Knuckles sighs, rubbing his head as mad whispers grow louder and louder. He eyes the black echidna who was sighing, shaking his head while the echidna with green, yellow, red and orange beads.

"This wouldn't have happened if you followed tradition," Knuckles glares over to purple echidna, his blue eyes glaring at Knuckles, "And left her for Haven once she had reached the age of 10,"

"And what?" Knuckles snaps, crossing his arms over his chest, "And leave my wife and friends behind in this war?"

"This war has nothing to do with the echidnas tribes," his father Locke said as he walked forward, "For years we have been given the duty to guard the Master Emerald, to keep it out of the hands of those who will use it for ill intentions. I will admit you have done well, in keeping it out of Eggman's hands but your daughter,' Knuckles' eyes narrow at his father, "She sent it away at the age of 15, making Angel Island sink to the ocean,"

"And Alice yelled her reasoning at you for why she did that," Knuckles growls, eyes narrow on his father and the Brotherhood, "With the Master Emerald and the Chaos Emeralds hidden around the world, it made it even harder for Eggman to get his hands on them. Them being on the island just gave them an easier way for Eggman to snag them up,"

"Knuckles is right," Athair mumbles, opening his eyes, "I understand that you all don't like change, that you don't like the fact that Knuckles took a mate that wasn't an echidna nor that Alice's Chaos Powers went down the path of Ice. But we have no right to argue. Chaos has chosen her, has approve of her taking the mantle of Guardian," he glares at his son, Sabre and Locke, "There is nothing we can do unless you want to be smited by our God who is already mad at us for what Pachacamac tried to do,"

Spectre nods his head in agreement, "We cannot go against the last remaining Ancient," he narrows his eyes at his son, Sojourner and his grandson, Thunderhawk, "Now why don't we stop arguing and let Knuckles find his daughter and hopefully will find the Master Emerald along with her,"

The Brotherhood mumbles in agreement and Knuckles goes to stand up when he feels a hand wrap around his arm. Turning around he looks to the blue eyes of his father, "Son… I still think you should come to Haven. You belong there, you belong with the Brotherhood. For years you have said that Alice is your Heiress, that she is the Guardian but you have not allow her to stand on her own, always behind her ready to pull her out of harms way. How can she truly be a Guardian if she can't figure her own way," Knuckles growls pulling his arm out of his father's hold.

"Because I'm a parent! A father! Fathers are kind! Fathers protect their children! Fathers raise their children," Locke winces, "They don't abandon their children at the age of ten, making them think that their family is dead! I may..." he closes his eyes, "I done bad things with Alice…both me and Rouge. Having to deal with you and the Brotherhood for marrying outside my species…Rouge because of her past…but there is something that we both promise, that Alice will never feel abandoned by us. Not like you did with me, not like how Rouge's mother did with her. Now…if you will excuse me," he turns on his heel and walks out of the room with an angry sigh.

He blinks when he feels arms wrapped around his waist and looks to the blue eyes of his beautiful wife. He sighs leaning into her as she rubs his shoulder, "Your father giving you a hard time?"

"When has he not?" Knuckles mutters before he shakes his head, "Come on, we need to get to the meeting. Hopefully Thaila has some news for us,"

Rouge nods her head "If she doesn't, luckily for us I do have some news…good news," Knuckles blinks but Rouge just smiles, pulling away from him and walks down the hall. Shaking his head he follows, voices reaching their ears.

"There's nothing," the voice of the brown lynx trembles, her hands gripping on her single shoulder red wrapped dress, her green eyes glaze with tiredness and worry. Knuckles knew she was frightened, this was the first time she has ever been separated from her twin since they were both born, "I can't sense him at all…I know he is alive...that is for certain," she sighs looking up as a robotic black hedgehog with yellow stripes places his metal claw hands on her shoulder.

"Then that means that Alice and Melody are alive as well…and with each other," Amy said hopefully but a green Hedgehog with an orange vest and black spike wristbands, alongside a cracked medallion shaped as a drum shakes his head.

"Unfortunately that also means that Robutnick is also with them," His blue eyes filled with worry, "We got to find them before he does. Luckily the mixture of the attack on his base and being sent away by the Chaos Control will bring him out of commission for a bit,"

"True," a fuchsia fur hedgehog rubs her peached fur arms, her green eyes filled with concern, "We still have to deal with Stone though,"

"And that's going to be a mess," Amy sighs, "I wish Sonic was here,"

"But he isn't Amy," Silver sighs, closing his eyes, "I'm an optimist but I'm also a realist, "Sonic and Shadow are been gone Amy,"

"Well good news for us," Rouge cutted in as she makes her and Knuckles known, "I know where both he and Shadow are,"

"Wait what?" Knuckles turns to her and she smirks, "You know where they are?"

