Izumi groans, her head throbbing as her eyes flutter open. As her vision slowly returns, she stop the urge from shutting her eyes as she stared at Alice who was standing over her, the echidna-bat looking at her in concern, "Can...can we not tell Drippy about this," she whispers, her hand shakily going to the necklace that was now once more wrapped around her neck, "I promise him that I would watch my levels but when I saw...little miss squirrel, I really need to find out her name," she flushes when she heard giggling, and sees the flying squirrel in question, arms wrapped around her knees and face slightly green, "Uh...hi?"

"Hi," she giggles, before she groans and presses her head against her knees.

Izumi turns to Alice with a concern look and she smiles, "Uraraka here is ok...her Gift just makes her slightly queasy when she uses it too much,"

"Hey!" Izumi smiles, "Sick buddies!" she giggles slightly, though grimace as her head throbbed, "Anyway… I kinda broke my promise to Drippy when I went to save her...I kinda just moved…"

Alice looked at her, caught between a smile and smirk, "Why am I not surprise,"

Uraraka cut her off though, looking at Alice apologetically while the Guardian Heiress just smiles. Uraraka turns to Izumi, "I'm so sorry! If I didn't get caught you wouldn't have to hurt yourself to save me,"

Izumi waves a hand away, "There no need to worry! I had worse things happen to me before! Being drain has happen to me like a gazillion times...not my first rodeo,"

"That...is very unsettling," Uraraka stated, making Izumi chuckle nervously as she slowly push herself up. Alice's hand on her back to make sure she didn't fall over. All around them, them other examines were whispering among themselves.

"She sent that gimmick thing flying with one blow!"

"That looks like a speed Quirk...those are really rare you know! Like I know Ingenium has them but their Quirks pale to that sort of power. He can only dash through long distances, not run like that!"

"This is really amazing...she's going to get in for sure! You saw how many roots she destroyed?"

"Yeah, but they may take some points from her. That big move looked like it drained her," dark red eyes watch as the cloaked figure help the hedgehog slowly sit up. He was frowning though, his ears twitching at what the others were whispering around him.

"Are you all blind? That's not it at all," he thought watching as the hedgehog grips her hand around the necklace, breathing in deeply as color returned to her pale face, "She leapt into action to save that girl...she knew that moved would had drained her...that it would probably harmed her...and despite all of that she still jumped in without hesitation," he grits his teeth, his hands curling into fists, "If I hadn't been in the middle of a big exam, I, of course would have done the same," his eyes then widen, as something struck in his mind.

"Very nice, good work all around," all the children turn their heads, staring at the small red panda that was walking towards them. What was once red fur has turned gray and white with age, though there were still patches of red around the eyes, and some on her long bushy tail. The hair on her head was styled into a netted bun with a large syringe poking diagonally out of it to the left. Which went well with the doctor robe which she wore over a dress with a yellow and red vest. Wrapped around her waist was a bely with a pink R-shaped buckle that matches with her pink boots and the helmet around the sides of her head, join together with a purple tinted visor. In her hand was a cane design like a syringe, "Your heroes in my eyes, every one of you," she pulls her other hand out of her pocket, handing some gummies to a young dog mobian who stares in shock.

"Thanks?"

A coyote smirks as he sheaths his sword, "That mademoiselle is the heart of U.A" he explains to the others who were staring in confusion. They all watch as she kneels down in front of the hedgehog, looking her over.

"Luckily nothing seems to be broken," she whispers, "But you are very much drained," she slightly glares up at Izumi, making the young hedgehog yelp, "You need to be more careful...don't be as foolish as Toshinori,"

"I...I uh…"

"Don't worry Chiyo she will be," Alice promises, "You can't also blame her. Aizawa took her necklace from her, which is supposed to keep her stable,"

Izumi watches as the red panda sigh, shaking her head, "Of course he did. I'm glad Nedzu is putting a leash on him. He has been getting way out of line. The teachers here at U.A may have more free way in training the students, but sometimes," she cuts herself off, shaking her head, patting Izumi on the arm, "You're free to go now. Just don't push yourself, you hear me?"

