In this story, a few years have passed in the Bakugan Game; Champions of Vestroia. The main characters and their greatest rival are sent to the Avatar's world during one of their battles. Thanks to them, an ancient and secret side of the Avatar and the world has been unleashed.

5. Chapter 4

Brawl 1 Water: Chapter 4 The Brawler's of Kyoshi

Days have passed since they were at The Southern Air Temple. Hoshi was teaching Aang how to Brawl during stops to the North Pole. However, going to the North Pole proved to be difficult with all of the side trips and Zuko, who was trying to track them down. One night on Zuko's ship, Zuko was in his room meditating next to four lit candles and a dragon mask. He was controlling the flames on the candles, when Iroh, who had a map and Alex, who had Ryerazu on his right shoulder, walked in. Zuko said to them. "The only reason you two should be interrupting me is if you have news about the Avatar."

"Well, there is news, Prince Zuko, but you might not like it. Don't get too upset." Iroh said as they entered the room. "Uncle, you taught me that keeping a level head is a sign of a great leader. Now, whatever you have to say, I'm sure I can take it."

"Even if the news is that we don't have a clue on the Avatar trail." Alex said before Zuko exploded and the flames on the candles went out of control. "What?" Zuko then said getting up and walking over to them. Iroh then said to him as he pulled out a fan and fan himself. "You really should open a window in here."

"Give me the map!"

"There have been multiple sightings of the Avatar, but he is impossible to track down."

"He could be avoiding us or he is lost and that's why we can find him." Alex said and Zuko said, looking at the Avatar trail. "No, the Avatar is clearly a master of evasive maneuvering."

"And now we are completely lost." Hoshi said as he and Sokka were looking over the map. Sokka then said to Aang. "I have to agree with Hoshi. You have no idea where you're going, do you?"

"Well, I know it's near water." Aang said as they flew over the ocean. Sokka then said to him. "I guess we're getting close, then." As they flew threw they, they all were doing choirs. Miguel was keeping a look out for Fire Nation ships. Saida was checking the inventory. Hoshi was trying to make a route to the North Pole that didn't have them landing next to Fire Nation territory. Katara was fixing Sokka pants and Aang was flying Appa. Sokka was the only one who was doing nothing. Aang then said to Momo. "Momo, marbles, please." Momo then grabbed Aang marbles from his pocket and gave it to Aang. He then said to Katara. "Hey, Katara, check out this Airbending trick." He then made the marble's spine around in thin air. Katara wasn't paying attention and said to him. "That's great, Aang."

"You didn't even look." Aang said stop his trick. Katara then looked at him and said. "That's great."

"But I'm not doing it now."

"Stop bugging her, Airhead. You need to give girls space when they do their swing." Sokka said and that made Katara, Saida, Pyravian and Phaedrus mad. Katara then said to Sokka. "What does being a girl have to do with sewing?"

"Simple. Girls are better at fixing pants than guys, and guys are better at hunting and fighting and stuff like that. It's just the natural order of things."

"All done with your pants, and look what a great job I did." Katara said as she wasn't done yet. Sokka then said to her. "Wait! I was just kidding! I can't wear these Katara, please!"

"Here I'll help." Saida said, taking the pants, but she was still mad. So she threw them over the side and into the water. Sokka looked over and saw Eenoch hold on to them. He gave it back to Sokka and Miguel said to him. "Sokka, think before you talk, cause that mouth of yours is going to get you killed one day."

"Now that Sokka has finished the stupid part of the day. Aang, can you please tell us where are we going?" Hoshi said to Aang and he said to them. "Somewhere, wear you won't need pants." Soon they landed on an island and hung out at a beach. Sokka said to Aang. "We just made a pit stop yesterday. Shouldn't we get a little more flying done before we camp out?"

"I hate to agree with Sokka, but he is right." Hoshi said as everyone got off Appa. Katara then said to them. "At this rate, we won't get to the North Pole until Spring."

"But Appa's tired already, aren't you, boy?" Aang said and Appa didn't do anything. "I said "Aren't you, boy?" Aang said again and this time Appa yawned. Sokka then said to him. "Yeah, that was really convincing."

"Can you really argue with a cute face like this?" Phaedrus giving a pet on the head. Hoshi then said to Aang. "But still why are we even here Aang?"

