Demon King managed to defeat Shura, but he was escaping before Demon King could get any answers. As he gave chase, a mysterious program attempted to intercept them and duel Demon King. When Demon King had a hard time shaking the program, Jinn showed up and said that he would help Demon King by taking that thing on. It's weird that Jinn is helping, but one shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. As Jinn and the program flew around and were about to duel, Demon King's friends almost couldn't believe it.

"Is that Jinn up there? The same guy that was part of the group that kidnapped me, and where he and his sister helped Drakken Joe? Is he actually helping out Demon King?" Aoneko questioned.

"Looks like it, but why would he?" Kyubi questioned.

"I'm not sure." Wiseman said as this was rather strange.

"Let's get this over with." Jinn said as he got himself ready. Sounds like he's doing this out of obligation rather than consideration, but that's not stopping him from doing this. He and the program were about about to have their speed duel.

"Let's duel/Duel!" They both said as they now had 4000LP and could now begin the duel.

"Beginning duel." The program said as it started. "I activate Star Blast. By paying 500LP per level, I can lower the level of one monster in my hand. I pay 1000LP to lower a level six monster to a level four." It claimed as it's life points dropped to 3000. "I summon Summoned Skull!" He summoned out an famous monster as it emerged with 2500atk points. Jinn and others were astonished to see that monster.

"Did that thing just summoned Summon Skull?!" Kyubi questioned.

"That is one bad monster." Wiseman claimed.

"Setting one card and turn now ends."

"I wasn't expecting that thing to summon a monster like that." Jinn said. "Well, perhaps this won't be a drag. It's my turn! I draw!" Jinn drew his card and was going through with this duel. "I'll begin by activating my continuous spell: Skymech Wind Shuriken! Thanks to this spell, each time one of my ninjas attacks, you're will lose 200LP. Next, I summon Strike Ninja to the field!" He summoned out his ninja as it emerged with it having 1700atk points. "Your Summoned Skull might be a powerful and famous monster, but that's really all it has going for it. Without anything special, it's going down like any other monster. I activate Avenging Forces! By sending one warrior in my deck to the graveyard, your monster's attack points becomes equal to that warrior's. So, I discard my Crimson Ninja, who has only 300atk points. Your Summoned Skull will now only have 300atk points." With one card, Jinn discarded his card and Summoned Skull's power dropped down to just 300. "The damage you take now will be cut in half, but it's still plenty of damage." He claimed as he placed a couple face-downs. "Strike Ninja, attack! What's more is that you lose 200LP thanks to my spell!" His spell attacked with shuriken being tossed at the program, and it's life points dropping to 2800. Then, Strike Ninja attacked by throwing kunai at Summoned Skull and destroyed it with the program's power dropping down more to 2100. Those who were watching were impressed that Jinn took down the Summoned Skull so easily. "I end my turn."

"My turn. Draw." The program said as it drew its next card. "Activating trap: Archfiend's Roar. By paying 500LP, I can summon one archfiend from my graveyard, but it will be destroyed at the end of the turn. Summoned Skull qualifies as an archfiend." It's life points dropped down to 1600 and Summoned Skull returned to the field.

"It's back?" Jinn said as this might not be as easy as he thinks.

"I summon Fusion Parasite." Now, it summoned a parasite-like monster as it appeared with 0atk points. "Fusion Parasite now allows me to fusion summon. I now fuse Summoned Skull with Fusion Parasite." The two of them began to fuse together just like that. "Fusion summon, Archfiend's Manifestation." He summoned out a new version of Summoned Skull as it appeared with 2500atk points. "When Archfiend's Manifestation is on the field, it's name becomes Summoned Skull. Furthermore, all Summoned Skull's gain 500atk points." His monster gained extra power as it now had 3000atk points. "Activating Monster Reborn. Monster Reborn allows me to bring back Summoned Skull." Summoned Skull came back with all of it's power. "Archfiend's Manifestation grants it 500atk points." Summoned Skull now had more power as it now had 3000atk points as well. "Attack! Summoned Skull, attack his Strike Ninja!" Summoned Skull called upon the forces of lightning and had it strike down on Jinn's Strike Ninja.

"I activate my trap! Ninja Diversion Art!" Jinn called. "This prevents my Strike Ninja from being destroyed by your attack!" His Strike Ninja was able to survive against the attack, but Jinn's life points still dropped to 2700.