"I knew it! I knew it!" Amy squeals jumping up and down, "I knew that Sonic not Shadow could be dead,"

"How did you find them?" Blaze, the Queen of Soleanna steps forward, her eyes narrowed on the bat.

Rouge smiles, crossing her arms, "Thanks to the base being taken, Eggman's computer was easy enough to hack in finally. Both Sonic and Shadow have been laced in the Death Egg," she frowns, "Eggman has had Shadow locked in his old pod and he has been torturing Sonic these last few years. He wanted to completely control the islands before he exiles Sonic,"

"And torturing my little brother," Sonia growls, hands clenching into fists while Manic places an arm around her shoulder.

"Then we need to borrow a 'shuttle'" Knuckles smiles before he turns his gaze to Thaila, whose eyes were glaze up a bit, "Thaila are you up to go with Manic to the Chemical Plant?"

The lynx looks up a bit, Shard looking at her in concern before nodding her head, "Of course Uncle Knuckles,"

Knuckles smiles "She needs to have something to take her mind off of Ethan for awhile," before he looks to the group, "Ok who's up for an old school style jailbreak?"

Izumi stares as the sludge gloops around before it lunges. But before he could wrap around them, Kitt with his eyes glowing a bright purple sent a wave of water at him. The slime villain gurgles out in surprise as he is sent flying backwards into the stone wall. Izuku smirks, ruffling Kitts hair as he smiles, "Good job Drippy," she praises as she stands up, "Idiot thought he could use us as skin suits. What a joke,"

Izumi turns her head when the swerve covers the slime villain slips through, goes flying. She braces herself even as she pants, looking down at her arms as it trembles, "Shit…I've been using too much Chaos Energy. I need to finish this before I lose all of it and I go out of commission," but before she could even curl up to spindash her mouth drops open as the familiar laugh, one she only heard on the computer or television before Starline grabbed her echoes through the underpass.

"There is no need to fear! Why?" The large yellow scaled dragon leaps out of the hole, his wings molted with flecks of blue, spots circled by gold and small black hooks at the end of his wings. His horns were curled, like ram horns and a bright white. A mane of yellow fur was set on his head, going down his spine to the tip of his tail. He grins but stops seeing the puddle of slime, Kitt and Izumi looking at him with wide eyes, "But it looks like I am not needed!"

"OhGODITSALLMIGHT!OHFUCKAREWEINTROUBLE,DRIPPYUSEHISQUIRKFUCKWAITALLMIGHTISHEREWHATISHEDOINGHERE?!" she blinks when she realizes she was muttering again, "Uh…Meow?" she slaps her face with a groan. "Why did I say that?"

All Might laughs, "A fangirl I see," he waves her off as Izumi's face flushed in embarrassment, "Ah don't worry about your friend here. It is my fault that you two had to step in. And I must apologize, the sewer system here is very much different,"

"Its…it's alright," Kitt whispers but his purple eyes were on Izumi's shaking arm. He gently grabs it, steadying it as he gently squeezes it.

Izumi stares with wide eyes as All Might laughs. She couldn't believe it. Right in front of her, was All Might, her inspiration. Her role model…gulping she takes a step forward as All Might pulls a soda bottle from his bag. "All…All Might sir," the dragon looks over, his blue eyes kind, "Can…can someone be a hero…even if they were trained to be a villain?"

Kitt looks at her with concern as All Might stills. Izumi rubs her arm a bit, "I thought I was being trained to be a Hero. He told me that I would become the greatest Hero that Mobius ever seen. But it turns out it was to be fake...I don't really get it but he wanted to replace his mentor," her body trembles, "And to do that he thought he needed to replace the Heroes. So that kind of makes us villains…we're fakes…but I,"

She stops when All Might kneels down in front of her, giving her kind smile, "Young Lady…are you with this person anymore," Izumi shakes her head, hugging Drippy close, "Well by the sounds of it, you two were in a terrible situation. But remember it isn't decided by someone else on how you use your powers. Remember," he pulls out two donuts, covered in pink icing and sprinkles, "being a Hero is about taking responsibility for other people. You two are still kids, you both got some more growing up to do before you're ready to be a big hero," Izumi smiles, tears streaming down her face as she and Kitt take a donut, "But trust me. When I tell you…there will come a time where both of you are needed. One day you can become someone's Hero…but you don't chose that moment, that moment choses you,"

Izumi smiles, biting into the donut when Kitt pulls on the end of her sleeve, "Uh Ma'am…the villain got away," blinking, both Izumi and All Might turn their gazes to see that Kitt was right. Only a few drops of slime were there now, mixing with the puddles of water.

