RAW is WAR: 16/8/1999

RAW is WAR was live at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. RAW returned from a commercial break after the Road Dogg vs Al Snow match.

OOOOOOOOWWWWHHHHOOOOOOO!

The wolf howl went off to a mixed reaction as Undertaker's Slow Ministry theme plays. When the beat drops, pyro explodes on the stage and out comes the Brothers of Destruction with Paul Bearer escorting them. Bladewolf had the WWF Championship around his waist.

The Brothers of Destruction make their way to the ring and climb onto the ring apron before stepping in. Undertaker grabs a microphone and his theme dies down as he stands with his brothers and Paul Bearer.

"Playtime's over. Sit down and shut up." Undertaker said to the fans, who booed. "Later on tonight, there's gonna be a match for the Tag Team titles between the Acolytes and X-Pac and Big Show, whatever, whatever, it's not important. The fact of the matter is that this Sunday at SummerSlam the winner of the match will come face to face with Kane and myself. And we will claim those titles and have the long plan come full circle. You see, this plan was concocted months ago by Bladewolf when he came to Kane and I. You all think Bladewolf can't speak, well he can, he just chooses not to. He only speaks to us because no one else is worth hearing his words. Actions speak louder than words. Now, Bladewolf came to Kane and I and a plan was hatched. A plan that would see us take over the World Wrestling Federation, but we all had to play our parts. I brought my Ministry of Darkness and went to war with Vince McMahon. The Corporate Ministry, the match between Bladewolf and I at King of the Ring, him and Kane going for the Tag Team titles, it was all part of the plan. We had to make sure nobody suspected us of being united again. Despite our past differences, our bond is forged from our desire to hurt others and our desire to battle each other. Now Bladewolf is the WWF Champion again, and we finish the plan by taking the WWF Tag Team Titles this Sunday and nobody is going to stop us. The fact of the matter is this; What used to be known as SummerSlam will now be known as Armageddon, and whoever shows up...will be hurt."

Suddenly, Chris Jericho's theme plays, gaining the attention of the Brothers of Destruction as Jericho appears on the stage, having debuted in the WWF last week on RAW while interrupting the Rock.

"Welcome to RAW is JERICHO!" Jericho proclaimed. "And this is exactly what I was talking about last week. You three giant slugs have been out here for what, three, four minutes? And already you've forced these poor people to drift off into their own little worlds, completely oblivious to what you're saying, and completely oblivious to you. I mean you three morons couldn't string together two intelligent words and I was forced to come out here and save this segment! Personification of evil - ha! I say personification of BOREDOM! The only thing scary about you three is the amount of TV time you get which causes the people to pick up the remote and change the channel, looking for a hero."

Undertaker did not look amused as he stared darkly at Jericho.

"Well STOP changing the channel because your hero has ARRIVED!" Jericho declared. "Chris Jericho has come to save the WWF...finally, there's a man who's entertaining enough and exciting enough to bring this company back to prominence and make some money for this beleagured promotion - and I'm here to say that 'RAW is SNORE' is now dead and buried and long live 'RAW is JERICHO!' And now that the Y2J problem is here, this company, from the front office employees to all the idiots in the dressing room, to the two biggest idiots of all, will never, e-e-e-ever be the same, again!"

Bladewolf and Kane exchanged a look, both of them slightly amused but as annoyed as their big brother was.

"Hey boy, I don't know who you are or who you think you are, but judging from that peach fuzz you're trying to grow on your chin, I can tell I got more shower time than you've got ring time, and if you ever, and I mean ever, decide to interrupt me again, it will be your last time...and that is a promise." Undertaker warned him.

Jericho decides not to push his luck and goes backstage as RAW goes to commercial break.

And that's it for this chapter.