"Yes ma'am!" Izumi slowly stood up, Alice looking at her with concern in her pink eyes but Izumi shakes her head before turning her gaze to Uraraka giving her a toothy smile and holds out her fist, "Thanks for saving me from turning into a splat on the road,"

Uraraka blinks, taking a moment to figure out what Izumi was doing before she giggles and bumps her fist into Izumi's, "Hey its no problem,"

Alice smiles at the sight, glad that Izumi was making friends with others her age. "Kids...wait I'm too young to be thinking that,"

"Ma'am," Izumi freezes as Kitt glares up at her later that night. Both of them had one week before the results were in. But the nine year old fennac was glaring up at her, "You said you will be careful!"

"I...I was?" she protests but yelps as a pillow was smacked into her face. She sputters, staring at him with wide eyes, "Drippy!"

"I hacked U.A. servers!" he stated, as if there was nothing wrong in admitting it. Ethan was snorting from where he sat in front of the monitor while Dabi chokes on his drink in shock. Izumi's shoulders slump and she rubs her head. She should had realize he would do something like this...it was how they found out about Starline's plans for the, "it was easy enough to see what happen during your test!"

"I'm sorry?" she yelps as the pillow hits her face again, "Drippy I'm sorry! Mercy!" she cries out, wrapping her arms around her head, "Mercy!"

"I don't know mercy until you get it in your head to stop pushing over your limits!" Eri watches as Kitt smacks Izumi with a pillow a couple of times before she grabs a pillow as well and joins it. Though her smacks were much lighter than Kitt's.

"No! Not you too Eri!" Izumi squawks, flopping down on the couch, "Help! I'm being gang up on!"

Dabit wipes his face, chuckling at the sight before he turns to Melody, "Did...did you see any red and white snow leopard?"

Melody looks at him and shakes her head, "Unfortunately no. From what you told us about your father, he probably had Shoto in the recommendation exam and that was a week before all the papers were signed so we weren't apart of it,"

Dabi hums, "I wonder how Mister perfect did," he then hisses as Melody grabs at his ear, "Ow ow ow...will you stop that,"

"Remember what your therapist said,"

Dabi rolls his eyes, "Yeah...yeah yeah. Its not Shoto's fault, I get it. But I'm allowed to feel angry, I can't erase all of that!"

"And you are," Melody spoke calmly but she was put to a stop when Izumi cries out, the young hedgehog staring at the clump of quills in her hand. Alice and Eri jolt at the loud scream, Alice covering Eri's ears while using her wings to cover her own.

"I'M GOING BALD!

"No Izumi!" Melody quickly heads over to her, and gently guided her to the bathroom, "You're not going bald, I assure you of that," she gently squeezed Izumi's shoulder, looking concern with how afraid the other was, "Its just all apart of growing up. Your body is stabilizing enough to make way for becoming an adult. Now your quills will be replenished each winter and summer season,"

Izumi stares up at her with wide eyes filled with disbelief, "You mean this will keep happening?"

Melody smiles, grabbing a brush and beginning to brush out the old quills, "Yes, unfortunately there is. I wish Uncle Shadow was here to tell us if there's something from the Black Arms you'll likely get. But from not only Uncle Shadow and Uncle Sonic but your mother, you will shed your old quills while beautiful and healthy ones will replace them,"

Izumi sniffles, wiping at her face as her heartbeat calmed down, "Why is this only happening now?"

"Well," Melody frowns, looking at the way the now detached quills were still glowing before shaking her head, "You were put under an extreme amount of stress and your body was enduring so many forceful changes. Your hormones had to take a back seat, not that your healthy enough…" Melody places the copious number of shredded quills in the trash can,

Izumi sighs, shoulders slumping, "This sucks...stupid Starline…"

"If we managed to recreate his corpse, I'm sure everyone will let you stab it," Tenko remarked holding out a sandwich and a Dr. Pepper cherry. Izumi smiles, happily taking it. As she munches, Izumi watches as Ethan injects a cable from his arm into the router, his eyes glowing a bright blue as he focuses more energy to find a flaw in the firewall code.