"Shit!" Izumi curses, gobbling up the donut before she picks up Kitt, having the fennec cling to her back, "I'm sorry All Might this is my fault," Izumi's eyes narrow, "I'm going to find him, and stop him before he hurts anyone else,"

"Wait Young One!" All Might holds out his hand trying to grab her, but Izumi runs, Kitt clinging to her tightly. Speeding across the city, her eyes narrow as they look around.

"Ok he couldn't have gotten that far," Izumi said while Kitt nodded his head. At that moment a loud explosion rang out and she skids to a halt. Wincing in pain as her shoes slightly smoked. Picking one up she scrunches her face, "Why couldn't Starline figure out how Sonic's shoes were made?" she complains before she looks up as the smoke begins to rise in the city. "But I guess we know where that slime ball is,"

"But ma'am!" Kitt pokes his head over her shoulder, "You're trembling!" looking down at her body she sighs. Kitt was right, her body was trembling. She knew that if she wasn't careful, she would start getting sick again. It was one of the main reasons why she agreed with going with Starline.

Izumi's Quirk allows this young Hedgehog to harness the chaos energy in her to do amazing things like running at the speeds that only very few have been able to reach. But at a young age, it was shown that her Quirk made her very sick. Normally those who have the ability to use Chaos Energy are able to replenish their inner Chaos Energy, Izumi for reasons unknown could not. The more she used her Quirk, the sicker she became. She was told by many doctors that if she kept using her Quirk she would die at a young age. But thanks to Starline's experiments, she can now absorb the Chaos Energy from other things, to replenish her own…still there are many things that even this Hedgehog doesn't know about her powers.

"I know Drippy! Listen we go, punch the slimeball in the eyes and then head on our merry way. And then I will rest," Kitt gives her a glare, "I promise,"

Without waiting for his response, Izumi runs towards the smoke, stopping just in time before she knocked over a crowd gathering around, "Sheesh," Izumi mutters staring at the rising flames, "How did the slime ball even cause all of this?," shaking her head, she begins to push herself through the crowd. She stills, staring in shock, her mouth dropping in an o-shaped.

The sludge villain was there but wrapped around him was a very familiar person. A lion mobian around the same age as her. She gulps looking at him with shock, taking a bit of a step back, "He…he hasn't changed at all…at least in appearance," Izumi thought, staring at the brownish gold fur with the lighter cream belly. His mane was still the mess it was, sandy blonde with choppy bangs. Orange gloves sparked with explosions as a brown boot took a step forward, trying to escape the grasp the green slime had of him.

"Get the fuck off of me you fucking slime!" Izumi sweat dropped as Kaachan furiously yelled. But then her attention was pulled towards Death Arms who charged forward.

"How dare you prey on a child!" the grey bear snarls as he leaps up, slamming a fist into the mass of slime. To his shock, all it did was sink his hand, "What the hell is this? Some kind of goo?" he looks up when the crowd screams just in time as a tendril of slime slams him away, into a metal grate.

"You ok Death Arms?" Slugger, a Cardinal Mobian, calls out before another sidekick calls out and he leaps up into the air as the villain tries to slam his hand into him.

"Stay back, or I'll snap his neck," the villain warns, leering at the Heroes before his attention was pulled towards Kaachan, and he snorts.

Kaachan roaring out, more explosions sparking out of his hands, trying to pull free, "you picked the wrong guy to mess with! I'm going to send you back to whatever sewer you crawled out of!"

Izumi covers her face, as the explosions create gusts of wind that send embers of the slams over to them. Looking up, her ears pinned as the villain smirks, "You got so much power. I really hit the jackpot. With a Quirk like yours under my control, I can take All Might down with one punch!"

Izumi frowns at this but her attention was then pulled towards the crowd as they begin to mutter. Neither she nor Kitt noticed a skinny yellow and blue dragon, with bandages wrapped around his middle walking over, panting. Both Izumi and the dragon winced when the crowd began to mutter about All Might.

Izumi then watches as Mt. Lady marches over, but stares in disbelief when she stops, complaining about the road not being bigger. Turning her gaze back to the scene, the fires burning at the buildings around them. Kamui Woods wrapping his branches around civilians pulling them out of harm's way while yelling that wood and fire don't mix. Backdraft, the Dalmation Mobian was saying he was too busy trying to deal with the fires and then she stares with horror at Death Arms, saying that they'll just had to wait… "Kitt,"

Kitt looks up and nods his head, dropping off her back. The two looked at each other, grasping each other's hand.