"Archfiend's Manifestation, attack Strike Ninja!" His fusion monster attacked as it unleashed purple lightning and blasted Strike Ninja. It was destroyed this time with Jinn's life points dropping to 1400.

"If my ninja is still destroyed, my trap allows me to draw two more cards." Jinn said. He drew two more cards, but they better be good cards.

"Turn ends."

"And since your Summoned Skull wasn't brought back by Archfiend's Roar this time, it won't be destroyed." Jinn said.

"Jinn is in real trouble. He's up against two monsters that have 3000atk points." Aoneko said.

"That's not all. Even if he manages to destroy Summoned Skull, Archfiend's Manifestation will bring it back once it's destroyed." Kyubi informed. "It looks like that thing's deck is designed to keep that Summoned Skull on the field, but that will be a problem for Jinn."

"He needs to figure out how to keep that bag of bones to stay down, and the only monster I know he has that can do that is his Skymech Ninja Jonin." Wiseman said. "Though, with the way things are now, I don't see how he'll be able to summon it." He's right. Jinn could be in trouble if he doesn't turn this around now.

Interstellar

"The duel will be over soon." Justice said. "Send in some security to apprehend him as well. I don't know if he's associated with Demon King now, but he did associate with Drakken Joe. He too must answer to his crimes. Once the duel is over, send in our security program. He'll be weakened by then. After that, I want that rogue program captured as well." Justice isn't going to let them get the better of him again.

"My turn." Jinn said as he drew his next card and kept dueling. 'I'm not going to lose to this tin can. Ever since that whole thing with Drakken Joe and Demon King saved me and my sister, I've been working on my deck. I've been improving it so that I can protect Kleene. I've been getting stronger and stronger, and I'm not going to let it all be for nothing.' "I activate my spell: Skymech Reanimation! Since I have a Skymech card on my field, this spell allows me to bring back Crimson Ninja from my graveyard." His Crimson Ninja came out with it having 300atk points. "Next, I activate Unexpected Dai!" He claimed as his trap activated. "By tributing a warrior, I can destroy one card on the field! I destroy your Summoned Skull!" He disposed of his ninja and caused lightning to strike down on Summoned Skull to destroy it this time.

"Why would he destroy Summoned Skull when Archfiend's Manifestation is the bigger problem?" Aoneko questioned.

"Foolish mistake. By not destroying Archfiend's Manifestation, the outcome has not improved."

"That there is why a program could never be a better duelist than a human." Jinn claimed. "You use logic, but that doesn't mean it's efficient. Just watch. First, my trap allows me to draw another card. Then, I activate Reinforcement of the Army! It allows me to add a level four or lower warrior to my hand, and I choose Air Armor Ninja." He claimed as he took his card. "Next, I summon Earth Armor Ninja!" He summoned out his ninja as it appeared with 1700atk points. "Then, I summon Air Armor Ninja!" His second ninja descended down with it having 1400atk points. "Thanks to my Air Armor Ninja, my Earth Armor Ninja's level drops from five to four." His monster's level dropped and it now was level four. "And ow, I overlay my two ninjas."

"Overlay?!" Kyubi questioned.

"He can xyz summon now?!" Wiseman said. The overlay network opened up with both of his monsters being absorbed into it so that a new monster can emerge.

"With the power of wind and shadows, this warrior strikes before you even know it. I xyz summon!" Jinn called. "Reveal yourself, Rank 4 Skymech Ninja Anbu!" He summoned out a new ninja with it being all dark and black with mechanical arms and wore a fox-designed mask over it's face. It also had 2400atk points.

"That's pretty cool that he can xyz summon now, but that monster isn't strong enough to win this." Wiseman said.

"I doubt Jinn would go through this if he didn't have a plan." Kyubi said.

"I'm well aware that your Archfiend's Manifestation will allow you to bring back Summoned Skull once it's destroyed, but that's why I'm activating Skymech Ninja Anbu's ability." Jinn said. "By using one overlay unit, it gains the ability to attack every monster on your field this turn." He used one overlay unit and gained more power.

"Skymech Ninja Anbu is still weaker."