A second later though, the screen glowed a bright green as a glowing check mark was stamped in the middle. Ethan blinks, his tail shooting up, "No way! No fucking way!"

Melody frowns, "Ethan. Do I need to come in there and take whatever weapon you have away from the comp-"

"I HACKED THE FIREWALL!"

All of them froze, Izumi blinking as she has a piece of ham sticking out of her mouth as Ethan screams in joy, "I HACKED IT! I'M THROUGH! TAKE THAT YOU ASSHOLES! YOU CAN'T STOP US FROM REACHING OUT TO OUR PARENTS NOW!"

"Then reach out to them before you lose connection!" Melody cries out and Ethan yelps, quickly fingers flying across the keyboard. Alice slips off the chair where she sat beside Eri, who she had been helping with her kanji. The pup blinks, tilting her head in confusion.

They all watch as the green screen blips, before it shifts to show a yellow and black striped bee fast asleep in a chair. He was snoring, quite loudly, drool dripping from the corner of his mouth. He wore an orange vest, along with a black pilot's helmet with flight goggles. Ethan chuckles before he all but screams out, "Uncle Charmy wake up!"

The bee screams, flying out of the chair with wide orange amber eyes, "I'm awake! I'm awake! I'm not asleep!"

Melody sweat drops, "Uncle Charmy please! Can you get our parents?"

Charmy blinks, staring at the three in shock, "oh golly…. Commander! Rouge! Silver! Blaze… ugh," he grabs his head, "Everyone it's the kids!"

Izumi watching, gripping onto her sandwich tightly, almost breaking the bread as multiple footsteps running was heard on the speaker. She steps besides Dabi who looks down at her with a raised eyebrow.

Alice smiles, tears pricking at the corner of her eyes at the sight of her parents. Knuckles look at her relief shimmering in his purple eyes as Rouge quickly grabs his hand, "Alice… thank the Ancients your alright… you're alright are you sweetheart?"

Alice nods her head, "I'm fine father, I promise,"

"Melody!" The hedgehog cat's ears pinned to her head in embarrassment as her dad was all but floating to the ceiling, "Are you alright?! Are you hurt anywhere? Did anyone hurt you?"

"Mother, please calm down father," Blaze laughs, grabbing her husband by the ankle and pulling him down.

"It's good to see that you're ok," Nicole smiles at the sight of her son, Ethan rubbing the bottom. "Where are you? Your sister and I have been trying to track you but it's… it's like your signal is block from our sight,"

"We're in Yurashia," Melody reported, making them all blink, "Musutafu, Yurashia,"

"What?!" Amy exclaims, "how in the name of the Ancients did you end up there,"

"It does explain why we haven't been able to contact them in almost a whole year," Shard mutters, "we never been able to get any good reception there,"

"Nor did we get any good supplies either," Tails mutters, a frown on his face.

"That's because they had a firewall," Ethan explains, a glower on his face, "It took me this whole time to crack it! I was this close to say fuck it and just hack the Hero Commission!"

"Language!" Shard scolds but then he looked embarrassed as laughter rang out.

Alice, Melody and Ethan blink at the familiar laughter, "Really, no one is going to deal with the fact Shard said language?"

Shard sighs, shoulders slumping as Nicole pats his back, "I know… it just slipped out Sonic!"

Izumi drops her can of soda, it crashes onto the floor while Kitt looks on with wide eyes, having hid behind Izumi once he heard Tails' voice. The other eyes widen watching as a dark blue hedgehog appears on the screen, alongside a black and red striped hedgehog, "yo! Good to see you guys," Sonic smirks.

"Uncle Sonic!" Ethan smiles wide, but then frowns at the sight of his pale right eye and the fact his left ear was torn… Ethan's own ears droop when he sees that the prosthetic that looked a lot like Metal Sonic's leg was replacing Uncle Sonic's right leg, "By the Ancients, Uncle Sonic what happen?!"

But Sonic waves a hand away, "Don't worry about it. I'm ok," he grins as he leans against Shadow, "At least I'm no longer tripping!"

