hottest girl in Danmachi in my lap without a shirt on. I also couldn't help my reaction due to blood flow. Alfia definitely could tell, and based on her face, hopefully she likes it.

Before the situation spirals out of control, I said "I cannot tell you how hard it is to not accept that offer." She leans in and kisses me. My brain almost froze but after a minute of making out, I gently pushed her back.

"It is a very difficult thing, refusing you. I would like it if you truly wanted to do it and not a sense of owing me." She is looking at me like I grew a second head. "Also, your sister is right behind you."

At that proclamation, her expression changed to shock and she turned around. Meteria was staring at Alfia hard. Like 'bad sister' stare. She jumped out of my lap like she was scalded. I took that chance to readjust my pants.

After watching Alfia get scolded, which was entertaining, o stopped it by speaking out loud. "Ladies it is time for me to head home for the evening. A few things before I leave."

I face Alfia and say "I definitely appreciate you for what you just did, I am a hetero male. However, I want you to actually want to be with me, for me. Not because you feel you owe me."

I wrap a blanket around her body. After securing it, I place a hand on her face. "If later on, you want to give me your all because you actually want to, I will gladly accept." Her face is mostly unreadable, but I can see that she wasn't ready and was glad I stopped her.

"The only thing I would need from you at this time is I need a magic user in the dungeon. I would like you to consider joining Tsubaki, Shakti and me on our adventures. Think about it and get back to me."

Turning towards Meteria, I said "Take it easy on your sister, she literally trusted the word of a man she never met to try and save you. Luckily she picked right. I'm not the kinda guy to take advantage of desperate people."

I pack up my things and was ready to depart. "It was an experience, but I would recommend seeing a healer to come up with a rehab plan for you Mettie. You have years of walking and exercise to catch up on."

I place my things in storage and stretch. Walking over to the sisters, I give them both a hug, a hug that gave them comfort and encouragement to keep going forward. After a few moments we broke apart. "Goodbye ladies, I'll see you later."

With that said, I walked up the stairs of the church and came into the main area. Looking around, it must of been a beautiful place at one point. I noticed that the light coming in the windows was darkening, telling me that I was super late and need to go.

A final glance around, knowing that I'll be back, I walked out the door and headed back to my home and my Goddess. Who will probably kill me for being late.

...terrific.

And that's a wrap. Heeeeeyy everyone, it's been a while? Yeah I'm sorry. Last couple of months life has been kicking ass and taking names. I won't go into too much detail but hopefully will be able to update at least once a month. Just for temporary reasons but I hope to change it soon.

I decided to bring in Momo for obvious reasons. First and foremost was the quirk. Second is, well it's Momo, no real explanation needed. When I start writing for her, she will be sorta similar to the regular version of her. In mine though, she will be more confident and self assured.

I do plan on bringing guys in as Logan's friend base. While being around beautiful women is great and all, he will still need some bro time. I'm thinking maybe Zald, Gareth and Finn for now. Later on probably will include Ottar. Input is accepted.

I'm going to answer a few reviews, soo let's get to it.

To Guest and moose3333, after going back and re reading the chapters, you're right. So I redid them all to an extent to try not to sound cringe. If it still sounds cringey, just point it out. Like I said before, I'm still new to actually writing a story so bear with me.

Also to Guest, I'm altering the ages a bit for Alfia, Meteria, Tsubaki and Shakti. They will be 15-16 yrs old at the current time.

To Lou2003us, I upgraded the Eyes and used it in this chapter.

So to clarify, Alfia, Meteria, Tsubaki, and Shakti are the same age as the protagonist which is 16yrs old. These four, along with Hephaistos, make up a good part of the harem. Now as for right now, Evie will not be appearing as an actual every chapter kinda person until the events of the OEBD.

I have an idea on how to go with this, however, like all stories, is subject to change. It wasn't easy but I want to give the Danmachi girls some shine time. I haven't given up on Evie, instead it will be a build up to her. If not this story, the next.

As for the choice from the list of five, I'm willing to listen to ideas. Either way will work.
