A/N: So, KagamiPINKAgreste has been having trouble with some guest reviewers leaving mean reviews on her works, so I wrote this to cheer her up.

It was a sunny, cool day in Emerald City, and once again, Shadow the Hedgehog went to visit his loving girlfriend Amy Rose. Ever since the two had known each other, Shadow's dour, cold attitude had warmed up considerably, and he found the strength to move on from Maria's death. Of course, meditation had helped as well. However, as much as he was looking forward to visiting her, his Hedgehog Sense told him something was off about her today. Nevertheless, after parking his 1970 Trans Am, he headed to the door and knocked on it. Shortly thereafter, Amy's father Douglas answered the door:

"Good afternoon, Shadow. Are you here to see Amy?"

Shadow nodded. "Yes, Douglas."

Douglas frowned. "I'd come back at some other time if I were you. She's been in a bad mood today and hasn't spoken to me for a few hours."

Shadow shot a death glare at Douglas, causing the red hedgehog to form a smile on his face:

"But…if you are that insistent, come in!"

Douglas stepped aside to let Shadow in, and he made his way up to Amy's room, where he knocked on the door.

"Whoever it is, go away!" yelled Amy.

"Amy, it's Shadow; I just wanted to talk to you."

Shortly thereafter, Amy angrily flung the door open.

"What the hell do you want!?"

Shadow frowned. "If it were anyone else, I would've broken your spine in half for daring to talk to me like that. However, since I'm in a good mood, and since I care about your feelings, I'll let that go."

Amy glared at Shadow in the way that only an angry pink girl could. Then, she sighed.

"Oh, what's the use? I can't be angry at you. Come on in, I guess."

Amy let Shadow into her room, and she closed the door behind her.

"What's wrong, Amy?"

"Shadow, you know how I like to write fanfics about my favorite shows, especially shows that didn't have a proper ending or had a crappy ending?"

Shadow nodded. "I do. Why?"

"Well, in recent times, I've been getting a lot of negative reviews on my fics, especially from random guest reviewers, not because they think my fics are poorly-written, but because they didn't like the way I wrote things. I mean, don't get me wrong, I respect everybody's opinions, but people write what they like and SERIOUSLY! CANON BE DAMNED! PEOPLE SHOULDN'T THROW TEMPER TANTRUMS AT ME IF THEY DISAGREE! IT WON'T PHYSICALLY KILL THEM!"

Shadow nodded. "You have every right to be angry, Amy. I also agree that people should be polite or just walk away. Nevertheless, I'm proud of you for writing what feels right to you, and I enjoy your fics greatly. Just promise me you'll treasure the people who leave positive reviews on your fics, OK?"

Amy paused. Then, she smiled:

"Of course! Always!"

Shadow smiled too. "Thank you, Amy."

"No, thank you, Shadow!"

Shadow and Amy gave each other a big hug. No matter how many times they hugged, it never got old. Shadow in particular enjoyed this not only because Amy was so soft, warm and cuddly, but because she smelled nice.

"I love you so much, Amy. You make me so happy to be your boyfriend, and I'll treasure you forever."

"Oh, Shadow!"

Amy kissed Shadow, and he let himself melt with her. Not only did he feel good about himself for being there for her, but she felt that much better knowing that he was there to turn her frown upside-down.

Criticism is gold. Negativity and nitpicking are pyrite.
