The next morning Holly could hear noises downstairs. She carefully got out of bed and went to check on the girls. Both weren't in bed and neither was Robert so she knew the noise had to be from him. She walked downstairs and found both girls helping him with breakfast.
"Oh no, grandma woke up before we got it done." Robert smiled over at Holly as Seana and Bailey ran over to hug her.
"Oh look at these faces! Covered in flour." Holly couldn't help but smile at the two girls, they were both so adorable.
"We're helping grandpa!" Seana exclaimed before hurrying back over to him. Bailey quickly following her.
"Helping him redecorate the kitchen I see." Holly went over and gave Robert a kiss.
"We were going to surprise you with breakfast in bed." Robert gave Holly another kiss before looking back at the stove.
Seana reached her hand up and grabbed a piece of bacon. She split it with Bailey.
Holly couldn't stop grinning. "That is so sweet and thoughtful. You do realize you do have a couple of bacon monsters on your hand though, right?"
"It's how I get them to help." Robert quipped, he knew the girls had been stealing bacon but actually found it pretty adorable, especially how Seana was splitting it and sharing it.
"Seana I love that you are sharing with your cousin. You're very sweet." Holly told Seana.
Seana smiled. "Noah always looks out for me, I want to look out for Bailey! Can we go watch cartoons?" She asked.
"Yes, after we wipe you two off." Holly helped them wash their hands and clean their faces off. She took them out to the living room and turned on some cartoons for them.
Robert got breakfast finished up and brought it out to the table. "Hopefully these are edible."
Holly chuckled as she went over and grabbed a piece of bacon. "At least this isn't burnt to a crisp." She winked at him as she took a bite.
Robert and Holly got thee girls' plates ready then called them over.
"This is so much fun!" Seana got in her chair.
"Yes!" Bailey grinned as she took a piece of her bacon.
"We will have to do it more often, we both love having you here." Holly knew that Robert felt the same way about having both girls with them. They had always wanted kids together and missed out on that but grandchildren, no way!