Alice looks at her Uncle Sonic in concern, "That just makes me want to worry more, Uncle Sonic.I'm sorry we couldn't find you sooner,"

"As I said! There's nothing to be sorry about! If it's anyone to blame it's Eggman,"

"Something we all agree on," Shadow mutters before he turns to the three, "What caused the Chaos Control?"

Izumi freezes, and slowly began to back away when Ethan's head snap over to her. "Just a second Uncle Sonic, Uncle Shadow," as soon as he slipped out of his chair, Izumi ran. "Get back here Zumi!"

"No! They're going to hate me!" Izumi cries out, trying her hardest to keep out of Ethan's reach. But a leg shots out from a sharp corner, making Izumi screech as she rolls along the floor. Before she could scramble back onto her feet, Ethan was right there, scooping her into his arms. No matter how much she wiggle, he kept a tight hold, walking towards the computer. "Tanaka you traitor!" She cries out over her shoulder at the black feathered crane.

All the blasted bird did was smirk at her.

Izumi hisses and growls, trying to pull herself free as her heart beats rapidly against her chest. A yip slips free from her throat as Ethan plops her down in his chair, and Izumi's ears twitched when she heard the startled gasps.

But still, she didn't look up. She was honestly terrified right now. She could hear the words that Starline had made her repeat over the last six years. I hate Sonic and Shadow, I want to destroy Sonic and Shadow. Even now she can still hear herself speak those words. She knows that Doctor Shinso said she was doing better, that all the brainwashing that Starline did to both her and Drippy were gone...she was still afraid. She was afraid that if she looked at them, all the programming that Starline shoved into her brain would return...that she will become what Starline created her to… that she would look up and see disgust in their eyes.

"Oh by the Ancients…" Izumi tenses, preparing for the onslaught of anger and disgust, "She's so adorable!" Izumi's eyes widen, and she couldn't hold the back the urge to snap her head up. Getting her first real look of Sonic and Shadow the Hedgehog. Though while still on screen, the pictures and videos that Starline had made her watch over and over again did them no justice.

No justice to the kindness that were all but glowing in their eyes.

Sonic smiles, soft and warm, at her, "Hey kiddo...so you're the one that Shadow has been sensing huh?" he couldn't help but grin more, staring at the young hedgehog who was blinking in surprise at him.

"You…. sense me?" Izumi whispered and she stares with wide eyes as Shadow nodded his head.

"I did. The Black Arms have a hive mind. We can all sense each other," Shadow crosses his arms over his chest. "I was quite confused when I sense a new mind in it. Other than me, there are only a few Black Arms left and I know that the others are too weak as of now to start reproducing. Another fact," his red eyes gaze at Izumi, "You felt like me and Sonic,"

"Wait...wait a minute!" Amy waves her arm around, "She looks about fourteen to fifteen at most. You two were held captured by Eggman for at least seven years...and I know you two would never hide a child from us!" she pointed, glaring at the two male hedgehogs, "Neither would Sonia and Manic!"

"Well...that's the thing," Melody looks at Izumi, gently placing a hand on her shoulder and squeezing it comfortably, "Izumi here...her DNA was experimented on by Starline,"

"Starline," Knuckles frowns, "Who the hell is that,"

Rouge sighs, shaking her head, "Starline was one of the Egg Bosses… but he got fired after the first year of the war," she frowns, "When he went off the radar...we never paid any attention to him. It seems that was a mistake now,"

Izuku scratches at her cheek, "I...Starline found me on the streets after my mother's death. He told me that he could make me a Hero...told me that he could make it safer for me to use my Quirk...i mean Gift," she grimaces at the slip of the tongue.

Alice frowns sadly, "Starline lied to her..he had been hoping that he could replace you, Uncle Shadow and Uncle Tails with his own heroes and have himself replace Eggman,"

"I always did said that man was a creep," Amy grumbles, "HE gives us fans a bad name," Sonic chuckles at this, but his eyes kept staring at Izumi, soaking her all in.

