Back at the I.E.I.A HQ The Doctor had found one Document where the real name of Agent RAJ wasn't scratched out "finally something that is of use to us" he said as he read aloud "The founder of the I.E.I.A known as Agent RAJ was born on the 13th of December 1921 in London United Kingdom..." The Doctor trailed off "That's the same as Reginald's date of birth" he murmured to himself. Back at the theatre Suki Buster Agent Rogue and Reginald were sitting on the couches in the living room of Buster's office. "I am Agent RAJ," said the old wolf calmly, his eyes meeting theirs. The others were in Shock. At the same time in the I.E.I.A HQ "Agent RAJ real name Reginald Arthur Jones," The Doctor read aloud.

REVELATIONS
The revelation hit the New Moon troupe like a ton of bricks. They stared at each other, their faces a mix of shock, disbelief, and confusion. "But how is that possible?" Suki whispered. "You can't be," Buster said, his voice shaking slightly. "I retired in 1952," said Reginald "After seeing that my work in establishing the I.E.I.A was done I could finally retire to civilian life and live in peace. I ordered all records of me being Agent RAJ to be hidden."
Agent Rogue looked at him with a mix of awe and suspicion. "But why?" he demanded. "Why hide who you are?" "Because two reasons one if the Blacksun defeated the I.E.I.A then I would have been a target and two I didn't want any harm to come to my grandson," said Reginald. The Troupe all looked at Agent Rogue as he processed what he had just heard. "Your grandson?" he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "Do you mean that I" Reginald answered Agent Rogues question before he finished asking it "Yes you are my grandson, Agent Rogue," said the old wolf. Back at the I.E.I.A The Doctor and Porsha stood in the archives, the Doctor's hand trembling slightly as he read the name aloud. "Reginald Arthur Jones," he said. Porsha's eyes widened. "But that's..." she began. "Reginald," the Doctor finished for her, his voice flat. "I don't believe it." Then The Doctor thought it over "RAJ is an acronym of Reginald's name his full name is Reginald Arthur Jones" he said, piecing together the puzzle. "That's clever, using your initials as a codename." Porsha nodded slowly. "It makes sense now," she said. "But what does this mean for the prophecy?" "I don't know," the Doctor admitted. "But it's clear that we need to talk to him."
The Doctor and Porsha hurried back to the TARDIS, their minds racing with questions. "We have to get back to the theatre," the Doctor said, his eyes on the scanner as he worked the controls. "We need to talk to Reginald." The TARDIS hummed to life around them, and the time rotor spun as they set a course for Calatonia. "Do you think he knows about the prophecy?" Porsha asked, her voice tight with anxiety. "I don't know," the Doctor said, his eyes never leaving the scanner. "But we can't ignore this."
When they arrived at the New Moon Theatre, they found the troupe gathered in Buster's office, the atmosphere tense. The Doctor and Porsha exchanged a look, and he took a deep breath before stepping through the door. Suki stood up and both she and the Doctor said the same thing at the same time "Reginald Jones is Agent RAJ" their voices in unison echoed through the room. "Wait how do you know that?!" Suki asked, looking at Porsha and the Doctor with astonishment. "We found it in the I.E.I.A archives" The Doctor replied handing the file to Suki "How did you know?" The Doctor Asked looking at the new moon troupe. "Reginald told us." Suki said.
Reginald sighed heavily and stood up "I had a feeling you would eventually find out," he said. "But I couldn't tell you, not without risking everything." The Doctor's eyes searched his face, looking for any signs of deceit. "Why hide it?" he asked, his voice measured. "Because like you Doctor I strive to keep the ones I love safe." Reginald said, "The ones you love that meaning?" Porsha questioned. "My grandson, Agent Rogue."
The Doctor nodded slowly, understanding the gravity of the situation. "You're a grandfather," he said, his voice filled with wonder. "I never knew."
Reginald looked at Agent Rogue, who was still in shock. "It was a secret I kept protecting you, my boy," he said gently. "And the I.E.I.A."
Porsha stepped forward, her mind racing with questions. Porsha stepped forward, her mind racing. "But what does this mean for the prophecy?" she asked.