"That's why." Aang said as Koi Fish, the sides of whales appeared out of the water. Miguel then said. "Was that a Koi Fish?"

"Yes, but I have never seen a Koi Fish as big as a whale before." Saida said before Aang said. "Those are Elephant Koi, and I'm going to ride it. Katara, You've got to watch me." Aang took off his shirt and pants and went into the water. They all watched Aang ride on the Elephant Koi, Appa sneaked away. Katara then said to them. "He looks pretty good out there."

"Are you kidding? The fish is doing all the work." Sokka said and then Hoshi said. "Yeah, but I don't like this."

"Why? It looks fun." Katara said, but then she saw Appa. "No, Appa! Don't eat that!" She then left and Aang saw that. He thought she did care about his trick, not that Appa was eating things that he shouldn't have. He was now sad that she missed two of his tricks. He didn't see something in the water attacking another Elephant Koi, but he's friend on the beach saw it. Sokka then said. "There's something in the water!"

"Then roll me out Hoshi." Centipod said as he turned back into a ball. Hoshi then said, rolling him out. "Got it Centipod, Bakugan Brawl! Bakugan Stand!" (Centipod 600) As Centipod dived into the water, Katara said as they ran back to them. "What's wrong?"

"Aang's in trouble and Centipod is going to save him." Sokka said as they tried to get his attention. They got it, but it was too late. His Elephant Koi was then attacked and he was sent flying. Lucky Centipod caught him on his head. Unfortunately, the thing attacking the Elephant Koi was now going after them. Centipod then swims back to the shoreline, with extreme speed in the water. So they escaped the creature and they were going to crash into Sokka, but Centipod stopped in time. However he did send Aang flying right into Sokka. The others ran to him and as Centipod returned to Hoshi, Katara said to them. "What was that thing?"

"I don't know." Aang said, putting on his clothes. Saida then said. "Maybe the islander know what that was."

"We are not sticking around to find out. Time to hit the road." Sokka said before they were abused by female warriors. They all had white face paint, brown hair, green armor that was like a robe, and two yellow fans in their hands. They took Sokka out first, by grabbing him from behind. Katara was next as one pulled her hoddle over her head. Aang and the others were going to roll out their Bakugan, but then all of their hands were tied. And last, but not least, Momo and Bakugan were put into a bag. Soon all of them were thrown onto the ground, tied up and blindfolded. Sokka then said. "Or we could stay awhile."

"Aang after we get out of here. No more side trips!" Hoshi said as they were taken to the village. They were all tied to a totem pole that had a woman that looked like the warriors that attacked them on the top. Then an old man in blue colored clothes that looked like Earth Kingdom clothes said to Aang and the others. "You 6 have some explaining to do."

"And if you don't answer all our questions, We're throwing all you none Hexagon Eye's back in the water with the Unagai." The leader of the woman that attacked them said. Hoshi then said to the girl. "So that fish was the Unagai, thanks for the info, but why do you hate people with Non Hexagon Eye's?"

"Hoshi quit talking to these cowards." Sokka said as the girl removed the blindfold. Sokka looked around and said. "Who are you? Where are the men who ambushed us?"

"Sokka, these are the people who ambushed us." Miguel said and the leader of the soldiers said. "He's right. There were no men, we ambushed you. Now tell us, who are you and what are you doing here?"

"Wait a second. There's no way a bunch of girls took us down."

"A bunch of girls, huh? The Unagi's going to eat well tonight."

"No, don't hurt him! He didn't mean it!" Katara said and Sadia said. "Yeah, he's not smart."

"Is insulting me really going to help?" Sokka said before Hoshi said. "Sokka, they are trying to make sure you don't become a sea monster snack. And Aang tells them why we are here."

"It's my fault. I'm sorry we came here. I wanted to ride the Elephant Koi." Aang said to the village and the leader said. "How do we know your Non Hexagon Eye's are not Fire Nation Spies? Kyoshi stayed out of the war so far and we intend to keep it that way."

"This island is named for Kyoshi?" Aang said and then Miguel said. "You know who Kyoshi is?"

"Yes, I know her."

"How could he possibly know her? Avatar Kyoshi was born here 400 years ago. She's been dead for centuries." The leader said and the other realized that's how Aang knew her. Aang then said to the village. "I know her because I'm the Avatar."