Tails frown, "Wait...you said Starline wanted to replace me as well,"

Ethan blinks at this, before turning his head, "Kitt! Come over here,"

Izumi turns her head, watching as Kitt slowly walks over. Once he was close enough, Izumi lifts him up by the shoulders, hugging him tightly. Kitt frowns, feeling Izumi's arms trembling, "This is Drippy...he's my best friend," Izumi stated, with a glare that showed there were no arguments.

"His name is Kitsunami or Kitt for short," Alice explained with a small chuckle, "Like Izumi, Starline kidnapped him from somewhere...using what we know is Uncle Tail's DNA. Though unlike Izumi, Kitt doesn't remember his past,"

"Ok…" Knuckles remarked, "But how does that explain Chaos Control happening,"

"Starline order me and Drippy to attack Eggman," Izumi explained, "But unknown to him we found out the truth...so...we kinda revolted against him during the attack on his base. It cause Eggman and Infinite to capture us and place us in pods," she trails off though when Shadow growls angrily. His tail was lashing behind him, and he only calmed when Sonic grabbed his hand.

"We found the two while looking for Alice and we free them," Ethan scratches at the back of his head, "And Izumi then went all Uncle Sonic on them. During it though, the machine that the Master Emerald was attach to broke and it cause the Master Emerald to use Chaos Control which is how we ended up here,"

"And Eggman?"

"We think so," Melody asked, "Which is why we're staying here. While we believe that Eggman hasn't attack because he is recuperating from injuries, he or his men had may attain...we do believe that once they are strong enough,"

"He will start trying to conquer the continents," Amy reckoned, "He has stated many times he wants to rule the world, not just the islands,"

"Agreed," Alice nodded her head, "That why as of now, me and Melody were hired as U.A Teachers and Izumi and Kitt have taken the entrance exam. We figure that if Eggman attacked us, it will be safer to be around other heroes,"

"That's a sound idea," Tails praises, smiling softly and looking at Kitt with pride. "Especially if Eggman hired some bounty hunters. Wherever the Master Emerald may have gone to. He still needs Alice even if he finds it."

"Wait!" Sonic suddenly cries out, pointing at Izumi, "I just realize...you said that Starline found you on the streets,"

Izumi swallows, "Yeah… well...my mom died," she grimaces, biting at her lip.

"Our kid," Izumi's eyes widen, Ethan cackling, wrapping his arms around his stomach, "You're our kid now! Shadow, we have a baby girl!"

Shadow sighs, shaking his head but softly smirks at Sonic. His red eyes gazes at Izumi, "Welcome to the family,"

Izumi sputters, before waving her arms, "But...but but I was created to destroy you in case you ever got out and won against Eggman! I was made to replace you!"

"So?" Sonic grins, his tail wagging behind him, "Shadow tried to kill me and yet I married him! So now you're my kid! Knuckles we got to get to Yurashia so I can wrapped my baby girl in a hug!"

Knuckles sighs, rolling his eyes, "We were already planning on too," he turns his gaze to the three, "We stole a shuttle from Stone when we went to go rescue Sonic and Shadow from their holdings on the Death Egg. We should be able to get to Yurashia in two months," he turns to glare at Sonic, "I know we can get there quickly but we can't just abandon any of the islands. Eggman may be in Yurashia but Stone and the Egg Bosses are still here. We got to make sure the troops can hold their ground while we're away," he sighs, rolling his eyes again as Sonic whines. But then frowns as he spots a white jacket pup walked over to Alice.

"Mommy? Did I write this alright?"

Alice looks down, and smiles at the correct but messy sprawling, "Yes, Eri! You did wonderful!" she then blinks as she heard a thump and looks to the screen, seeing everyone looking down at the ground, "Where's father?"

"Your father just fainted at the news that he is a grandpa," Rouge said, looking up at her daughter and what appeared to be her granddaughter,

Alice chuckles, scooping up Eri into her arms, "Oh dear...I hope he will take the news well,"

"I'm sure he will sweetheart...once he wakes up,"

Sonic is like...I'm gonna adopt her, I'm gonna wrap her in a hug...and Shadow is all aboard with that plan. I really hope you all enjoy this chapter.
