There's a serial killer(s) on the loose in PC.

Head Nurse Elizabeth Webber loses two patients on her watch and is suspended. Former lover Jason Morgan is the only one who believes her innocence. They team up to get to the truth, but will it be before another resident dies? Will she be arrested and sent to Pentonville? When they discover the killer(s), will Jason accept what he learns, and what action does he take?

Austin Gatling Holt arrives at his family home because of a mysterious call he received. A lone figure hidden in the shadows Pulls out a gun, and Austin takes two shots to the chest.

September 3, 2024

Quartermaine Boathouse

Sonny stands over the dead body, John "Jagger" Cates, as the torrential downpour washes the blood away. Sonny's son, Michael, sees his father holding a nine-millimeter gun aimed at the FBI agent. Michael yells at his father. "Dad, give me the gun!" Sonny is staring at Cates, not moving. Michael runs to Sonny and shakes him. "Dad, look at me. Give me the gun and get out of here. Mom is upstairs. Get cleaned up. I will take care of the gun. I'm calling the cops. Go!" Michael calls a number; "I need you here fast." There's a package outside the stables needing destruction." Michael calls the cops, and while he waits for them to arrive, he places the package in its' hiding place.

While the police question Michael about why John Cates was at the Quartermaine Boathouse, Carly creates an alibi for Sonny. After everyone is questioned and the police leave empty-handed, a lone figure wearing black leaves along a familiar path before turning into the woods gets on his bike to the warehouse, and destroys the weapon.

General Hospital

Sam is a liver donor match for LuLu and is scheduled for surgery. Sam's surgery is a success, and she visits with loved ones.

An unknown figure injects a clear liquid into Sam's IV.

Sam goes into cardiac arrest and dies. Since Elizabeth Webber is the head nurse, Co-COS, Portia Robinson questions her and requests an investigation.

Autopsy results show an overdose of digitalis was detected, and Sam's cause of death is listed as a homicide.

Rice Plaza

Officer Dex Heller and his partner break up a fistfight between students at Pine Valley University and PCU. Dex leaves to pour the liquor bottles into the trash. Dex is attacked from behind with a knife to his back. Surgery is required.

Dex survives surgery and connects with his girlfriend, Josslyn (Joss) Jacks.

An unknown figure injects Dex's IV with a clear liquid.

Dex goes into cardiac arrest and is pronounced dead.