"That's impossible. The Last Avatar was an Airbender who disappeared 100 years ago." The leader of the soldiers said to them and Aang said. "That's me."

"He's not lying." Saida said, but they didn't believe them. "Throw the Non Hexagon Eye's and that imposter to the Unagi." The village leader said, and the others were going to throw them to the Unagi. Katara then said to Aang. "Aang, do some Airbending."

"Fast please!" Hoshi said as Aang Airbend up the totem pole and broke the ropes. As the others removed the ropes and helped the Bakugan get out of the bag, Aang landed in front of them and they believed he was telling the truth. Aang didn't know what to do, but Phaedrus had an idea. She gave Aang his marbles and he did the trick he did earlier. The people of Kyoshi cheered and one guy was too excited and not only foamed out of his mouth, but fainted too. Katara then said. "Looks like that danger has passed."

"Let's just hope they don't spread word that we're here." Hoshi said to her, but word already started to spread. A little girl told a fisherman, the fisherman told a marketman, the marketman told a chief and the chief word on Zuko's Ship. After the chief told where the Avatar was, Zuko said getting up from his set. "The Avatar's on Kyoshi Island? Alex, ready the Rhinos. He's not getting away from me this time."

"Sure after I finish eating." Alex said take a piece of the fish, but Zuko stopped him and said. "You can eat after you're ready all of the Rhinos." Zuko then dragged Alex away and Iroh said to Zuko. "Are you going to finish that?"

"I was going to save it for later!" Zuko said, taking the fish too, so there was no dinner for Alex or Iroh. The next day on Kyoshi Island, the people were happy to have the Avatar back and not only were they giving Aang and his friends a feast, they were even fixing the statue of Avatar Kyoshi. As everyone, but Sokka were eating, Aang said to everyone. "These people sure know how to treat an Avatar."

"Well you were the founder of the village in your second to last past life after all." Phaedrus said as she and the other Bakugan were playing mini Soccer Ball. Katara then said to Saida. "Why are they playing with that ball?"

"Bakugan don't eat, but if they do nothing, they start to feel sick. So to stay healthy, they need to battle, but with us trying to hide, we can't have them battle. So I made a ball for them to play with."

"Katara, you've got to try these." Aang said, giving her some food. Katara took it and said. "Well, maybe just a bite."

"Sokka, what's your problem?" Aang said as Sokka was sulking in the corner. Saida said to him. "He's fine. He's still mad that Suki and her team kicked his butt yesterday."

"How do you know the leader's name was Suki?" Hoshi said and Saida said. "She introduced herself, when she asked about the Bakugan."

"Who cares what her name is, Besides they snuck up on me!" Sokka said and Miguel said. "They still amused us and won."

"Sneak attacks don't count." Sokka said getting up. Hoshi put down his food and said. "Sokka, face the facts. They were better coordinated and were more skilled than us. So swallow your pride and enjoy this food." Sokka was still mad, so he left, but not before he took some of the food with him. Aang then said to everyone. "What's he so angry about? It's great here. They're giving us the royal treatment."

"Hey, don't get too comfortable. It's risky in one place for very long." Katara said and then Saida said. "Oh right, Hoshi we are almost out of food."

"Ok, let's ask the people if they can spare some food, then we are out of here." Hoshi said, before Aang said. "I'm sure we'll be fine, if we stay for a few more days. Besides, did you see how happy I'm making this town? They're even cleaning up that statue in my honor."

"Well, it's nice to see you excited about being the Avatar. I hope it doesn't all go to your head." Katara said and then Aang said. "Come on, you know me better than that. I'm just a simple monk." Aang then looked outside and there were a bunch of fan girls about his age. Aang then cracked a smile and they knew what Aang was thinking. Hoshi then said as the Bakugan were done playing Soccer. "But still a 12 year old boy." For the rest of the day, Katara, Saida, Hoshi, Miguel and their Bakugan were given supplies for their journey. And as Aang was showing off his Airbending and Phaedrus to his fan club, a bunch of girls about his age, Sokka went to Suki and her team's training area. Sokka walked in and interrupted their training session. "Sorry, Ladies. Didn't mean to interrupt your dance lesson. I was just looking for somewhere to get a little workout."