The crowd screams as a green blur jump over the barricade of police, Death Arms and Slugger looking in shock and then horror as Izumi with a twirl throws Kitt straight at the villain. "What are you doing girl-" Death Arms stop in his tracks as water emerges from Kitt's hydropack as Izumi smirks, turning towards the bear.

"Your job it seems!" Izumi shouts, as she runs forward, grabbing Kaachan's wrist as the villain screams in anger as he was hose down with water.

"You little brats!" the villain cries out, holding up one arm but a blast of energy strikes at his center. Combined with the water tearing through him, the slime was spread out into many puddles, his eyes floating in them with swirls.

Panting, legs shaking she turns to see the Lynx that she was running from, jumping off the lamppost. His arm was formed into a canon, his eyes narrow on Death Arms and Mt. Lady, "Someone who knows to actually do their job, come and bag up the slime!" at the order the officers surged towards the scene.

Izumi growls as the lynx comes over, grabbing onto Kitt and was about to bolt when she trips. Panting, as Kitt holds her up she looks at her arm, which was trembling in her blurry vision, "You used too much juice Ma'am," Kitt said with concern.

The lynx kneels down, looking at her in concern, "Hey…I know you're afraid. That's why you ran…I completely understand with how you been with that stupid platypus. But I promise you, there's nothing you need to worry about. I won't hurt you…" he smiles kindly at her, and Izumi sighs and nods her head.

"Alright...but do anything I don't like, and I will bite," she wheezes, fighting the urged to close her eyes. The lynx chuckles and opens his mouth but stops when a roar was heard.

"Deku you motherfucker!" Izumi pales as Kaachan stomps over to her, "Where do you think you get the fucking idea to dissappear for six years and then fucking have the urge to reappear like your some sort of Hero? Huh?" the lion's tail whips back and forth, grinning as Izumi trembles, beginning to cough "Look at you!" he sneers, "This is why you can't ever be a Hero stupid Deku! Your worthless if you can't even use your-," he stops when his arm was grabbed, looking over to the Lynx who eyes were slightly glowing red.

"Shouldn't you be getting medical attention," he then turns towards Death Arms, Mt. Lady, an Kamui Woods who leaps down from the building he was putting civillains in, "And why haven't any of you three done anything but stand around!"

"We are doing something," Death Arms growls marching forward, "Where's your license? And we need to arrest those two for charging into a fight like that! They could have gotten themselves killed or,"

"Or maybe your just upset that you got showed up by some kids," the lynx rolls his eyes, "My name's Ethan, I'm the Nano Hero: Cyan Bolt," Ethan rolled his eyes pulling up his license on his holoscreen. The three Heroes' eyes widen at the G.U.N. stated Hero license "And seriously? You're going to arrest two fricking kids when one clearly needs medical attention? Or I don't know, handle the public who is now trying to crowd the area now that the officers are busy with the villain?," he points at Kamui Woods, "You are on thin ice because I know you're new at this Hero thing…went to a University instead of going straight to the Hero business like most do," Kamui Wood blinks but the Honey Badger backs away when the Ethan turns to Death Arms and Mt. Lady, "But you two…you've been a hero for 10 years now, and was a sidekick for 2 years before you created your agency. While little miss over here was a sidekick for four years until today. Neither I nor these kids had to step in. The hostage should have been your main priority but instead," his eyes glow red even more, his cannon arm shifting into a metal clawed arm, "You gave up after one freaking punch! You just stood there when you could have easily grabbed him and pulled him out of that slime's grasp! And shut up you ungrateful brat!" he snaps at Kaa-no Bakugou who opens his mouth, "Suck up your pride and be happy your alive for another day because if it weren't for these two i don't doubt you wouldn't be standing here right now,"

"We were waiting for someone with a better Quirk!" Mt. Lady said but stills when Ethan's eyes glow. Ethan closes his eyes, a hiss coming from his throat before he walks over and gently picks Izumi up into his arms.

"Sometimes you can't just sit idle and wait for someone else. Your Heroes for Ancient's Sake. Actually be one or rethink your career choice while you can before you cost someone their life!" Izumi looks up seeing the red glow dying back to a light blue and seeing pain in them,

He begins to walk away, Kitt following behind him before he stops, "You can't always wait for a better Hero to come say the day. All you can do is keep trying, find new ways to succeed, or you will always be feeling the guilt of causing someone's death because you weren't good enough,"
