They've gone back and forth. Like this and Jewel is starting to get frustrated. Well, she is frustrated but she's really good at hiding it when she wants to. But this is really pressing her nerves. Tails doesn't want to stop and Kit doesn't want to give in.
"Look, you two. It's been a long day. How about we sleep on it?"
"Nope, we are dealing with this now." Tails says, Kit turns away.
"Stop trying."
"Why won't you tell me?"
"Stop talking, I don't want to tell you, is that so hard to understand?" Kit says with a tear in his eye.
"Let me help you!"

"Don't call me that!"

"Sorry, Ms. Jewel, I just don't like that name, please just call me Tails."
"Okay, Tails, please, let him be."
"He's not going to tell me unless I keep pressing him." Tails says.
"Leave me alone, why do you have to make this harder than it has to be?"
"It?"
"I don't want to talk about how I insulted you because I thought you were sidekick when I was projecting onto you because of Surge!" Kit says and then realizes what he said and begins to cry.
"Kit."
"What?"
"It's okay, I forgive you."
"Why?"
"You said something you didn't mean, everyone does that."
"…I'm still sorry."
"And I'm glad you are, okay? Thank you for telling me."
"…You're Welcome."
"See, everything worked out."
"M-" Tails gives Jewel a death glare "Tails. You shouldn't have forced him to say that. Even though it worked out, I want to make sure that never happens again. So I'm assigning you a therapist. Well both of you. Both of you obviously need it and I assume Surge does too. So I'll give her one too. But, I am glad you two worked this out. You're dismissed."
"I'm getting what?" A new voice appears, Surge along with Amy. Surge looks shocked at the announcement while Amy nudges her, probably for interrupting. She has a few bandages on her head, probably from the battle.
"A therapist and also since your here Amy, I'm giving you one too."
"What? Why do I need one?"
"I think you know why, honestly, I think that this should've happened earlier, but most of our therapists were overstocked."
"Well, why don't you need one?" Amy asks, Jewel only smiles.
"The best part of being a boss. You're all dismissed."
"Great job Tails, now we're all in therapy." Amy says, all Tails does is shrug, then pats Kit on the back. Amy rolls her eyes. Then says goodbye. Tails says goodbye too. Surge and Kit both smile the go back to their room.
"Name?"
"Surge"
"All right, let's discuss the obvious, you were changed into someone else by Doctor Starline. Is that correct?"
"Yes"
"How do you feel about that?"
"Didn't like it much, to be honest. Glad he's dead and never coming back"
"Well, that's good to hear. What about your hatred of Sonic?"
"What about it?"
"Would you agree that killing him is a bit too far?"
"Maybe? Depends on how far he goes for and from what I've hear he goes far"
"If he were here today, would you kill him?"
"Probably."
"Alright, but you have no problem with, Tails, his sidekick."
"Not particularly, kid seems… nice? He made Kit cry but also help him with some problems. Kinda mixed feelings.
"But not because of Sonic?"
"Why do you keep mentioning him?"
"He connects a lot to your life and a lot of your problems."
"No kidding."
"So why do you want to kill him?"
"That's the way I was programmed by that stupid platypus."
"Would there be any way to override this program?"
"Probably"
"Well what or who could that be?"
"If you forced the doc to reverse it, he probably could, but he's dead. If someone I… liked and trusted told me to stop, I guess I would… for their sake"

"Well, I recommend that you find someone you can trust."

"I knew he could get it out if someone did! He needs help!"
"You could've waited for when he was ready to talk."

"Then maybe it was better off not talked about."

"Then why didn't you recommend to him someone that he could trust to talk to?"