"Not for long." Jinn said as he reached for his last card. "I activate my Rocket Fist spell! This spell card will allow my Skymech Ninja Anbu to be 100atk points stronger than any monster it battles! Skymech Ninja Anbu, attack Archfiend's Manifestation! Silent Swift!" His ninja had energy blades stick out of his arm and attacked. "My spell is still in effect!" His continuous spell attacked the program as its life points dropped to 1400. With Jinn's spell, his ninja now had 3100atk points. Then, in the blink of an eye, his ninja destroyed Archfiend Manifestation with the robot's life points dropping down to 1300.

"Archfiend Manifestation's ability allows me to summon Summoned Skull." Summoned Skull returned once again.

"That doesn't matter because my ninja can still attack, and you lose more life points from this attack and my spell!" Jinn said. His spell attacked first with the program's life points dropping to 1100, then Jinn's ninja, after having his power rise to 2600, attacked again to destroy Summoned Skull. His life points dropped to 1000. "Now that you have no monsters left, so Rocket Fist's second ability kicks in. You lose life points equal to the attack points of the monster with the lowest attack points." His ninja had its fist shoot off like a rocket and smashed right into the robot and knocked it off. All of it's life points dropped to zero. Once it lost the duel, it self-destructed.

"No way! He took that thing down and without his best monster!" Wiseman said as he couldn't believe it.

"He's upped his game." Kyubi claimed. Now that the duel was over, Jinn just took off.

"Where's he going?" Aoneko said.

"Forget him. I think we should get going." Wiseman said as they could see security programs coming their way. "Let's go." The girls agreed and they all logged out before they were caught.

Ijuna

"Hang on, Shura. We're almost safe." Ijuna said. They made it to the edge of the structure and made it's way down to a tower-like structure way that went down to an endless space and holding the rest of Duel Links up. It seemed like they were going to escape.

"Hold it!" She looked back and saw Demon King. "I've caught you!"

"You don't know when to quit." Ijuna complained.

"Where are they going?" Demon King questioned.

"I'm not sure. This area is off limits." Eden said. Ijuna carried Shura all the way to the tower. When she was close enough, she somehow managed to open a passage way inside and dived in.

"Wait!" Demon King called, but it closed off before he could reach them. "What just happened?"

"Somehow they gained access, but that's impossible. Duelists aren't permitted to be here." Eden said.

"Halt! No entry! Halt! No entry!" Demon King had other problems coming his way as security was coming for them. Justice wasn't planning on letting them escape this time. Demon King might be in real trouble with this. Just then, someone came flying in and grabbed a hold of him, with him being surprised to see that it was Sylph.

"Hold on." Sylph said as she managed to help him out to escape from them.

"You! What's going on?" Demon King questioned.

"No time to explain. Just start flying." Sylph said. The two of them flew as fast as they could to try and escape from security. Just then, Jinn came flying in as fast as he could and was able to catch up with them.

"I thought you said there wasn't going to be trouble." Jinn said.

"If I had, you wouldn't have done this." Sylph said.

"This way." Jinn said. the three of them flew off and went through an island designed after a jungle. The security drones tried to go after them, but they ended up flying right pass them as they remained hidden. When they were gone, the three of them came out of hiding. "They're gone, but we better log out before they come back."

"The only reason we haven't is so we could get an explanation." Eden said. She and Demon King couldn't believe that two people that were once their enemies actually helped them out like that.

"What's going on? Why did you two help us?" Demon King questioned.

"You want someone to thank, thank her." Jinn said as he referred to his sister. "The whole thing was her idea. The only reason I helped you was because I wanted to repay my debt from when you saved her." That's right... When they last dueled, Sylph fell off her board and could have suffered some damage, but Demon King saved her before that could happen.

"I wish there was time to explain, but there isn't. We should get out of here before they come back." Sylph said. "However, if you wish to talk, you can contact us. Until then, Demon King." That was all she said before she and her brother logged out.

"How strange. I can't calculate why they would help us after just one good deed." Eden said.

"What a weird day. Not how I imagined coming back to Duel Links." Demon King said.

"Regardless, we best leave ourselves." Eden informed. "Something peculiar appears to be going on and we must find answers." Demon King was thinking the same thing. A mysterious duelist comes out of nowhere using the same skill as him, and now two old enemies actually helped him. Demon King has to figure out what's going or else there's going to be trouble.