"Well, you're in the right place. Sorry about yesterday. I didn't know you were friends with the Avatar." Suki said to Sokka as he was doing some warm ups. He then said to her. "It's all right. I mean, normally I'd hold a grudge, but seeing as you guys are a bunch of girls, I'll make an exception."

"I should hope so. A big, strong man like you, we wouldn't stand a chance."

"True, but don't feel bad. After all, I'm the best warrior in my village."

"Wow. Best warrior, huh? In your whole village? Maybe you'd be kind enough to give us a little demonstration." Suki said and Sokka wasn't sure. So Suki said to her team. "Come on, girls, wouldn't you like him to show us some moves?" They all laugh knowing what Suki was trying to do. Sokka didn't and said to Suki. "Well, if that's what you want, I'd be happy to. All right, you stand over there. Now, this may be a little tough, but try to block me."

Sokka then tried to punch Suki, "Tired" being the key word. Suki blocked it and hit his right shoulder with one of her fans. Sokka then said to her. "Good. Of course I was going easy on you."

"Of course." Suki said know Sokka was lying. "Let's see if you can handle this!" Sokka said before attacking Suki again, but this time he was going to kick her. Suki was able to dodge it and threw him to the ground. "That does it!" Sokka said before attacking Suki for a third time. This time Suki stopped him and was able to tie his left hand with his right leg. Sokka tried to keep his balance, but he couldn't and fell on his face. Suki then said to Sokka. "Anything else you want to teach us?" The girls then laughed at him and his pride was knocked down. In the village, Aang was showing his fan the Kyoshi Statue and said to them. "There she is girls, me in a past life."

"You were pretty." One of the girls said to Aang. Phaedrus then said to Aang. "Look Aang, it's the others." Aang turned and saw Saida and Katara looking at the shops, Hoshi and Miguel holding the things they bought and the Bakugan were acting as Hoshi and Miguel's eyes. Aang then said to the girls as he and Phaedrus left them. "Excuse us for a second, ladies."

"Hey guys." Phaedrus said as they joined up with the others. Katara saw them and said to Aang. "Oh, good. Can you help carry this back to the room? It's a little heavy." She handed him a jar of food. Hoshi then said. "Yeah, we could use hand with the supplies."

"Actually, I can't right now." Aang said and Miguel said to him. "Doing what?"

"I promised the girls I'd give them a ride on Appa. Why don't you all come with us? It'll be fun." Aang said and Saida said. "Aang, we are busy getting ready to leave, so stop showing off for a bunch of girls and help us get ready to go."

"I don't want to leave Kyoshi yet. I can't put my finger on it, but there's something I really like about this place." Aang said and they heard the girls giggling. One of them said to Aang. "What's taking you so long, Aangie?"

"Aangie?" Katara said and Aang said to her. "Just a second, Koko."

"Simple Monk, huh? I thought you promised us this Avatar stuff wouldn't go to your head." Katara said and then Aang said to her. "It didn't. You know what I think? You just don't want to come because you're jealous."

"Jealous? Of what?" Katara said, getting a little mad. Aang then said to her as he tried to calm them down. "Jealous that we're having so much fun without you."

"That's ridiculous." Katara said putting the jar onto Hoshi pile, but it threw his balance off. As Saida and the Bakugan tried to help Hoshi get his balance back, Aang said to Katara. "It is a little ridiculous. But I understand." Katara then left and the others followed her. Phaedrus was going to say something to Aang, but the girls took him away. Back at the Training Area, Sokka was outside thinking about what just happened to him and what to do next. Sokka soon made up his mind and went back inside. Suki saw him and stopped their practice again. Sokka then said to Suki. "Uh, hey, Suki."

"Hoping for another dance lesson?"

"No, I- Well, let me explain."

"Spit it out. What do you want?" Suki said and Sokka lowered himself. Suki was surprised by his action and even more by what he said next. "I would be honored if you would teach me."

"Even if I'm a girl?"

"I'm sorry if I insulted you earlier. I was wrong."

"We normally don't teach outsiders, let alone boys."

"Please make an exception. I won't let you down."

"All right, but you have to follow all of our traditions."

"Of course."

"And I mean all of them." Suki said and soon Sokka was dressed like one of the Kyoshi Warriors, he even had the face paint. Sokka then said to Suki. "Do I really have to wear this? It feels a little… girly."