The Doctor took a deep breath, his gaze drifting to the troupe "The prophecy speaks of a the one who's name is never spoken I think its referring to me but the one part I don't understand is the part that says at the end of this lifetime and the start of the next I only have 3 regenerations left" The room fell silent as the weight of his words sank in. Suki looked at the Doctor, her eyes wide. "But you said you had 13 regenerations," she said.
The Doctor's eyes met hers, filled with a mix of sorrow and resolve. "I did," he said. "But that was how many regenerations the timelords granted me since then I have regenerated 9 times, which leaves me with 3."
Porsha looked at him, her heart racing. "Do you mean..." she began, but she couldn't bring herself to say it.
The Doctor nodded, his eyes sad. "Yes, Porsha," he said. "The prophecy might refer to the end of my life as we know it. If it's true, then my next 3 regenerations could be my last." The room was thick with tension as they all absorbed this revelation. Buster put a comforting hand on the Doctor's shoulder. "We're with you," he said firmly. "No matter what." "Maybe it is time for my story to end," The Doctor said, his voice filled with a mix of resignation and acceptance." "I mean I have lived so much in these 2000 years but I'm not ready to go just yet. If three regenerations are all I have left, then I need to make sure they count."
The Doctor paused for a moment, then continued. "We need to understand the prophecy in full. There could be something we're missing." Suki looked up, her eyes shining with determination. "We'll do it," she said. "We'll figure this out together." The troupe nodded in agreement. Back in the Tardis The Doctor and Porsha set off to investigate further.
Suddenly, the TARDIS shuddered, and the console room filled with the smell of burnt oxygen and the sound of a familiar voice. "Hello, Sweetie!" The Doctor spun around to see River Song standing in the doorway, a knowing smile playing on her lips. "That's impossible," he said, his eyes widening. "You're not supposed to be here." Porsha was very confused "Doctor who is she?" she asked. "That's River Song," The Doctor replied, still in shock. "My... well, she's complicated."
"Complicated indeed," River said, stepping closer. "But I've always had a knack for crashing parties." She winked at Porsha, who looked equally confused and fascinated. "But what are you doing here?" the Doctor demanded. "I've got a bit of a soft spot for prophecies," River said, her eyes gleaming with mischief. "And when I heard about the one with your name on it, I couldn't resist popping by to see how it all ends." River then caught sight of Porsha "Doctor since when did you keep pets?!" she joked, Porsha did not find her remark funny "I'm not his pet I'm his friend!" she exclaimed.
The Doctor shot Porsha a reassuring smile. "River Song meet Porsha Crystal, Porsha this is River, she's...my wife," he said, still trying to wrap his head around her sudden appearance. "In one timeline," River corrected, winking at Porsha. "But let's not get into that right now." "River it's not like that" The Doctor said quickly. "I know, I know, can't a couple make jokes?" River said, her eyes twinkling.
Ignoring the Doctor's protests, River's eyes fell on the crystal necklace around Porsha's neck, the same necklace that had been glowing yellow. "Now what's this?" she asked, reaching for it. "It was a present from The Doctor," Porsha replied, her voice tight. "It's very nice Porsha." "You never got me a present like that," River said, his voice filled with mock sadness. The Doctor sighed, "River, not now. We have not got time of domestics there much bigger problems to solve." "Like the end of the world," she said with a smirk. "Again?" The Doctor sighed "No the end of me."
The Doctor quickly brought River up to speed on their mission, the prophecy, and the mysterious connections to him. But he left out all the anger and rage he had displayed earlier. He knew she wouldn't understand the fear he felt, not yet. River listened intently, her eyes flickering with excitement. "Oh, you've always had a flair for the dramatic," she said, patting his hand. "River how are you here?" The Doctor asked, desperation seeping into his voice.
"Well, darling," she began, her eyes dancing with amusement, "when I heard that the prophecy involves someone named 'The Start of the Next One', I just had to check it out. And look who I found." She leaned against the TARDIS console, looking as if she had just stepped out of a high-fashion magazine rather than a time vortex. "But why are you here?" he pressed, his voice more urgent now. she then said the word the really annoyed him "Spoilers."
