Before I get started, I want to wish you all a happy Independence Day and a happy Fourth of July everyone and if you don't celebrate the fourth cause you're from another country that is fine too I decided to add a story about the fourth because there is no Fourth of July in the world of dreams, but there is where Lily came from so I decided to add this story. This is all Lily's doing. Maybe a little help for my dad but mostly all Lily doing for this one but I hope you enjoy this fun story reason I did. This is because Lily grew up, not grew up, but lived in America for several years before she returned to her home, so I think celebrating this holiday is just as important as any other holiday for her even though she no longer lives in America.

But it's an American tradition and it's part of a worldly American tradition for her so I think this would be perfect.

So let's get ready for this wonderful fourth party all right OK then.

We started deck decorating. I had everything I needed. Everything was being put up. I knew more about these things than even Odette for this particular holiday. It was a celebration for the king not for the kingdom before the country I was in when I was in the human world, the awakening world I should say, I knew how to get things decorated for this type of party I even played some patriotic music as I decorated the ballroom. I was happy for once I mean, I'm always normally happy but I was really happy this time.

Because we were going to go see the Sandman soon I was excited about that as well. First, we had to celebrate this one holiday with everyone before we left we'll be gone for at least a few days. That's how long it will take probably so that's what we're gonna do.

Also asked Odette where the fireworks were we don't have any. We'll have to buy some. She said great. Can we get some in time of course dear of course we will. We'll get everything we'll get the best ones too. That'll be great I said, as I tried a red white, and blue streamer around the ballroom.

The tables are decorated perfectly and look good. Most of the party will be outside not really inside. I said because the fireworks should be shot off outside of course dear let us have a good time. Yes, this will be great.

I told everyone the story about the fourth and how it was a very important holiday for America. It was our independence it was America's birthday. I said to them everyone nodded then we will celebrate your adopted country's birthday. Then Luther said he took my hand in my own thank you I think you'll have a great time too. This is not that type of party party. This is, what's a cookout for one we're gonna have hamburgers and hotdogs I said and you can make whatever other food you'd like Scarlet you can have your noodles and we can have those as a side. We can have the Griffin eggs, but I was thinking of a different recipe to do with Griffin eggs instead of just normal Griffin eggs sandwiches maybe we should boil them and make deviled eggs, deviled eggs, and we have regular deviled eggs. We put all kinds of things on them. Luther said I never had Griffin eggs done that way before that be a treat and they're not cooked. I mean they are boiled but then they're cut in half and then we eat them, but they'll need to have them made right away. I said we can do that quickly. Get the grill ready set.

Once that was done, Ash Renan and Luther two to make the Griffin egg boil the eggs, and get them ready to be made into deviled eggs. The servants also ran in to make regular deviled eggs and the rest of the food preparations, the hamburger buns and hotdog buns, and everything else we needed that night.

We had regular hotdogs and Muffy Muffy meat, but yes, we ate roasted fluffy meat as well. It was delicious, but we were gonna have hotdogs as well as the beef hotdogs and hamburger meat that was beef as well. This is a new treat for everyone Let us grill everything, including the meat, and see how that tastes, I think that'll be great I will grill all the meat products that we're going to eat today I said it's a good day for grilling out We're not gonna eat fancy dancy today and I got everyone Fourth of July outfits to wear tonight I said.

I'll let you know when it's time to go put those on Miranda needs your help to help me finish decorating would you do that? Help me decorate the outside and the inside of the ballroom open the big French doors sounds great.

We'll have a great time, won't we? Yes, it'll be great. We just need to get cooking. First. Everyone started cooking, except for the grill. Everything else was being cooked the eggs and all the other side dishes that we needed to be cooked chilled and reheated later. The decorations went up. It was great.

We invited all our friends to come once everything was ready. We started getting things decorated after everything was decorated. We were ready to go. The grill was ready to go outside and ready to go. The meat was ready to be grilled and all our side dishes were done, the fireworks were in place for tonight. It was amazing.

It was gonna be the best time ever everyone started eating and having a great time dancing and listening to patriotic music it was awesome The first Fourth of July with the Olympians was going well for me and the loser looked at me. Lily said this turned out great thank you I said I'm glad you think so.

It'll be the best Independence Day ever once everyone starts eating, and once everyone is settled after eating and we roasted marshmallows, it was time we had some s'mores. I introduced them to that after that it was time for the fireworks show I put on some music the ultimate playlist for the Fourth of July and, we started.

As the fireworks shot off, everyone went back to eating some more food we had dessert then along with s'mores but other desserts too while we watched the fireworks they were amazing everyone enjoyed them it was fun to watch the fireworks with everyone. Luther held my hand during the whole process of watching these fireworks. Go off the guards and maids shut off the work fireworks for us. We didn't have to do that. We just enjoyed the show. It was amazing. The colors were amazing. They were beautiful perfect.

Once everything was over, we went and retired for the evening. It was a perfect Fourth of July. We had lots of leftovers too. We can eat on that for the rest of the weekend, which was great. After that will be leaving to go on our trip to see the Sandman soon. Well, I guess that'll be sooner than we thought.

I said Happy Birthday America Happy Independence Day and Fourth of July I said thank you for my independence soon to be from the Byman.

And I will celebrate my independence one day and so will my kingdom we'll have a celebration like this that would not have these colors and we will have a grand time.

As I closed my eyes and went to sleep, I was thankful for everything. Thankful for a country that I could live in. That was free for a while thankful that I was able to move to a new world with my new family and friends. Thank you for everything.

I'm heading here. I think this is a good Fourth of July story for Lily and her friends. This one I promise and I blended enough traditions and American traditions to make a wonderful Fourth of July.