"It's a warrior's uniform. You should be proud. The silk thread symbolizes the brave blood that flows through our veins. The gold insignia represents the honor of the warrior's heart."

"Bravery and Honor." Sokka said, and outside Saida, Miguel and their Bakugan had just arrived at the Training Area. Saida then said to him. "It looks like someone learned his lesson."

"Saida, Miguel? What are you doing here?"

"Saida and I are helping Kyoshi Warriors learn how to fight against Bakugan and Brawlers. Good Luck with trying to train Sokka, Suki." Miguel said and soon all of the Kyoshi Warriors besides Suki went outside. Aang had left his fan for a bit and went back to the place they were staying at. Inside Katara was showing Hoshi some Waterbending trick she knew and they were practicing with a small bowl of water. Aang walked inside and said to Katrara. "Katara, remember how the Unagi almost got me yesterday?"

"Yeah."

"Well, I'm going to go ride it now."

"Wait? What? Aang, are you serious?" Hoshi said, stopping his practice. Aang then said to him. "Yeah, it's going to be really dangerous."

"Good for you." Katara said still practicing. "You're not going to stop me?"

"Nope. Have fun."

"I will."

"Great. I know it's great."

"Well, I'm glad you know."

"I'm glad you're glad."

"Good!"

"Fine!" Aang said before leaving. "Aang don't go! Katara, you can't be serious about letting him go?" Hoshi said, but she didn't say anything. Centipod said to Hoshi. "This is bad right?"

"Oh, yeah."

"Are we going to follow him?"

"Yes we are." Hoshi said before going after Aang. Back at the Training area, Sokka was going through the basic forms and Suki said to him. "You're not going to master it in one day. Even I'm not that good."

"I think I'm starting to get it." Sokka said as he did a less than ok version of the basic forms and threw his fan at the outside tree. But he missed and hit Miguel on the back of his head. "OW!" Miguel saw the fan and then figured out that Sokka threw it. Miguel then threw it at Sokka and hit him in the face too. As Sokka rubbed his face and picked up the fan, Suki said to him. "It's not about strength. Our technique is about using your opponent's force against them. Loosen up. Think of the fan as an extension of your arm. Wait for an opening and then-" Suki then attacks Sokka, but unlike the last three times, Sokka not only blocked her, but threw to the ground. Suki was very surprised and said as she got up. "I fell on purpose to make you feel better."

"I got you! Admit I got you!" Sokka said, pointing a finger at Suki. Suki grabbed it and said as she twisted it. "Ok, it was a lucky shot. Let's see if you can do it again." Suki said as they started practice again. Back at the beach, Hoshi and Centipod were keeping an eye on Aang in a tree and the Unagi wasn't making an appearance. So Aang's fan club was getting bored. Aang tried to keep them entertained with his marble trick, but that didn't work. Soon they all left and that made Aang a little sad. Phaedrus came over and said to him. "Are you ok Aang?"

"Yeah, I just feel lonely now."

"Good thing we're not alone." Phaedrus said as Aang saw Katara, walking up to them and Hoshi and Centipod jumping out the tree they were in. Aang's spirit went up and he said to Katara. "Katara, you showed up!"

"I wanted to make sure you were safe. You really had me worried." Katara said and then Aang said to her. "Back there you acted like you didn't care."

"Katara was just a little mad, because you let the Avatar stuff go to your head." Hoshi said and Aang said. "I'm sorry. I was being a jerk."

"Well, get out of the water before you catch a cold, you big jerk!" Katara said and Aang started to swim back to shore. But that's when the Unagi made its appearance. But this time, it showed itself. It was a black sea serpent with yellow gills and eyes. "Bakugan Brawl! Bakugan Stand!" Hoshi said rolling out Centipod. (Centipod 600) "Hold on Aang. I'm coming." Centipod said as he swimmed to Aang. The Ungai tried to eat Aang, but Phadrus poked it in the right eye, so it missed Aang and roared a little. Centipod then pulled over to the Ungai and said. "Hop on."

"Thanks Centipod." Aang said, jumping onto Centipod. As they swimmed away. The Ungai recovered and instead of swimming after them, it fired a stream of high power water. It hit Centipod and sent them flying. (Centipod 400) Katara then said. "Aang!"

"Centipod!" Hoshi said as both of them dived into the water. Katara grabbd Aang, who was knocked out. Centipod got up and said to the Ungai. "You call that a water breath attack, you stupid lizard?"

