I was touring a recently decommissioned naval facility on Yerba Buena Island with Mickey Kantor, who was the American Commerce Secretary, as well as his staff and a man named Alquist who will be in charge of the research facility.

Oen of Secretary Kantor's aides handed me a piece of paper and a floppy disk.

"A list of references of top scientists," said the Secretary. "We'll need the best, and you can definitely advise us."

After my meeting with the Secretary and Mr. Almquist was over, I went home. I had to review names on the list, as well as advise.