River's smile grew as she saw the Doctor's exasperation. "But let's just say that I have a few insights into your past lives," she said, her eyes sparkling. "And those insights might just come in handy." Porsha watched the exchange, trying to keep up with the rapid-fire banter between the Doctor and this newcomer. She had no idea that The Doctor had a wife, let alone one who was as enigmatic and charming as River Song.
The Doctor shot River a look that was half annoyed, half affectionate. "We don't need your help," he said, but the hope in his voice betrayed him.
River just laughed. "Oh, but you do, Sweetie," she said. "You always do."
The Doctor sighed, rubbing his temples. "Alright," he said finally. "What do you know?"
River leaned in, her eyes gleaming with secrets. "I know that the prophecy is tied to the Time War," she said. "And that it involves a creature that is the very embodiment of your fears." The Doctor's expression grew serious. "The Valeyard," he murmured.
Porsha looked at him, her eyes wide. "The Valeyard?" she repeated. "What's that?" "The Valeyard is me Porsha or rather an amalgamation of my darker side from between my twelfth and final incarnation," the Doctor said. "I battled him in my sixth incarnation. He was a being of pure evil, a manifestation of my negative emotions. He sought to take over my life and take my remaining Regenerations."
"But you defeated him," Porsha said, her voice filled with certainty. The Doctor nodded. "Yes, but the prophecy suggests he might still be out there, waiting."
River nodded sagely. "And now he's back," she said, "And he's got his eyes on your final three regenerations." The Doctor's grip on the console tightened. "But why now?" he asked, his voice strained. "Why after all this time?"
"Because, my love," River said gently, "the universe has a way of bringing things full circle. And your time is almost up." Porsha was very worried about The Doctor "What can we do to stop it?" she asked. "Nothing if I am to face the Valeyard then I must face him alone," The Doctor said firmly.
Porsha stepped forward, her resolve unwavering. "We're a team," she said. "We face this together." The Doctor looked at her, his eyes filled with a mix of pride and sadness. "You're right," he said. "But Porsha you have seen what happens when my darker side shows I have control over it, but the Valeyard is a completely different person he lets his darker side rule him."
River heard everything "Doctor what do you mean she has seen your darker side" She said like a mother telling her child off "What did you do Doctor?" Porsha stepped in "Don't worry River I saw what the Doctor was capable of when he was angry, but he was hurting he had travelled alone for too long" she said, trying to reassure her. "Porsha this isn't about you this is between me and The Doctor," River said.
The Doctor took a deep breath. "Porsha step outside a minute," he said, his eyes never leaving River's. "But Doctor-" she protested. "I need to speak with River alone," he insisted gently. With a nod, Porsha left the TARDIS, the door closing with a soft creak behind her. "Now Doctor tell me what you have been doing," River said, her tone stern.
The Doctor's shoulders slumped as he recounted his recent actions: the anger that had consumed him, the moments he had lost control. "I nearly killed Jimmy Crystal," he confessed. "I went to the jail where he is being kept to confront him about one of his old body guards attacking suki and I lost it. I was going to chock him to death when I realized what I was doing was wrong and I stopped myself."
River's eyes searched his face, looking for any sign of the darkness he had just described. "What happened to him?" she asked, her voice tight.
The Doctor swallowed hard. "I... I let him live," he said. "But I was haunted by my actions. By the fact that I had let anger dictate my decisions."
"You've always had a temper, Sweetie," River said, her voice gentle. "But you've never let it consume you like that."
"That's where your wrong River because there was a secret Organization called The BlackSun their purposes was too keep the secret of Extraterrestrials and UFOs a secret by any means necessary. They had abducted Porsha and tortured her. Their leader Agent Sigma was a cold heartless wolf. But in the end, he sacrificed himself to stop the BlackSun because he saw the evil in himself and didn't want to be like them anymore. But the Leader of the BlackSun who was a cyborg killed Sigma but before dying Sigma threw a laser weapon at me and in that moment a knew what I had to do I had to end it. So, I did. I took the weapon and shot the leader in the chest where his organs were kept in a gut-sac, The shot set the liquid of the sac ablaze I shot him 4 more times until the fire consumed him." The Doctor said with a shiver "But the sound of him screaming has haunted me ever since."
