Robert and Holly both got home and brought in their leftovers. The two of them had a good time feeding each other and flirting.
"You know what that reminded me of?" Holly asked as she took a seat on the couch, grateful for every moment they had.
"I think I do but tell me." Robert sat down next to Holly, his warm hand taking hers into his.
"It reminded me of our first picnic in Australia." Holly's eyes lit up at the memory.
Australia 1985
It was shortly after Robert had joined his gorgeous wife. The two had their home and were getting it set up. It didn't feel quite like the townhouse but they knew they would make it a special place too, besides their homes were in each other's arms. Holly had got a picnic together, insisting on carrying the basket out.
Robert laid the blanket down as he looked up at her, just taking in her beauty. The time he spent away from her in Port Charles seemed like centuries, yes he loved getting to spend time with his newfound daughter, but his heart was with Holly, always would be. He was so happy to be reunited.
Holly looked over at him in thought. "Anything you can share?" She asked as she leaned over the basket to get some food out.
Robert grinned, watching her movements. "Just realizing how lucky I am to have such a gorgeous, sexy, sentimental wife. I missed you so much."
Holly's eyes teared up as she smiled at the man she loved more than anything in this world. "We're together now. That's what matters." She moved over to give him a kiss.
Robert kissed her, growing more passionate as he pulled her over onto his lap. "You know we own this land, no one is going to..."
Holly chuckled as she looked into his eyes with such fire. "Haven't you got enough of me yet?"
Robert shook his head no, placing a kiss on her shoulder. "Never, ever, ever."
End of flashback
Robert had a grin on his face at the memory, the two were so filled with passion for each other, they still were. "It was a good picnic."
"It was and I mean eventually we did get around to eating." She let out a laugh.
Robert kissed her hand. "Eventually." Robert hated changing the mood but he really did think they needed to discuss the session. "Holly, are you up to talking about your session?"
Holly nodded, she was in a better place mentally and thought now was as good a time as any. "I am. It's just hard. Paloma wasn't a bad person, she was trying to protect me that's the only reason she went along with everything."
Robert pulled Holly close to him. "I know your sister was a good person. You don't have to convince me of that. She kept you alive and I'm grateful for that. I don't blame her for any of it, I blame the Cassadines and Durbans."
"Exactly where the blame should be." Holly replied as she looked up into Robert's eyes. "Can you stay a little while, just hold me?"
"Of course, you never have to ask." Robert held her close to him, feeling her heartbeat against his chest. He kissed her head softly.