"Yeah, this is a water breath. Tsunami Cannon!" Hoshi said throwing an Aquos-Core in the water to Centipod. (Centipod 500) As Centipod fired a powerful water gun from his mouth. The Ungai counter Centipod water breath attack with its own. Both of them hit one another and were pushed back. The Ungai was pushed to the edge of the cove and Centipod was pushed to the beach. (Centipod 100) Katara and Hoshi used their Waterbending to get them back to the beach. Hoshi then said to him. "Thanks Centipod, you did great."

"Thanks, but I am really tired."

"Ok. You've earned a new rest." Hoshi said as Centipod returned to ball form. Katara then said to him. "Hoshi hide the Ungai is coming back."

"Quick, behind that rock." Hoshi said as they hid behind a rock. The Ungai appeared next to the beach and didn't see them. It was so mad, it was firing its water breath at everything it could see. Soon it stopped and left. Hoshi took a look out of their hiding spot and said. "Well, we got good and bad news."

"What kind of new?"

"The good news is that the Ungai gone."

"I figured that and the bad news?"

"Zuko and Alex have found us." Hoshi said as Zuko's ship landed and opened up, showing Zuko and some of his troops on brown rhino's with three horns. Alex had already rolled out Ryerazu and was on Ryerazu center head. (Ryerazu 600) Zuko then said he's a soldier. "I want the Avatar alive."

"Whatever you say Zuko." Alex said as they marched right past Kartara, Aang, Hoshi and their Bakugan. Katara then said to Aang. "Wake up, Aang."

"Looks like he took in a lot of water."

"I can help him." Katara said before she Waterbend the water out of Aang. Aang then coughed a little and then said to them. "Katara, Hoshi. Don't ride the Unagi. Not fun."

"Good to know. Now recover your strength, you're going to need it." Hoshi said as he tossed him his clothes. At the Training Grounds, Sokka was doing great in the training as well as the Kyoshi warriors with their training. The leader arrived and said to the Kyoshi Warrior. "Fire Benders have landed on our shores. Girls, come quickly!" The girls then ran to the town square. Sokka then said to the leader. "Hey, I'm not a-"

"Not the time Sokka." Saida said as she and Migual hopped on their Bakugan and flew away. They all ran after them and got mentally ready for the tough fight ahead. In the town square, the people were hiding. Alex then said to Zuko. "I thought he would appear after we landed."

"Me too. Come out, Avatar. You can't hide from me forever." Zuko yelled so the whole village heard him. Aang didn't appear, so Alex said. "Looks like he's too scared to face us."

"Find him." Zuko said as he soldiers started to look through the town. With his men spaced out, the Kyoshi Warriors made their move. They amused the Firebenders from the rooftop. They knocked off the Firebender and on the ground disarmed the spears from the Rhinos drivers. Suki took the lead and was going to attack Zuko. Alex said as Ryerazu got in front of her. "Zuko, we got this, you go find the Avatar."

"Are you sure about that?" Pyravian said as she and Eenoch can down on Ryerazu right and left head. (Ryeraz 400 / Pyravian 400 / Eenoch 400) Alex then saw Saida and Miguel on their Bakugan back. Ryerazu then noticed how tired Pyravian and Eenoch were and said to them. "Looks like you two are too tired to put up a real fight."

"We're still stronger than you." Enoch said as the Bakugan started to fight. Suki ran around them and was going after Zuko. Zuko fired a fire blast from his hands at Suki. She dodged them and was about to attack him from the air, but Zuko used his Rhino's tail to hit her out of the air. Zuko then fired another fire blast, but Sokka blocked it with a fan. Another member of Suki team was able to abuse Zuko. Zuko was surrounded and on the ground. So he spinned around and realized fire from his feet. He pushed Suki and her teammate back. Sokka jumped up and dodged Zuko's attack, but Zuko just hit him as he got back up. Alex then said as he gave Ryerazu two Pyrus Baku-Core. "Ryerazu Dual Inferno." (Ryerazu 500) Ryerazu then fired two streams of fire out of left and right mouths and hit Pyravian and Eenoch chest. (Pyravian 0 / Eenoch 0) As Pyravian and Eenoch turned back into ball form, Saida and Miguel were able to land safely and caught Pyravian and Eenoch. Ryerazu laughed at how easy it was and Alex then fired fire blasts from his hands at Saida and Miguel. Saida and Miguel dodged them and ran away. Zuko then yelled. "Nice try, Avatar, but these little girls can't save you."