River reached out and took his hand, squeezing it firmly. "You've always been a survivor," she said. "And sometimes survival means making tough choices."
The Doctor looked at her, his eyes haunted by the memories. "Then I really went too far" The Doctor said tears in his eyes " I created and alternate timeline by changing a fixed point in time to save Porsha and her mother from Jimmy Crystal. But in doing so I caused so much pain. I watched as Suki took her place in death. Jimmy threw her from the top floor of his office, and I could do nothing but watch. And in that moment, I knew what I had to do I went to his office and throw him off the same roof. I watched as he fell to his death. I killed him with the same hatred I have had inside me for so long when I first came to this universe I had been travelling alone for a long time and I had lost myself in anger. I didn't even know who I am any more River."
River's expression was a mix of disappointment and sadness. "Doctor, you can't carry the weight of the universe on your shoulders," she said softly. "You've always had help, whether you knew it or not. "The Doctor took a deep breath, nodding. "I know," he said. "But it feels like I'm losing control." "That's what the Valeyard wants," River said, her grip on his hand tightening. "He wants you to doubt yourself, to fear your own power."
The Doctor looked up at her, his eyes clearing. "I won't let him win," he said, his voice strong. "I'll face him, and I'll find a way to end this without losing who I am. If not, then I fear I will become the Valeyard." "Then let's find out more about this prophecy," River said, a determined look in her eye. "Together, we'll unravel the mystery and stop him."
They stepped out of the TARDIS to find Porsha pacing outside, her eyes worried. "What happened?" she asked as soon as she saw them. "We talked," the Doctor said, his voice gentle. "And River has agreed to help us." Porsha's eyes searched his, looking for any sign of the anger that had been there before. "Thank you," she said, her voice filled with relief.
Inside the TARDIS, the trio huddled around the console as The Doctor pulled up the Prophecy. (THE ONE WHOS NAME IS NEVER SPOKEN WILL ENCOUNTER HIMSELF AT THE END OF THIS LIFE AND THE START OF HIS NEXT AND HIS NAME WILL BE KNOWN THE ONE HE WILL LOSE). "What do you think it means?" Porsha asked, her voice trembling slightly. The Doctor looked at the floor. "I think it means I may not be able to save your life this time" he said. "But I will do everything in my power to change that."
River leaned over the console, her eyes scanning the ancient text. "The Valeyard is clever," she said. "He's been waiting for this moment for millennia. He knows your weaknesses, your fears." The Doctor nodded, his jaw clenched. "But he doesn't know everything," he said. "We have the element of surprise on our side." "This is the first time in a long time that I actually feel scared" The Doctor admitted.
Porsha looked at him with a mix of shock and concern. "But you're the Doctor," she said. "You can't be scared." The Doctor turned to her, his eyes softening. "I'm not just the Doctor, Porsha," he said. "I'm also a Timelord. And even we can be afraid. Actually, I'm not sure if I'm even a Timelord"
River looked at him and nodded. "But fear can also be your greatest strength," she said. "It keeps you from making the same mistakes." "But what if it's too late?" he whispered. "What if I've already set things in motion?"
Suki and Buster stepped into the TARDIS, having heard the commotion. "What's going on?" Buster asked. The Doctor quickly filled them in on River's revelation. Suki's eyes went wide with fear, but Buster's expression was one of determination. "We're not giving up on you, Doc," he said. "You're part of this family now."
River looked at the two of them, then back at the Doctor. "They're right," she said. "You're not alone. We're all here to help you." The Doctor managed a weak smile. "Thank you," he said. "But we need to find out more about this prophecy."
The Doctor's eyes fell to the crystal necklace Porsha was wearing. It had started to glow again, a soft, pulsing blue light. "It's reacting to something," he murmured. "But what?" Porsha touched it gently, feeling the warmth spread through her. "It feels like... home," she said softly.
