come for another one of my short stories for the counterparts wish series remember, I told you I'll be doing all these short stories for the different holidays, and I am not going back down from that, and my promise that I would give you all these great stories most of these are lighthearted and fun and then we're gonna get back to the normal story for this story because I told you we would finish it. There's still more story to go. I still gotta finish up book 2 and book 3 of this series so I hope you enjoy that as well as the new stories I have been working on. once again, the palace was busy. What are you doing? I asked Odette as she decorated the room the ballroom again. Well you know what time of year it's about to be she said hanging up the shamrocks oh, this is gonna be fun I said oh yes and the leprechauns are coming. Oh, I can't wait there's so much fun I know right they have never seen them before it's gonna be so funny. She said I'm not wearing my green right now, so do you want me to pinch you? No, I laughed. No no please don't don't worry I said all the pots of gold of course we were only a few of the pots of gold. Odette said the leprechauns will bring more of course they will, of course, they'll bring more pots of gold to decorate with or just sit in. Laughed about leprechauns sitting in pots of gold.
walking in I saw both Luther and Ash walking in at the same time. Oh, both siblings this time I laughed running up to him Lily I heard him say what's going on we're decorating for another holiday. I thought this room was decorated for the wedding not yet the wedding is not for another month. Odette said we'll be doing two more holidays this one and Easter, oh yes Easter this month as well. Oh, I can't wait Easter Bunny is coming and it'll be great. Don't forget all the pastels. Oh yes, pastels galore I said, and decorating eggs but we won't be doing that for a while not too a few more weeks Odette said right now why don't you help me with the shamrocks, of course, why don't you help as well Odette said looking at the siblings Luther nodded, of course, do you want yes thank you normally I'd have Chamberlain do this, but he's busy bro fussing over something about the food tonight, so what are we having? We're having haggis I know you all are probably not kind of that cabbage and other things we're gonna have a roast as well. We're gonna have a big dinner just like we did for Valentine and the others except this one's a little more Irish what all the good luck we can get I said laughing.
don't forget the big rainbow, I said, putting up the big rainbow across the top of the ceiling, of course, and will put a pot of gold at one end Dad said setting a pot of gold at the end are we gonna slide down it? Of course, we're gonna slide down this and land in the pot. Everyone's gonna do it it's like a big slide, do you want to test it out? I'll do it. I said Lily's gonna try it out. Yay, I climbed up to the top. There were no handrails. Normally on a slide there, I pushed myself, and I slid down and landed in it. Oh, that looks like fun. Ash said I try, of course, a waste of gold but still, it's funny to laugh yup. We had little bags of gold chocolate coins. They're going on all the tables I was gonna look so good and each of you will get to keep these little bags of gold but they're not real gold they're candy. The chocolates Scarlet would love that. Oh yes, she probably would.
and you don't have to dress up fancy for this one. Odette said, just wear your green if we don't what will happen, Luther, asked you to get pinched like this, I said teasing. Ouch, he asked why it's just a tradition love not the pining part with the green part, we laugh of course he would, let's see we need more clover flowers it's getting warm outside so flowers are getting more common. Do we need one or two leaf clovers I asked or can we find one that's four-leaf those are rare but you could try more will be brought in soon.
I think everything is almost decorated perfectly and looks great. That looks excellent. Now let's see let's put the finishing touches shall we I'm glad the two of you are tall enough to reach. Odette said I'm not quite tall and neither is Chamberlain. We're glad to help both siblings said it once, I wish I was taller too. I said you're perfect. The way you are Luther said as he held me close to him. I laughed and giggled now I guess you're right, but I'm not as short as a leprechaun we all laughed. They're gonna have a great time too, and they're gonna be surprised to see you all as well, you know so many mystical creatures. Of course, this is the dream room. There are lots of mystical creatures here that said.
we had out the rest of the decorations. OK, that looks good. Looks great all right let's see I think we got it.
it's a daytime event perfect. OK, I'm glad the two of you are helping out. The siblings smiled at both of them. The others came in as well. Team 13 came in next Roger Elise and AC looked around looking at all the green. Yes, Elise said that's a lot of green well Odette said it's St. Patrick's Day so I hope you are aware you're green please or you'll get pinched that's funny said but OK.
Everyone came in oh wow amazing everyone said it once that's a lot of emerald green. Ezra said just like your eyes Porsche said. you have natural green all right let's see Odette said laughing at all the linens in the room at once. Why don't you all help me get this place cleaned up a bit let's see OK? Everything looks awesome. I think we're ready the leprechauns will be here soon, so please I'll get dressed.
and we did we went up and got dressed. I picked out one of my favorite green sundresses and put it on perfectly wow it looks good. Luther said he saw me it's casual. Of course, it ain't much of a dance or a ball. I said it's more like a dinner lunch kind of thing, so we don't need to dress up completely, and you look great too green looks pretty decent with your violet eyes I said teasing him. Oh, you think it would not be funny if Ash wore a similar outfit and it would be really funny I laughed. We're gonna have a great time we are and the leprechauns are gonna have a great time too.
as the guests started to arrive, which were mostly leprechauns ourselves, we piled into the ballroom and settled down for a great feast. We passed around the food. It was great you did yourself, Your Majesty, a leprechaun said to Odette thank you it was thanks to our new special guests, who arrived not too long ago the linens, my son has returned or not my son but my great great, great grandson she said, I don't know how many great how back she said, oh the loss prince Odette nodded, and his bride to be Lily dream maker. The princess of the sweet dreams, the lost princess. Well, you're a Royal Highness leprechaun, and with a British accent, we laughed. We haven't seen you young lady in years. Sorry about your mother it's OK Serafina would've had a great time as well. I said thinking she would've lived, but she died at the hands of the bogeyman. How sad we're gonna kill him, you kill him he is holding everything in darkness let's not talk about gloomy subjects right now Odette said passing around all the food here we go, and then we have a special game sliding off the rainbow into pots of gold.

The food was delicious. The Indians were now getting used to the human-like foods that we've been eating. They were enjoying themselves. We even had a free dance time as well along with the delighting and sliding and having a great time, it was more like a party than a ball even some of the leprechauns wanted to dance with me. I teased them and did go ahead. Luther said have a good time I'm all yours I know I dance with them and then dance with my beloved. I had a great time.
as soon the party had to come to an end and the leprechauns left we didn't clean up until later, but it was OK. I think we had a great time. Everyone was tired and went to their rooms or their homes that they had just rebuilt and started living in, it was tiring and we all went to bed ready to go to our room. He said taking my hand I'm ready you ever be I had a great time he said I never had this much fun at parties don't worry I'll make sure we don't have that many it's OK. It's fun better than Vald Orion parties, he said, of course they are they're human world parties they're not the same as we went back to our room and shut the door for the rest of the evening. It wasn't evening yet well we did have it all through evening actually, so it was time for bed. let's be alone he said of course.
we went to bed, and that was it .