"Hey, over here!" Aang said as he recovered from his little side adventure. "Finally." Zuko said before Alex said to Aang. "Surrender Avatar, Saida and Miguel are gone and without Hoshi. You can not handle the two of us."

"I'm not alone. Bakugan Brawl! Bakugan Stand!" Aang said as he rolled out Phaedrus. (Phaedrus 600) Zuko and Alex were surprised to see Phaedrus, but that didn't stop them. Phaedrus then said to Aang. "Aang, I'll handle that Bakugan and his Brawler, you handle the guy with the scare."

"Now you won't, Ryerazu Meteor Storm!" Alex said as Ryerazu fired a lot of fireballs from his mouth, but not one was hitting Phaedrus. Zuko also fired fire blasts at Aang, but like Phaedrus they were dodging all of the fire. But each fire attack hit something else. Aang got close to Zuko and Zuko kicked Aang's staff away. Aang then noticed Zuki fans and jumped to them. Aang picked them up and just before Zuko fired another fire attack onto him, Aang fired a stream of air from them and sent Zuko flying. At the same time Phaedrus said. "Air Roar!" Phaedrus then unlisted a stream of air from her mouth and it sent Alex and Ryerazu flying. (Ryerazu 100)

All of them crashed into a building and Aang dropped the fans. After he picked up his staff and flew into the air. In the air, Aang and Phaedrus saw the destruction that the battles did to the town. The buildings were destroyed or on fire. Even the statue of Kyoshi was on fire. Aang's heart then started to sink in despair and they landed where Katara and Hoshi were helping people hide. As Aang landed, Phaedrus returned to ball form, he said to them. "Look what I brought to this place."

"It's not your fault." Katara said and then Hoshi said. "Yeah, don't blame yourself for the actions of Zuko and Alex."

"But all of this happened because I was here. These people got their town destroyed trying to protect me."

"Then let's get out of here. Zuko will leave Kyoshi to follow us." Katara said and then Hoshi said. "Katara right. Now I know it feels wrong to run, but it's the only way."

"I'll call Appa." Aang said as he called Appa. On the battlefield, Suki team was holding their own and Hoshi went in to find Sokka. He soon found Sokka and Suki, who were taking cover behind a building. He then said to Sokka. "Sokka, we are leaving." After he left Suki said to Sokka. "There's no time to say good-bye."

"What about "I'm sorry"?"

"For what?"

"I treated you like a girl when I should have treated you like a warrior."

"I am a warrior…" She then kissed him on the cheek. "But I'm a girl, too." Sokka was so surprised he was speechless. "Now get out of here. We'll hold them off." Suki said as she joined the battle again. Sokka then ran to Appa and he was the last one. Aang then said to Appa. "Appa, Yip Yip!" Appa then went into the air and Zuko saw them and said to his men, as he jumped onto Ryerazu. "Back to the ship! Don't lose sight of them!" His men then got onto the Rhino's and all of them followed Ryerazu. In the air, Aang was still sad and Hoshi noticed. He singled Katara and she got the idea. She then said to Aang. "I know it's hard, but you did the right thing. Zuko would've destroyed the whole place if we stayed."

"They're going to be ok, Aang." Hoshi said to Aang and then Aang got an idea. He jumped off Appa and Phaedrus said. "What are you doing?" He didn't answer and they both went into the water. Hoshi grabbed Appa raines and was going after Aang, but then he and Phaedrus came out of the water with the Ungai, but unlike the last two times, they had kind of tamed it. Aang then made it use its water breath over the town. From the high, the water came down like rain over the town. It put out the fire and got Zuko, Alex, Ryerazu and all out Zuko men wet head to toe. "I hate that kid." Alex said before the Ungai threw Aang off its head, and Hoshi came in with Appa and caught him. The village leader then said as he watched the Aang and the others leaving. "Thank you, Avatar."

"I know, I know, that was dangerous." Aang said as he took a seat in the saddle. "Yes, it was." Katara said before she gave him a hug. Soon they disappeared as they flew into the setting sun.