The Doctor's gaze snapped to hers. "Your necklace," he said urgently. "It might be connected to the prophecy, to the Valeyard." He took the necklace in his hand, and the light grew stronger, casting an eerie glow over the console room. Suddenly, the TARDIS lurched, and an image flickered into existence before them: the Valeyard, standing in a desolate wasteland, laughing maniacally. "Well, well Doctor it has been awhile," the Valeyard taunted, his voice echoing through the TARDIS. "Your time is almost up, and soon, you shall be mine!"
The Doctor's hand tightened around the necklace, his eyes flashing with anger. "We will not let you win," he said, his voice low and dangerous. The Valeyard's laughter grew louder. "Oh, but you already have," he said, and with a flick of his wrist, the image changed to show one of their friends, lying lifeless on the ground.
The room grew still, the only sound the Doctor's ragged breathing. "No," Porsha whispered, her eyes filling with tears. "It can't be." But it was true. One of their own, Agent Rouge, had fallen to the Valeyard's machinations. The Doctor's face was a mask of grief and rage. "This isn't right," he said, his voice shaking. "This isn't how it's supposed to happen."
River stepped forward, her own eyes gleaming with unshed tears. "We have to be strong," she said firmly. "We can't let this break us." But even as she spoke, the Doctor could feel the darkness inside him growing, threatening to consume him. He knew that if he wasn't careful, he would become the very thing he feared most.
With a roar of anger, the Doctor threw the necklace across the room, the crystal shattering against the wall. "We will find a way to stop him," he said, his voice filled with determination. "We will not lose anyone else to this madness."
The New Moon troupe gathered around, their faces a mix of shock and anger. "We're with you, Doc," Suki said, her voice steady. "We won't let him win." Buster nodded in agreement, his eyes hard. "We're not going to sit around and do nothing," he said. "We're going to fight."
The Doctor looked at them, his eyes searching their faces. He knew that the path ahead was fraught with danger, that the Valeyard would stop at nothing to claim his regenerations. But as he looked at the friends who had become his family, he felt a renewed sense of purpose. "Then let's go," he said, his voice firm. "We've got a universe to save and a future to rewrite."
The TARDIS hummed to life as they set off on their mission, the grief of their loss weighing heavily on their hearts. But they had hope, and they had each other. And as they ventured into the unknown, they knew that together, they could conquer any challenge. Just then the Master showed up to help The Doctor, Porsha and The Doctor looked at each other with a mix of surprise and happiness "What are you doing here?" The Doctor asked.
The Master smirked. "Oh, I've always enjoyed a good prophecy," he said. "And I suspect this one might have a twist or two in store for us besides I wouldn't let you fight your demons alone" His eyes glinted with care. "For now." The Doctor eyed him warily. "What's your plan Doctor?"
The Master leaned against the TARDIS console, his eyes on the shattered crystal. I have not thought of a plan" he said. The Master looked at his friend turned enemy turned friend again. "Remember, Doctor, we all have our dark sides. And the Valeyard is the embodiment of yours."
The Doctor felt a chill run down his spine. He knew what the Master was hinting at - that in the end, he might have to face the very worst of himself. But he pushed the thought aside. They had a plan to stop the Valeyard, and he wasn't going to let fear control him.
They set out, following the trail of chaos the Valeyard had left behind. They encountered new allies and old enemies, each step bringing them closer to the truth. And with every victory, every setback, the Doctor felt the darkness inside him growing stronger.
As the battle with the Valeyard approached, the Doctor grew increasingly erratic, his actions fuelled by anger and grief. Porsha watched him with worry, knowing that he was walking a fine line. She had seen his darker side before, but never like this.
The prophecy echoed in their minds, a constant reminder of what was at stake. And as they faced the Valeyard on the desolate wasteland, the Doctor knew that the outcome was no longer certain. With every blow they exchanged, he could feel his control slipping, the Valeyard's influence growing stronger.
But then, something unexpected happened. As the Valeyard taunted him, as he stood on the edge of becoming what he most feared, Porsha stepped forward. "Doctor," she said, her voice steady. "Remember who you are. Remember us."
The Doctor paused, his eyes meeting hers. And in that moment, the love and support of his friends broke through the rage. He knew that he couldn't let the Valeyard win, not like this. He had to find a way to end this without losing himself. And with a roar of defiance, he summoned all his strength and pushed back the darkness.
The Doctor and the Valeyard stood face to face, their eyes locked in a battle of wills. The Valeyard sneered. "You're just delaying the inevitable," he said. "But the Doctor just smirked. "No," he said. "I'm choosing a different path."
And with a flick of his wrist, he sent the Valeyard hurtling through a tear in the fabric of time, sealing it shut behind him. The Doctor's friends rushed to his side, their relief palpable. "It's over," Suki said, her voice shaking.
But the Doctor knew it wasn't. The prophecy had been fulfilled, but the battle for his soul was far from over. He looked at Porsha, his eyes filled with regret. "I'm sorry," he said. "I never wanted you to see me like that."
Porsha took his hand, her eyes filled with understanding. "You're still you," she said. "And we're still here."
The Doctor nodded, taking a deep breath. "Thank you," he said. "Thank you all."
As they stood together, the weight of the prophecy lifted, the Doctor knew that he had made the right choice. But he also knew that the scars of this battle would stay with him, reminding him of how close he had come to becoming the very monster he had sworn to destroy. And as they stepped back into the TARDIS, ready to face whatever came next, he made a silent vow to himself: he would never let anger or fear dictate his actions again.
For now, the universe was safe. But the Doctor knew that his journey was far from over. The question remained: what other secrets did the prophecy hold? And what would he have to face next in his quest to protect all of time and space? Then he remembered agent rogue "we must go back and save him" he said with a fierce determination. "We can't leave him there."
The troupe looked at him, their faces a mix of hope and skepticism. But they knew that if anyone could find a way to change the past, it was the Doctor. And so, with a fierce resolve, they set the TARDIS on a course back through time, ready to face whatever the universe had in store for them. Reginald knelt next to his dying grandson, tears streaming down his face. "I'm sorry," he whispered. "I'm so sorry." Rouge looked at the wolf who he never knew he had a connection with and for the first time in a long time he removed his sunglasses revealing his blue eyes "It's okay" he said weakly "You did what you had to. Grandad." Reginald may have lived for over 100 years, but he still felt the pain of loss. The Doctor was torn, Porsha was in tears "Doctor, can't you do something?" She asked desperately. The Doctor looked at the two of them and made his decision "Yes," he said. "I can." He walked over to Reginald and Agent Rogue "Reginald you are the most remarkable wolf I have every met because of you actions during the Second World War everyone on earth is safe. So as one solider to another let me give you an honour greater than any medal." Reginald seemed confused "I must warn you all this may affect me in the future" The Doctor Concentrated, and his hand started to glow with golden regeneration energy he was not dying he was willingly giving some of his regeneration energy to heal agent rogue and save his life.
The room was bathed in light as the Doctor's energy flowed into Agent Rogue. The wounds on the wolf's body began to heal, his breath grew stronger, and colour returned to his fur. Slowly, the young agent opened his eyes, looking around in astonishment. "What happened?" he asked. "You were about to die," Porsha said, her voice choking with emotion. "But the Doctor saved you."
Agent Rogue looked up at the Doctor, his eyes filled with gratitude. "Thank you," he said. "But at what cost?" The Doctor's smile was sad. "Because when I first met you Rogue, I thought you were a spy for the BlackSun, but you have proven to me that you are not only a great agent but a true friend." He turned to the troupe "Now with the Valeyard defeated the Prophecy is over but I am not. I am still the Doctor and there is still so much to do."
They nodded, their eyes shining with admiration and friendship. The Doctor had saved one of their own, and in doing so, had shown them the depths of his compassion and power. They knew that no matter what the future held, they would stand by his side, ready to face any challenge that came their way. And so, with the TARDIS restored and their hearts full of hope, the Doctor and his friends set off once again into the vastness of time and space, ready to write their next chapter in the never-ending story of the last of the Timelords.
